Best restaurant experience you can get. The staff is always friendly and they come to work every day to serve you the way a restaurant experience should be served. The food and drinks are all done well, all the time, and if there were any qualms, feel free to speak up because they take care of you like family and like the dining experience is meant to be. The “indoor patio” space is a truly unique environment that beats many “outdoor” experiences as it has a tree growing throughout the space, and plenty of greenery and mural work to bring you comfort and pleasantry during your dining experience. The bar area combines the best of memorabilia and old bar charm, and it happens to host some of the best live music Saturday nights... ever. Call and ask what’s going on tonight! I recommend the Shrimp Puffy Tacos or Especial de Cabo and the Naughty Maggie margarita on the rocks. Everything else is great, and they’ll make sure of it for you. This is the most genuine and authentic dining and bar experience you can find, and there’s no question why it’s over 40 years successful now! And ask the staff! Most have been there for 20-40 years. It’s incredible.
Our party of 14 was seated pretty fast. The waiter was very attentive and patient. The chicken enchiladas with red sauce was very good! The drinks were made well, but a little on the expensive side, $72 for 4 pina colada’s to me was a little high and it wasn’t top shelf… over all, I’d go back.
Panchos is amazing! I had the best carne asada tacos and margarita here with a friend. They place has a cool vibe, with an upstairs and downstairs, and lots of plants and cool lighting. The wait staff is great and very attentive. Prices are reasonable. Happy hour at the bar is always a good choice, with house margaritas and homemade guacamole and chips. I definitely recommend this place for good Mexican food when you are in the El Porto area of Manhattan Beach.
We have lived here for several years and this was our first visit to Panchos. What a delightful evening we had with excellent food, drinks, and service. The staff all were friendly and upbeat making Panchos a very welcoming restaurant. We will be back!
Just AMAZING. From the staff, service, food, and manager, they made a special day even more special. The food and drink were delicious. Get a mango margarita. They accommodated our large party and allowed us to bring decorations to celebrate our event. They helped bring in our items as well. The valet staff was fantastic too. If you want extraordinary service, excellent food, and a delightful time, I highly recommend going to Pancho's.
The food was pretty good, we had the naughty margaritas and they were good. Our server was fantastic. I had the Cinco Fiestas and they were tasty. I love the atmosphere and the jazz player was good too!
Delicious food. The salmon special of the house was fantastic. Al pastor tacos also were great.
Had a great time here, food was excellent and the wait staff was amazing and fun
Great food! Nice atmosphere... I’m more accustomed to TexMex Mexican food... this is definitely different... but let me tell ya what... it was pretty freakin awesome. I’ve never had scallops like this before but I’ll certainly be back to have them again... If your around Manhattan Beach lookin for food, I highly recommend Pancho’s....
Wife and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. The parking is limited, so finding some street parking can be difficult. But the inside is like a luscious hacienda courtyard. Live plants, string lights and other secrets await. Food is a little pricey, but large portions and well made. There is a reason this place has stayed in business for 40+ years. Give yourself time to walk the beach before or after dinner. Have a cerveza and enjoy the vibe.
Amazing service! Their food was superb and the manager/owner made it so special for us for our first time! The staff was very friendly and the ambience was so fun (karaoke coming in the bar area too) and yet still felt private! We’ll be back for sure and definitely checking out the one at home in Las Vegas!
I grew up going to this restaurant as a child (10yrs old). My friend suggested let's go to Pancho's. I googled it and saw a pictures and instantly remembered the restaurant. It was so nostalgic. I'm so glad that the restaurant is still there. It's a beautiful place to go. Even the scenery around the restaurant is beautiful. You could even see Manhattan Beach from the restaurant. The inside is beautifully decorated with a lot of plants. And it just looks like you're at a very authentic Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant . All the food was amazing just as I remembered as a kid.
Went here the other night and I loved it!! The ambience is perfect. Feels super authentic and like your outside because of all the plants and greenery but you’re really inside. The service was excellent. The skinny margarita that I ordered with tahini on the rim was made to perfection. We started with chips, guac and queso and we all ironically ordered chicken chimichangas for our entrees. Everything was delicious! Will definitely be back when visiting Manhattan Beach!
Food was great, a bit pricy, but worth it. The resturant is much larger than it looks, loved the xmas decorations. Staff are always friendly and prompt. Due to restrictions, all orders are to go but you can sit outside at the tables in front snd the staff will get u more napkins, etc and take your trash when done.
This restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff, AMAZING! Food, AMAZING! Definitely coming back every time I’m in town. The portion sizes were perfect and the flavor 10/10!! Highly recommended!
Excellent! Beautiful atmosphere, delicious innovative food, and great servers! Wonderful birthday meal for my mom.
Don't let the rough exterior fool ya.... this place is GREAT! Went in fr bday celebration and enjoyed myself to the fullest. Food, Quality, Ambiance, Customer Service......EVERYTHING WAS SPOT ON! I can't express enough how much of a quality restaurant this is. Get in there guys..... you'll thank me later. IJS
Poncho’s in Manhattan Beach has an amazing atmosphere with beautiful décor and a lively yet welcoming vibe. The food is consistently delicious, and the drinks are just as good. We’ve been several times and have never had a bad meal or experience. Friendly service and a fun setting make it one of our favorite spots in the area.
10/10 Mexican-themed tropical atmosphere, 10/10 margaritas, and 10/10 enchiladas. This place is right on the corner near Manhattan Beach and is a real gem. The interior is amazing from the tropical foliage to the thematic art. The food and service start are top-notch, not to mention the killer top-shelf margaritas. The guacamole and enchiladas are highly recommended also.
Beautiful restaurant and outstanding customer service. The seating area is just gorgeous with all of the plants, the mercantile atmosphere all makes for quite the experience. Our server was a gem, and he was very attentive. The menu has great variety and you will find something to enjoy. Plates are large so come with an appetite.
The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but it is a different beast when you walk in. We walked in and where greeted with a pleasant smile and asked if we wanted to wait for the rest of our party at our table or the bar. We chose the bar. The bartender was very nice and asked the reason we were there. My friend said that we were there for a birthday celebration. There was a singer and sang the "Happy Birthday' song to me. The bartender served me a house Margarita and it was delicious, perfect balance of margarita mix and tequila served over ice with a salted rim. The inside is beautifully decorated and has two stories. As you walk downstairs you are greeted with a lush greenery and lots of Christmas lights. Pancho's is the most authentic Mexican food I have ever been to. The refried beans are really tasty and have a homemade taste to them. The crab enchiladas are out of this world. The enchilada green sauce is perfectly seasoned. The rice is perfect, each grain has a slight bite and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back for more celebrations.
Fantastic old-school Mexican. Loved the atmosphere, service was quick and friendly, excellent food. Had a margarita and seafood enchiladas. So much food! Didn't want to eat again for 24 hours. The chips were endless with fresh salsa. I have had better guacamole so maybe skip that. The space is classic with huge trees reaching the ceiling in the 2-story atrium; you feel like you are eating in a rainforest. Food was delivered with a smile by the abundant staff. A little pricey but you are paying for the location, atmosphere and authentic fresh food. We walked in and got a table immediatly with no reservation at 6pm on a Tuesday. Sax player in the bar. Highly recommend!
I'm so surprised I haven't heard of this restaurant before because it is SO awesome! It is such a beautiful surprise inside with the high ceilings, fun layout and decorations. There is a full bar inside and seating area to wait for a table. The margaritas and food were both delicious! A very unique and flavorful menu. Walking distance from the beach. Great ambiance and vibe. I will definitely be back!
My photos don't render justice to the meals and ambiance we had. We were referred there from Antonio to try that place and it was worth it. All the plates served on our table were excellent. Felt like home with more services:) With the little knowledge I have on the resto offers in Segundo, if you are looking for authentif Mexican dishes, go there. You won't regret it for the price.
While visiting the Beach and surrounding area we always enjoy stopping in for an early dinner at Pancho’s in Manhattan Beach. We can count on the wonderful atmosphere, food and excellent staff. We’ve enjoyed so many dishes over the years from their large Menu and have been very happy with every choice we’ve made. We really love their Salsa and Guacamole to start with and this visit we added a few more Main Course items we hadn’t yet tried and they were absolutely delicious! As a plus, we purchased their very own recipe bottled Margaritas to take home for our New Year celebration, and looking forward celebrating with a Pancho’s Margarita! Thank you all, it was another great meal with our family!
Pancho's is great. We go to the one here in Manhattan Beach and also the one on Centinela in Culver City. Both are great. This one is so cute. There is so much to look at inside. It is always clean and can get crowded. I don't know if they take reservations. This time we got food to go and all of it was great. What really stands out is their guacamole. It is thick and loaded with avocado and always fresh. Their tacos are wonderful and there is not a burrito you will not love--but I get the sour cream on the side. Their rice and beans are tasty and they make their own tortillas. To me, that is a big deal. They have a great happy hour. Their margaritas are so good--I order mine without salt, but you do you. The prices are fair for what you get. I think you will be happy here.
Pancho’s is a local Manhattan Beach favorite. There’s a reason it’s been around since 1977. The food is delicious, service is excellent, and the restaurant is beautiful. There is a Poncho’s parking lot next to the restaurant, as well as metered street parking in the front. The inside of the two story restaurant has beautiful tall plants reaching from the bottom floor towards the skylights. The natural sunlight, greenery, and breezes from the open windows create a unique dining experience. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made sure our night was memorable. We started with a variety of margaritas. Everyone was happy with their drink choice. Then we ordered the food and it came to our table quickly. Each meal was fantastic and we wouldn’t change anything about it. At the end of our meal, the staff came out and sang Happy Birthday. They took a picture of the birthday boy and gave him a birthday card with his picture on it. I haven’t seen any other local restaurant go to that much effort to make a birthday celebration so special. After our meal, we walked through the upstairs and downstairs of the restaurant. Every table in the restaurant is a great spot. We made a reservation before we went, but it was not crowded when we were there for a Wednesday dinner. There was a one-man band in the bar when we left. The website says they also have karaoke and other events during the week. Definitely putting Pancho’s on my list of places to revisit!!
Super cute restaurant, recommended to us by a local, and it did not disappoint. My husband wasn’t feeling his best that night, but we still enjoyed our visit. He felt his dish was a bit spicy, though that may have been because he wasn’t feeling well. I ordered a chicken dish and it was delicious, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. You’ll definitely leave full. I also had a margarita on the rocks, and it was perfectly made. The decor and ambience are beautiful, filled with well‑maintained live plants, and since we visited during the holidays, the Christmas decorations made it even more charming. The staff was outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and very attentive. When they noticed my husband wasn’t eating much, they even offered to bring him an entirely different meal. That level of care was amazing. We would absolutely return the next time we’re in the area. Parking is available on the street meter or via valet. A plus that the restaurant is a walk away from the beach so after your meal you can enjoy a nice stroll and beautiful views.
I sat at the bar where Jorge the bartender was great, the staff was very kind and welcoming. Elba was a sweetheart. Thank you for making me feel at home. The decor was beautiful super festive 😍 The chicken salad was fantastic. I definitely will go back for it.
This place is such a gem. Karaoke is amazing. Been here before many years ago, but stopped by on a whim on Nov 28th. Great sound setup. Service is top notch. With all those people, i have no idea how they keep them all topped off on drinks but the lady waiting was the best ive experienced in a long time. She was hustling!
Love this place, we come here every time we are on travel and it never disappoints, even the staff has gotten to know us. Jalapeno margarita is great, the guac is awesome and the tacos are as authentic as sitting on a beach in Cabo. The interior is amazing, two levels with live trees and plants. Huge menu, as you can see my co workers were overwhelmed with all the potential goodness. Highly advise saving room for the dessert sopapillas
Pancho’s is pure fun and flavor! This place has everything , incredible food, great vibes, and the best entertainment in town! Their guacamole is absolutely the best ,fresh, creamy, perfectly seasoned, truly number one in Manhattan Beach. Every taco, every bite, just hits perfectly. The atmosphere is always full of energy with comedy nights, live music, and karaoke — you can eat, laugh, and sing all in one night! The staff are friendly, the drinks are strong and delicious, and the whole place feels like a little local fiesta. Honestly, Pancho’s is one of the best spots around — pure good times every visit! 🌮🎤🎶💃
Pancho’s is a Manhattan Beach institution. Typical “SoCal” Mexican food, it was a great moment to reconnect with old friends over margaritas, tacos, and salsa. Service pleasant, polite, and efficient. I veered from my standard taco/enchilada combo and ordered shrimp and mango tacos. It was delicious and perfect after the work day. The classic margarita on the rocks completed the meal (note the empty glass in the photo lol). The beach is three blocks away. Great for a walk after. Street parking or valet parking available.
I really loved the atmosphere of this restaurant—it’s a dream for any plant lover! The space is full of greenery, giving it a relaxed, tropical vibe that fits perfectly with its beachside location. Service was friendly and generally good, though not especially attentive—but given the laid-back, casual setting, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Our food arrived promptly, well-seasoned, and nicely presented. I did order an appetizer that never made it to the table, but since the entrées came out quickly (and were generously portioned), it honestly would have been too much food anyway. We were a group of six, and everyone received their meals at the same time—hot and fresh. No one had any complaints, though one dish came with toppings that weren’t requested. Still, it wasn’t a big deal, and the flavors made up for it. Overall, this is a lovely spot for a casual, feel-good meal in a beautiful setting. I’d definitely come back!
Pancho's is the best! It has been a staple in the South Bay for many years. The people that work there, the food, and the people are incredible. If you were looking for authentic Mexican food and you want a great experience, go to Panchos. I can't say enough about this restaurant. It's not even on the menu anymore but my wife can still go in and order the poblano seafood pepper 🌶️🫑 dish with shrimp 🍤🦐 and they make it for her. How cool is that??? Pancho's is the best of the best, it's one place where you know you will not be let down. Also,it's great to celebrate birthdays.
I came in on a Friday evening and ordered the Spicy Margarita and Shrimp Diabla Puffy Tacos—and honestly, I haven’t stopped thinking about them since. The margarita was perfectly balanced: just enough heat, not overly sweet, with a tajin rim that added the right kind of kick. The tacos? Absolutely incredible. The shrimp was full of flavor, and the contrast of the crunchy puffy shell with the rice and beans made every bite satisfying. One of the most delicious meals I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was just as perfect natural light, lush plants everywhere… it felt like I was dining in a garden. Peaceful, cozy, and beautiful. To top it all off, I ended the night with a walk on Manhattan Beach just a few blocks away. It was the perfect Friday. Can’t wait to come back—especially for those tacos.
I enjoyed Pancho’s in Manhatten Beach for the first time today. Even though the place was packed the service didn't miss a beat. Hopefully the managers appreciate their awesome staff. Everyone who greeted and served us was great. The food was good and the portions were satisfying. Given the trendy nature of the area I was surprised at how reasonable the prices are. If you are in the area, you should definitely check out Pancho’s.
I recently dined at with a large group, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff did an excellent job accommodating our party, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. One of the standout moments was with a fun birthday song for someone in our group, which added a fun highlight to our dinner. Now, let's talk about the food! I highly recommend the jumbo bacon-wrapped shrimp dinner. It was simply amazing—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.
Pancho's México Restaurant stands out with its authentic Mexican cuisine and lively atmosphere. The menu features classic dishes, with tacos and enchiladas being particularly well-executed. The warm and welcoming decor transports guests straight to Mexican culture. One of the most enjoyable aspects of Pancho's is the karaoke nights. In a vibrant and cheerful setting, you can savor delicious food while singing and having fun. It's a great option for those looking for a mix of entertainment and good food!

The food is pretty good! Had the Chile Verde and it was very tasty!
The food is delicious (or at least mine was- order the Sopes!!!! So good). The environment is amazing and super authentic! However, at 10pm - music starter. Super loud and completely obnoxious. Ruined our evening. It's not even mexican, so it was very disappointing. Theres a bar upstairs and the restaurant is downstairs. It's upsetting, since the restaurant is so authentic, beautiful and delicious. I really wish they would give up this whole "bad karaoke", or at least separate it from the dinner area.
Fantastic authentic Mexican food with the best atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, the margaritas powerful and the scallops de jalapeno creme was tasty. They have jumbo margaritas for around 32$ so it's a bit pricey but worth it. And if you like the beach it's about 2 blocks away and they also have valet parking.
One of my favorite restaurants! I love the ambiance here. I’ve always had a great time on each visit. This time the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink and we asked for water and he walked away and didn’t come back for over 15 minutes as he had casual conversation with another table. We were about to get up and leave but then he took our order. After that all went pretty smoothly but that initial contact almost turned me off from this beautiful restaurant. It is definitely worth going! Drinks are top notch and the staff is wonderful. It’s easier to valet than to ride around looking for parking. Very enjoyable place to eat with the BEST decor!
This is a good Mexican place. The staff is amazing, our waiter was so understanding, helpful and responsive. We went for mother's day and it was "covid" full. The food was very good, carnitas, fajitas, shrimp, tostada, mole and an appetizer were all very good, rice and beans were standard fair, but good enough. Chips were every good and salsa was just ok by my standard. The prices have gone up, but that is happening with all restaurants much to my chagrin. It got great service, good food, and an inviting location. Check it out if your in the area. They also have valet parking so you don't have to fight for beach spots.
Sadly, the price of food has increased here much more than other places of it's type. 2 margaritas, guacamole, 2 entrees, and one deep fried ice cream for dessert was $110 before tip. Taste is always subjective, but we asked for no cilantro and not spicy for the quac, and it ended up being mashed avocado with a couple of onions and bits of tomato, very bland. Deep fried ice cream was very hard, so difficult to eat until the ice cream softened, so the warmth of the deepfried-ness lost its heat. Serving sizes are decent, food is fine. You're mostly paying for a cool ambience and the rent for them being near-ish the beach. Worth it on a rare occasion, but not going to be going there with any consistency.
Pretty cool Mexican restaurant in the heart of Manhattan beach. Ample street parking and structured parking close by. Nice bar and live music section. Multi level. The long stairs take you the a spacious and airy level downstairs. Servers are nice and very friendly. Chips is a bit under salted. Same as the guacamole. I ordered the seafood burrito that was tasty and filled with shrimp and real crab. A bit pricey but what isn't these days.
We entered the festive, colourful surroundings of Panchos and asked for a table for 8. From the substantial menu, we soon placed our orders with attentive servers. As we waited, they continued restocking our chips and guacamole until the mixed platter of appetisers arrived. Soon after, the mains also arrived. My Burrito del Mar was flavourful and creamy, filled with delicious shrimp, tomatoes, pepper and rice, accompanied by a salsa verde, sour cream and avocado slices. I couldn't conquer the generous serve tonight after the entree and the server promptly offered me a container to take the rest home. The Tres Leches cake was moist and rich; a couple of mouthfuls was enough to satisfy the palette. Service was consistently friendly and helpful throughout the visit. There was live music in the bar section and ample seating in the restaurant part. The courtyard area we were in was relaxed and cheerfully decorated. Overall, it was a good experience worth repeating.
Me and my wife join a few friends for a late lunch at this restaurant near Manhattan Beach. I had the grilled fish tacos with beans and rice (shown in picture), very good food. Service was great with a nice Mexican decor. Parking was a bit of a problem. We had a hard time trying to find a parking spot, so we just did the valet with the restaurant. Valet parking costs $10.00. But overall the restaurant is a nice place to eat.
The food was good, and the birria platter was decent. It doesn't come with traditional consomme but the meat is very tender. Portion size was small for the cost. Fish tacos, nachos, rice and beans were decent. House Margaritas mango strawberry and regular were delicious. Especially with tahini and chamoy. Service was excellent. Multiple service people, very attentive to all tables groups or single. The atmosphere has a tropical feel. Karaoke on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Would definitely recommend this place. Valet is $6 with validation or parking structure with meter is across and right up the street.
This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere is incredible! You would never know this GEM 💎 is located on this corner. Our waiter (Jose) has been here for 35 years which shows commitment and dedication to the staff at this restaurant. The food was good and nice size portions. This is a must try!!! Don’t let the outside fool you.
Atmosphere and service was wonderful. Staff were very attentive and overall a chill spot to have lunch/dinner. The food portion is good for the price but not very inspiring. Authenticity is highly impacted by the regional clientele and definitely applies in this case. Overall, a good place. Go for the atmosphere and service and not food.
This place was surprisingly good. I had the chimichanga and it was quite delicious. The salsa that they bring is little spicy which I love. My niece had the Berea tacos and she enjoyed them. They give you plenty of food at the service was nice. I would recommend this place for a good birthday dinner there were a couple of parties going on and family having dinner so it's a good place for big groups. The only thing I don't like is the valet parking which is $10. It's right near the beach so that was awesome you can have dinner and then walk down to the beach.
Location is easy to get to. Parking is bananas. Luckily there is valet parking, which has a wait. This restaurant has 2 floors. We sat on the 1st floor? Which was the bottom. Nicely decorated. The vibes were vibing but was very uncomfortable on trying to hear our table of 5, as it was super loud. Which I understand, people come out for a good time, party and drink. The food was delicious. I had the Enchiladas de Carnitas. I even tried my friends Enchiladas Rancheras, which were tasty. Our table salsa and chips were super spicy, so unfortunately I did not get to enjoy the chips and salsa. We had 2 birthdays at our table, which they shared some of their birthday treats, it was the Deep Fried Ice Cream, it tasted like a churro in ice cream. I was bummed I wasn’t asked if we wanted dessert, as I saw after, they had a 3 leches dessert & flan. Our waiter was very nice and thankfully split our check. The valet guys were also nice and helpful. While leaving, the bar area was packed!!! Life of the party with karaoke!! Would’ve been fun to stay but was quite a long drive to head home.
Food delicious, atmosphere beautiful, customer service excellent, service fast. The drinks are expensive and subpar that's my only detractor.

The food was not seasoned well or wasn’t seasoned at all. All mushroom enchiladas was not a was seasoned well and did not have a great taste of flavor. Lacked. The refried beans had a very no flavor taste as well .. salt needed. Also the artichoke spinach enchilada def lacked in seasoning as well. No kick of heat at all to it. The best part honestly was that service was nice and I’m sure they know the authenticity isn’t there but can’t say it.. it’s okay. We were looking forward to it but we are glad we at least gave it a try.
We had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was welcoming and genuinely kind, which made us feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was nice and unique, giving the place its own special charm. The food tasted fresh and the ingredients were clearly high quality, though the flavors just weren’t quite to our liking. My only real issue was that my daughter’s order came out incorrect. Despite that, we appreciated the friendly service and the fresh preparation.

First time back in several years. Service was good. Food was good, nothing over the top. City lot across the street was free for the holidays, valet Parking is $6. prices are about average for the …
Interesting decor, friendly staff. Food was just ok. Nothing special. I think happy hour in the bar is the way to go.
Went for happy hour. Ordered the chicken taquitos. I've heard the food is pretty poor here and I do agree. The flavor of the taquitos was kinda gross. Maybe they used very old oil? Then had a marga…
We don’t go here often but had a lovely time in the bar recently.. met up w a friend for a drink..stayed longer and enjoyed some live music , ran into other friend when we got a table. Great Mexi…
The food is pretty expensive for the quality you get. I paid almost $20 for an “ok” cerviche appetizer at lunch. Maybe the food is much more expensive because it’s a beachside restaurant. It cos…
The atmosphere is very nice, very fun inside. Service was fine. The food we had was very bland. No sabor. No flavor. Mexican food should have flavor. I would not return again for the food, there was nothing good to say about it at all. But if I wanted to have a few drinks in a fun atmosphere with friends, then this would be a good place. The chips and salsa were ok, not great but ok.
I brought my mom and her lifetime friend to a Mother's Day brunch. Pancho's is a great place to dine, beautiful atmosphere, very Mexican traditional decor. I must review the food and other things that should have been taken care of before opening the business on this day. We arrived at 11 a.m., and the business opened at 10 a.m., we sat down at our table (not balance, and it moved or tilted with the slightest pressure) it made our brunch very uncomfortable and unsafe. I noticed the plate dishes as they were being delivered, and lots of plate with rice and beans were spilled over onto the tray, this made the presentation pretty bad, although very tasty food the presentation very poorly executed. But, to start off our order, I noticed that when I was flipping the menu, browsing I noticed that our menus were dirty with tomato sauce stains and easy quick clean with a cloth could of done it, the restaurant was not busy at this particular time, when we checked in, the host was just standing, doing nothing, as previous experience I would of taken this time to check every menu for stains and what not, clean them. Obviously, today was not the case. Not just mine, the menu was dirty, but my mom's menu was as well. Mu coffee mug had a chip on the top edge where it's easily seen by anyone. (Doesn't management see these things??) On the positive side, our server was nice and professional, somewhat a comedian. We customers love that kind of attention while dining. Good job, Sam! Overall all, our experience was 70 over 100, and I think the restaurant can do better.
I spent way too much for dinner for two and the food was not great. We started with the ceviche which was good but we were up charged $10 to include fish with shrimp. That was $40. Had the recommen…
Do not waste your hard earned money here. The place is dated, service is tolerable but the food is absolutely tasteless.
The experience and atmosphere was very calm & comforting. We were seated downstairs near the bookcases & the view was amazing. The food was basic in my opinion. I was craving taquitos. There was nothing special about them or the sauce that came with. The meals were $25-$35 while the appetizers were also $20-$25. Drinks were ok, they only had margaritas on the menu, no cocktails from what I could tell. They were also $17- $25. I rated the service 1 star because at the end of our dining the waiter “Marcos” decided to take it in his own actions to tip himself out of the change we paid with. We felt offended because we were going to tip him generously nonetheless. I guess he assumed we were too drunk or dumb to notice money missing. Furthermore he still asked if we wanted our remaining change back after he already took some from us. He got his tip nonetheless but the principle of the situation is very clear. Waiters should not steal a customers change or even tip themselves. Pancho’s please train your employees and/ or state a gratuity tip on the receipt. Thank you, I wouldn’t recommend Marcos as a server!
