Some of the prettiest pizza I've ever seen come out of the oven are at this domino's. The inside employees work hard to maintain a level of quality control and food safety practices. I am a current Delivery drive there but only because I lived their food so much it seemed like a smart decision to make for a second job opportunity. Dont be afraid to explore the menu possibilities they have so many. And yes my formal opinion is pineapple so never go on pizza and same on those who do lol...

It's hard to describe the area where we live but the delivery personnel always manages to get to us no problem. The delivery is always very quick and whoever delivers is always courteous. We've never had a problem with this location. Better than the Pizza Hut in this town by far. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and eat there again and again.

It's literally the only place I'll go for pizza and I always gotta get the boneless wings! Kicker sauce is rockin! I get great customer service 99% of the time and they're always swift with delivery. Also the one time I had a rude driver enough to sway me to submit a bad review the manager mark was the perfect example of courtesy and fine customer service skills.

This place is great! I'm a big Dominos fan (because of their cheesy bread) and this one doesn't disappoint. They're always very polite and have never gotten my order wrong. Kudos to the manager tonight! I believe his name was Clint. Most of Kilgore lost power tonight and Domino’s lost power after we had already placed our order. We knew they would probably be busy due to the rain so we waited an hour and a half to call to check on it until they told us they had just lost power. Clint told us to give him about 45 minutes to get everything back on and going. He then called 45 minutes later exactly to let us know that he did not have any delivery drivers however he would be more than happy to void our order for no payment if we wanted to come and pick it up. We did, and he was there all by himself filling orders, and answering phone calls. Great service and the pizza was fantastic!

It's good. Not always on time when they say it would be ready. Better to go in and pick up rather than drive thru. They don't always come to the window. But it is what it is.

Employees do not know the difference between pepperoni and pineapple. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and both were pineapples. Then the employees did not have a number for the corporate office. I would suggest any other pizza place in town and will not be back to domino's! And the "manager" (only employee) in the store at the time, left customers in the store to go outside and visit with his girlfriend.

I bought pizza for my students and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. I opted to pick up the order rather than having it delivered, and the staff was accommodating and even carried the boxes out to my car.

Customer service is terrible and slow. Walked in for carry out order. Only two employees in store, a driver and a manager. The driver was dealing with a complaint on the phone, while the manager was making a pizza. The driver had to keeping asking questions of the manager, instead of the manager taking the phone call and handling the complaint. When the driver finished with the call, he went to doing other stuff instead of waiting on me. The manager told him to wait on me and he took my order. I ordered two large pizzas and he was going to charge me the full regular price instead of charging me for two carry out pizzas. I guess you have to ask for the carry out price at this store or you don't get it. This is bad business to me. The store was not very busy. Including my order, there were seven boxes up on the rack.

Delivered to us 3 times already but now say they won't because we are more than 5 minutes away from their location. We are 5.7 miles away... Hardly a long drive, sorry dominoes you just lost a loyal customer, not my fault gas prices suck right now but I've always tipped 20% or better and ordered over $60 worth of food.

went to pick up my order and a rude woman asked me "what do you want?" Then started to complain about all the orders she had infront of mine. I was willing to wait without any issues but this woman was still just extremely rude.

I waited at the window for 15 minutes and had to call because no one came to the window for pick up. When she got to the window she had ear buds in. No wonder she didnt hear the ding of the window....

Definitely no xtra anything. Just a few. Pieces of meat anywhere. Terrible. Never again. Service fast. Guess it would be with minimal toppings!!!!!!!

Every single time my mother or myself orders from this location, our food is never correct. We’ve given them chance after chance, time and time again. They always forget their salad or gives her the wrong one, they give her stuff in her order she never asked for, the list goes on and on. I live in another state AND work for a dominos in my state and we have never had this issue at my store before. When I order food from there, I always have it delivered for my mother and siblings and it is never correct. This is ridiculous and we will NOT be ordering from here again.

Ordered pizza pasta and cheese sticks last night. Cheese sticks so full of garlic you could only eat one piece also so much butter it leaked through the box and was all over the pasta box. Pasta was so nasty I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Pizza was ok but I'll never order from here again.

After using three different phones due to restaurant not answering my call I was able to speak, kind of, to a gentleman that never offered his name. spoke over me constantly which told me he did not care he finally offered to remake the pizza but refused to deliver it. This was Dominos Store # 6796. Horrible experience. called pizza hut, got a 12 inch beef, thin crust, light sauce, ready in 20 minutes, wasnt burned and the employees were very friendly and professional.
