The food is good got the tacos Tuesday they were delicious and an 85-cent blizzard for my child till the 24th I think is the last day for that The wait was fast didn't wait long at all maybe 8 minutes

I usually wait several weeks and even months before I try out a new eatery. I prefer to give them time to iron out all the details since I've worked in the food industry before and have a general understanding of the process. Also, first impressions tend to linger, especially, if it was a bad one, so I don't want to ruin it for myself or orthers. DQ is different though because I have been waiting on this and they are in my top 5 fast foods. This new store in Kilgore seems to know what they are doing and have a good management team. I have been at least twice a week since they opened and the service has been good, the food was consistently fresh and it tasted great. I have only recommdations and no complaints.

I love DQ! I was craving their tacos today so off I went. Get to the drive thru and ask how much individual tacos were because I wanted to order 8 for myself and my husband. I was shocked when the attendant told me they were $2.50 each. I know that not all DQ's are the same but that is outrageous. I guess I will frequent the DQ in Spring Hill as they have $1 tacos everyday.

Love the Taco Salad. It would have been better with the refried beans but they were out. Still great.

Love this location. It was our first time to dine at this new location. The restaurant was clean and the staff was really friendly. We received our food fast and it was great. We will be returning.

For some reason this DQ in Kilgore doesn't serve toast with the Kids chicken tenders so I try to avoid this store and order from the one in Henderson. Today I forgot because it's been so long 😞

The only place I saw that was open with power after the Storm. Reasonable wait time, food was good as expected but the fries were better than usual.

On Tuesday it is taco Tuesday. They sell them for 1 dollar for each one . They are always full of taco meat and cheese ,tomatoes. It hard to beat the Dairy Queen

When a customer ask a question about a extra charge for something that the menu says it comes with..she just said, I don’t know and ask me to pull up. I’m sure she doesn’t know. Please help her. I am not rude, I know what it’s like to be new. I also have young ones working too.

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been in. I was greeted when I entered, my order was taken with a smile and I was thanked when my order was completed. Then I was told my order would be delivered to my table when ready. I was amazed as I looked for a spot to sit......ALL the tables, that weren't occupied, was clean. In filling my drink cup, that area was clean as well. After sitting for just a few minutes, my food was delivered with a smile and I was asked if I needed anything else. Additionally, my French fries were golden and fresh without looking and tasting like they were either cooked in old grease or soggy as in many other fast food restaurant fries are. If I could rank this Dairy Queen higher, I would. You're a 10! You are what others should aspire to be.

Glad to have a DQ in Kilgore now. The food is great and so is the ice cream but they could work a little more on the ice cream. I came in to get a mint chip shake and got just a chip shake and a lot of times when we come in to order a small dipped cone we hardly get any ice cream. The last time we ordered one it only came barely above the hole of the cone. The cone was almost covered in chocolate. Other than those issues i havent had any other problems and we do love this location.

Only dinged one star because they forgot a very small part of the order. It was busy when we arrived in the drive thru, but the service was fast and friendly. It's a new establishment, only been open about two weeks.

Their Moolatte machine has been broke down for months. The person behind the counter told me something really odd. This is a brand new restaurant as everyone in Kilgore knows, however their Moolatte machine came from a different restaurant. It is a very old one. Why would they put an old equipment in a new restaurant? They need to replace that machine.

Food is always good. Service is fast food fast and atmosphere is good and clean. Can never go wrong.

Burgers, sandwiches, fries, baskets, drinks, and ice cream treats are $1-2 more than anywhere else in town. Plenty of indifferent employees, but it still takes too long to get your order, even during slack business times. Family of 5 and the bill was >$60.00. Only complaint was waaay too much mayo on the Cheesy Dude sandwiches. Otherwise, food was good.

Cook could not get it right girl taking orders had to keep telling him what was missing she did a great job.

Food was good, new building was nice but dining room was a mess and nobody was wiping down tables.

Went through yesterday as of this review to get dinner. Lady at the billboard was fairly nice, didn't think too much about it. I then pull up to the window and the lady who was handling the payments and food seemed like I was a massive inconveince to her. She handed my card and receipt back and looked over it. I noticed that they put mayo instead of mustard on the ticket likr I requested before I pulled around. I told that same lady that I requested mustard instead of mayo and glared at me like how I was such a nuisance to her, when I was just politely asking to get it changed. Not even a sorry, Ill get this made right for you, nothing really. I understand its a minimum wage job, but at least act like you care. It aint hard. Not even a faint smile. I then pull forward to allow other vehicles to get their food and go. Then, about no more than 10 minutes, I had a gentleman who actually apologized about the burger and thanked me for actually coming here. Food was pretty good, but fries were somewhat soggy and slightly undercooked.

Don't get me wrong the food is still great but I just want an actual large fry when i order my food. Normally I would not post about it or just say "oh they are having a bad day or their just not feeling it today" but you know after the 4th time coming to this DQ over the past 3 months and not getting what I paid for is starting to tick me off! Please give every customer what they pay for!

Had a lot of employees, but were slow on orders. We had 2 small Reese's Extreme blizzards - that's it. 20 mins later, mine didn't have any Reese's cups in it. My said said she found some in the bottom of hers. I never thought I'd say I had a BAD Blizzard, but I've now had a BAD Blizzard...

I came around 9:30 my lunch break! The only reason I’m giving two stars is because my steak fingers was hot. Everything else was COLD! guy at the window was rushing and didn’t even bother to turn around. Won’t be coming back to this location

Closed early last night so we tried to eat with them today. They left out part of the order,not the 1st time that has happened! Called and spoke with the shift leader and the GM. Both full of excuses but no resolution . GM said it wasn't her fault because she had to go get bananas? If you are the GM then everything good and bad is on you. TRAIN your employees! I know it can be done, we don't have any problems at Chick-fil-A and they haven't been here nearly as long as Dairy Queen!

Employees are careless and rude. No respect for customers or there time. Sat in the drive through 30 Mins. Went inside to ask what the issue was and the employees were disrespectful and said it's not there problem. We will never return. And you will be wise to do the same.

Was absolutely and completely unsatisfied with this visit. Waited for 25 minutes for 2 burgers, an order of fries and an order of onion rings. Watched 4 people pull up after me and leave with their food. Apparently they forgot I was out there waiting for the food I had already paid for

It was AWFUL. We ordered 2 chili cheese dogs one no onions one all the way. Did great on holding the onions,taco salad,and 2 kids meals. Big order yes got everything right. Which was awesome until my mom and husband ate the hot dogs. The weenie was ice cold. Called and was told they MICROWAVE the hot dog. Ok not cool but sure,I know many fast food restaurants use em,except the manager acted like I was over reacting when the chili was so cold it didn't even melt the cheese. At all then they forgot our milkshake ok still no big deal at all however when we did get it the ice cream was so runny it was like it was left beside the stove. The manager We spoke with acted like it was a inconvenience to her that we called in to say anything. My taco salad was ok,only complaint I really have is that there wasn't enough meat it was such a then layer I should have ordered a regular salad,instead of spending 8 bucks on basically a salad in a shell.she could have at least offered to remake the hotdogs instead she wanted to argue I will NEVER EVER spend another penny and anyone I know personally which is a BIG majority of kilgore,will not go there. Biggest disappointment for the dairy queen franchise.and in total we spent 40 bucks for one of the most disappointing meals I've personally ever had. I just can't imagine whoever owns this location is going to happy seeing these reviews be more involved or I foresee a early close down. You would think paying 30+ dollars for 2 meals you'd get some decent food, nah not here! We got the steak fingers with cheese and onion rings they were so over cooked that they fingers were dry no cheese and the onion rings were almost burnt and had no onion left in them, needless to say I won't go back, if you can't cook food correctly maybe you should try a different job!!

I get blizzards here all the time, but today I had a horrible experience with the "manager" on duty Nathan. Both of the blizzards I ordered were basically vanilla ice cream with some toppings on the very top. The "manager" agreed to remake one after rudely saying "sometimes they are just like that" after I showed him a spoonful of just straight vanilla ice cream on a Choco Brownie Extreme less than half way down. The other blizzard he refused to remake even though it was in the same condition. Even the one they remade looked like they had only just blended it back up of something. Really really horrible customer service from thus guy.

Our blast started to melt after 15-20 minutes in the drove through so I drunk some of the melted blast off my brownie. I then went in to complain to the manager because I still did not have my food. The manager told me that my brownie blast was half eaten and that he want going to remake it. I tried to pay for an extra scoop or anything to get my blast remade but still was refused. The manager literally threw my ice cream away and was trying to get me to leave the restaurant. I was treated so poorly. If you’re a person of color please refrain from eating here.
