This is a brand new Chic-fil-a and I have not had the opportunity to dine in, yet. Currently their dining area is closed so you can use the drive-thru, order on their app, or have it delivered or catered. I suggest using the app because they give awesome gifts and free food. Unfortunately I was not able to give 5 ⭐'s because I've used the app each time I've come (3 times) and every time they have forgotten multiple items that I ordered. The last time they forgot both of my 12 piece nuggets! if I had gone home and then realized they didn't give me all of my items. I have to call them and tell them what items are missing, then wait for them to bring the food out to our vehicle. Needless to say, I can understand if this happened once but it has happened every time we have come. Again, they just opened and I'm sure people are learning and still getting the hang of things. As for the food, it is wonderful as always. Hot, fresh, and the employees are always very kind. Drop by and try out this new location, just check your order and make sure you got everything before you leave!

So the panhandler stance, cup in one hand, lid/straw in the other does not generate even a smile from the staff. It was like I wasn’t there. Finally…. Someone asked if I needed a refill?? Food: good Service:good Awareness: needs improvement

I come here every once in awhile and everytime I get the chicken minis and everytime they're not cooked all the way through🫩 this is the 2nd time I've gotten food poisoning from yall

The women’s bathroom had no toilet paper. The team leader said they are short staffed and can’t get to it. Also She made it sound like it was my fault that I picked the wrong bathroom to use. I have been here Eating my food for 15 min and no staff has went to put toilet paper in it yet. So sad 😞

They have NEVER messed up my order in 30 plus years... yesterday they managed to mess up twice in one moring! How hard is it to get hasbrowns and minis in a bag together? Tell me they're gonna re make the order and still cant get it right!

Ordered in advance 40 minutes before arrival thru the app, when I got there, they told me I was going to wait a while for my order... ended up waiting another 15 mins. The manager gave me the excuse they were short staffed. This was at 3PM in the afternoon... so I didn't show up during a busy time. I ordered a salid, and the inedible parts of a head of lettuce were in my salad... just awful

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at the drive-thru about 10 minutes before closing and placed my order without any issues. As a woman, I politely asked if I could quickly step inside to use the restroom. I explained that it would only take a moment. I was told no because they were “already closing.” I asked to speak to the supervisor, JACOB, to see if he could make an exception. I confirmed his name twice — Jacob — and he also refused to let me use the restroom. I understand businesses have closing times, but there were still several minutes left, and I was already a paying customer. Denying basic restroom access in that situation felt inconsiderate and lacking in customer care. Very disappointing experience.

This the worst Chik-fila that I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service! I was the only customer in line and the employee came to my car twice and reached in my car to hand me my food. No greeting or anything. Employees lack pride in their jobs with poor social skills.

This is literally the ONLY chick fil a that ever messes up my order. I ordered food ON THE APP to take my son and wife lunch and they still managed to mess that up. They cost me lunch with my family and still expected me to pay for a drink. We need better people working there that can read and get the job done right!

Was very disappointed. Ordered 2 sandwiches and fries. The fries were just. Small pieces . At least they were warm. Both sandwiches were not freshly cooked, had just been kept warm for some time. We were sooo surprised. Both sandwiches were not the usual chick fil A ..they were chicken patties. They had a good flavor, but not the normal chicken sandwich. I know times are hard, but sure hope NEVER to just get a chicken patty there again. We paid $13 + to get pieces of fries, 2 chicken patty sandwiches and a med. Coke. Will give it one more try. But if we get more of the same, we will be getting our crispy chicken sandwiches at Sonic.
