Stopped this morning got myself 2 jalapeño kolaches and 2 chocolate donuts 10/10 recommend.
I haven’t been to Shirley’s in several years, but decided to stop by on this particular day. The customer service was great and the food was warm and tasty. The prices were reasonable and the selection was vast. I will definitely be returning.
Stopped in today. Got some ham kolaches, cinnamon twist, couple donuts 2 chocolate milk. Ladies that collected my order very nice. Nice experience. Highly recommend. Food is great. Restaurant nice. Customer service excellent.

I highly recommend this place. 9/10 Let me start by saying this store was spotless! The man running the show, Daniel, was an absolute Gentleman. The young lady, Michelle, that took my order was very sharp (Always makes ordering easier when the people taking the orders are such gems). Because the doughnuts I was asking for weren't on the menu she referred me to Daniel who immediately went to see if my doughnut request could be made special. Not only did they make the order exactly as I asked, but they were also absolutely DE-licious. These were the best doughnuts I have eaten in years. Thank you to Daniel, Michelle, and the entire crew for taking such good care me. You have earned a lifetime customer. A+++

They melt in your mouth when they are hot. They are not too sweet. They are just right. Go get you some Shipley's hot donuts at a friendly Shipley's. By the way I order on line so they are ready when I drive up. It's the easy way to shop at Shipley's.
We have eaten very clean for nearly 2 years, but on occasion, we'll have a donut. This was the 2nd donut in that time frame and it isn't as good as I once remembered. However, the service was fast, friendly, and very welcoming! That's worth the visit on start of anyone's day.

Very friendly people and fresh donuts. I ate my donut in 2 seconds without realizing it because it was so good. Personal muy amigable, donas 🍩 deliciosas, y lugar limpio.
I know prices have gone up on everything but six donuts and six kolaches was $27 so just be prepared if you’re buying more than a few😊…I did not eat them but my employees said they were good!

Shipley's donuts has the best donuts ever. Although this one that I went to had too many people that couldn't speak English. Therefore it was very upsetting to have to continue explaining which kind of donut I wanted. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5
I put 3 stars because of the change in orange juice. Its horrible tasting no offense to hiland It will be trashed. I swore yall had simply orange at one point.

While I've had wonderful experiences with Shipley Donuts in the past, this specific visit left me somewhat disappointed, and I'm inclined to recommend the North Sam Houston location for those seeking consistently fresh and delectable donuts. Here's hoping the US-59 branch can step up their game to meet the high standards set by other Shipley establishments.

They give you over-baked donuts and horrible customer service. They might be donuts from the day before. The outside layer had a different texture than normal. I have gone multiple times throughout the week for the past months and today, they gave me 2 out of 3 burnt donuts. Of course, I didn’t realize it until I got to my work. Unfortunately, I don’t plan going back. They tasted really dried instead of soft! - I have already filled out the Shipley’s form and made the complaint as well.

I went yesterday morning about 10. I know the doughnuts are not usually hot but they are usually slight warm. They gave me a box of cold hard doughnuts that did not seem to have no freshness, I’ve eaten from Shipleys all my life so I know wat to except from the doughnuts different times of the day when purchased, so I went back, asked them did they have fresh doughnuts and they said yes I ask them not to warm my doughnuts up and they did anyway and told me they did not warm them but once again I can tell when the doughnut has been warmed and you can tell by the next day as well because the icing looks different the doughnut feels harder. This is not the first time they have gave me cold doughnuts when I know they had some fresher than wat they gave me. I feel like they are being racist.they pick and chose who to give fresh doughnuts to. And they have the ardacity to look at you crazy. This how it looked the next day without warming it up.
Placed a pickup order on 1/3/2025 around 2:40pm and got there at 2:46pm and they were closed. My pickup order is paid and was confirmed so I don’t understand how they were closed and still decided to take my money for an order I wouldn’t be able to pick up. Website says they close at 3pm.

I went inside to pick up my order and was given one regular coffee. I showed the employee my receipt off the app saying I also ordered a salted caramel coffee. She kept saying no and that I just had the one regular one. She kept pointing to my bag of food saying this is what you ordered. Even after I showed my order from my phone multiple times, she kept telling me no and I that I didn't pay for a caramel coffee. The printed receipt attached to my order didn't list the caramel coffee so l'm not sure what happened- if there was an error when it printed out or if there was a missing second part of the receipt? But the employee was extremely rude and would not try to figure out what happened even though she could see that the caramel coffee was in my order that I was showing her in the app and my also on email receipt. She never once tried to see what happened nor give me the coffee. I left - with no caramel coffee that I paid for. I submitted an inquiry in the app afterwards explaining what happened at this store and never heard anything from them (of course!) It's been over two weeks and still no response nor a refund for the drink I paid for and didn't receive. Save yourself the trouble of terrible service and visit another location.
Absolutely terrible shop everytime I’ve came in they’re been extremely rude to me and the food is always cold, extremely oily, or a sad combo of the both. If you have the opportunity to go anywhere else to get breakfast I would advise that option 😂.
