Wingstop

My first time getting food here. Ordered the 3 and 5 piece chicken strip combo w/fries. The strips were very good. However the fries had way too much salt and a sweet flavor. We couldn’t eat the fries. And I had ordered an extra large order. We tried to wipe some of the salt off but it didn’t help.

Went to location in-person for dinner with a co-worker. Very busy! Wait time on our order was 25 minutes, but we ordered anyway and waited in the store at a table. After 35 minutes, we approached the counter to get a status update and the cashier grabbed our order off the shelf. Not sure how long it had been sitting there. She definitely didn't call out our order as ready. Ordered the 'Bulker' special, which was a great deal for the price. Enjoyed the lemon pepper! Also ordered garlic parmesan, and those were greasy and soggy.

This location is just ridiculous. It seems severely understaffed. I mean, why on Earth does it take hours to dunk a couple of wings in a fryer? Poor management? They forgot a whole ten piece box of chicken, I ordered. The lady running the shift was very nice and apologized and gave me my wings, though. And what’s up with all these Doordashers just hanging around, ruining the atmosphere? The company should seriously consider removing orders from Doordash. Not a good location. Management needs to step it up. I hope to see the quality of this location improve in the future. The food, as per usual, was delightful.

Now that there is a new board system with names and ready or not, a 6 piece combo on a Tuesday takes 1.5 hours from start of placing order to dining. Need another Wingstop in the vicinity cause this place is packed EVERY NIGHT. Super busy and “ready time” when placing order on app, is ALL THE WAY OFF, 15 mins? Then you head there and wait an hour - for 6 wings - I can’t!

WORST wingstop ever! I’ve waited HOURS for my food even when I ordered online. Management really needs to get it together bc I love the food but it’s not even worth it anymore

The staff were very friendly and doing their best. They were calm and doing their best perhaps because it was a Sunday Evening the wait time was awful. They had people packed inside and out. The wait time to order was over 3 minutes an additional hour and half to get out food . We left and went to the Round Table around the corner. They had about 20 delivery drivers waiting to pick up food all over the place. Walk in customer couldn't even get serviced. This location needs more staff on deck during high peak hours.

worst ever. they can’t even work a receipt machine. the girl in the front is rude. stood in line for 38 mins and still no service. just close the store down people. oh this location reeks on something that died in the store.

Wingstop atmosphere very annoying their employee no sense how to talk specially the old woman

Today went in and ordered the family meal deal. Once I got my food it was cold and the fries were soggy. The Parmesan chicken was dripping in wet grease and was also uncooked. I bit into one of the Parmesan chickens and the inside was still pink. I came back in to tell them about the food and the manager grabbed the bag as if I was lying so I showed her the uncooked chicken and they remade my order. The chicken was still dripping in grease and I was already grossed out and feeling sick from eating raw processed chicken. I thought their chicken was fresh but I seen the worker with a plastic bag full of frozen chicken. Just gross I will never eat Wingstop again. The whole place looks unsanitary. Gave my whole bag of food to the homeless

Just go somewhere else, they don't want to add enough seasoning to the wings. I'm just going to let them keep it all to themselves.

Always do a moble order for pick up, normally and hour to 2hours in advance. Without fail always a 30min wait past scheduled pick up time. Staff frequently standing in the back one there phones watching videos even when the manager tells them to stop. The waiting area is always packed with people due to long wait times, and I don't think I've seen a clean table or empty trash in the last 5 years of going there. Food is hit or miss sometimes the order is correct but you order a 6 piece and end up with like a 4 1/2.

I ordered online, waited the full time frame they quoted me to pick it up and waited an additional 60mins on top of that. I get they're busy and have a lot of orders but there needs to be an update to the estimated time to pick up the food so I'm not sitting in the fly infested seating area.

Used to come here regularly, but today was the worst food and service I have ever gotten, I ordered wings and they seemed overcooked or somewhat old like they have been sitting there for days on end. The wings are hard to chew, came cold, and I ordered hot honey rub and mango habanero but when I got my order it had little to none sauce on it, it was like you ordered plane wings and to top it off the skin on the chicken was so rubbery it wouldn’t rip when bitten 1/10 would never recommend coming here again.

I understand places get busy but the communication and the way they avoid updating their customer with an eta on their food was really unprofessional. On top of that the food was cold and there was still feathers on the wings. Which I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened After speaking to the manager for a refund she was snobby after I asked why she couldn’t refund it to my card but instead she said I needed to go back into stores. This is inconvenient. When you live 25 minutes away and already waiting double the time you were told. Wingstop is officially off my list.
