Food was delicious and large portions. The service was great. They were helpful and provided recommendations. The buns (got the pork one) were delicious. Also got this pork that came with pancake things you could make little wraps. That was so good. Added some of the shredded potatoes in it as well. Very good. Will def be back. Cute place with great service and delicious food.

Came here for a northern style Chinese breakfast, and it does not disappoint! The food is authentic, and so flavorful. Don't miss out on the soy bean milk, it's all natural, nothing added in unlike most places. The jianbing is definitely the dish that takes the top. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff are very attentive. Definitely will be looking forward to the next time I come back to this neighborhood, so I have excuse to eat again

The food is delicious. Our kids love the pork dumplings and spring pancakes. The dumplings are fresh made.

Came here for breakfast. The steamed shrimp and pork bao (buns) we're tasty and also had soup inside. We also enjoyed the dill and pork dumplings and hot, lightly sweetened soy milk.

So cute place serving great Chinese food for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were really late for dinner, still they treated us with a warming big smile. Definitely we will come back to try other dishes also watch them making Chinese pancake "live".

Was in my way to Beef noodle Express and sorted this place driving in the parking lot. Thought we'd give it a try and not was it good. Tried their crispy crepe , beef noodle soup and pork Bao. If your reading this, stop and just go here. YOU'RE WELCOME!!

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food, this place has it specially from the northern China. Enough said - don’t come here for Services . Come here for good cooking. :-)

Amazingly authentic food. Fairly reasonable prices and excellent service, fantastic day helping you figure out what to order and enjoy a nostalgic or novel experience depending on your background. For myself, it reminded me of my grandma's cooking and the many chilly morning spent with warm people on the streets of Beijing before heading off to class.

I don’t know why people rated a three for this restaurant. I’m just telling you that these cuisines are great, and as a Chinese person, the plates tasted great and were identical to the ones made in China

Great noodles, pancakes, dumplings and etc., they make their own. Their eggplant and various cold appetizers are very good. Their beef noodle soup pretty good.

We ordered a Chinese crepe and noodle with mince pork sauce. The crepe is so crunchy and filling 🥹 The noodle is also very nice. Why doesn’t this place have 5 stars???

Food was really good and the portions were big. Service was quite bad and it felt more like a fast food restaurant because you scan to order.

I usually ask them to remove eggs an sub the meat with lettuce as a vegan option. These crepes make for a great snack!

Service was quick and attentive. - Order can be taken from the table on the phone and is updated live for the table across multiple devices. Food was solid and fresh. - Highly recommend the pickled, fish, and vegetable soup. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

First of all the food is absolutely amazing. I’m originally from Beijing and I can tell you this is one of the most authentic Chinese places in Irvine. They have a great variety of food too. And the staffs are very friendly, I left my credit card in the diner and when I called later, Ms Qin was very patient with me and she made sure the card indeed belongs to me. Would definitely recommend!

I like food here. The Tianjing house creep remind me of my childhood. It is hard to find a place that provide house crepe, isn’t it? Also I like the wonton soup here because I will always prefer small fresh-made wonton. Also sometimes I buy their combo(💲10 you get suger bun, red bean bun, twist bun and rice cake). Just need to put into microwave for 30sec. Perfect for me as a student who do not have time to prepare breakfast.

This place has plenty of food and I got wonder on the taste. It brings me back to the Chinese food I remember when I was living there! The price for each dishes are inexpensive but good on service! Will back again!

Absolutely delicious, slow service so be prepared to wait and to ask more than once where your water might be. Jian bing guozi is shockingly elusive, a specific type of crepe made with mung bean or soy bean flour, with a crisped soy wrapper inside. And they do this expertly. Fortune No 1 is my other favorite, but also has slow service and not as nice atmosphere and bathroom. The other jian bing guozi place is mediocre, the flour isn’t as good as this one. Go in with the following expectations and you will enjoy yourself: you will need to hail a waiter or waitress anytime you need something, food takes a while to come out, but everything is fresh when it comes out. Portions are generous and prices are good. Do not skip this just because of the service, please! It’s delicious 🤤

We came here on a Saturday night (7:30pm) and the service and food were great. It wasn’t crowded but there were customers. Several dishes were great: the sour and spicy vermicelli, chili dumplings, cold chicken, beef pancake were good.

We’ve visited Tai Chi Cuisine in the past and not only was the food unmemorable, but the service was lousy even by Chinese restaurant standards. It’s no surprise that we haven’t returned in years so we were pleasantly surprised during a recent visit by all the changes - a new and much more extensive menu and improved service from different servers. Described on Google as a “casual eatery offering authentic Chinese favorites including buns and pancakes”, we quite enjoyed their scallion pancakes, leek cakes (although my recommendation would be to cut the chives smaller), the dumplings and the fried pork buns. Unfortunately we will never be ordering the Wonton in Chili Sauce and an overly sweet shredded pork dish ever again. The biggest wins were the Sautéed Matsusaka Pork with Chili Peppers which was bathed in oily goodness and all the cold dishes we tried - pig ear with chili sauce, shredded potatoes and shredded beans. With so much more to try off their expanded menu, we’ll def be back!

Typical items for north china breakfast. The taste is not impressive but above average imo. The price for the popular item (crispy crepe) is definitely on the high end. $8 for the simple pancake that does not include much fillings, extra $2 or more for each other thing you want to add inside.

D
Doris Lim

Our first time visit and their handmade, made to order dumplings are delicious. I had the ones with shrimp and pork. The house crepe are super yummy. It's made with egg, sesame seeds and crispy wonton skin. You will need to order fried dough with pork floss along with it. The house crepe is a must order when you visit. Ordered the tomato beef noodle soup and the portion is huge with good price. The soup is flavorful. Will go again and try the pork bun later

This is a cute little place, reminds of a fancy Chinese restaurant in France when you walked in. It took the servers a little bit to seat us even though there were empty tables and when we were seated, it seemed like they forgot about us because I had to wave the server down to take our order. But when they finally took our ordered, the food came out quickly! The only other problem was they didn't have ice. I don't know if they had a broken ice maker or just never served ice. None of our waters or paid drinks had ice. No bueno on a hot day! We ordered: Duck Pot, added glass noodles, Rib eye beef and a fried egg. The flavors were to die for. It's a spicy dish so it's not for everyone. Adding the glass noodles made it even better! Doughnut stick, we dipped this into the Duck Pot, Chinese Doughnut sticks are the best, you can eat it by itself or dip it into anything! House Crepe added sausage, very unique crepe, not what I expected. Outside is a layer of egg with green onions, inside has something crunchy and we added sausage which turned out to be a hot dog. Still tasty! Shrimp/Pork Dumplings, very homemade. The skin was not thick, it did not over power the dumpling, shrimp and pork ration was even and when you bite in you get a squirt of broth, reminds me of mom's! Beef Fried Rice, not oily, perfectly cooked, did not need to add soy sauce. Honestly in the end, if the food is good, they deserve a good rating!

We really enjoyed the crepes and steamed buns (baozi)! Would highly recommend coming for breakfast. We found some of the flavors of the soup and noodle dishes to be average, but we loved the pineapple shrimp fried rice!!

B

Excellent food for the price. Pork buns were juicy and the lamb was tender. Customer service was so-so. Soda is from a can. Soy milk was from a prepackaged container.

I occasionally entered this restaurant because the other one I was planning to go was not open, the traditional Chinese breakfast is available here, and the taste is delicious l. But just because it is too traditional, the price is some expensive. I would give 4.5 actually.

I Have been wanting to try this place for some time. I work in the area and do shop at this center. I was craving for porridge and dumplings and was brought here by yelp. Menu is small, but everything looked interesting and delicious. At first i wanted the chicken basil pot dish, but they happen run out for the night. So we ordered the braised pork in braised brown sauce instead. It was still good, i just removed the fatty trim here and there. We also ordered chive and pork dumplings and beef pancake (had a nice crunch to it) Id like to come back to try appealing other dishes.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast. It was crowded and a little busy but we were able to get a table right away right next to the area where they make the crepes and pancakes. Since this was our first time there, the waitress took the time to explain menu items and how ordering worked. The food came out in a timely manner despite how steadily busy they were. We ordered a basic "pancake" type dish that was almost like a crepe. At the waitresses advice we opted to go simple to see if we liked it, mind you, you can upgrade and stuff this thing with many different types of veggies and meats. It was VERY tasty despite just being thier basic one. Portions were on point too and more than enough as a starter for us. We also ordered a roasted pork appetizer that was amazing! It was just a small portion of a tender, moist, and tasty dish. It came with a soy-based dipping sauce that made it even better! As our main dish, my wife and I decided to share a spicy Beef Innards soup. It had your more exotic type meats and beef parts, ie tripe, tendon, etc...It also had glass noodles, but the best part was the spicy and flavorful broth. WOW! So good! They bowl was more than enough for the both of us to share. Prices were decent A good deal for great food. We recommend this place and we will be back!

Very good choice for lunch and dinner (both by yourself and with a large group of friends). The taste is very authentic. Highly recommend the Crepe and Beef pot with Dong-Gua. Bao-zi and Pancakes are decent. The downside is that often it's in shortage of staff. The waiting time varies and it can take very long. The staff look like that are exhausted every time, probably because the incoming customers are out of the staff's capacity.

Y
Yi Ning

Nice foods, especially the pork and shrimp bun, fresh and tasty, liked a lot by the kids who are quite picky. The waitresses are fast with ordering, but not very efficient with cleaning up, seems the lady liked focusing on ordering, but they are friendly when asked to clean up the table.

M
Min Choi

Love their breakfast pancake (I ate for lunch), just like the one I tried in Shanghai! They make fresh per order. Their soup is good too. One tip, if you don't like white pepper flavor, ask them not to put it. I liked it because I like some kick :p

F

Food is good. We (3 adults and 2 kids) love the scallion pancakes, and the soupy eight treasures dessert. Service and Atmosphere are as normal as we would expect in a Chinese restaurant.

S
Sophie Cheng

Nice decor large dining room clean bathroom. Soups great. I ate here two times and never got sick. Noodle sauce i am not used to the taste. They cook their house special multigrain crepe in the dining room and it makes the dining room smoky and hard to breath for people with allergies.

Good value for Chinese comfort food. No frills, clean environment restaurant. Expect the service to be a typical inattentive Chinese restaurant. Not busy for a Saturday night.

The food was good personally really liked the wrap thing. Not a fan of the bun. Service wasn’t the best. We waited a long time for the food to come out.

I enjoyed my breakfast here. They are known for quick breakfast foods and the egg crepes are made fresh.

H

The good part of this place is they have many options for breakfast and lunch, Chinese savory crepes are pretty good and authentic. You usually don't need to wait too long. But the service was just so so it seems like they are too busy to explain anything to you. If you understand the menu well and are familiar with the food then it is ok, otherwise it could be challenging. We ordered some soup, buns, a spicy dish, and beef noodles. Most of the things are alright, I wish the filling for the bun could be a little more. The spicy dish did not taste that good, feel like it has some spicy and msg that covers all other flavors. No one checked on us or helped while eating, we had to just get up ourselves to get water, spoon, take out boxes and bags.

K
K C

Large dining area, fairly spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and service was timely. Ordered wonton soup, crepe with beef and a bowl of hot soy milk. Portion size was generous! Best tasting item of the meal was the soy milk. Crepe was slightly burnt but beef was tender; I like the addition of fried wonton skin to give it some crunch. Wonton soup had seaweed and egg drop.

D

The food here is delicious! Eating their 油条 reminds me of the trips I've made to Taiwan. However, the service was terrible; our waiter was extremely rude and seemed like he wanted us out as soon as possible even though it was 11 in the morning.

Y
Yang Gu

If I was rating just the food this place would get 6 stars. Unfortunately, they seem to have a big understaffing problem, so when things are busy 1. Food takes awhile to get to you 2. They don't clean the tables at even a semi-decent rate. Like they barely clean them at all, so people just stand there. So 3 stars it is.

T

The pancakes are fried so they're pretty oily

D

We ordered a bunch of dishes and the food was not that great. Overall everything was too bland. There’s no soupy dumplings and the ones they did have are just average. The beef with chives was bland, like they didn’t season it at all. The shrimp fried rice was decent but oily. The beef wrap was the best because of the sauce. The potato strips cold dish had a nice crunchy texture but was bland too.

M
Mustafa Khan

The restaurant itself looking a bit dingy, but I didn't let that stop me, I have found some of the best food in ugly holes in the wall places. The staff was fairly nice overall, that was the best quality about this restaurant, in my opinion. Food was abysmal tho, I had to scavenger hunt for my chicken in the pile of peppers. I initially thought the peppers were part of the dish but they were plastic-like and hard to chew. I followed up with a native Chinese friend who confirmed that they had given me alot of garnish that isn't meant to be eaten. Picture of what was left of my dish after I finished the actual food for reference

It should be our last time to drive an half hour to have a breakfast here. The restaurant is heavely lack of servants, you are expected to wait for long time to get your food even there are only few customers. The worst thing is the disgusted smell outside of the restaurant.

N
Noah Crocker

Tai Chi has an extensive menu of delicious and authentic eats; but sloppy, slow service sullies the experience. Missing food items, inattentive wait staff, and slow service make dining at Tai Chi anything other than a smooth experience. If you’re looking to enjoy good food on a relaxing afternoon with minimal annoyances, take your business elsewhere. A shame - really wanted to like this place, but burned one too many times.

E
Evelyn Dai

Food is good but be ready to wait for an hour for the bun.

S

Food doesn’t come out like the pictures. The dish had an egg in it but it came out without an egg…. Asked about it and they refused to do anything about it. Taste of the rest of the dishes weren’t up to par either. Flavorless and expensive. Avoid if you can. Sad I had high hopes

E
Elliot Lee

Do not come on a Saturday morning. The line is long and the wait is around 15-20 mins. It might be ok if you call your order in ahead of time.

S
Stuart Chiu-Griffin

Took 20 minutes to get a glass of water, nobody came over to explain the menu or that you need to use your smartphone to place order. The dumplings were ok, not great. Service was horrible, you would have been greeted and serviced faster at a drive through.

C
Connie Z

The only reason I return for this place has gone… Ordered a Chinese crepe with some shredded potatoes as a side, and the food was okay until I found a piece of sticker on the sliced paprika in the shredded potato… The lady making the pancake was always nice (that’s why I still want to give a 2/5) but considering the poor quality of the rest of the menu and the poor food safety, just avoid this place.

R
Robert Gonzalez

Oh my gosh... just goofy. Typical white guy in a Chinese restaurant not knowing what to order. (Except, I think this was Taiwanese, and I'm not really a white guy.) So, I order a green onion pancake. There's one on the wall in chalk on their menu, and then there's one in the paper menu they gave me. Two different prices. They gave me the lower price on the wall. They really didn't give me any assistance. So, I sit. And sit. And wait. After 15 minutes, I give somebody a weird look, and they check on my order and it was already ready. When I get it, it's just some plain pancake with no sauce with no nothing. Excuse my own ignorance, but this is not the experience any American would look for coming into one of these establishments. They had the opportunity to sell me on something better. Anyway, this place does have potential if you know what you're doing. Don't count on them though. Clean Place. Classy place. Almost no service. Hence, the two star rating. I think my bag of Japanese rice crackers from Ranch 99 is going to be better than this. Give me a little oyster sauce with this, and I might have a different opinion.

T
Tony Y.

One of the worst noodle soup I ever taste, thin soup lack of any favors, forgetting about any attention to anything else. I cannot believe restaurant owner will allow this to serve at the restaurant.

P
Pat Towner

Stopped going there recently, simply because I was asked to pay tips by one of the ladies behind the counter, very awkward... I didn't receive much service, it was a very basic restaurant, I didn't think they should expect tips. So here we go, goodbye for good.

K
Kelly Zhou

We arrived around 7 a.m. and waited almost an hour for our food, while delivery orders were served much faster than dine-in customers. When we finally received our food after waiting an hour, the beef roll was cold. Overall, the experience was disappointing. What made it worse was that we had also ordered a pre-made cold potato dish that was already sitting at the counter, yet we didn’t receive it until after an hour of waiting. When I politely mentioned this to a staff member, a lady wearing glasses was extremely rude—pointing at me and asking what I wanted, then ignoring me for another 15 minutes. This level of service was unacceptable.

W
Wu Lidia

No body will seat u unless u grab a waittress. Waiting for my fried dough forever till I have to ask for it. It literally sat in that food warmer but they just forgot to bring it to me.hot soy milk is actually room temperature. At least two servers serving 11 ppl with zero efficiency. So funny.

w
wanlling li

I’ve been to this place for more than 3 times, none of the 3 times give me pleasant experience. Orders were taken wrong, food is extremely slow to be served, no waiter or waitress come to the table to check on what’s going on or what is needed, sometimes they yell at each other. Food quality is fine, but the service is too bad that you should try everything you can to avoid dining here.

D
Dianqi Ji

Food is ok, but service is BAD. They are focusing solely on take-out orders, so we had to wait so long for our order that we felt hungry no more. Plus, water was never served at the table. If you wanna do take-out oriented business, I am ok with that, but please tell people to not expect anything when they dine-in.

N
Neal Zhang

Their waiting list is like a joke. You will not be called by order but by # of persons. If you are 1-3 persons, be prepared to be never called. They will also treat you based on how much you order. Be prepared to be ignored if you order less than 30$ per person. We are two persons and be there for an hour and not served until I found out they were not calling people by order. Will never go again.

C
Catherine Xin

The worst service experience I have never had before!!!! Tonight, I was going to Thai Chi to buy their Wonton soup which was today's special dish offer. When I gave them my credit card to pay the order, the male cashier Wang said: " We do NOT accept credit cards under $20, especially your order is a dinner special." What!? Why was I DISCRIMINATED against because of ordering a dinner special and pay by credit card??????? Then, I went to check my purse if I had enough cash, but I did not find any. So, I told them I did not have cash, and when your restaurant posted menu in group, you guys did not mention do not accept credit card under $ 20 anywhere, even in the front desk of the restaurant, there is nowhere customers can find this notice.Unfortunately, this cashier Huang did not explain anything to me. Instead, he said Impatiently and Rude: " It is COMMON SENSE in American like you go to the 99 Ranch market, they won't accept, either."  What the Heck!?  Then, he started to service other customers who were behind me and just IGNORED me. After I stood there embarrassed about 3 mins, he asked me to transfer the amount to his BOA account by Zelle. Finally, I got my food which was needed to bring to church. Actually, I hate spreading negative inform and rarely give a bad review. However, the cashier in Thaichi made it! Good job cashier Wang! (1) If you think people who order today's special dish are cheap, no cash in pocket and have to pay by credit card even under $20, please mention it early or do not offer today's special, I won't be angry (2) If you are afraid the bank will charge your boss the transaction fee by using a credit card, I am willing to pay that several cents for my order. Customers going to your restaurant is for service and pay for it, not for being charged!

H

Jianbingguozi was too large and contains little meat in it. It’s also not even close to what I tried in other good Jianbingguozi places in California. And guess what, the ‘whole set’ of it cost you 15+ bucks. Which is insane for that kinda dish. Baozi was not good, either. Still can’t believe I payed 30 dollars per person for a breakfast. No wonder none of my friends have ever recommended this restaurant. This is a terrible food exploring experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I normally don’t comment on restaurants but this restaurant really deserves a warning. Not only the long wait for food is a problem, food quality is another issue. There are a lot of food in the complex, highly suggest patrons to go elsewhere.

Very bad service. First time, my order is told out of stock after ordered half hours. I have to chang order. So I wait half more hours. I think maybe was wrong time. So I give the s econd chance. However it is still very slow. Horrible, I will not go to here again.

Just because the lady said “ basically we need to tip” also I make money hard but who ask u for tip when u almost do everything ordering by online and it is not the first time that they mess up with my order I prefer the young lady

R

Takeout service was terrible. We waited for a very long time. Different food were prepared at different times. By the time the meal was ready, other dishes were cold, soggy, and disgusting. We had at least 5 other parties that came sit down after us and their food was served before us. This was just horrible service. I also think their soy milk should come in more options because they didn't have any unsweetened cold soy milk, which is what I preferred. The atmosphere was decent however looked unsanitary in the food making areas.

C
Cathy

Waiting for a hour, they told me my order was missing, service too poor.

This food was gross. I am pretty adventurous with food, but never again. I ordered the Coconut Chicken Pot. The chicken was boiled and still had the rubbery skin (gross) and bones/bone fragments and some other "solids" which I didn't really want to know what they were. I stuck to the broth and wish I didn't order this dish. Didn't taste any coconut.

When you order take out or app pick up they give your food to dine-in customers first. And then they lie to you about taking a long time to prepare the food. Dishonest place. They also force you to tip if you dine in, watching you like a hawk.

Their rice/water ratio is totally off- my rice was all wet and goopy (I should have read the reviews before coming). The food is super mid, and as I am writing this review, I feel extremely nauseous. No service at all. I regret tipping, as my dine in was 100% self serve. However, the man will come at the end with an iPad and shove the tip screen in your face and make you feel guilty for not tipping.

My saturday with my family was ruined after we ate in this place . My toddler got diarrhea, my husband got hot and cold , shakes , headache , diarrhea, muscle ache , nausea. The service was bad and the food make me crying. We ordered Lamb Spine Hot Pot $26 ( the most expensive menu ) it came so quick , it was cold and dried . Pancake beef looks like they refried them , beef burrito was bad , tasted weird , pork bun tasted bad too . Service was bad , they don’t care about you . Everytime we need something I have to come to the cashier and tell her what we need , even when we want to ordered food , I have to go to cashier and tell her that we are ready to order . No one care . I have to go to cashier to tell them that we need water . Even tho the service bad and the food bad , I still leave them tip $10 . To be honest , I don’t want to give any penny, but I just try to be nice . Not until we come home and my family got sick sick. I don’t like to give any bad review but it’s really hurt me to see my husband and my kid got sick . Good things I don’t get sick because I don’t eat their food .

Terrible service. I waited more than an hour for a small takeout order, and they didn’t apologize or offer any compensation

C
Chiyen Chen (Jina)

I ordered shrimp & pork bun and soy milk. Even the restaurant claims that all the buns are fresh made and authentic Tianjin buns, this could be the worst I've ever had. The buns were not hot as straight from the steamer nor taste like fresh made. The soy milk was also very bland. Not recommend as a breakfast spot to visit.

The food is decent, but the wait time for even simple dishes is over 40 minutes, which is frustrating. Additionally, the counter staff's attitude comes across as indifferent and unhelpful

S

I ordered pork and leek dumplings in the evening of 3/30/23. Unfortunately most of these dumplings' pork was undercooked. To be more precisely, the pork's more like raw-to-rare. My wife threw up afterwards but fortunately no medical attention was needed.

After over 40 mins of waiting, my friends have already finished their food, (after three times asking) the waiter come to tell us that they didn’t start to make the noodle I order, and ask me do I still want it.

H
Hanrun Miao

I called to place my order at 2:00 PM and arrived at the restaurant at 3:15 PM to pick it up. When I got there, the staff told me there was no such order. After I insisted multiple times, they finally checked and found that the order was accepted but never sent to the kitchen. They then asked if it was okay to make it for me on the spot. If you don’t want to ruin your perfect day, don’t come to this restaurant!

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I found plastic wrap in my lamb mix soup. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they removed the soup but did not offer an apology. Additionally, I was still charged for the soup.

Was excited to try some authentic Chinese cuisine and basically got scammed by the merchant. I was going to pay with my visa credit card, however, the merchant insisted that I should pay with zelle and the merchant promised to provide extra egg dish. I was like why not so they can save credit card transaction fee and avoid paying taxes. I arrived home to eat and when I opened my bag, there was no extra egg dish. I can't believe they act so petty to save couple dollars. This restaurant basically lost a returning customer.

If i want to be ignored & left hungry, i might as well stayed home. was sat down with menu right away, then despite 3 attempts and 6+ eye contacts to place an order and ask for water....I was told to wait. 12 minutes later, i left.

This place sucks I ordered savior crepe I told them no spicy but them got mad and shout out bad words to my kids and their food taste like they have come out from bathroom. I ask to go I have to pay for tips

Y
Yixuan Li

Horrendous service. Chinese lady did not come to help me once but DEMANDED 15% tip. No water refills, no checkups, I grabbed the to go containers myself and packed my food myself. Maybe they gotta pay their workers more if they’re so desperate for cash. Do not come here to endure the terrible service whether ur Chinese or not.

J
Jiaming Jin

Worst customer service and experience I EVER seen! They kept you waiting for 40 min for a simple fried Baozi and apparently in person order gets much delayed comparing to the online orders - which is ridiculous that in person customer won’t put a timeout on them. Waiters are extremely IRRESPONSIBLE!

M
Michael Zhou

Take out service is absolutely horrible. Ordered something to go, went in restaurant and waited for 50 minutes. They say they ran out of what I ordered so they were waiting for new batch but I clearly saw customer walking in after me getting what I ordered right away. I guess they prioritize dine in because more tips which is fine, just expected to wait for a long, long time.
