I got huevos rancheros, my friend got tacos al pastor and chorizo and then we shared guacamole tostadas. Everything was AMAZING. And the staff are so friendly, definitely my new favorite place to get mexican food in Kingston!!

OMG. 5 stars across the board. I ordered breakfast today for myself and a few coworkers. When I popped in to pick it up, I had no idea it was so charming in there (the décor and the staff)! The gentlemen behind the counter were so polite and very good-natured. Also, it was actually spotless in there. Obviously, the food was 10/10. I got the Chorizo Breakfast sandwich - it was hefty and delicious and just exactly what I needed today. I love that the chorizo is cooked right into the egg and that the avocado was perfectly ripe. Basically, I may have to rework my take-out budget because I'm going to be getting food here mucchhhhh more often. 😅 TLDR; The food is killer, the gentlemen working there are super sweet, the atmosphere is ideal for a relaxed lunch/dinner date.

10 stars!! I've eaten fish tacos all over, from Mexico to Miami, and these were probably the best I've ever had. Bursting with flavor .. incredible house made fresh mango salsa, very light battered cod without a drop of grease. House made tortillas, So delicious. What a cute place for lunch.. very good, friendly service. I'll absolutely be back and can't wait to try other dishes. Highly recommend!!

Amazing and authentic. I had the tinga enchiladas and my friend had the pozole with red chicken. Both were delicious. Enchiladas were made with hand made corn tortillas with an amazing sauce. We each ordered a mango drink that had tajin in it. This was also refreshing and not spicy. (I forgot the name of the drink😞)

The food is amazing. Salsa has sweet and heat. The street corn was delicious. The carne asada was very tender. Must recommend the homemade hot sauces they offer. Great friendly service.

Ok so my son and I were in search of a solid lunch. Really wanted tacos but was willing to settle … then I saw this review that said Arango Café had the best “mexican” food anywhere So I had to try HOLY CRAP IT’S THE BEST TACOS!!!! I was shocked how awesome this place is. Tacos were on spot - I had the lengua and pastor 2/2 So fresh ! Ssssooooo good !! Guac fresh and perfect before the tacos. Can’t wait to come back.

With the Hudson valley being the up and coming place that it is, I think there are too many restaurants that try to do too much and be bougie and you end up over paying for mediocre food. Not this place! I’ve been searching for quality, authentic and affordable tacos in the area and this spot is IT!This place is no frills, no nonsense, no lack of flavor! Everything was delicious, the restaurant and bathroom was super clean, service was fast and friendly. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their brunch options and desserts. 4 tacos for $12 is a steal! It was taco Tuesday so we got an extra one for free. Hubby and I both got the tacos, chip and salsa appetizer, an apple juice and soda. Plenty of food and total came to $34 before tip. Definitely give this place your business, they deserve it!

Went there for the first time today! I tried the sopes, and they were delicious. They were served with two different homemade hot sauces. One was green and had a fresh taste, and the red one was smoky. I thought the smoky red sauce paired best. Very delicious! I’ll probably be back again.

Delicious food! All the food is fresh (made the same day). The decor is very demure. This is a very under-ratted restaurant! Many people don't know this place exists it seems. But let me tell you, when I come in I see a lot of reoccurring faces. The food is mouth-watering. It's the best Mexican food I've been served in Kingston. A must-try restaurant for Mexican food lovers!

I have been coming here since they opened. There has yet to be a miss with the food, service, or music. Love, love, love their Tortas and the Mole sauce is out of this world!

I got the burrito Al pastor and let me tell you it was the best burrito I’ve had. As someone who is from LI and new to upstate I was not expecting there to be such an amazing Mexican place up here. Arango is definitely my new go to.

Meh. The arango cafe is ok. Had the beef gringo tacos. A $4.50 bottle of coke. Service was kind of slow. Food was just ok. Almost $40 for our lunch. Staff was friendly. Service was kind of slow to order and check out. Didn't really like the salsa that came with the chips. To me it tasted like Jared store salsa. There are many new choices in Kingston for Mexican food. Not my favorite one. However they do offer more desserts

Sorry but not sorry… this place is a scam. The enchiladas verdes, they use canned herdez green sauce and the chicken inside is boiled with zero flavor no seasoning at all. The tortilla chips were old and the salsa had a vinegar taste signifying that it’s canned salsa. I had high expectations because it’s Oaxacan food. My Mexican wife could eat the food. The gringo quesadilla was good lol 😬

The tortilla chips were old and the salsa had a vinegar taste signifying that it’s canned salsa. I had high expectations because it’s Oaxacan food. My Mexican wife could eat the food. The gringo quesadilla was good lol 😬
