Ok. If your looking for a great place to eat, this is it! Tuesday, 4:30ish half price appetizers, full order! We got the fish and chips with fried deviled eggs. All awesome! Did I mention the fries are seasoned? Atmosphere was great, like a sports bar, but not too loud. It was just right. New to Houston, looking forward to coming back here! You won’t be disappointed. Nyla was awesome! She was the icing on the cake. I wish my experience in Houston was better at other restaurants. But hey, that’s what honest reviews are all about, right? I don’t give 5 stars without a great experience.

Sooo I am always looking for a Brunch spot and I landed on Brickhouse Tavern. I was pleasantly surprised. The Chicken and waffles were a large order and you could definitely share. The mimosas were flavorful and full. It was no wait, we were easily seated and everything was well- Kristen I believe was our server. Overall I would be back and would recommend this brunch to anyone.

Went there to watch the UFC fights, had the combination appetizer and two beer flights. The crafty flight and the imported Had a great time and the service was amazing. Highly recommend... so many TV's too. I'm really looking forward to having a proper meal next time. 👍🏼👍🏼

We order the Mahi Mahi blackened and the south paw burger( sorry I was hungry and so excited to taste it and forgot to take a pic first) The fish was cooked fantastically and tasted delicious. FREAKN AMAZING ❣️❣️❣️ I kid you not! Lavell was a super amazing waiter who obviously loves his job & people. The fish n chips! OMG! Such a beautiful plate & the crust..need I say YUM❣️ The South burger was just as delish top bun embossed with their logo. So cool. We are 2hrs away and would drive back just to dine again. Food is always great and the portions are fair. Seems pricy on some items but then you see what you get and can be remotely surprised depending on what the item is. Example is their pretzel appetizer. It says it's big and it is... it hangs from a stand made for it and is about 16-18" tall and big around as a golf ball, yet still tastes great!! I had their sweet potato tator tots with a South Paw burger tonight. Both those were new to me here here and neither disappointed. I had a good server too and have the last 4 times I have been here (only been here 4 times :-) I'll certainly be back soon!

Very cool atmosphere. We loved the big fireplace. Although it wasn't busy when we arrived, our waitress went MIA, so another waitress brought our drinks and appetizer out..but by the time we got our appetizer, it was completely cold. When I waitress reappeared, she informed us she was in the bathroom. Even though we are all human and we all have to use the restroom, no one wants to hear that from your waitress, especially as long as she was gone. Make up a story but don't reference that to your customer! The food was good, my sandwich was bomb,but the side of fried pickles and peppers were cold so the taste of the side was not good. When fried food is cold, you can taste the oil, and if it's not fresh, you taste other fried foods. We didn't have the best server but I would definitely give this place a 2nd chance down the road. A table came in after we ordered drinks and appetizer but they had a different waitress and they got their drinks, appetizer and food long before us. We just had poor service. Our waitress also informed us she wished she could be drinking a beer as she acted like she already had been.

Celebrated my son's 20th birthday last night and our server Kay was phenomenal. All food came out at the same time. No riders were mixed up or missing anything. The food all the way around was delicious and perfectly cooked absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend for large parties. We had a beautiful time abs enjoyed every minute of it. FYI for large parties there is a banquet fee and mandatory gratuity so be sure to ask in advance. It was a little over $2 per receipt. We were fine with it because it was a lot of us.

Alerria is amazing and y’all should acknowledge her!!! My friend and were seated at a 2 top table right by the hostess, behind the bar. The hostess was a blonde older woman. We sat for 30 minutes without anyone helping us until Alerria asked us if we had been helped yet. She noticed that we didn’t have any drinks and she took it upon herself to find out why we hadn’t been helped and said she would help us even though we were not in her section; she didn’t mention her section but it was obvious that we weren’t in her section. She was happy, energetic, nice, and had a great smile. Y’all need more people like her. Also, Maria and Patrick at the bar are always great!

I had been to several Brick House Tavern locations over the years and this one gets High marks. I sat at the Bar so my server was the Bar tender. She was friendly, courteous and expedient in helping me while helping several other patrons. Even though this was the early Thursday crowd the servers made sure to ask often if I needed another Beer or anything else. I had two Ice Cold Modelos and an order of Fish n Chips. The fish was Fresh n Hot made to order. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. I will be back but, for others I Highly recommend them. 😋🍺🐟🍟🤟

I always come here for a nice dish, and I must say, I have never once been disappointed. I work at saltgrass (the one nextdoor by us-59) and am very familiar with how the service industry works. With that being said, I have never in my 6 or 7 months of coming here have I ever been disappointed. Starting from the front door, all the way to getting paid out, everything is amazing. From the top of my head, I shout out Jessica, Miranda, Alexus, and Adam (I think that was his name....)! I also shout-out management, as they are always a blast to talk to and interact with! Overall, super good stuff!

Yesterday I visited this place. It feels spacious, has a sporty American decor, and we were served by Kenza, with a good vibe, kindness, and a big smile. The chef here is a treasure. I've experienced the true taste of American food in his recipes. The fries are a true pleasure to see and eat, as are the meats and salads. 100% sure you'll enjoy this place.

Thalia was our server, she was very attentive and answered all of our questions. The hostess was polite and seated us quickly. Drinks and food were great. The teamwork was very impressive, the staff helped each other, and the manager on duty was refilling drinks, picking up tray stands, etc. This has been our 3rd time there and we havent been disappointed.

Food and service were great but the reason I gave 1 star occurred after I left. I had forgotten my credit card there and went back to get it (from realizing it was missing to arriving back to get it occurred within the span of 10 minutes). The lady working at the front was very nice and was able to get my card for me, which she said was stored in a safe. However, after I left the second time, someone tried to add my card to their Apple pay. That tells me that one of the staff tried to steal my card information either when I paid for my meal or after I forgot it there. My advice to anyone reading this is to always be vigilant of your account activity and use two-factor authentication. Update: After seeing my review, management found the person that stole my card information and fired them! Truly grateful for their promptness and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome! I have updated my review to reflect as such!

We visited this tavern and were pleasantly surprised. My partner ordered a Guinness that wasn’t as cold as he likes and the waiter and bartender corrected it immediately. I’ve got a list of chain restaurants that I tend to like more than others and most of them share certain qualities in common: casual atmosphere, sports on television, America style food, and beer in abundance. A restaurant that checks off all these boxes is Brick House Tavern & Tap in Humble. This Brick House Tavern & Tap is located close to the Deerbrook Mall, right next to Interstate 69, so it’s easy to find. It features a casual atmosphere and a large interior with a good deal of seats, so there is usually no wait. And yes, there are televisions on multiple walls and they are situated on multiple angles, so that you can view them and watch the sports you love from most any seat in the house. The menu at Brick House Tavern & Tap is focused on pub grub like burgers, flatbread, soups and salads, wings, seafood, etc plus an extensive list of appetizers and a separate brunch menu. Oh, and there is a nice beer selection, with enough options to make most anyone happy, and that includes the more finicky beer snobs among us. I usually go for one of the burgers when I visit this restaurant, and I like not only the quality, but also that they serve assorted sides so you aren’t stuck with the usual, boring fries like with some restaurants. I’ve also enjoyed their Philly cheesesteak- it’s loaded with meat and contains lots of green peppers, red peppers, onions, and cheese. I usually leave feeling satisfied but not stuffed. There is ample parking at this Brick House Tavern & Tap, so I don’t have any issues there. I have noticed that some of the appetizers, like the deviled eggs, are not quite up to par, but other than that small issue, Brick House Tavern & Tap in Humble, TX is a good choice when you want some agreeable American pub grub and a tasty craft beer to wash it down.

We went here last minute looking for a place to have lunch. The food was good, big portions, services was a little slow, but to bad, server was really nice. Chicken & waffles, and the ribeye meal was a hit with my family. Very good! There were flies bothering us, while in the resturant that was the only nuisance we experienced. My son manage to drop his phone between the wall and booth seat and the waitress was super nice and worked to get it back.

It's your garden variety franchise. Hospitable staff and clean tables more often than not but the food is pure salt. The drinks are great and for the most part strong. If you're coming for something to cut the edge off a buzz the food's good. If you're coming for quality food then prepare to be disappointed.

Perhaps the food is only best when you dine-in? I order this all the time as dine-in a the shrimp is generally tossed in the sauce. I just received this as a to-go order and as you can see, half of it is “Knockout Shrimp” and the other half of just friend shrimp.

They have some sofas for seats, making it a very comfortable visit. They have nice TVs for game day. There is a large bar with indoor and outdoor seating. This is a great place to get together. I, however, go there to eat. I was impressed with the quality of their food, but they have completely changed their menu. It's simple and not much to offer like before. Great if you only want a burger or wings. We both ordered the chicken fried steak with cheesy mashed potatoes and a side of fries. I will say this was a big CFS. It was tasty with a thick piece of steak and lots of breading. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best . It was ok but not the worst I've had. I was not impressed with their gravy. The amount of potatoes was very disappointing for price of this plate and it being the only side it came with. The service was good and friendly.

Beautiful place and great service, but poor food quality The place is very beautiful the atmosphere, the setting, and the facilities are all very clean and nicely maintained. Our server was amazing she gave us excellent attention from the moment we arrived. For her alone, I would give five stars. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. I ordered the ribs, and they were drowned in barbecue sauce so much that I couldn’t even taste the meat. The ribs were dry underneath all that sauce, and the flavor just wasn’t there. Overall, the food was not good at all. The only reason I’m giving these stars is because the place itself is lovely and the atmosphere is great. But I wouldn’t recommend it for the food. Huge thanks to our wonderful waitress, though she was truly the highlight of the visit.

Hot pretzels were great. Nice cheese sauce as well. Pizza not so good. Philly cheese steak was tasty but lacked texture. burger was nice quality. Attentive service. Fair prices.

The appetizers were good, especially the fried deviled eggs 😋 The service was slow and unfriendly. The worst thing was the place was extremely hot, making it so uncomfortable to enjoy.

If you're coming in to a place that's understaffed on a Football/Church Sunday for a tea and Coke only and to be ignored afterwards then this would be a five star review. Didn't take long to get our drink order, but when we told the waitress to give us a couple of minutes to look at the menu she disappeared, while her other tables had food. She passed by our table and looked at us 3 or 4 times, but we weren't looking at our menus. 15 minutes roll by and still no service. So, we got up, she saw us and she comes rushing to our table. She gave us an apology mixed in with excuses, which means it wasn't sincere and she knew what she was doing. She said she would take her order and I told her she took too long, that her "big church crowd" party had their food and told her the sweet tea and Coke were delicious. Also, that we are leaving. To the GM: Hire more people, if there are large parties then have your staff help each other and train them to be attentive. Also, DO NOT service a table with more than 8 people when you don't have enough staff. Better to make smaller parties happy (could be more people in collectively) than worry about a large party. Why? Your staff will make more tip money per person, but also you can turn around those tables faster so that they are exposed to more customers. Larger parties means: more complaints, longer dining time,the hassle of splitting checks and someone not tipping because they know that the other person tipping makes up for them being cheap. The end result, it frustrates your staff but infuriates your smaller tables because their waiter/waitress wasn't attentive, waited longer to order their food and majority of the time their food is cold. Depending on the severity, could mean: free meal, waiter/waitress no tip, getting yelled at, get bad review on the internet and possibly them telling others about to come in your restaurant to prepare themselves for crappy service. Waitress: More times than not, in the long run you actually put in more work and make less money per person for a large party. How? Please read the note I left for the GM.

First and last time. Worst service and worst food ever. Waited (2) hours for a 4 oz soup and a half a salad. Lame excuses and the waitress informed me it was because I was "special." This was our first time visiting a Brick House and it will be the last. We are also Landry members and I can say this was not Landry quality. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Large party of 13 went for late lunch. Very slow service. Took over 45 minutes to get first round of bar drinks. Food orders weren’t put in until child’s plate and appetizers were delivered, even though it was a long wait for those. Waitress seemed a little defensive with questioning about the status of our orders. Never have waited this long for a bar drink anywhere. My daughter and I split a fig and pig flatbread but could not eat it because of so many red pepper flakes. She said the cook must have used the wrong shaker. Credited that entree and asked if we wanted anything else but we had already been there at least 90 minutes by then, so passed on that. Not a pleasant experience at all. Left a tip but looking back now, I’m not sure we should have. I have eaten at other locations in Texas with no complaints, but this location was bad.

Food was great. Thalia our server was terrible. Not attentive. Grunted when we said thank you. Disappeared after our food was brought. I used to come here in 22/23. It was amazing. Place was packed and service was great. Now it is horrible. Took 10 minutes to get greeted even after I asked the hostess to send a server over. It’s a UFC fight night tonight and the place is a ghost town. Back in 23/24 they used to have t shirt, shot girls walking around and even a DJ on weekends. Management needs to change. Clean house.

Update: finally after hours of searching i found corp. On July 24th I got my refund finally.... i will never return n honestly thinking about not going to any restaurant this company Came to this place for the first time. We ordered to go on Monday June 16th, when we came in we took a min and looked over the menu. I'm not sure if it was a hostess or a waitress but she didnt know her job, what they carried or even the register. My husband orders shrimp appetizer and the triple burger. He asked for no house sauce on the burger but mayo and mustard. The young lady taking our order first stated they hand no mayo or mustard, she found the mayo on the screen and we found the mustard. My husband asked for no fries with his order as well. I ordered the chicken tenders, I asked her what came with them and she said nothing, I also ordered the mozzarella bricks I think they were called. We waited for our order in the hallway, we got the order went home and we didnt open everything up till about 1am and the restaurant was already closed by this time. My husband order came with fries after we said no, the burger was suppose to have 3 cheeses on it and it looked like only cheddar, also his sugar was hard and came with no sauce, no mayo, no mustard not even the house sauce.. the sugar was hard so my husband took it apart and had to eat one by one cause all three was to hard to bite into. My order the chicken was hard and also had fries. I asked for ranch didnt no come with it, my mozzarella no marinara. I get that its just sauces but to just have 2 entrees and 2 appetizers 71.93 is alot for all that.. when I called the next day I spoke with skyler the manager, she first told me the refund would be back in 5 to 7 business days. I called on the 7th day and when I call back then when skyler informed me of new time frame. That she submitted it to Corp to see if they are going to approve it... like what u mean if? I'm sry but as far as im concerned if I gave u details on why I want my money back as a customer there for one shouldn't be no if they approve it. Give me my money back and I sure as hell shouldn't have to wait a month or longer to get my money back for crappy service and food I didn't eat I gave it to my dogs. AND NO RESPONSE EVEN FROM THE EMAIL PROVIDED BELOW AND I SENT MORE THEN ONE EMAIL..... THIS IS NOT OK... i ask for corp number and they provided me a number to a auto place.... like this is so unprofessional at my job if a customer asks for a refund we don't argue we just do it and it goes back in 5 to 7 business days. That's what I was first told by skyler the gm. And here we r and still no refund still no answers just oh they r working on it. I'm so over this and I have given plenty of time for someone to reach out or my refund.
