Great customer service they never mess up on my orders

Love the sourdough jack, it is my go to order when i am craving burgers. Just something magical with how they toast the sourdough on a griddle w butter, it is giving grilled cheese with burger. The sauce that they put on there... Just chef's kiss IMO and this is coming from someone who pick rice over anything. But for jack in the box. It is always the number 1 that beats the chicken teriyaki. :)

Jackie and her crew is always so friendly! Service and food is always fresh! I come here at least 1 a week for lunch. Definitely recommend!

I adore Jack in the box. I’m used to the management being on top of the employees behavior. My favorite one is in pacific beach. Those guys out perform any Jack that I have visited. I was seriously hoping that this one would be up there in my ranking. Had bad service and food was wrong. Husband went in to complain. Lady was so abrupt and angry. Had to call customer service that was on the receipt. Oh well. Maybe that was a fluke, and she was having a bad day. We let it go and visited another time. Had bad service and the food was wrong, again. I am so sad that this lady is just spending her time there and hating every minute there. No pride in a job well done, nothing like that. I am a teacher and I appreciate how hard it is to accommodate some people. I don’t look down on anyone. But please if you hate your job this much, please don’t drag other people down with you. I will probably give them a third try, as they say third time is a charm. If the lady is still there, I guess I will stop trying for now.

I do enjoy thier monthly line ups and am pretty bummed we can't get 2 for 1$ tacos in California. Hope they can still deliver value prices in this market.

Food hot for the most part BUT burgers have TOO MUCH KETCHUP, Mayonnaise, & mustard buns just slide off. App need to provide more options 🛑do not cook the lettuce or tomato People are nice, drive thru is busy and they are quick. Military discount are available ☺️

Online App stated brown rice in the rice bowl, but it was white when I went to eat it. I know it usually is, but I was hoping for brown. I thought maybe it was a new feature. Nope! Guess the App is wrong! Food was good as usual except for that. Service in the drive thru is slow as usual, but that is the norm for Jack in the Box. My order was ready when I got to the window. App is convenient and nothing was missing so that's a plus!

Overall this Jack in the box is pretty good for being fast food. That said the food was made correctly I never get a order wrong from this location. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating better than most restaurants staff. Especially when it came to my allergies they took great care. As for quality of food and taste it is fast food quality.

We went through the drive-through to get a quick bite on our way from Sacramento to Salinas. The drive-through had quick, courteous staff, and everyone appeared to do their job efficiently. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the menu items were all correct. The totals on the charges were also correct and the change was processed correctly. So all in all everything appeared to go about as it should go. I didn't go inside to see how the inside of the store looked, or use the restroom so I can't comment upon those things. The outside of the store looked clean and presentable with no refuse or litter anywhere. The only thing I have to criticize really, is that I didn't get any taco sauce for my tacos, and I think the speaker could have worked a little better. I think the best thing about this Jack in the Box though, was their staff. They just were very pleasant and personable as well as being competent. I would stop here again anytime.

The 2 girls at the register never smiled. Didn't even greet you. When she finally came to the register, she just looked at you. Didn't say hi. May I help you or welcome in? Didn't say nothing just stared at you. Felt like we were an inconvenience to be there. Smh
