We stopped going to the KFC on North Highland Ave because of the service and the chicken was always greasy. But tonight 10/25/24 was totally different . The young ladies in the window and the one that gave me my food were awesome. Even called me sweetie, and the food was amazing. Not sure if they have new management or just finally found employes that care, but I give them 2 thumbs up tonight. Keep up the good work.

4/23 I stopped by to use the T-Mobile app because they sent me a promotion. I was having a difficult time trying to make it work. That’s when Breyana Horton came out to help. She was very patient very friendly greeted me with a smile, and answered my questions. She did not make me feel like I was putting her out. The employee before her had just finished helping a customer when I asked her for help. Instead of saying they don’t honor the promotion she said didn’t know. I thought this was very appropriate to say. The entire staff was working and helping customers as they walked in if they weren’t in the back getting chicken orders ready they were out on the floor, cleaning the tables and mopping the floor The entire staff seem to be working as a team one helping the other in different areas. I felt peaceful and relaxed that I decided to eat one of my meals in the store. Meanwhile, the employees took their brakes and were covering each other during those breaks while I just listen and minded my own business. I have to give Breyana a lot of credit as a general manager of the store because she runs a good crew. The food is fresh. The customers walked out of here, happy they interact with each other just because they feel the friendliness of the employees. As for my order, I was asked to wait and I did. I was not in a hurry, but for waiting, I got fresh fries and chicken tenders, which was part of my order. I noticed Breyana takes pride and her chicken because she made sure all her employees know to provide a fresh meal for the customers I hope somebody will recognize the hard work. Breyana does with her staff, and they recognize the employees on duty on this day. I love KFC and I will make the drive here. I am here for 60 days.

I went to KFC for the first time in many years to try the new plant based chicken. The nuggets were made fresh to order and the restaurant was very clean. Friendly staff.

They have a lunch buffet. Well worth it. KFC you are amazing. The staff here is as sweet as can be. Great KFC taste and great service. Glad we stopped here during our cross country adventure.

It was a Friday night, evening meal. Chicken pot pie was not up to expectati ons. The crust was not as fluffy as in the past, short on vegetables, but pie was good. The place was dirty and un kept. Staff children were running around all over the place even on the counter.
