Love this place! I’m a local (I can walk from my apt) and eat here all the time :) it’s my go to when idk what to have for dinner and also treat myself for lunch! I usually order out but have dinned in and the service is always good. Recommend the UM roll, Miami heat roll, Angel Roll, and the gyozas. Enjoy!

Every time I've ordered from this Sushi Sake location, my Steak Teriyaki has came out amazing(I have ordered it Medium-Rare and Medium-Well). Another note, the few times I have ate inside the Location it's been pleasing and enjoyable but also respectful and mindful. For the most part, out of the many locations there are, this is one of the better ones.

She knew exactly the roll I wanted, even though I had forgotten the name (Miami Heat Roll was baked to perfection *chefs kiss*). Drinks were continuously flowing and table side was always up-kept. Not only was she great to my table, she was able to simultaneously attend the delivery drivers that were constantly coming in (and we left at about 11:30p). Can’t wait to go back! 🍣🍱🍶

I recently visited This sushi sake and I couldn't have been more impressed with this location! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire meal. Our server took the time to explain the menu, offering recommendations based on our preferences, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The salmon, in particular, was out of this world so fresh and rich in flavor, it practically melted in my mouth. Overall I had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be coming back!

If eating sushi was a sport, my son and I would be professional athletes and this place would be our home stadium! We come here weekly after playing soccer and every time it’s incredible. From the second we walk in, Gaby, Melanie, and Joselyn treat us like VIPs, even though we just came in exhausted and probably not smelling the best lol! They are fast, friendly, and know our order better than we do, occasionally surprising us with new items to try. Big shoutout to Angel and Amanda, the managers who keep the place running smoother than the salmon usuzukuri we order every time. Wow this was an amazing experience, our server was Melanie! All I can say is that I will be coming back to this location. She was phenomenal, went above and beyond to make this service more than perfect. The food was so colorful and tasted delicious. Trust me this is the sushi sake to go to!

Angel roll was amazing and wakame salad was good too. I waited a long while for the angel roll to come out then by the time I was done with it the wakame salad came out. Food was good but wait was too long considering there were only a couple other tables.

We went for lunch and quite honestly had a very unpleasant service. From the unfriendliness of our waiter at moments to the rude way she pretty much made us ask for the check, i would not recommend nor come back. I have visited sushi sake in the past at its Doral location without issues but this visit at Killian left little to like.

I haven’t tried the Sushi but I’ve been more than once and nothing really stood out flavour wise. I had the salmon teriyaki bowl the first time and haven’t been to get it since. Last night I went again and ordered shrimp fried rice along with an order of ramen (which was recommended by a server). When I arrived home to finally eat, the “ramen” smelled and tasted like eggs about to go bad and the noodles looked like spaghetti not ramen. The fried rice was ok, I received the order with all the shrimp on top so it looked like they just added the shrimp at the end. Overall I was very disappointed in the food. I will give the Sushi a chance on a different occasion and update.

Tonight was my first night ordering from this establishment, and I'm actually upset at how disappointed I am. I'm not someone who usually writes reviews, good nor bad, so I feel like that says something here. I ordered the vegetable fried rice and some miso soup through uber eats. The vegetable fried rice is good, but I wanted to talk about the miso soup here. I'm a big fan of miso soup, and this miso soup was thoroughly disappointing. The broth lacks flavor, and the little that flavor it has is not very good. In addition, the soup had little to no seaweed or tofu. While struggling to drink my soup, I only encountered 3 small pieces of seaweed and about 4 chunks of tofu. The soup itself runs oddly clear, which is odd because modt miso soup i've had from other establishments is opaque. I would leave a 1 star review had I only ordered the soup, but the vegetable fried rice at least gives me a reason to give 2 stars. I attached a photo of what remained of the soup. Despite how hungry I was, the taste was so unpleasant that I couldn't bring myself to finish it.

Beautiful restaurant and our waiter was great but the food and rolls were just meh. The fried rice was delicious but other than that the rolls were not that good, we were hoping for some out of this world sushi but didn’t really get anything to write home about. Our server was phenomenal and the helpful. We tried 7+ rolls and the angel roll was the best. Sake was okay too, but have had better as well.

Disgusting food for a price that is not real. The amount is ridiculously small and the fish was in poor condition. The worst place to order your food. You are a restaurant misfortune, I should feel sorry for you. Disgust, disgust and more disgusting.

I ordered 3 fried rice. One with veggies, one with shrimp and one with chicken. I got a veggie fried rice with NO veggies at all. A chicken and a shrimp fried rice with NO veggies and 2 pieces of chicken and shrimp in each! I called to complain thinking they would tell me to go pick up another order well done, but no. They just said they were sorry and that next time (if there is a next time), they would give me a lousy 15% discount!!!! What a service! They are just too worried about losing customers that they really don't care! Beware when you order take out and check everything before getting out of the restaurant. They rip you off without you knowing it!

This place is a nightmare. It's close to my house and the sushi's decent so I've ordered at least five times from them for pickup. Every single time consistently they have it wrong or it's not ready. It is truly a nightmare dealing with this restaurant. Worst service ever.

I ordered a week ago and it was delicious ... today I wanted to repeat and the fish in the Volcano Roll that must be cooked was half raw, call and say the complain and no apologies were given ... A little more care about it because that way they lose good customers ...

Please do not go based on the time advertise even if you offer to do the takeout at their last call which is 11:45pm and arrive at 11:35pm ish on a FRIDAY night! Kevin and Jasmine made it unwelcoming and you can tell even though we were willing to not dine in and do the takeout. They were not willing to assist and it’s really sad. I hope that the owner is aware and willing to accept this lack of service to customers. Which is sad because more than often the restaurant is empty or a quarter filled. You call and place an order to pick up and they say it is an hour in a half pick up timeframe and they’re shocked and even insulted that you are willing to wait that outrageous timeframe. This hammock location is a block from my house, but I am willing to drive to they’re location on Killian Boulevard and 107 just because they provide 110% better service in this place in the hammocks!!!

I ordered dinner here tonight and I am highly disappointed. Not only did I have to return 4 times but each time it got worse. I just got home and noticed three rolls I didn’t order with a soda and a bottle of water. THIS IS HOW THE BOTTLE OF WATER WAS GIVEN TO ME. I paid almost $80 in food and deserts..they couldn’t get any of it right and now look at my bottle of water I have to give to my wife. Hilarious Absolutely horrible.

WASTE OF MONEY!!! This location is a disgrace to the sushi sake franchise. Nothing about this place was good. Miso soup - dirty water with not even a single piece of tofu. Whatever you order comes with no sauces at all. Chicken katsu is not sliced or comes with the katsu sauce. The tuna was brown and smelled like it’s been sitting in the fridge for the last month. This was honestly such a disappointment and waste of money. I had to go get another dinner because nothing was edible. I will never go back to this location and would rather make the drive to the Sunset location instead of this disgrace of an establishment.

I ordered the lunch special which was $15 for the teriyaki chicken and this was the portion I received. I think that this is a ridiculous portion, I understand it is a lunch size but this isn’t even enough for a child. Also for the price I would’ve hoped it would’ve been more. Very disappointed won’t be coming back.

Aside from having waited through our entire meal to get the veggie tempura, literally brought it out as I was paying… it was burnt to a crisp, the only reason I didn’t come back is cause I vowed to never return to this location.

I'll give this place another try but my first experience is definitely bad. For the price I paid (Ruson prices) I got the smallest sushi rolls of all the restaurants I've been around Kendall. Not only that, they were poorly made, would disintegrate while you try to grab it with chopsticks, and tasted like Publix sushi. I've now been told by former employees there I'm not the first one to complain about this, and that the weekday chefs are better than the weekend ones, so there you go, straight from them...overpriced for below average sushi.

We came here for mother's day. #1 bad service #2 took forever to get our food #3 overpriced & the charged us for sauce like who does that! Only good thing about my experience was the dragon sushi. I do not recommend....

Add 30 minutes to pick up time. Should use delivery services as they are prioritized over call in or direct on line orders. Waited over 30 minutes over told time while orders placed :30 minutes after mine were ready. Not good service.
