Long lines at both drive-thru and counter, but Michael, alongside all the other staff were so patient and attentive. One thing to note is that this Wendy’s is a franchise and not a direct store so they are unable to honor any discounts and rewards from the app/website.

Okay food selection and with others in walking distance, great truck parking layout and space, nice bathrooms with normal sinks that work. There's an enclosed outdoor eating area if you want to have a picnic while watching a rain storm.

Great place to stop for a break before heading into LA. The Iron Skillet has a great "all you can eat" buffet and salad bar. There is a movie theatre, barber and many other amenities.

It was a little pricey based on Bakersfield Wendy's I got Dave double. It was tasty but way too much mayonnaise sauce I took some off .

Good stop inside a big center with other stores. Has a nice TV area and high chairs for kids. Nice out door sitting too. My favorite spot

For the lady who decorated the women's bathroom near the diesel fuel station, Thank you so much for bringing a little bit of home to those of us who travel for a living. I appreciate each holiday that you decorate for! 😁 As for the showers, they were well designed with plenty of water pressure. The parking lot is huge and rarely full. There's plenty of grass for our fur friends to stretch their legs. Several restraunts in the immediate area that is within walking distance. The only downside to this location is the out dated coffee machines and lack of quality coffee. Luckily, there's a Starbucks across the street.😁

Wendy's is a filthy mess. Trash overflowing and no clean tables. Not really busy, employees standing around talking and no cleaning going on. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t bothering using the app they won’t accept the order,pricing is double what the app shows that’s why they turn it off and won’t even accept any of the rewards or coupons on the app.

Wow, the food was fine, but more than twice the price of any other Wendy's! More than at the airport! The app wouldn't work. I guess because it has normal pricing.

The line was long but moved fast. I saw three to-go orders brought back for errors while I was in line. When I got to the front, nearly my turn, I noticed a TON of flies. I looked up and saw the A rating and giggled as the flies few around and landed all over the A rating. Gross. Yet. I ordered a chocolate frosty anyway. I got fries, too, but couldn't get myself to eat them once I got back to my car. The flies just had me too grossed out. The bathroom was as clean as a rest stop location bathroom could be expected to be. It was fine. It wasnt yucky, but not perfect either.

This location is part of a truck stop center and it looks like it is one of those independent locations where they don't actually follow all the rules or honor the chainwide pricing or promotions. The place is pretty dirty and disorganized. They hide the few "value" meals and deals on a little menu with no pricing and ask you a number of questions to charge add ons without saying anything such that the target price per customer is $20 which is crazy in Kern County (near Bakersfield CA)! We actually ordered mostly a la carte (I usually like the chili - here it was super bland and tasteless which was a bummer) and the bigger bacon double burgers are pretty good but I am typically curious about how franchise operators work and bend the rules or try to take advantage of customers. On the plus side, they turn the orders around pretty quick and they have the fancy Coke machines that can make a million drink combinations. I am not sure how any sane person pays $20 for a meal here instead of half that for a better product at the In N Out across the street or a little less than that with other option at the McDonald's a few hundred feet away. Looks like they've reconciled themselves to not really competing but rather just trying to squeeze as much as possible out of any unlucky consumers in transit who happen to find themselves at the center.

Really? Kind of hard to make a quick stop with this going on. There really isn't a better way to deal with a shift change? And the cashier couldn't be bothered to acknowledge the six customers waiting to be served...

I’m a truck driver and I forgot my fuel card in another truck. During my trip I used my fuel card manually to get fuel, it means I gave fuel card number for cashier and my transaction was approved. It was on my previous TA/Petro truck stops but not on this one. Because manager doesn’t allow cashiers accept payments like that. Nothing illegal absolutely nothing. And how I can get a fuel even I’m ready to pay? Nobody cares about customers about truckers. Shame 👎🏼 Cashiers are nice, shower are so clean 👌🏼 but manger’s decision is sucks

I’ve been staying here at least 2 times a week for years and has been a nice place to stay plenty of parking. But reason for three stars is because the shower experience has been horrible since summer has started. Their A/C in the shower area hasn’t been working for months. It gets very humid in there and get very sweaty after you dry off and start dressing. The water doesn’t even come out cold maybe it’s due to the heat from outside. Either way it’s been horrible to shower experience and seeing how long it’s been down I don’t think those overseeing the store care very much. Edit. I’m changing my review to 1 star. It’s been over a year since I wrote this review and nothing has been done about the showers. Still no A/C and no cold water only hot water during the summer. I’ve also gone on the website and would not let me submit my complaint. Someone needs to do something about this issue.

The restrooms at this location are very horrible. No toilet seat covers,NO TOILET PAPER AND NOT CLEAN.

The girl dressed in a blueish grey shirt was gossiping to another girl while I was standing there, saying things like I’m so annoyed by that… when I asked if we can order she automatically got snappy with me and kept saying things like hope you have a great day and when I told her that the conversation can end after she had already told me that the guy who was actually doing things was going to help me did not require for her to keep making comments. She claimed she was explaining something about work to another girl, but it look to me like gossiping while the male was doing everything in the front. What poor costumer service and such an unprofessional person.

Horrible customer service and not friendly or have smiles on their faces and they don’t greet you. When I was ready to order I asked about a menu item. No eye contact and she rambled ingredients. Also after I got my food I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes to ask for a fork manager finally came up to me and asked if I needed anything. Hellooooo I’m not standing here for my health

Worst service ever. Two ladies who dont care about anything especially thier jobs. I would fire them. Food came to the window cold for no reason. It took 15 minutes at the drive through. We won't go back.

Being too cheap to maintain full hours of operations gets the marking of PERMANENTLY CLOSED from me. In a truck stop at national average pricing you might wanna figure out how to keep the rite level of staffing to stay open.

The server behind the counter was the worst. I brought my fries back in because they were spicy hot. Both of us and our dog wouldn’t even eat them. He and a cook tried them and said they were fine. I asked for a fresh batch of fries with no salt or anything. He said “No- but you can leave though” next morning my lips and roof of my mouth is still tender from eating about 5 fries. It took 3 hours before my lips stopped burning. That crew needs a lesson on customer service. Anyone could tell he hates his job and probably enjoys messing with the customers.
