Staff are very nice and kind, I lost a wallet there a few months ago but they found it and brought it back. So thankful.

friendly staff.. One time I saw a man bought his coffee and then accidentally drop it on his way to his car.. He went back to dunkin and the staff gave him a new coffee for free..

It was great I was listening to my favorite music while enjoying my coffee.

Service is usually quick and the employees are nice. Everything you could ask for in a chain because their food and drink is the same as any other Dunkin Donuts. Although one difference is that they do have honey for their teas.

It’s small and not clearly labeled as being a Dunkin Donuts, so easy to drive right by and also the parking sucks.. sorry, I usually look for silver linings on my Google reviews but in this case it just is what it is, a neighborhood coffee shop for the doctors and lawyers nearby. Oh by the way there’s a Starbucks with parking right across the street- me thinks the days have numbers for this poor unfortunate Dunkin joint

Just ok ...asked for nonfat half half in ice coffee They gave milk. Late before i realized it was whole milk. ..im lactose intolerant re 100 percent milk bad bad tummy cramps etc. Sad i was in transit could not return to make in person complaint

I would have given 4 to 5 stars for a very friendly staff, however the Caramel Latte tastes the same every time I go to Starbucks but not here. The latte formula changes depending on who was making the coffee. It was perfect for a while but, several times it was so bitter and full of espresso that I could not drink all of it and had to throw it out. Please get the formula straight. Thanks.

I order through my mobile app and they  literally get my order wrong every time. When I call to get the right stuff I get yelled at like I did something wrong by trying to get the correct order that I paid for. Would not recommend.

How can you say America runs on dunkin when you close at 3pm! I work in this town depending on dunkin donuts coffee and you guys close at 3pm. That's completely unacceptable!

The person that took my order was very nasty and then I told him that I get a senior discount and he was nasty and said it's too late how could it be too late when he was just ringing it up I just moved to Manhasset I will never go there again

I’ve been going to this dunkin for about a year now & up until recently i had no issues. But the last few times I’ve been here the staff isn’t as friendly, the card machine is always messed up or not working, I’ve been given the wrong order on 2 different occasions & was too far away or already at work and couldn’t go return it, and the manager (forgot her name) is always very punchy & rushes you through your order.

I ordered a sugar-free latte, but the staff inside put sugar in it because of chatting. And one staff is rude. Never come back !

7/20/21 Udate Lines out the door using one register when they have two upfront. Understaffed perpetually. How NOT to run a busines. The monies I watch walk out the door daily is staggering. 👎👎👎 6/20 update. Another horror show experience. 11.26a.m and line out the door. Never properly staffed so people walk out and you lose revenue just like I did walked out disgust. Hire more servers!!! 6/17 at 2.22p.m and wondering why it takes 30 minutes to serve 3 customers. Very slow and poor service today. Watching many walk out as I wish too if I wasn't so thirsty. This seems to always happen here when the regular staff is off.

However, the manager came over and blamed the customer instead. Can’t believe it! The owner of this store - if you wanted to continue doing the business, please improve and make changes. We deserve a better service from Dunkin.

Update 4/17/23 Still the champion at the absolute worst customer service as I walked out yet again as 1 person making sandwhiches and "serving" counter with a dozen or more irate customers waiting, not happy and ultimately leaving with me. How does this location stay open with all the money that waks out in sales is beyond me!!! ZERO STARS Update 09/08/2022 Still insufferable wait times for simple coffee drinks. 2 registers yet they insist on using only 1 while customer after paying potential customer walks out due to ridiculously long lines. This place Sucks!!! UPDATE 7/29/2021 WALKED OUT AGAUN AS LINE IS OUT THE DOOR. Cant believe a business let's all this money walk out the door on a regular basis. Worst store, worst service and worst manager who refuses to use second cash register even if twenty customers are waiting. Corporate office should only know how many customers walk out disgusted and sales they lose hourly. What a disgrace. Love the coffee and the other staff but this is not the first time I have had to walk out and leave cause they are mismanaged and the line is endless to get even just a cup of coffee. Change this reoccurring problem and I will rate you 5 stars.

AVOID:Got a breakfast sandwich and a matcha. Mind you I get my drinks often and worked for the company. I can tell when the drink is done incorrectly before drinking it. So I kindly asked the woman work that morning if she could add one more scoop of matcha bc it had a watery look compared to its normal green. And she rudely said No you just need to shake it. 1st of all you are supposed to shake it and Second it was still light and she refused. RETRAIN your morning staff

Went there this morning for breakfast for myself and daughter and the lady burnt my bagel and bacon, when I got to work and realized. I called and spoke to the manager and she didn’t even care, she just said she would refund me like it was a usual thing for them. She didn’t even care to resolved the problem by training the lady to do better. She just kept saying she would refund me. The principal is not the money lost it’s the fact that I don’t have breakfast and I would’ve had to drive all the way back there for a refund. They need to do better. I wish I could’ve post the picture I took of this burnt bagel twist and bacon, had to throw that shit in the garbage.
