I’ve been twice now and first had the beef noodle soup, which was delicious. My second time visiting I got the braised beef middle soup and MY GOODNESS it’s amazing!

We put in an order to go. Had a great interaction with the employees, place was beautiful, and the food was exceptional. We had the spicy braised beef noodle bowl, teriyaki steak bowl, spring rolls, and pan fried dumplings. Every single one was fantastic. Cannot wait to order again.

Yes the food was delicious ! BUT the service was AMAZING !!! Lawson and his team were truly incredible. He is an attentive, capable and passionate host. The owner should be proud of hiring him. He is definitely a keeper!!

This place was awesome! I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered the Philadelphia roll, chicken fried rice, and beef noodles to share to try a little of several items. Normally I prefer noodles over fried rice, but it was the opposite here. Both were good, but overall I liked the fried rice better. The service was fast and the food came out much quicker than I expected. It was super crowded here and I hope it's stays busy enough to stay open, but not so crowded you have to wait for a table. We were able to sit right down. We will definitely be back! Delicious!!

Beautiful, modern location. Everything right down to the table setup was clean and thoughtful. The service was amazing. They came to check up on us at the right moments and the food came out very fast. The food looked and tasted as much or even more than we paid for it. My black dragon roll has a HUGE eel filet which surprised me and was delightful. Our check came out to $90.00 with expensive, but quality, rolls, bun appetizer, tuna tataki, eel sashimi and a large order of sake. The food came out very fast! 5 stars. We will be back again soon!

Servers were very attentive, and it seems servers wait on multiple tables since the two times I have been, my party was asked more than once about something that we communicated to another server already. Food was good, out in a timely manner, and the wait to be seated was decent, too. Would come back!

I recently hit a streak of bad dining experiences and I was hesitant to try a new place. I am SO glad we tried ohanas!!! Every single staff we interacted with was so kind, patient, and charasmatic. The food was DELICIOUS. Came out in a timely matter with fresh, high quality ingredients. My fiancé is very picky about eel, he said this was the best eel he has ever had. Staff was very on top of refilling our waters, and didn’t ask us if we were okay ever 5 minutes (which is a big pet peeve of mine, so I appreciated being able to enjoy my meal with my fiance.) check out was easy and quick. We will definitely be back!

There are multiple ohana's in the city, and this one's my favorite. I only go here. i love dining in with them. I love you doing takeout with them. There ability to order online is much better than most of the other restaurants around here. i am from a coastal state. So fresh fish is a must, and this is the best sushi i've had in this city

Everything we tried to eat was delicious!!! I had the steak teriyaki rice bowl, and my husband had the chicken curry Katsu which was as beyond DELICIOUS!!! I had miso soup for the first time in my life and it was WAY better than any onion soup I have had in Lubbock!!!! We had some California rolls as an appetizer and the flavors are beyond better than any sushi rolls you’ll find in your local grocery store!!! We will be back !!!

We had the pleasure of eating at O'Hana Ramen & Sushi Bar today for lunch, thanks to my great-niece Jasmyne. It was her desire to try Ramen for the first time, and O'Hana did not disappoint! It was everyone's first time eating here, and it was Amazing! Everything was hot and fresh. The service staff were awesome as well. We live in Weatherford, and I will be looking for a location near me... I had the combination fried noodles 😋 and a mango lemonade. Everyone's food looked tasty, and they stated that they were pleased. I definitely recommend eating here.

INCREDIBLE! I was blown away by the quality of the service and the food! I have enjoyed my share of sushi, nigiri, and sashimi over the years, and O'hana is the BEST I have had! Amazing! We went as a family and sampled each other's dishes, and I was so impressed! At the top of my list: the nigiris and sashimi were the best I've ever had; they were so clean, fresh, and beautifully presented. Exceptional! I love the savory flavors in the Texas Tech Roll; the sliced jalapeños complemented perfectly without overpowering. I forgot to take a photo of the Tornado Roll, but I enjoyed the creaminess, the crisp fried edges, and the crunch of the fresh diced jalapeños in the center. The Crazy Tuna Roll was great; I enjoyed the accent of black pepper. The Phoenix Roll was excellent; the crab was perfect. And the tempura gave a great crunchy texture along with the great flavors. The chicken and noodles dish was savory and delicious, and the spicy edamame had a fun and zesty seasoning that added nice texture without being too spicy for my kids to enjoy it. Finally, the dessert. Wow! The presentation of the blue flame surrounding the cheesecake was remarkable! Such a wonderful and memorable experience! And the hint of marshmallow flavor complemented the cheesecake so well. The wait staff were so pleasant and sincere, and the food service was prompt. Incredible! Well done, O'Hana!

Refreshingly great Service & Sushi. I think most of us can admit, restaurant customer service has been slipping as of late. I am pleased to announce, service here is fabulous and refreshing to see. Not only is it great to see more quality restaurants in south Lubbock, but it appears we finally have another option other than the same ol’ same ol’ bad service for the “other” sushi place at Kingsgate. The food here was plated with care, and we had attentive wait staff that was the balance of asking enough but not too much. We ate just after noon time on Saturday and had our well-behaved gremlins with us as well. The soy sauce and pepper oil containers on the table were clean and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the setup, and lighting was well thought out. NOTE: for couples, you can sit at three separate bars/counter high top chairs; one in front of the bartender, one in front of the sushi chef, and another in front of the kitchen area. We will be back.

We’ve been looking for amazing sushi in Lubbock that reminds us of back in Frisco/Plano forever…and we finally found it. I know this place just opened very recently, but how did we not try it sooner😭 Everything from the clean and modern atmosphere, the extremely friendly and quick service, and the deliciously fresh sushi made our experience incredible!! we will be back very often to try the ramen, the bowls, and more rolls of course!! Even the checkout experience was so efficient. The Texas Tech roll was the best, but everything was so so good. You don’t find this type of sushi here in Lubbock. Thank yall O’hana!!

Hosts are also pleasantly delightful as they always want to give their best service! The restaurant is super new and modern but you can still feel the Japanese vibe. This is so perfect go-to place for formal dates, corporate meetings or after event place party! Would love to dine in again!

Really good food. It was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by the service. Be prepared for some unusual ingredients if you're visiting first time.

Enjoyed this spot been back already 3 times. Keep trying different ramen the flavors are amazing. Has a vibe similar to pei wei with the atmosphere and the layout of the building. Got a bar in the front and plenty of booths and tables. Very friendly hosts and waiters. Tried the fruit sushi this last time I went and was completly blown away with the taste delicious and unexpected a great deal, definitely coming back for another dish.

When I want ramen in Lubbock this is where I go. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen. It came with three pieces of pork chasu with a good sear on them. The two tamago eggs were creamy. The noodles had the just right amount of bite. The broth was flavorful and spicy. Also included was ample amounts of corn, woodear mushrooms and bamboo. In the future I might add more noodles. While there were plenty I think a few more would have been more satisying. Edit: I returned last month and ordered extra noodles. By far this made for a more filling meal for only a few dollars. The wait staff is excellent and always prompt to refill a drink, take the order or bring the bill.

Generous portions and good value. Great, courteous service. Would have liked a choice of soup, as only miso was offered. Also found the teriyak entree flavor to be on the weak side.

Green onion pancakes were great 😋. Ordered the Crazy Monkey roll, Avacado roll, California roll, Spicy Tuna roll, and house fried rice. The monkey roll has salmon that was fishy and the batter was a greasy mess. The other rolls were fresh tasting and decent quality sushi. The fried rice had amazing sesame oil flavor but was extra oily and greasy as well. Staff were super friendly and attentive and the place was extra clean with a peaceful environment. Paid $55 for the whole meal for 2 which was decent for a sushi lunch. I'd return for the green onion pancake appetizer and maybe to try their Ramen and cold sushi. The fried items was definitely a turn off.
