Love the Portal they have now thru the app ordering. I use it all the time now....its so convenient. You may still have to wait an extra 10 minutes everytime, but I dont have to wait in line and order...I can just watch thru the window to see if my orders ready yet lol. :)

They don't over cook the pizza like a lot of places. They just not good at slicing. maybe they need another pizza cutter. But I really like there food and service.

I don't know what you are paying the guys that are up there right now but you should double whatever it is they were swamped looked short staffed and still made me 4 pizzas that were spot on really good pizza. Thank you

Now I can't speak for every Little Ceasars but the one here in Kilgore is just as good or better than any of the other places here in town. The staff is top notch and the pizza is really good and the prices can't be beat. Definitely a go to for me.

Really tasty pizza on the cheap!! Staff was friendly and kept the front looking good. I got there kinda early, they were out of pizzas, but they got my order correct and ready in under 10 minutes. Great job!

Ordered pizza tonight because the hubby worked late and was coming from out of town that way so we ordered from the Little Caesars in Kilgore. A young man named Logan Cantrel (hope I spelled that right) took my order. I sincerely actually enjoyed placing my order with the young man, and even though it's closer for me to go to Tyler, I'll go there every time. I almost feel silly saying I had the best experience ordering pizza, but to do so would take something from my experience ,and I would not want to do that. Bravo, Kilgore store... You have some exceptional employees .Keep up the good work !! !

So I went to Little Caesars last night and like always the food is good but what made this trip special was it was a fellow working their name Moses and he got me set up with exactly what I wanted less heartburn no pepperoni easy on the sauce did it with a smile gave me no rough about it man let me tell you Little Caesars in Kilgore they're really hitting it right on the money making good food really atmosphere you can't ask for a better place to go so it's all I got to say is two thumbs up and pizza pizza and a shout out to Noah for doing a heck of a job whatever you making brother it ain't enough

They were slammed. It's a bit of madness. Pizzas flying out everywhere. They were very quick and very positive considering a couple of customers were less than stellar. Can I just say the pizza technicians were on top of it. I was 5th maybe 6th in a crowded little area. The cashier with the flashy smile handled the front professionally and very positive. I just wanted a large pep for the hungry tiny humans at home and I figured I would be in there for atleast 30. Within 10 minutes I was out the door. Got home 12 minutes away and pizza was pippin. Fantastic group of individuals.

The staff was polite. I ordered a hot and ready hamburger pizza. $6.50 +10 minutes and it was ready. The only problem is Little Caesar's pizza is bland. It's boring pizza. I am no pizza expert but, ...... just saying.

Thought I would try these when I did this is how they came out a little more cooked than what I like but someone may like it like that just not me but they were good first try I chose the pepperoni hot and good and fresh the following day I got the cheese ones and they were so so good my favorite because they weren't overcooked but I will try them both again from different locations the only reason why I have 4 stars and customer service 2 stars because when I asked for rach she rudely said it's gonna be 99€ I asked if they came with any type of sauce she said no so I told her I have ranch at home it's funny because the cheese sticks come with sauce but the puffs don't yeah ok little cease these need sauce please for the purpose at least one free one

I'm disappointed in the customer service this Little Ceasars offers its customers. The food was great but this weekend I made a mobile order through the app. When I went to pickup my food I let the employee know that I was charged for food I didn't order. I asked if I could get a refund and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I was told that I needed to take my food and leave so other customers could be waited on. I don't like leaving a negative review but I have never been treated like this as a customer.

It's good pizza for the price but could be better

The staff don't do well during a rush or under pressure. The blonde cashier looks dirth as well.

Cheap pizza, nothing more, nothing less. Quality is worth what you pay, don't expect artisan dough here, but it'll always be perfect for those too drunk or stoned to care about high quality.

The hot and ready pizza we got was ready but it wasn't very hot. I wish we would have chose a different place to eat.

Not happy about the app aloud me to place a order and pay for it but when i got there they told me I was unable to get what we ordered was told they stop any custom pizzas stop at 8 pm i ordered about 830. Not good business.!!

I go in about 30-45 minutes before close and apparently they tell you they cannot make you a deep dish pepperoni cause its a specialty pizza? You have to get one of the hot-n-readys they have already made; which is cheese thin crust pizza.... Not! I'm sorry but If I were the manager that wouldn't happen cause they are open until a certain time and the whole menu in my opinion should be available or open until they close it just make's more sense cause I'm sure they loose business like that cause I just walked out, and it's just good customer service. ..

Employees can be "short and snotty". You have to PAY for parmesan cheese, and always double check your order before leaving.

I was pretty disappointed with my order today. The pizza and bread sticks over cooked and tasted kinda yuk. They put my order in the portal box and forgot the brownies. I don't know if they heat the brownies or what but he just handed a little cold box of brownies and I asked him do I heat them and up ? He didn't know. I probably won't go back .

It is fine pizza for the price. Service is typical fast food. It's either hot or cold in their store. I waited 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and a order of wings.

The service here has gone downhill. Takes forever to get your order even when you call ahead.

Told at 8 that they've cleaned up for the night and not making any more pizzas. They close at 9 not 8!

Every time I try to call in an order recently they won't even pick up. I was just on hold as "first in line" so it said for over 20 minutes. And when I go in to get a hot and ready it is more like burnt and dry.

Y'all it used to be our favorite 0lace for pizza, but now they use way too much cheese. It's so heavy on there it literally is hard to chew or swallow it.

I ordered a meal to be picked up in the pizza portal. I get there I am waiting for about 10 minutes and do not see my order in the pizza portal, so I asked to check on the status. The young man walks over to the counter where my food is just sitting out not in the warmer not even near anything remotely warm and brings it over and hands it to me. What is the purpose of having those warmer ovens or a pizza portal if you're just going to set my stuff off to the side and let it get cold. I can tell your employees don't care because of the five of them working for them were texting on their phones while one poor lady was in the back trying to make all the pizzas.

At night, the pizza was old and saggy, probably because they were trying to get rid of the extra pizza they overcooked through the day. Friendly cashier though! Smiles and helps you feel welcome.

If I could give NO stars, I would. Breadsticks are terrible, have actually found a basting brush bristle on them. When you do order pizza, they rarely have any. Went last night, over an hour before closing time, they were out of dough, and unapologetically refused to make anymore. Also, don't even think of ordering anything, on early Sunday afternoon--they're out. Of everything. Not sure why they even have a business, since they refuse to even make their product when the customer orders it.

Customer services is definitely an issue in this location. Called a few times and no answer. Went to the store several times and it's close. The handful timea I get to actually get pizza from here i had to wait for the pizza.

This location was amazing when they first opened, but has gotten progressively worse, we've gotten our orders home to discover cheese sticks not fully cooked twice and a deep dish that was supposed to be bacon wrapped that was not. Very disappointed lately.

Customer service bad tonight. All the employees (especially the girls).were fawning over an ex-employee named Benny. They even let him back by the ovens and where the pizzas were being cut. I called in a deep dish pepperoni & mushroom pizza for $8. When my husband got home with it we realized we got a $5. Hot and ready with cold mushrooms thrown on top. The whole pizza was cold and nasty. Ridiculous.

Place is a joke. They won't make any custom orders after 8pm. They expect you to just take a hot-and-ready and be on your way.

Can I give this a zero. I ordered 3 pizzas and they told me it would take 10 to 40 min. They had me waiting so long and after the 40 min. passed they said they had just recived an order of 11 pizzas and it would take more time. Uh bad,slow service.

Ordered pizza head of time went to pick up the order got home realize part of it was gone went back to get the rest of our pizza they wouldn't give it to us then discovered that half a pizza was doey and not fully cooked

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Went here to get a crazy bread combo for my daughter. Paid for the combo and found out it did not come with the crazy sauce, even though that has always been included, and the picture on the menu even shows the sauce along with the bread (why else would you call it the crazy combo?) Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered by phone, arrived on time and still had to wait over fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, I failed to check the pizzas and arrived home to find that one was incorrect and two were so sloppy that the toppings had slid into the box from apparently being slung or shoved into the warmer. I've worked for pizza places before and this isn't the right way to do it. I'm very disappointed, too say the least.

I went into Little Ceasar's in Kilgore Texas on 10/22/2024 at around 7 p.m. I was paying with a $100 because that is all I had on me. The sweet kid at the counter turned around and asked the guy behind him if he could take that. The guy (who I later found out was the manager) told me I dont have change do you have anything smaller. I proceeded to tell him no I do not but did not understand how he could not make change at 7 p.m. I left and went to another establishment so that I could get some change. When I returned and told the said manager that I needed the food that I asked for earlier he decided to return with was it that big of an inconvenience for me not be able to break your $100. I told him I just do not understand how you can not break it this late at night. He then proceeded to pull a race card on me and told me that it was always "the white people who act like this." I just do not understand why this establishment has someone like this guy running there night time management. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or what but no manger should act in that manner or speak like that to customers no matter how crappy of a day they are having. I got the managers name by the NICE employee but by the time I could do this I forgot his name but it starts with a J. So to you not so nice manager I hope your day gets better because I promise you pulling the race card on me and treating me the way you did was not going to effect the way I finished my day out.
