Great food, atmosphere and excellent service. Our waiter Malachi was excellent in his knowledge of the menu and was very kind in words. We even exchanged in a few jokes. Very easy to talk to and down to earth well rounded guy. The food was top-tier. Brisket queso was a great appetizer. We ordered Pats steak and salmon and both were cooked to perfection. Full of flavor and not dry. The atmosphere wasn't loud at all nice ambience with dim lights. I didnt take pics cause food came out fast and we ate it before I realized lol. All in all a 5 star 🌟 dinner night out.

Service was phenomenal. Waiter was very polite and took the time to answer all Of our questions. We also Noticed Jermaine the manager speaking respectfully to his team, so much so we had a conversation with him which explained why we had such great service. We will definitely be back.

We celebrated our 11th anniversary and Victoria took care of us the entire time. The management also surprised us with an additional $25 off for our meal. Overall great experience the wife and myself enjoyed the evening.

This saltgrass location was one of the best we have ate at. I ordered the medium steak topped with shrimp, and it was packed with flavor perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Saltgrass never disappoints! The food was mouthwatering, from the juicy steak to the perfectly baked sweet potato, every bite was full of flavor. But what really stood out was our server, Isaac. He was professional and genuinely made us feel welcome. He checked on us at just the right times and had great menu suggestions. Thanks to him, the whole evening felt easy and enjoyable.

This location is a very good experience for chain dining. The food from the back of the house (the kitchen) was extremely fresh, food was served hot, and in a timely manner. The kitchen staff was putting out the food orders on point! Our server, Coleton, was very attentive, friendly, and professional. I also noticed the staff seemed to interact in a very positive manner, helping with other servers tables. This location has always been a positive experience. I think management has something to do with such a positive team.

My husband ordered the sirloin and shrimp. Although it was a little pricey for sirloin, he said it was good and plenty tender. I ordered the steak salad. It was good but some of the steak had hard gristle that was not impossible to chew. Other than that our meal was satisfactory.

Disappointed tonight. My daughter's chicken fried steak was blood red in the center. Had to have them re cook it. The second one was cooked all the way. Our three orders of Pats ribeye steaks were very good. Service was good till we had to ask twice to have our loyal rewards $25. taken off our bill. That also was taken care of on the third go around. All in all a very nice family night out.

Overall was very pleased but my date and I both noticed that the food didn't seem quite hot enough. Seeing other reviews mentioning this I deducted one star, but I'd gladly go back again. I was also a little disappointed that they didn't have espresso to go with dessert.

We went today for my birthday. I always love some saltgrass. The place was clean bathroom on other hand was a mess and one stall out of order. Our waitress Cindy maybe spelled wrong was super friendly and professional. We had the ribs and chicken combo sirloin tips with Mac and cheese they came out with mushrooms and asked for no mushrooms. I had the filet as always really didn't have any flavor to the steak and it was on tough side. Mozzarella bites were awesome as usual. Love the bread. Potato soup was nice and hot. Every saltgrass is not the same with food being good. Atmosphere was quiet and good vibe going.

We waited for several minutes without being served. Skylynn came and helped us. She was amazing! She made our entire experience worthwhile. Otherwise, we would have left. She is awesome!

We had a party of 6, wait time was about 10-15 mins for a Friday evening, not bad. Our server was Mayra or something like that, she was okay, but always seemed “rushed”. We waited quite some time for our food to come out, surprisingly everyone’s food was not even hot for that time we waited. Chicken fried steak wasn’t fresh and mea. Kids meal mini corn dogs were well over cooked. Baked potato was dry itself after you’d run out of the little bit of toppings they gave you. I think my salad was the best part of my meal. When she asked how everything was, I proceeded to tell her but she asked “would you like something else” and didn’t really care about the situation itself. The manager walked by tables pretty often, but I never saw him ask his guests how their service or food was. He only seemed to help bring a few drink orders out here & there. We spent about $200, not including tip & mind you that was our main meals being from the “early lunch/dinner” menu. We won’t be back to this location.

We are regulars at salt grass for Dine in but today decided to order take out and I’m so disappointed in the food preparation/presentation. I do understand that taking my food to go isn’t as fresh and hot as dine in but it shouldn’t be this bad. The meat to bun ratio on the burger was ridiculous and just the way it looked was bad. Just very sloppy overall.

Disabled vet taking an elder out for her birthday. Very poor customer service from the door till our run to the door. We registered for the reservation. Hour after our time we get a very small table. Our waiter was very poor. We had to keep asking for him. We had to inquire about the manager. He did his best to make things right. But the staff treated us like we weren't paying. I believe the manager, black male about maybe 5'6, I can't remember his name.... But he was amazing. He kept me from having an episode. I love what he did but I can't recommend this restaurant to my service animal. Not to mention being a male at birth, I didn't like seeing this in the male restroom. To each their own... But if I could have kids, I would be rich.

Service is always amazing, we love our bartender, Misty. We go every Thursday and have been for a long time, you can check our loyalty card. We are definitely not happy that the shrimp cocktail and crab cakes are no longer on the menu. My husband always orders one or both every time we go. If you look around the bar I would say 80% of the people ordered those two items. I would highly recommend you bring them back, please.

We celebrated my Grandma's 85th birthday, and she wanted steak. So, we had a group of about 10 people, and we headed to Saltgrass. We had made a reservation, but we still had to wait for a table Our server was very kind, and the ambiance was fine. I will say it was exceptionally loud, and it was hard for us to hear each other, and it was even hard for our server to hear us The food was alright. It is a somewhat affordable meal and steak, but it's nothing to write home about. I ordered a house salad, and it was more shredded cheese than salad. In fact, there were many clumps of shredded cheese, and it was not at all appetizing I ordered a sirloin and a baked potato with extra sour cream. My plate arrived and it was a pathetic display. The plate was large and the steak and potato looked so small and unappetizing. Also, instead of extra sour cream my potato came without any sour cream. I asked for some and got a small dollop. I also asked for steak sauce, and was given options of Heinz 57 and A1... I said A1, and I was promptly given Heinz 57 There were multiple order issues at our table. It was also made somewhat worse in that after our meal was delivered it took 5-10 min for our server to check on us I will say that our server was very pleasant. They were kind to my grandma, and even gave her a complimentary scoop of blue bell ice cream with a candle for her birthday. They also do table side to-go boxing I'm hoping this experience was more of a one-off and not the norm Some tips: The complimentary bread is pretty good, and you can always ask for more Cheers!!

Terrible service. Walked in at 7:25 on a Saturday, host said we can put our name down on a reservation, it’ll be a 25 min wait. Okay that’s fine. She takes our name/ number down. We wait in the car a whole 35 mins, walk in and ask how many more minutes. Apparently a new host is in the front & says there’s no reservation under that name, but he can get us seated. I’m like? what do you mean there’s no reservation? Nope. None. None taken. She literally lied putting our names/ number down. Awesome! Doesn’t matter, he says we can get seated now. The same hostess who “put in our reservation” is right next to us cleaning a table. No biggie. We sit for 15 whole minutes they’re just cleaning empty tables around us no one has came to us to even ask about drinks. There’s about 5 empty tables near us and i look around seems like every other table already has food eating. I make eye contact with both the new host who seated us( he’s just standing up looking around btw) and the host who previously “made” our “reservation” and still nothing. We walked out. By that time it’s almost 9 pm and we wasted almost 2 hours here. For no reason. Thanks for the service! We went to texas roadhouse and got warm appetizers & drinks by the time we even sat down instead. Don’t waste your time here.
