My Boston Road McDonald’s sometimes it’s hit or miss depending on the staff Because of its location it’s always busy with Uber eats GrubHub or just a long line the Drive tru out the door so that means your food is always hot and fresh and unfortunately the special you want might not be there but it’s always fair to I will return

No complaints. The food is hot and fast. I usually go late at night after work for a quick bite. Sometimes I do have to wait a bit but I understand to get hot food. I go through the drive thru here.

I absolutely love the staff here. I'm a regular, as I work near by. Many people remember me and they are super friendly and sweet. I wish I could remember more of their names, I've asked multiple times and always forget. But they always remember my name! I get so excited when I see one of the many employees I'm friendly with. Always a pleasant experience! The names of my favorite employees there were Celeste, Phillip, Hector, and I think Mariah and Elisa? (I'm gonna ask them their names when I see them and correct it, those are the names I always forget but they're super cool and nice:)

Cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. Staff are always cleaning. Very friendly. And of there is any issue to your order they fix it right away.

The cashier was so sweet, the lady who brought our food to the table was kind and the food was piping hot, and the manager walked around and asked how everything was!! such a great experience at this location!! Never ever had this kind of service at any fast food restaurant or any other McD’s I’ve ever been to!! The employees should be commended for such great service!!!

I work in the area and come here often. It’s always clean and service is usually quick, I place online pick up orders most of the time. One thing I will say is that a lot of the times when I order sweet tea, I receive something completely different… I’m not sure if it’s not available but they should offer different drink options in that case.

I can't believe how flawless this mcdonalds is ! I was so mad my wife did three separate orders in the drive thru because it seemed like everyone else did mobile orders they drove up for a second and moved on like a locomotive. I sat here with my wife like 8 minutes with her placing three orders for all of us and no one was in front by time we finish. Our mcdonalds in queens ,ny , we'd be waiting like 10 minutes for three orders and we'd have to show each receipt and something would be wrong lol. At this mcdonalds superfast supersonic service . Definitely best McDonalds in the area the employees are always nice! The service and quality of the food is good compare to the ones in New Rochelle and Portchester. Hopefully Macdonald's could run the other McDonald's in the are like this one. Excellent customer service.

Mostly there same as most of the other McDonald's restaurants. Service is similar as well as prices. Parking lot is attached for free parking. Kept fairly clean inside and out.

It's a McDonalds, what more can you say? When you need high calorie fast food, there's no better place to get a hot, consistent meal that tastes good. Just don't make a habit of it

Can't complain, it's McDonald's. Quality control will never again be what it was decades ago. Aside from that little rant, customer service is good, food is well... food. Not always fresh made, but decent. Want a quick In'n'Out? Go for the drivethrough no matter how long the line is. They prioritize drive-thrus over in-store customers it seems. I might be wrong.

I have been visiting this McDonald's at least twice a month since I moved to the area in 1982. I have seen a lot of changes to both this place and the surrounding area, but this location has remained consistently clean and the employees, for the most part, have always been friendly. As for the food, I have found that a Quarter Pounder with fries tastes the same whether you are in L.A. or Mamaroneck. So I am not going to base my rating on food, just service and appearance. Overall, I am happy with this McDonald's and will continue to visit for a quick meal.

Very cleanly kept with a splash of nostalgia. Has lots of free parking in it's own parking lot. A good drive through window and a good location on a main thoroughfare. Main drawback is of you have kids since it doesn't have a playplace. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Its newly renovated. But the service is a little slow. If you order inside the restaurant. There was people hanging around waiting to get their order. You ordered and they call your number out when it's.

Firstly, it's McDonald's! Same food as everywhere else. Great service, kind people, awesome family night on Wednesday evenings. Next manager takes care of business and is quick to resolve issues with customers as well as staff. Even though I am a Burger King guy, I still love taking my three young boys here once in a while.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years. Never had a problem. Tonight, I come in to be disrespected by the Spanish guy with the long white hair. He wouldn’t tell me his name. He had no reason to do so. If he follows the procedures he’s supposed to he wouldn’t be so lost all the time. I’m not returning here until he is released.

Food and services were good but needs more cleaning.

Generally, I am not a fan of McDonalds. But I had to be here quite frequently. Hardly any service since you order on the kiosk, and they just drop it on your table. However, when I asked for some ketchup, the lady came from fix8ng the garbage with no gloves and scooped from her apron pocket the ketchup. That's not hygienic. The atmosphere is relaxed until the students arrive, and it becomes noisy. The parking was ample.

Hate how generic they made all of them, all grey and boring, but that's not this place's fault. Food is always quick, order is almost always right and staff are friendly. And the food is McDonald's. It is what it is.

The service was fast, staff friendly, and food is what's expected. CONS: I hate the parking lot situation. You literally have to walk through the drive-through to get to the door and pray everyone is paying attention. Supervisor(s) in the back were talking loudly and not being shy with words regarding a contractor that's doing the upgrades at other local restaurants. There is no napkin stations, nor did they give us any, so when my son spilled his beverage it got interesting.

This McDonald’s is aesthetically 10/10. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are definitely kind, quick and helpful. The reason I’m knocking off a star is the lack of dollar menu items!! This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to in NY that doesn’t offer any size soda or 4 piece nuggets for $1. Not sure why that is, but this location definitely have the cheap prices one has come to expect from this fast food chain.

Obviously the food is good, but the workers need to be a bit more lively and pay more attention when it comes to the orders. I know its fast food, but you don't need to be so fast to mess up a simple 4 item order.

Got our order right, however the interior is very dated and needs cleaning. There was also an army of ants crawling under the table. The retro theme could be nice if the floor tiles and bathrooms were updated.

Their drive-thru caterers to teens while cars are wrapped around the building for 25 minutes or more. I was visiting NY, and with all of my traveling experience, I have never come across this. Why not have them come inside, and if the inside is closed, have them drive up like everyone else? All we ordered was coffee.. Where was the manager 🤔

They are pushing the pre-order at the kiosk and forgetting the cash walk-ins

Much improved since the days of rude staff talking among themselves and ignoring customers. Present staff are courteous, cheerful and pleasant. Also gone are the mice that were crawling all over the outdoor trash receptacles. Thank God!

I'm more of a drive thru person. I don't really sit inside but their service is pretty good. The lady who works at the cash register in the mornings always have a smile on her face. My 3 stars is for the smell I got last time I was there. It was awful, lost appetite after that smell. Like old oil or something.

Very different since remodeling. Drive thru still ok but inside ordering on kiosk & waiting for food area very crowded & confusing. Not enough help taking orders (1 person). Don't like. Won't return.

I haven't gone for years. Always crave fries and nuggets but but whenever I actually get them not so much. I will eat maybe 3 nuggets out of 10 and I can have fries before they get cold. Great marketing though the food can still be improved.

You probably don't need to be a connoisseur of any kind to know that McDonald's isn't fine dining. It is what it is. Very salty, very sweet, high fat, greasy fast food. This particular McDonald's seems to be on par for what would be considered "good quality," at least for a fast food chain. I stopped for a double cheeseburger with added tomato and a small fry. I got what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. (The diarrhea was expected lol)

The McDonald's on Main Street in New Rochelle is the pits. There fries are always cold and their sodas flat. The McDonald's I recommend is the one in Larchmont or on Sandford Blvd. in Mount Vernon. Their food is always hot.

I am not sure if this is a real McDonalds or a knockoff using the trademarks. Either way, me and the kids had a good time. I got the McKing combo with onion rings, which was delicious. I did not appreciate the attention that the clown named Ronald Mcfondle gave my son, it was not funny, just weird. Next time, I will get my McKing meal at the drive thru.

Sadly, things have gone downhill fast here. In the past 4 weeks, all three of my visits ended up missing items. First, ordered 10 pc McNuggets, only 9 pcs. in the box and wrong sauce included. Second, ordered 6 pc Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, only five pcs in box. Third, ordered 6 pc Sweet & Spicy Chicken Tenders and Triple Cheeseburger. Got no triple. All my visits were around 8pm and through the drive through. When I called, after getting home and finding the issue, I was told by the team member that I should mention the mishap on my next visit. Wben I called the second time, I was given the same advice. The third time, I was told to bring in the receipt the next day and I could get my triple cheeseburger at no charge. Of course there would be no charge, I already paid for it. Do they really expect that the customer should open each individual item and count things before we drive away? Is it not reasonable for us to expect when we pay and order that we get a complete order? On the visit of the triple cheeseburger, I did not go through the whole bag, I opened it and saw frys on top and it looked like the other two items were in there. Of course when I got home, I found out once again I got shorted. In the past couple of years, I never had issues with the drive through or orders. I am not sure if this is due to staff changes or trying to save money on their end, little by little. In any case, the third strike was it and I am done dealing with this McDonalds. I also have let friends and associates who I know go there to check things carefully and be sure the order is complete. Everyone else, be aware and chech thoroughly.

I ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Meal and instead of that they gave me fries and a fish sandwich. They could have at least give me 1 cheeseburger.

Insanely slow service and got my order wrong. People behind me were getting their food first and people in the drive thru were getting priority. One person worked the register and got the food while 2 worked the drive thru. Insanely inefficient and inneffective.

They ALWAYS say the ice cream machine doesn’t work. If you really want to get it just go to the new Rochelle one which is just like 8 mins away and you get everything you want! Because what do you mean the machine is NEVER working, they just don’t want to serve it

The drive thru is fairly fast in the morning and early afternoon. It can get pretty heavy later in the day. Recently I’ve had two different instances of being given a wrong item in my bag and having to go inside to get it corrected. I don’t make any changes or substitutions to an item, I mean simply the difference between getting a regular vs deluxe for a burger or a spicy vs ranch for a crunch wrap, etc. This most recent time, even the corrected item was wrong and I had to ask them to get me a different one and had to wait even longer inside Edit: I just tried this location once again after a few weeks. The drive thru once again gave me the wrong item even though my receipt shows what I actually ordered. Waste of time and money going here

Standard McDonalds, staff didn't give the right sauce for the chicken. Staffers were moving people through the drive thru at a good pace. The instructions bring you near but not to the site on Waze, too, interestingly it ends on the road right in front of a Fairway Green housing development/HOA.

I’m so used to getting my coffee at $2.64 and forgot that sometimes these franchisees are free to set their own market prices but to set the same exact coffee with three sugarfree vanilla pumps at $3.79 is atrocious and McDonald’s such simply take back the franchise to normalize The menu pricing. When you go in, it’s one lonely person behind the counter and four kiosks as McDonald’s has turned into more of a “you need to help yourself” kind of an environment. This should make it cheaper, not more expensive.

I usually only do the drive thru and there is a high probability there will be an incorrect or missing item. One of the many items we got an oreo mcflurry instead of a grandma. Usually we are just missing items. Increased likelihood of errors with customized items. Also if you have questions make sure you ask the person taking the order because thats your best bet, the person giving the food has no idea what you are saying so it's hard to explain if there is an issue. They also don't answer the phone.

It is awful, drive thru and walk-in they always mess up on my orders. It is upsetting when you drive thru and pay for your full meal and get home and your get only half your order. Missing apple pies, missing sauces you pay for, don't give you ketchup and forget it if you ask for it. Horrible.

Sadly, this McDonalds is not kept up very well. The food is classic "Mickey D's", but it's not very clean and things are always breaking down. Today, there was a flood by the soda machines.

Hate fast food even as a last resort never happy with the food or service. Frozen drinks usually taste pretty good but packed with sugar.

The place is disgusting. The floor is slippery. Tables are not cleaned. Bathroom are an absolute mess. If they cannot properly clean these parts of the restaurant, how can the kitchen be clean?

I have lived in this community for over 25 years and I am disappointed 😞that the woman's bathroom is still not fixed,this is a two stall bathroom. Customer service here is terrible. I’ve already had two bad experiences before but i will be talking about the most recent one in this review. Since this is a 24 hours McDonald’s, my boyfriend and I decided we wanted a late night snack. The employee finishes ringing up the customers in front of us and we walk up. She takes out her phone and starts using it. My boyfriend greets her and she gives no reply and stays on her phone. There was a pretty decent line behind us. After a good minute waiting for her to ask us what we wanted, we say “excuse me” she puts down the phone and rolls her eyes at us. Doesn’t say anything AT ALL after not even a “have a good night”. How is she going to be mad at us when she had us waiting while she was texting?

For being a renovated new McDonald's, I find them to be very very slow. They try, but you have to wait too long for your order. I live close by, but rather drive a little further to the Bruckner location, because of their slowness.

This is probably the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. They frequently get orders wrong and are notorious for overcharging. They try to be slick and charge full price for the 2 for $5 and such. The manager, Liliana is also a psychopath and publicly screams at her workers and will verbally assault you if you confront her about the overcharging. I've had multiple bad experiences here and have stopped going. Be aware.

FAMILIES WATCH OUT: Don’t go here with kids when mamaroneck school kids are let out for the day. You got 20+ people cursing and trying to fight each other and customers who call them out for cursing. Staff never intervenes. Couple weeks ago they were arguing with a woman who didn’t want them screaming curses around her kids, after the family left the kids were discussing how they’d jump her and rob her. They then ran out the McDonald’s and after finding that she left they were discussing who else to fight.

Horrible, both soda dispenser and smoothie/frappucino machine were not working. The restaurant was warm.....air conditioning seemed not to be cooling properly. I passed 3 other McDs hoping this one would be better. Improvement needed.

They did a 100% increase on the cost of a large soda, and now they don’t offer free refills anymore. The fries are always cold because they sit out waiting on the assembly line for them to put the rest of the order together.

They never get your order right and the lady taking your order at the drive through always ask is that it after every order you make. Ordered 4 Sausage Egg Mcmuffins, get back to my office and all 4 sandwiches are missing the sausage which is clearly indicated on the receipt. I have to drive back out there, wait another 15 minutes for the 4 correct sandwiches and no offer of a refund for the troubles. No offer of a soda while I wait, NOTHING. Hector, the manager on duty, didn't even come to apologize after the server explain the situation initially. Mistakes happen but small steps can make things right, they failed.

Everyone seems miserable and like they can't be bothered, terrible service the inside hasn't been fixed in years like it hasn't been touched in the 45years it's been open, how you have a broken table stall for 3 years? I went for breakfast by 5.30 am, the girls who have over the counter was busy talking and never said anything not even asking what I need, I was totally ignored I left the place to fine any restaurant where the costume is welcome. Is the worst McDonald's around.

Stay away from this place. During lunch on Wednesday it took 25 minutes for my meal inside to be prepared. They are only interested in the drive-in guest. Oh my god, they were running meals outside every two minutes. They could care less about the inside sit-down guests. My meal was prepared so poorly. I will never come back here again. I will do my best to tell everyone in Mamaroneck to avoid this location. The owner needs to hire a secret shopper to observe how the crew is wrecking the business. Where is a Wendy's to put this location out of business.

The drive through order came out with no bottom bun. Honestly, how can you send out a incomplete burger? Totally unwarranted outcome. I made my order, thanked the young hispanic gentleman and went on my way back to work with my coworker who also ordered. I tried to contact them directly but the phone rang off the hook twice. Its like they are afraid to pick it up because of bad orders or because they are too busy committing them. I didn't ask for customizations or anything. Again, it's almost an impossible mistake. I couldn't help but feel it was done on purpose for some reason.

Horrible experience with the workers. I got treated horribly due to their mistake. I ordered on the app to do take out. I walk inside and start getting yelled at to leave because their closed. Even tho the door was open so I just walked right in. Yelling saying they aren’t open and the machines are down when I already placed my order and it was already paid for. They're supposed to bring you your food when you order for "HERE" at the Kiosk but they don't. Girl at register has my food in a to go bag and is shouting out my order # as to which i had no knowledge of Bcuz receipt didn't print at the kiosk. So instead of a tray i was eating my cold food out of the bag. Yes i was given cold food on top of all that no napkins to wipe my hands or ketchup for fries. The place was really filthy. When I was leaving I decided to order a cappuccino. Girl at the register tells me there's no cappuccino but they have regular coffee. I asked for my refund and said that it should be removed from the menu if they don't want to make cappuccinos That's happened to me at numerous McDonald's already. But take my word this is by far the worst McDonald's i ever been to.

The manager that work today July 9 @4:00-4:45pm. Very very unprofessional and lack of customer service 🤦🏽‍♀️ First off she treated me like I was lying about not getting my order incorrectly then secondly she didn’t even care to apologize for her behavior after finding out from one of your colleague the one that actually packed my order how many items he enter inside my bags. She also asked to recheck my bags again which I didn’t have a no problem with until she start asking if I was sure and digging in my bag like I was lying rather apologize for getting my order incorrectly then ask the person who packed my order many items he/she enter inside before making assumption very rude after all that she finally decided to asked the person that packed my bag how many order of nuggets he put inside my order when he told her she didn’t even care to apologize for the way she handled the situation she have someone handing me my order.

Third time the charm? Wrong!!! Worst service, my simple order always ended up wrong, either missing something I paid for, or no utensils or napkins. If you speak spanish, service is warm, welcoming and friendly. Just an overall uncomfortable experience and the food is gross. I order a simple 20 piece only with sweet and sour sauce. I was in a hurry to eat lunch. They handed me a bag and i left the drive-through to work. When I arrived to eat my nuggets; there was no sauce...nothing!! plus the nuggets tasted strange. Never going there again.

It’s such a shame that McDonald’s generally in America cannot get it right. This location specifically gets orders wrong. Sometimes the food is very fresh and hot but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered during lunch rush and waited a long time, when my food came it looked like the person assembling the food was very Ammad, burgers were loose in the bag (he didn’t wrap them properly) there was a substance that looked like coke spilled in there (or maybe grease?) I threw out everything but the nuggets. McDonald’s needs to get it together like other countries and take pride in what they serve.

This is at least the 3rd time that they have screwed up my order at the drive-thru, and the 3rd time that their customer service is TERRIBLE. While I am a regular customer to this location, most orders are done right, but when they screw up, they don't even have the decency to let you either keep the wrong item given to you, or in this case, replace my now cold fries! I ordered a 2 for $5.00, and yet they managed to forget one of the 2 items! Since I was in a hurry, i had not noticed this until I got home, and had to drive back! When told of the inconvenience, they refused to give me even one lousy french fries order to make up for my wasted gas and time, and of course my 2 orders of fries were now cold as well as the other 2 for $5.00 item. They claim no manager was present, and when you call the number on the receipt you get.... A FAX SOUND!! Unbelievable!

One of the workers in a vest at the front today spoke extremely rude to me and should really have a class on hospitality. I came to pick up an order, showed her my phone, said the name out loud. She went on acting like she could not hear or understand me but that she needed the number for the order. I told her the 6 digit code, which in my opinion is more work to find an order, while she already had the bag in her hand to give to me. She went on to say how do YA delivery drivers read the street signs outside if you cannot tell me the number? This comment came out really condescending and inappropriate. For her to group a type of people she assumes that are not literate is really gross and not any way to speak to anyone. Can’t imagine how she treats everyone else.

I just came to eat something at this place, Monday, March 2.. 10:00 PM and the service is horrible, the machines do not print the ticket, the tables are totally disgusting with remnants of dry soda, they did not take me my order so I went to see what was happening, the order was ready but no one bothered to call or take it, instead everyone was on their phones, I asked a guy with the appearance that he had not bathed in days and he answered me that they did not have the service to take the dresser, that is birn but who do they ask horrible service and really dirty the flirt and to the price dirty The staff, looking at the previous reviews I'm not the only one who complains about this

There’s an older white lady that works the register there and her attitude towards customers suck. She needs to retire if she’s too tired to move around. Her attitude always suck.

Placed the simple order through the app 1- Egg and cheese biscuit 1- Egg biscuit Received 1-Egg sausage & Cheese on a muffin Received 1- Egg cheese sausage on a biscuit Both sandwiches are wrong clearly stated on the receipt.. This is not the first time but it’s probably my last time going there. I’m not sure if they’re reading receipts for orders correctly or they just can’t read.

Terrible customer service. Waited almost 1hr for my order and my sisters order because it was all messed up. Management was trying to help but they were all over the place as well. They need to be more organized. The person at the register seemed to be a new employee, which is understandable they will be a bit slower, but someone should be standing next to them, assisting if they need help with an order. This is one of the reason why I waited so long. Was annoyed and frustrated after having to so long that I finally got my order and left. Only to realize I was still missing items. Never again!

They must have been having a bad day yesterday. I order a quarter pounder no cheese nothing on it but onions and two gamblers. I got the opposite quarter pounder with cheese and onions. Two cheese burgers I check the first one they change it got home to find two cheese burgers in hamburger wrappers I don’t like plastic cheese but was hunger. I got so sick it was not funny

FIRST OF ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. Then the workers were very rude, they handed me my food on a tray when i clearly said to go. Then threw a bag down on the counter at me & told me to put my food in the bag. Then the cashier grabbed the tray to put my food in the bag for me but then the manger graded my small fry & started talking in spanish about me & my food to the worker. Also the fries were uncooked. There was a hair in the food. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my entire life. I will never go back to that Mcdonald’s again. I do not recommend going here at all.
