We ordered around 12:40 over the phone, got there 15 mins later and food was done on arrival as stated.Customer service was top tier.Woman on the phone was very polite she and I even shared a short giggle about her patience, with me being a first time customer.Inside was very clean and smelled of good food.We ordered the beef rib 🤤🤤, pork belly, oxtail sandwich, jerk wings, 2 tropical punch drinks, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. My husband forget to get the drinks, when I called to let them know they were really polite about it and offered refund or to come back and get the drinks I chose the refund. Without issue, money was refunded to my card without me even driving back. Thanks for the awesome experience!

The customer service was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful very friendly. I did go kinda late so things that I wouldn’t wasn’t available. However, the jerk wings are fire 🔥 and I Also had the beef ribs They were tender, and the smoke ring was incredible. You gotta try these guys out.

This is a relatively new establishment so it's remarkably clean. The customer service was excellent, but the menu doesn't have pricing on it and the cashier didn't readily know the prices. The food wasn't bad at all (I ate it), but it wasn't our (son and daughter) favorite. I ordered the jerked ribs, Mac and Cheese and Baked Beans

1st time visiting this place and its so good , the mac and cheese is super good , the portions are a lot and good prices the mac and cheese combo is 15.99 and the pork belly with rice is 13.99! MUST TRY! The service is great!

This place is AMAZING!! I ordered a variety of items off the menu for my family of 3 and everything was fantastic. The meat was very tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection! I got a little bit of everything from the beef ribs, brisket, jerk pork ribs, pork belly, jerk wings and more. I also ordered all the sides as I could not choose between them. My favorite was the mac and cheese! I got a meat pie to eat on the way home and my daughter ended up eating the majority of it. Not only was the food great, the service was fantastic! The cashier was very welcoming and helpful when it came to choosing the meal. She showed me my food as it came out and offered sauces to go. The owner is very genuine and hard working to ensure every meal comes out perfect (better than the picture on the menu). I will be back to try the smoked ox tail as it looked delicious. I highly recommend Th3 Central BBQ!

I gotta say Central BBQ hits the spot. The jerk ribs and chicken were spiced just right with that real, rich flavor. Sides like mac and cheese, collard greens, and baked beans tasted homemade. Service was quick and friendly—just how we like it. I’ll definitely be back.

On walk-ins - no line to the counter, friendly greeting and quick comprehensive run down on menu items. Tables are clean. Decided on beef brisket and in less than 5 minutes got a juicy, very thin sliced brisket that melts. Definitely a gem and a place to come back.

So good I stopped in for a 2nd visit this week! Their pork belly is delicious, but don’t count their grilled chicken out…it is soooo good. Not the usual dry bird, it was tender, juicy and full of flavor.

I wasn't gonna let the day end and not leave my review, I had the opportunity to converse with these folks today before I even tried the food, that set the tone for a great experience, I had the oxtail sandwich and the beef rib dinner and I can honestly say I enjoyed every bite! I gave my 16 year old son the other half of the sandwich and he already talking about going to get one. Nice setup on the inside as well, I will be returning and recommending, stay Consistent and Humble! May Allah continue to bless your establishment. 🦍

I arrived at the location 8 minutes before closing on 10/30/2024 and was very thankful that they could still take my order. The pork chops were amazing and grilled to perfection. There was so much food that the chef had to staple the box closed. Will I be returning, you bet. The prices in this establishment are far beyond reasonable. Congratulations on providing the north side of Jacksonville with some delicious Caribbean cuisine along with some really great BBQ. Taste 5 stars Appearance 5 stars Cleanliness 5 stars Staff 5 stars. I wish I could say the girl at the counter was friendly and greeting people as they came through the door, but she wasn’t and she didn’t. My food was hot and flavorful unfortunately, I got towards the end of the rack of ribs where they were slightly hard and dried out. The brisket was very tasty, but it was sliced extremely thin. I would say really, my biggest complaint would be cost versus the size of the portions. The two meat combo was $30 which seemed reasonable until you see the small ribs and paper-thin pieces of brisket. I definitely think there is room for potential but the value just wasn’t there for me today. Prices are also not listed on the menu. Picture is of the $30 2-meat Combo.
