So, past few years this particular BK been a complete and total disappointment, however, July 28/22 my meal was like in the picture and tasted absolutely amazing, big shout out to the crew that made it, all of my and my friends meals came out the best iver ever had in 15 years of eating the franchise. Good job guys!!!!!

Went to burgerking today to pick up online order 6/17/21 about 3:00pm with impossible whopper and fries. Service was good. the ladies were fast and friendly, and my order was fresh, hot, and accurate. Thanks ladies!

The one in Kilgore is actually pretty good compared to Longview. Food is fresher and employees don't have the rude attitudes. I'd recommend the Kilgore location but definately avoid the one in Longview on Loop 281 or you will regret it very soon afterwards.

Employees are always so polite. The person in the drive thru was very patient and kind while taking my order and didn’t make me feel rushed. This location is one of the best Burger kings around when it comes to fresh food and good customer service

we drove thru the drive thru, but everything went very well. We got the order fairly quick, and to me it was a real treat. It had been a very long time since i went to a store. All I can say is that I LOVE the flame broiled flavor and I simply consumed my 2 sandwiches.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this is a nice, clean place to stop. We sat down inside this time. Every one who comes through the door is greeted, "Hi! Welcome to Burger King!" All of the employees were kind and very helpful. They didn't mind helping us make some changes to the food we ordered. It was extremely clean, I can't say that enough. Great seating as well. We enjoyed watching tv while eating. Stop by and you'll see what I'm talking about!

Ordered an enormous burrito and a croissant, and they made sure my hashbrowns were fresh the food was hot and fresh. Definitely will be returning to this location

The combo my sister-in-law ordered was messed up. Chicken sandwich wirh cheese order had almost green tomatoes that were hard, no cheese, and what looked like a lettuce heart. When we asked her to correct it, the manager was very rude. When she gave our order back, fries were cold and the meat looked like it had been refried (with the mayo on it) and lettuce looked old. It made both of us nauseated just looking at it. Now we know why they weren't busy during 5pm rush hour 😒.

Service and food we're pretty good. The place seems a little old and could use a new speaker at the drive through so you can actually understand what the employee is saying to you. Other than that, my order was filled correctly.

Went in for 2/$6 deal. Requested pickles & onions on my crispy chicken, Hubby had Whopper as is. Order received quickly, hot & accurately. Tried chz tots for extra dime- a hit! Store now has "dining room hostess." She was nice but overly hovering. Hope she wasn't expecting a tip working at Burger King!

Update ;; went to Burger King yesterday on the 5th of March, and they had some new people in there didn't know any of them, it was the worst food I had there and all these years cheeseburger was nothing on it it wasn't made till the way I wanted it made and they only put pickles and cheese and mustard that is not what I wanted surprise were ice cold and I just mine but other people that were eating with me but anyway that's the new update so I'll have to try one more time if they get the same problem then I guess I just won't go back, Well I've never had a problem here with mistakes of my food orders the employees are nice considerate and never had a rude employee and if they do make a mistake on your food order they make it right so my advise it's a good place to eat

My family and I were traveling and stopped in to use the restroom and get something to eat. The restrooms were pretty clean. The food was pretty good, typical BK. Service was good, but they were a little busy. The employees were friendly.

The way he spoke to me and other customers was just disrespectful. You could tell he thought it was funny, but I wasn't feeling it. He also had a lot to say to the employees that was not necessary. Quick, fast and in a hurry. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Burger was good as always, but the fries were a little cool.

Usually we dont have any issues with this location but today was not a good day. They were really busy mind you. We ordered our food and my meal was supposed to be large and i got small but i didnt even bother to change it. My sweet tea wasnt sweet at all it was more like half and half. There was a couple in there that had been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes for their food while everyone else was getting theirs. I couldnt of been them. They didnt get their drinks until right after we got our food. They we not short handed they had plenty of people working so im not sure what was going on. Its not like this location to have issues like this.

Customer service is hit-or-miss at this location. Sometimes the employees are quick and friendly. Other times, they ignore you and throw your condiments on the counter.

I ordered 8 sausage & biscuits for for 79 cents each be. The lady that took my order said it was going to be six minutes I pulled up and paid she to pull up do I did. 20 minutes later she brought them to me. The sDogs ack was hot I decided to fix one for the road . The had came out of a microwave you could tell . So I stopped at McDonald's Donald's across the street. And fed Burger Kings to my ,dogs they didn't even want them

Typical BK food, just ok. Too many employees leaning, not cleaning--tables needed wiping, main door glass and handle dirty, floor needed sweeping. Couldn't see into kitchen, of course, but I'm wondering...

I was displeased at the fact that the services was slow, and I had to wait 10 minutes for for meal: a whopper and a large fry. On the other hand, the fries were fresh and hot and the burger was sloppy, but tasteful. Furthermore, from my outside perspective, it looked like there was a lack of customer service and friendliness because they were more focused getting the orders out than my request for barbecue sauce which was 2 small amounts of barbecue sauce that can't even cover 10 fries. Maybe I will give them a try next time, but right now my opinion still remains that they are not a place that can handle pressure. I don't know if they were low on barbecue sauce, but giving out that so little amount is unsatisfactory.

We were not greeted with a welcome upon entering the drive-thru. The cashier was professional but not friendly. I ordered a Whopper Jr. with no ketchup or tomato. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my whopper was made the way I asked for it to be. The staff who handed us the bag was not friendly either and when we asked for salt she asked for our bag to place the salt into it instead of my hand. It is okay for a quick bite but, I will not be visiting this establishment anytime soon.

Chintzy on fixins. Tiny pieces of poor quality lettuce. Way past date on tomatoes. One pickle chip. I had to ask for salt and pepper. They gave me one packet of each for 2 burgers. Had to ask for napkins also. Geeez

Still filthy inside. No one wears caps like supposed to or gloves while making your food. Don't know why owner doesn't resolve this.

Last two times I ate at this Burger King, the food was so greasy I got sick. I picked up my Whopper and watched as the grease drizzled down the meat onto my lettuce, and then from there onto the wrapper. I had regretted nothing more in my life than eating that burger.

The girl I’m the drive thru window on 3/25 at 7pm is a damper in Your business. We are eating inside your establishment and we can hear her bad mouthing the drive thru customers and making threats. Manager is just standing there allowing it. Guests from drive in even got frustrated with her and came in. Fix your staff and manager.

Service was excellent, but when you go in to eat somewhere it shouldn't feel like a sweat box. Makes one nauseous. The bacon they use is rubbery. Sweet tea was excellent and was fresh! Friendly faces!!!

The food quailty is fine, but the staff at the window seemed like they were bothered by having to take an order. I get it isn't a 5 star gourmet restaurant, but customers should never feel like they are an imposition or bother.

This is the slowest burger king I've ever been to. Plan to wait 15 minutes or more. It's been this way everytime I've been here in the last 6 months!

I made an order on the app. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. If I had not already paid, I would have chose somewhere else to eat. When I was at the window the employees were standing around looking lost. Then I get home (20 minutes away) and the order was wrong. There was no explination on why the wait was SO long, an apology was issued by the staff with a "Im sorry you had to wait so long, your a rockstar". I reached out to customer service and they offered a $5 coupon off my next order, but with the inconvience of the long wait that made me late to work I declined (as Im not looking for a coupon to resolve this issue) and wanted to share my review.

Food is general Burger King fare, but my total was $4.37, and I gave the worker $10. I expected $5.63 back. She handed me $4 even. Don't be like me and put your change to the side for later...count it right then! She also didn't give me a receipt.

Took over twenty minutes to get my order with only two customers in there....two more came in after me and ordered and got their order and I still did not get mine....when there finally brought it out they said we made it fresh for you....no I heard you say y'all have it to wrong person...not even a sorry it took so long

I used to love burger king matterfact the food is still good dispite my reason for the one star wich is not for the taste of there food but the huge puffy weird growing mold under the tables wich was under most of them i had gotten this on my leg from sitting i looked and it seems alot of ketchup and stufff has molded under the tables and noone has cleaned also there restroom is disgusting worst restroom out of all resturaunts in kilgore and ive been to them all i have lived here all my life son ice been everywere lol and ontop of it all the employees all look very very high and unpreductive they definatley need to step it up i would advise going to mcdonalds for a while if i were u

After this location changed their general manager, it hasn’t been what it used to be. Assistant manager was rude today and messed up my order. While I was in the back lobby, I overheard that same manager talking poorly about customers. So I gave this location a one star rating and went on my way.

Delicious as always but the tomatoes were a little to ripe. Center part of sliced tomato was firm & hard to chew but my wife & I was able to enjoy our meal. "NO PROBLEMS THOUGH-- WE WILL RETURN TO ENJOY B.K. AGAIN" Other than the tomatoes ALL ELSE WAS FANTASTIC & WE WILL BE BACK IN THERE TO ENJOY THEIR FOOD!!!" Love their new interior too.

Put in a mobile order. They were confused when I got there. But it was handled decently. I got our food and fries were cold. They replaced them. Got home and burgers were cold. There was minimal condiments on the burgers. Very disappointed.

Lady at Drive through, I was told her name was Lisa, was very nasty to my co-worker and myself. The Manager gave us our money back, but she appeared unconcerned about how loud and rude this lady was. I've had food poisoning from eating here twice already. The last time I went inside it was disgusting. There was food and trash everywhere, all over the tables and floor. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. The fries had a strange taste, the Whoppers were COLD and even the drinks tasted off. I will never eat here again. It was horrible.

My wife and I went in to get a BK to grab a hamburger one afternoon around 2:30. There was no other customers there. The lady at register didn't even smile. The beverage area was a mess along with hte condiment area. Terrible customer service and unclean. Will not be eating there again.

Miss up on my hamburger, I asked for mustard no mayonnaise and after I drive all the way home realize they added mayonnaise. This was a pretty shitty thing to do.

Every time I order a whopper with cheese no pickles they always forget to leave the pickles off. I quit going here for a few months because they don't get my order right. Today I went here and ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. I got my order and had no cheese. THIS IS WHY I DON'T GO HERE ANYMORE FOR MONTHS AT A TIME. Was one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been too. 1st the parking lot layout is flawed. So when we got to the window our order wasn't ready & the staff asked us to pull around to the front parking. Well to get to the front parking you have to pull out onto the street them back into the parking lot. & when you leave you can't use the same entrance. 2nd they got our order wrong. So I ordered a double cheese bacon burger only got one patty picture shows 2 patties. My brother ordered a single patty sandwich he asked for a 2nd patty with bacon & double the bacon & cook the bacon longer. Oh & no onions! he got 1 patty 3 pieces of waving bacon(not very well cooked) & onions.

I usually like Burger King but today this one really slacked....BK has coupons out for two bacon cheeseburgers with frys and a drink for $4. I expected to get two full size burgers but what I recieved was two mini burgers about the width of a small drink lid. No deal at all.

We went through the drive thru for our order. At the pay window, the employee asked us to wait 2 minutes before pulling forward. So, naturally, when the car in front of us pulled off, we pulled forward, in only about 1 minute. 2 employees looked right at us, then went back to talking. We noticed a bag of food sitting on the counter. We saw the employees see us see them see the bag of food, and they both walked off. After 5 more minutes of watching the bag of food, another employee walked over, grabbed the bag We had been watching, opened the window, and handed us the bag. The food was cold, but it was the food we ordered.

First, it was 80° inside. The staff's clothes were dirty and covered in sweat. Not one staff member acting happy to serve us. An older customer came to eat with cash and was told they did have change and sent her away. She was almost crying as she left. Burger King used to be a good place to eat but the last 3 we have tried were dirty and food just wasn't the same.

After paying for my order in drive thru was asked to pull up and wait for my order. This almost is 10pm store is not busy. I am still waiting for my food. It's been almost 20 minutes. I called and they said they're still working on my order. This is ridiculous.

I asked for 2 orders of chicken nuggets and a fry with barbecue and ranch sauce. Got to the window,and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for my order and then when I got home,I found they did not put any chicken nuggets at all in my bag,the fries were not even half full and there was a bunch of sauce. THAT'S ALL...I could MAYBE understand if they were super busy and short handed,but I was the ONLY CAR THERE. This is not the first time either. My family will no longer go there anymore . Ever. There is no excuse for this several times now. So disappointed.

I walked in figured since nobody was in there the wait would be small. I waited 5 minutes at least and nobody took my order. And just when I thought I was gonna be waited on the worker instead started doing other stuff. I mean are you kidding me? Here I am the only person there to be waited on and you are just gonna ignore me? I decided then that if you weren't going to take my order I will just take my business elsewhere. I will never go back to this restaurant ever again.

I stopped by Burger King tonight in Kilgore TX and ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and coke. The fries were cold and salty. The chicken taste like it was cooked in fish oil. It did not taste fresh. I'm highly disappointed and I will not eat there again. I called on my way home to tell them about the fries and she said "Yes ma'am". I appreciate the respect but she should have given the phone to the manager.

3/8/26 Wow basically walked in to order some food and the lady said they are “backed up” now and couldn't take my order. Pretty much told us they were to busy to take our order so we just walked out. I had to leave one star or I would've left zero stars! Unacceptable

I placed an order on the app while I was at Walmart. Got there approximately 8min later. There was a line in the drive thru which is fine I used to work fast food so I understand. I waited about 15 min with 1 car in front of me and one in the left lane at the speaker. By the time I pulled up to the speaker they asked me to wait a minute not a problem. I waited 5min then they finally started taking the order for the car beside me thats been there since before I pulled up. I waited 5/10more minutes. Watched them take 3 cars orders in the lane next to me. I finally asked if they were there no response so I pulled forwards and when I got to the windows I was told they dont have my order so I had to pull up my receipt from my email. The lady was rude and told me fine. Then told them to drop it to which I herd an employee say oh you want the order for and say my name. She said yeah then gave me my food I waited a good 20 min to get to the windows just to have poor service and cold food not happy with this location at all.

Husband left to get our family dinner. Drove all the way home to discover they forgot my sandwich. He went back with the food to show them they got the order wrong. At this point it was cold. He asked for them to remake the order correctly so we could basically have a complete and hot dinner. They refused. So we won’t be back. We went and hit up McDonald’s instead and they will get our business from now on. We generally eat at home and I cook or go to nicer restaurants with staff that understands making an order- not part of an order- half an order correctly or being willing to fix it COMPLETELY.

I don’t normally write 1 star reviews, but this was just pitiful. I hate exposing people this way, but I definitely don’t recommend stopping by this place. The food is okay, but the service is sad and the workers let our food sit on the counter for ten minutes before we finally got it. And when we got it the onion rings were cold and old. The workers in the kitchen got on their phones with their gloves on! The same gloves they have on when they’re messing with your food! The restrooms are gross and the atmosphere is disgusting.

Used to be good. Now you never get fresh fries, the lettuce is only chopped up pieces, the tomatoes are rarely fresh. The burger falls apart and the fries are WAY PAST DEAD!!!! See picture so finished my burger and looked at my fries….needless to say they got tossed. This is the norm now. So sad that no one gives a s… that this is someone’s dinner. No work ethic anymore.

Ordered the spicy chi-king sandwich and I’m not impressed. They sloppily made the sandwich and forgot my pickles. The bread has a cut on it and it’s stale as if it sat out all night. Won’t be going there again
