We ordered several pizzas online. Half the order was correct. I’m not sure what happened with the order but I called and they made the right pizzas and delivered with no issues. I appreciate the service to make it right.

We were greeted by the ASM as soon as we walked through the door. He made our experience here a 1000/10 , The crew was so cool about us coming in 30 mins before closing... after he took our order we watched him hand toss our pizza and pop in in the over, I 100% recommend Domino's in Kilogre to everyone. The food was SO DELICIOUS, Best restaurant experience in my life!!

Kudos to the manager tonight! I believe his name was Clint. Most of Kilgore lost power tonight and Domino’s lost power after we had already placed our order. We knew they would probably be busy due to the rain so we waited an hour and a half to call to check on it until they told us they had just lost power. Clint told us to give him about 45 minutes to get everything back on and going. He then called 45 minutes later exactly to let us know that he did not have any delivery drivers however he would be more than happy to void our order for no payment if we wanted to come and pick it up. We did, and he was there all by himself filling orders, and answering phone calls. Great service and the pizza was fantastic!

Jeremy delivered food again. Best experience ever! Our address is a bit wonky when inputted into any GPS. Jeremy remembered from last time and was here quick. Pizza and appetizers super warm and perfectly baked.. my liter of coke was cold too! Way to make a good experience for us since we just moved here. I ordered pizza & breadsticks & told the person who took my order that there would be toddlers & babies eating with me. He then offered to make sure parts of the bread were perfect for little toothless mouths & even cut the pizza into more slices for littler hands! Plus everything was delicious & the delivery guy was super nice! Dominoes, u have ALL of my pizza business from here on! Thank u for going above & beyond to make things great for this old lady & her tiny friends!

Domino's is the most dependable chain pizza place in town. My order is always correct and timely. My pizza and wings taste exactly as I expect. The staff are always friendly and conscious of sanitation when prepping and delivering the food. I know my pizza is going to be perfect when I see "Devin put your pizza in the oven" on my app. He even helped me get delivery even though an address error had previously prevented me from getting delivery, despite being only 4 miles from the store. I was happy to get delivery after 12 years of being told we were out of area. Top notch all around. Gold Star ⭐ Perfect score.

For having picked 3 pizzas up as soon as they came out of the oven according the app, they definitely weren’t as hot as they should’ve been. Luke warm at best! Think there might’ve been some rushed cooking through that oven.

Seems to be a issue with this domino's this is the second time I've ordered and it's been at least two weeks in between the orders, that the pizzas are super greasy more than they should be In the picture all the orange color isn't from Buffalo sauce that's the grease lol nasty

went to pick up my order and a rude woman asked me "what do you want?" Then started to complain about all the orders she had infront of mine. I was willing to wait without any issues but this woman was still just extremely rude.

The delivery guy was great and I watched him with the tracker he came straight to my home, it took an hour and a half to get two small pizza's, a large and an order of wings. I always tip the driver's, I don't like that when you call you get a recorded message and may wait no telling how long for a reply. I used to love domino's pizza but honestly if I can't get my food in a reasonable time and it all be the same temperature I probably won't order from here for a while and doubtful I would recommend anyone else to. One pizza was cold enough that the cheese was barely even warm. Wings weren't even hot enough for the sauce to be melted.

This was a pickup order and we were told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant in Kilgore Texas at 7 pm. At 7:20 an employee went out back to smoke a cigarette. I asked the employee why it was taking so long, his reply was, "we have over 100 orders, we're doing the best we can", he continued to smoke his cigarette and I asked if it was possible to get the car that was holding up the line to pull to the side and his reply was, "We have over 100 orders, we're doing the best we can" and quickly went back inside. once inside, amazingly, the line began moving quickly. I got to the window and my order was given to me. once home, the thin crust pizza was cut in squares ??? and it was burnt beyond eating. After using three different phones due to restaurant not answering my call I was able to speak, kind of, to a gentleman that never offered his name. spoke over me constantly which told me he did not care he finally offered to remake the pizza but refused to deliver it. This was Dominos Store # 6796. Horrible experience. called pizza hut, got a 12 inch beef, thin crust, light sauce, ready in 20 minutes, wasnt burned and the employees were very friendly and professional. Sorry Dominos, the crew at store #6796 just doesn't care.

Customer service is TRASH. No phone etiquette no knowledge of specials. Please do better! I'll go to Longview before I order from you again.

Just a casual “come back in 15 minutes.” This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s happened multiple times. The customer service here is consistently poor, and it feels like no one cares. Be sure to check your order before you leave — this store has a pattern of giving customers less than what they paid for.
