I order from this location almost every week for the past year and it has yet to let me down. Staff is always nice and food is ready by the time I get there to pick it up

Great place for lunch, their lunch buffet always has a huge variety of food! Their salad bar has a lot of option, and I love the chicken Alfredo pasta it’s honestly my favorite! I have not had one bad experience at this spot in Kilgore Texas!

The food was delicious and ready for pickup when promised. The cost was very reasonable. The associate at the pickup window was courteous and professional. All excellent reasons why we love Pizza Hut!

The first few times I got food from here, I ended up with barbecue sauce in my car because my wings were not put in a bag. After I brought it up, I've had no issues. Weekly deals keep me coming back.

Yesterday I called and asked the manager, Allie, if she could make a donation for our church group. I was trying to figure out a way to feed 20 people for a Bible study group at the last minute. I called several other places which all turned me down, but without hesitation, Allie willfully donated 4 pizzas on the fly! Her compassionate nature showed me that there are still good people in this world willing to help out and understands the gift of giving. Big Shout out to Pizza Hut of Kilgore, Texas, not only do they have great food and wonderful service. They are great supporters of the surrounding communities. I would like to personally thank them for supporting our hospitality room at our basketball tournament in Overton in December. Manager Ally Oliver was especially helpful.

Beautiful place to go, great for adults and an awesome place to take kids and grandkids! I will definitely be back. Their fireworks were awesome!!!!!

Jordyn was great, she was very friendly and tonight she mentioned she made our pizza which was in point. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, but swapped the chicken for beef and added some cheddar cheese and boom BBQ bacon burger pizza. It was fantastic.

Just got a thick crust supreme. It was fantastic! I love it when the thick crust has that sorta fried crunchy texture on the bottom. Lots of places are making pizza, but they aren't as good as Pizza Hut!

I visited the drive thru today for a lunch special order. The two young ladies who waited on me were very polite and quick to get me taken care of. My lunch meal was delicious as well. Keep up the great work! It was a pleasant experience and I'm thankful the ladies working today had a smile on their face and seemed happy to be doing their job!

Very good food. Drive through, order on the app excellent. The best ordering experience in Kilgore. Very friendly staff, hot food, and planning to go back often. They thanked me, and that is the first time in a Kilgore drive-through restaurant that's happened. Take a hint Panda Express and McDonald's! Highly recommend!!

I was in with some friends & had a great server, food was great! The atmosphere however was horrible. The manager "Ally" had a horrible attitude. The "I don't want want to be here" attitude! She was taking it out on servers & kitchen staff. Was just grouchy.

They did an amazing last minute job with pizzas for our employees. They made 75 pizzas for us with under 24hour notice. They delivered and the food was hot each time! Greatly appreciate this team!

I’m just here to say that my most recent experience at Kilgore Pizza Hut was the best by far. It was yesterday Friday 30 and I haven’t eaten there in quite a long time but the waitress was fantastic I believe her name was Ashley she was very helpful to start of because I usually drink sprite everywhere I go but Pizza Hut just doesn’t have that option, however she recommended to me a different kind of drink and it tasted just like sprite I was overjoyed and I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and it was out very quickly. The whole reason I thought I should say something is because there should be more waitresses like Ashley, she was kind, helpful, and her overall attitude was just very enjoyable.

There is a lady that works there with red hair and this review is for you not necessarily even pizza hut. You are awesome and your attitude seriously made this pizza hut location the best I've ever experienced. I'm from fort worth area and I wish ppl from there could experience your smile and energy and see the way it is truly supposed to be. By far my best experience at pizza hut. Plz yall find out who this worker is and tell her good job at least. My fire academy group loved her as well and she deserves all the praise. 👏

We had our company Christmas party yesterday and unfortunately, had a mix up with the catering and they weren't able to make it. I called Pizza Hut and they were able to make 30 pizzas to feed over 80 people in less than an hour! And they were short staffed! They really saved the day and were so helpful, plus the pizza was delicious! Thank you to the Pizza Hut staff, we appreciate everything!!

I am from out of town but have visited 4 times now. Every time it has been far over the top with service. I stopped the manager tonight and asked him how many stores he runs? To find out he is not a regional or general manager. Shocked !!! I asked his name David he replied. Pizza Hut please. I got this melt from there this is my second time getting it it is really good and crispy today the crust was a little more burnt than I like but it was still good I like it with ranch but I will be ordering maybe a different style next time this one is called the meat lovers melt I think they have three others you should try them they are good and stuffed

extremely friendly and attentive wait staff, pizza was good on the buffet. they just need to put regular spaghetti back and add MORE cinnamon on their cinnamon sticks.

Good service from server, but manager/owner rushed us out near closing time. Apparently if you arrive 30-40 minutes before closing.... You will be pushed to get out just as you finish your pizza, leaving no time to have dessert or a drink or relaxing with your family. Food was good.

I had to wait a little while to be acknowledged and get seated. They appear to be understaffed. However once I got in and got seated it took very little time for the food to arrive. Large salad, 9-in pizza and a drink for 9 bucks. Pretty good deal for lunch I think.

I went in and ordered a personal pan pepperoni lovers pizza. It took about 12-15 min to prepare. The server made sure I had napkins, parmesan cheese packets, and my sweet tea before I left the hut. She was very courteous and friendly. I will eat there again.

Need little cups to put ranch and pasta sauce for dipping.

Good buffet. It's so good that the restaurant was jammed pack. The only drawback was the lack of employees. Our hostess was overworked but handled the lunch onslaught extremely well. If they don't have a pizza out on the buffet, they'll make one to fit your needs.

What can you really ask of a buffet? Its gotta be cheap and decent food, and I reckon they do that well here. This pizza hut buffet was pretty dang good, they were very consistent in keeping hot and fresh food out there for everyone, and the waitress did a great job of keeping up with drinks and even taking occasional requests for a type of pizza to be cooked. Really pretty great overall. In addition, they have a worker here by the name Austin, and he was exceptionally friendly and kind during my visit. I got a side of icing dip from him for the cinnamon breadsticks, even though those were not on the floor. Wonderful customer service!

We ordered two pizzas and a double order of cheese bread. The driver delivered the pizzas and seeing that our order was incomplete, said he would return with the cheese bread. He was friendly and apologetic but we never got our complete order.

I had a lunch buffet and did not like the food. The ranch dressing tasted very tart like it had too much dill or just sour. The pizza tasted like something I would buy from a gas station. It was like it had sat out for a while. I tried a slice from a fresh pizza and it was the same. I feel sad after eating lunch. Did that food kill part of my soul? I want to go to sleep so that I don't have to continue this day with that negative experience in my mind. I hope that bad pizza is out of my head tomorrow. The staff was very friendly and I like them. I recommend this place if you want a salad and don't prefer ranch dressing. I recommend the pizza if you are unhappy with yourself and feel that you don't deserve happiness or if you feel that you need to be punished.

Pizza is fairly good, not many to choose from! Both pasta pans emptied quickly, not replaced quickly. Rotten canned beets on salad bar...again! Salad bar needs more FRESH vegetables. Dirty chairs. Courteous servers added third star.

Place is hit or miss. If I were you, make sure you check your order before you walk out of there. I ordered a cheese pizza and a detroit pizza as well. The detroit was missing the sauce on top and the pizza was ever so slightly overdone. The cheese pizza was basically a heavily overpriced little ceasar's pizza that was overcooked as well, but still edible. Felt like the cheese pizza that was made earlier in the day and eas sitting out for awhile, just not very fresh tasting. They forgot to hand me my 2 liter as well that I paid for. Ofherwise, there alright, just make sure your order is right. If I were you, get a different crust if you order a cheese pizza sp you can most likely get a fresh cheese pizza. Otherwise youll most likely end up getting an overpriced little ceasar's pizza.

I purchased the Melt today to see how I liked it. I got it for lunch. I was shocked at how good it was. Lots of cheese and pepperoni, crust fried to a light golden brown. It was perfect. You could taste all the ingredients and I had no idea the crust fried would be so good. Rated it a 5. It was so good had to go back for another for dinner. My son and I purchased a melt each. Getting home I opened my box to find a very over fried dark brown almost black. Burnt cheese taste. Crust so over cooked it was horrible and all the cheese had melted out and pepperoni was crisp and hard to eat. The worse food I had had in a very long time. Rated it a 1. Same day, same staff. They recognized me from earlier. It I had had the 2nd experience first I would never order the Melt again. Now I don't know. I want the good one but scared may get the bad one instead.

This was my very first order from Pizza Hut in Kilgore. Unfortunately, the pizza was not as advertised. I ordered a Detroit style pizza with two toppings. One of the key components was completely missing: there was zero tomato sauce anywhere on the pizza. To be fair, everything else was fine, including the very polite delivery driver. I may give Pizza Hut a try again, but very honestly, this was not a good first impression.

Probably better service on any day besides Sunday they're packed & it's slow to get stuff out to the buffet (food or plates)

The food is good, but it does take forever to get food. If there are more than 8 cars in the parking lot forget about trying to do lunch buffet you will never see a slice of pizza. Order to go? Not if you have somewhere to be. Had to wait 20minutes from after when they said it should be done. They simply can't handle being busy well. Did some school order 300 pizzas and they were just backed up 4 out of 5 times? Who knows

The food was very good tasting and our waitress was pleasant. However, our appetizer was given to another customer and our order wasn't correct. The waitress tried to give us the wrong order and when we did get it, our pizza was not the size that we had ordered.

Tried to Order online for the two topping 7.99 Deal and it kept trying to charge me 5$ more saying I had extra cheese or sides when I didn't. I order the most basic pizza.. Oh well went to Dominoes and actually only spent 5.99 on the same pizza two toppings.

Our order was not hot and we had asked for extra sauce on both Large Pizzas, there was hardly any sauce at all. I was very surprised, normally their pizza is really good.

Rarely get an order right. Went for buffet the other day too. Waitress gave us a clear cup of Dr. Pepper snd then a speal about how she didnt have her glasses. Never came to ask us if we needed a refill or even came by long enough for us to ask for a different drink.

Hello Everyone, I love Pizza Hut's pizzas, but this last pizza I got was not right. My pizza taste great,but as I was eating, I noticed the vegetables were cut bigger, then I saw this. The top part of the bell pepper was cook on my pizza. Please do better, cause I love Pizza Hut. Thank you, Leslie

I have visited this particular restaurant 5 times in the last 4 months thinking itbwould get better. Inside service is horrible. Having to get up and go to counter for refills, getting appetizer after main food arrives, and almost gone after asking 4 times where they are. Not having or knowing where cups are for extra sauce to take home. Basically need to retrain all employees

I am giving this place two stars only because I know their pizzas are good. The website to order pizzas is bogus. At the end of my order, it said I owed an extra $8. It said I added extras. So, I went through again and changed it. It added $6. I went through again and didn't add anything. Same thing. I tried to call, but there was no answer as usual. I just called Dominoes.

Girl who answered phone call had to be overamped.spoke so fast that I couldn't understand a word except thank you. Maybe they were really busy and didn't have time to talk and take my order but having to repeat yourself over and over doesn't save time. Not having great luck with takeout, little bit over-well done almost to the point its burned whenever i get pizza here lately.

My daughter ordered a pizza at 640ish. At 8 :00 they told her that her order was on the way. 30 minutes after that she calls and they told her that her order was still at the store because their driver was stuck at a rail road crossing. Kilgore has 2 overpasses and one underpass. That is no excuse

Ordered pizza online. After we picked it up we discovered the order was wrong, there was a meat topping on the whole pizza that was only supposed to be on half (one of us can't eat this topping). Once I called back, the cashier seemed indifferent, the manager was rude. She said that the online order ticket showed the the topping on the whole pizza. I insisted that's not what I ordered and she finally said they would make the pizza over. When my S.O. picked it up, the same manager was very rude to him and made a point of showing him the original ticket and saying it was my fault. When he brought the pizza home there was some meat placed on the inner veggie slices as if done very carelessly or to spite us. We won't be eating there again and will be calling corporate.

The service was horrible. They got half of our order wrong even though I clearly said what I wanted and repeated it. Also while we were eating they opened the side door where everyone was smoking at and allowed cigarette smoke to fill the restaurant. My mother who is a severe asthmatic had to leave immediately. We will definitely not be back.

This store does not read the instructions ever. Of the last 10 orders only 1 of them has been correct. The only reason I keep going back is the fact that I hate Papa Johns and Dominoes and there are only 3 pizza restaurants in this town.

the last 2 times i have placed an order it’s been wrong. i’ve asked for light sauce both times. it’s like they can’t understand what light sauce means bc it’s oozes sauce and it’s disgusting. pizza hut used to be my favorite but they can’t even follow a customers request anymore. highly disappointed.

On Sunday, Dec 19th, we ordered 2 pizzas by phone (internet). We apparently got the wrong order...the pizzas were really bad(no sauce) and no veggies. We ordered a supreme...they were supremely bad.

This place is the worst place to order from. When you place a order online and you get the text saying that your pizza is being delivered and it takes them 25 minutes to get it to you and then it's cold and soggy. And when you call and tell the manager about it he wants to laugh and put you on hold and then a rude girl picked up the phone and hung up on me.

Tried to order a pizza for home delivery. They required a purchase of $15.00+ before they would deliver. I live within one mile of their restaurant. I am not cheap and would have tipped the driver at least $5.00 but I could go to Little Caesars and get a pizza for five bucks + tax and be home before they could begin to deliver. That is what I did and was very happy with that choice. There was just no reason to do otherwise!

Pizza hut is absolutely disgusting! They do not wash the screens the thin crust and stuffed crust pizzas come on. All they do is wipe them down with a towel and put them back. And when the pans or lids fall on the ground they do not re-wash them, instead they pick them up off the ground and put them back on the shelf. I do not recommend anyone eat here unless you want to risk getting sick.

Went inside and the waitress was clueless. She got my daughters order wrong. She didn’t even put it in the first time and then instead of bringing pizza out she brought pasta. My daughter was very excited to have pizza for her birthday and needless to say I picked the wrong place to have her birthday dinner bc she ended up eating my breadsticks. I would recommend dominos if you want quality food and people who have all their brain cells so when u order what is on their menu they know what you are talking about.

Make sure delivery drivers can deliver in all conditions. Crust was not as ordered. Wings were dry and were supposed to have garlic parmesan. Service from all staff was rude. Window cashier requested a tip, rude behavior. We would have tipped her had she not asked.

Order as soon as they open, it'll STILL take two hours for delivery, they'll charge you for sauce and forget it EVERY time, AND, no matter what, your order will ALWAYS be wrong. They treat customers like an inconvenience and are extremely rude. Poor customer service, low quality food, and the only consistency is disappointment. You're honestly better off getting a.Totino's from Wal-Mart.

💥💥💥BEWARE💥💥💥 DONT GO TO PIZZA HUT IN KILGORE!!! They have an employee working there named Brooklyn that is completely insane and has no idea how to treat customers!! She thinks she is the manager, yet only started there the other day (the real manager is named Madison btw). After receiving our order and realizing that it was incorrect we called back to let them know. Brooklyn answered the phone posing as the manager and proceeded to tell me that pretty much we were screwed and that everything was our fault. She proceeded to hang up on me. After calling several times and being hung up on, I was finally told that Madison was the manager. This facility wouldnt know what good customer was if it slapped them in the face. If I could give negative stars I would. I honestly hope this place is shut down if this is how they treat their customers.

First time coming here and I didn’t even get serviced! One young lady said she would be right with me but I guess she was “busy” even though she spent more than 15 minutes with just one customer in the dining area. Another girl wasn’t doing anything just standing and looking around so I left.

Horrible! Called in for a delivery pizza deal. Was informed that they delivered to my address. After waiting over an hour the delivery driver called saying he GPS was taking him to the wrong place. I gave him directions and told him exactly how to get to my address. Then after waiting another thirty minutes the driver calls back stating he still can not find the address. I again give him the literal direction on how to get to my address, and tell him exactly how to enter it into his GPS. The driver finally states that he was not allowed to deliver to my address and states that he would call his manager to find out what to do! Moments later he calls back and tells me that he can not deliver and the manager told him to come back to the store. What upsets me the most is I specifically asked the young lady that took my order before even placing it if they delivered to my address, and upon her looking at their map stated she did, and took my order! Then after placing my order with another Pizzahut, I find out that there were up charges for the order I had originally place with the one in Kilgore that I was not informed would be additional costs to my order! I am very dissatisfied with the service as well as the way the management handled the situation!

The over all service and presentation of the pizza out of the kilgore pizza hut are trash would recommend all new staff and management. Not to mention they never refunded an order they had to cancel cause lack of delivery people. So still owe me money.

Evening delivery driver drives like he has no sense at all, always way to many children wondering around the lobby as the employees take their children to work with them. Can't take care of the place as they are more worried about each others life or ALL the children ranging from 10 to infant. Highly don't recommend!! Unless you want sasquach delivering your food don't worder in the evening!!

Placed a drive thru order and was told it would take ten minutes. Waited twenty five minutes and the truck behind me ordered at the drive thru three pizzas and received his order. I had to drive around again to the drive thru to ask for my order and a very rude waistaff person interrupted me gave me my order that was sitting in the warmer. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor customer service and very nonchalant attitude. Management should coach, retrain or just hire a new staff.

I was a waitress so I try to consider how much goes on with the job but there were only 3 tables total and we had to get up and ask one of the many employees at the counter for refills... Also, ignore the buffet hours. It says it ends at 1:30 but they stop putting out new food at 12:45

I would like for my pizza to arrive in presentable condition and not looking like it was thrown in the bag or tipped on its side.

My experience was terrible. Placed my order and the order was filled incorrectly. The manager said it was the other one that was about to come out of the oven. So I was waiting and as I was looking into the kitchen. I see them using the same box that the other pizza had been in that they took back. They had take it out of the box and added the toppings they did not put in the pizza and were re-running it through the oven. I told the manager that I did not want the pizza and wanted my money back. The manager starts raising his voice and starts saying that they were getting the pizza out in 15 minutes so I start raising my voice and asked him did he want to cause a scene. He finally says he would void the transaction and I left. They can't get the orders right because another person had a problem also and terrible service.

6:45pm on a Saturday evening…ordered three large pizzas and two orders of Buffalo wings. I’m now headed to pick up our order when I receive a phone call from Pizza Hut telling me they are out of “pan pizza dough” and to see if I wanted another type of pizza crust. I changed order to original hand tossed. Within five minutes I was at the pick up window. I was told the total cost, provided payment and then was given ONE pizza and the Buffalo wings. I was told that after they called me (5 minutes ago) they also ran out of original hand-tossed dough. So, how long to make the other two pizzas with thin crust…she said she needed to ask. She came back, we don’t have any dough. NO DOUGH, on a Saturday night. Seriously, not acceptable. After talking with two different people, was able to get refund of pizzas we didn’t receive (they wanted to give me “credit” that had to be used within 11 days). This is so not acceptable treatment.

My pizza was crust was incredibly dry. I requested them to put the garlic buttery blend on the crust by writing it in the note box and selecting it in the crust option. I was missing two toppings from my pizza. Italian sausage and bacon. I am incredibly disappointed with this pizza hut because this happens all of the time.

I only live 6 minutes away and this has to be one of the wrost locations around. They are always out of things. The last 2 times I ordered something they called to let me know that they didn't have what I wanted in stock. The most recent order wasn't even delivered to the correct address. You would think that the driver would check the house number to make sure they are dropping off to the correct place, but I guess that's too much to ask. Here's a free meal person that didn't pay for it... Have a nice day! If you can, get your pizza from somewhere else. I'll change my rating if this location can ever get their act together.

Tried to order a big New Yorker pizza online. They called me after placing the order and offered me a large pizza in its place. They were out of the boxes for the pizza and wanted me to accept a smaller pizza. 🤣

Went to dine in with my family, and we were the only ones there dining in. I ordered 2 large pizzas( 1 meat lovers thin crust and one pepperoni lovers stuffed crust) since it's just 3 of us we had almost a whole pizza left from the 2 pizzas, we got a to go box and when I went to pay I set the pizza box on the counter to get my credit card out and left and forgot my pizza. When we got home I realized we had left the pizza and some headphones and baby wipes and I called and they said they had thrown the pizza after they cleaned up the table but I didn't leave the pizza on the table I left it on the counter to pay. They should have put the pizza along with the other items I left behind because they should have known it belonged to us, especially because we were the only ones there and because of what we ordered. They could have waited at least till closing to throw it away instead of right away.

This is how I received my New Yorker. Pizza looks as if they used a large crust or took a bite out.. The manager was rude upon me calling back. Stated that someone ate a piece in my vehicle. The box didn't get opened completely until I made it to work. Moved it around trying to make it fit. Well still didn't add up. Said she watched the video and showed all 6 PIECES sliced up. The manager talked very smartly, poor leadership, not well trained. Stated she can talk how she wants to talk. MADDISON told me they will no longer do business with me. She became upset due to someone laughing in the background due to how I received the pizza. Once taking the pizza back. She was walking out of the door next door to O'Reilly's. Staff had to call her to return to the store. How do I know this? Well the young lady walked all around the store looking for her. Upon her return she automatically Begin doing a return. Again I tried talking with her in a mannerable professional way trying to see if she would catch on. Again she became rude and told me 'BYE LEAVE MY STORE BEFORE I CALL THE POLICE AND CT YOU. LITTLE DID SHE KNOW " I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT A CT . TOLD HER TO CALL THE POLICE. WHEN IT COMES TO MY MONEY AND FOOD. THIS IS WHY I TRY TO COOK AT HOME. But will order out.
