Stopped by for drinks, stayed for the food! The Raspberry Lemonade drop was semi-sweet with a tartness on the backend. The Pomegranate in a Pear Tree was sweet with fresh taste thanks to muddled Basil. The Lamb Meatballs are so tender you can cut it with a spoon like I did! This is definitely a comfort food dish! The Orzo pasta had a very smooth buttery taste especially with a bite of salmon. I enjoyed every bite!

Loved the atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The food was very good specifically the appetizers. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Service was fast as well.

So this was a first for me and my gf and our friends. We wanted to try for some time now and finally did.. we don't regret it. I ordered a steak which was made to perfection (medium of course), and my gf ordered chicken picotta, which was succulent and juicy and perfectly seasoned. The environment was low lit and very welcoming with open space and very friendly music. The staff was kind and swift with seating and service. Our server Jean was polite and made very good suggestions for mains and drinks.. we enjoyed our dinner and tipped nicely. We definitely recommend it for future visits.

My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the food. I ordered the NY steak, mashed potatoes and veggies. I enjoyed the whole meal the steak was seasoned perfect and tasted fantastic. Save room to try the pumpkin bread pudding because it’s amazing with ice cream on top. 💥

The quality of the food was definitely higher than the bar for most of the restaurant & bar. Seafood and the veggies for the burger were pretty fresh. The service was prompt and good! Parking was easy, but it was a bit busy even on Thursday night. I’d recommend make a reservation to save waiting time.

Had a birthday 🎂 in the family and was a good time. Food was my first time there seemed like burgers were good, coconut shrimp were very good so were the fried Calamariand good quantity. I had Tutti white claws. Next time its the Red sauce with all the fish.

The location is perfect at the mall area to eat and walk around the mall. The AMC is not to far away. The service was good. It got 5 stars solely by the waitress and her back up on our Friday night. Everything else is mediocre. The food we had was good my friend had a steak no problem. I had the meat loaf. It was bland, taste like propane burn but was not cooked on propane. And my friend got French dip and it was pink on the meat. She felt sick after. I think the kitchen was way off tonight and needs to do better. And we didn't complain because it's only on the kitchen to be better. So eating here. Watch out and check your food.

Uber Eats delivery/order: Wish I could have asked for BBQ sauce or Ranch or more ketchup (got two packets); no options for additional in the app (to add to the burger). Burger had great toppings (bacon, o-ring, blue cheese) but the burger itself had zero flavor even though perfectly cooked (i requested medium). Containers were not correct for hot food - burger was so hot before it left the restaurant the bottom burger bun was so soggy it was gross. Potato wedges not cooked enough for me but more disappointed only 4each.

Found this spot on Google and decided to check it out with my cousin. We went in on the menu—calamari, chopped chicken salad, buffalo salad, gyro sandwich, steak French sandwich, mac & cheese, and drinks. Everything was good. Super tasty and solid portions. The vibes were chill and service was on point. They sat us in this massive booth—felt VIP lol. Ate half there, took the rest home for round two. No notes. We’ll def be back

I like this place! I ordered the salmon plate with veggies and fries, and it was awesome. The service was excellent. The only thing you might not like is the dead mall behind the restaurant. The parking lot looks like a ghost town at night.

Offering a slightly more upscale dining experience than say lazy dog or BJs in the same vicinity, Jacks offers American fare and moderately to moderately high prices. With its modern interior and softer background music, Jacks exudes more of a hotel restaurant vibe in my opinion. We went there for a late lunch. With the lunch peak over, the staff was relaxed and accommodating. The food was pretty good but as always some items were a hit and some were a miss. The fish and chips were a solid hit. The Po Boy and Gyro were slight misses but that can be chalked up to subjectivity. Whoever mans the deep fryer does a good job. deep fried items were not greasy and crispy. garlic fries and onion rings were crispy and the portions were generous. Our server Anthony was quite friendly accommodating and attentive. He definitely earns the service charge. Jacks has a nice full service bar with a good selection. With indoor and outside seating available, there is ample space to hang out and people watch assuming there are people to watch. The view is of the parking lot, it is too bad they didn't locate the restaurant on the upper floor. Jack's is a good 1st date or business dinner restaurant. With its upscale vibe and fairly decent food, one can enjoy a pleasant meal and see where rest of the evening goes.

Overall, I commend the evening staff for their great effort in making a simple dinner amongst my colleagues and me a memorable one. The food was good, and we had a good time. As it was approaching the end of the evening, we were wrapping up our dinner and starting for the door. We got outside and realized I forgot my takeout box, which still had a full, uneaten burger and fries. My partner went in to see if he could retrieve it. It had only been a moment, maybe less than 2 minutes, but unfortunately, the staff had already thrown out the box. Sadly, it was a dinner meal that was not eaten and was saved to be taken home. The staff looked blankly at my partner and said 'sorry,' but did nothing to change the situation. The Manager asked the staff who had cleaned the table, and they said they had thrown it away. The Manager proceeded to ask my partner how long it had been since we left, and it was only 2 minutes since we were still at the front door. She looked at him blankly and walked away. What saddened me about this was the fact that throughout the entire dinner, the staff who waited on our table showed great care in service, only to have that service tarnished by a lack of aftercare. As a person who has worked in hospitality and been a trainer of hotel service and care, the restaurant showed great promise of such service, only to be dulled by the manager's reaction and lack of empathy for what happened. I know David would understand this, as he also has worked in hospitality. I hope that next time, staff can be mindful of a group's forgotten items, whether it be forgotten items or forgotten to-go bags.

Visited this place on a Friday evening for dinner and got seated right as I walked in. The ambiance is great but the food was not up to the mark or even worth the money. Ordered the fried calamari , along with sunset boulevard burger and meatloaf burger. Both the burgers are on a sourdough instead of the traditional burger buns. The burgers were ok, not out of the ordinary. Very minimally seasoned with no special sauce. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were good but could not finish the whole burger and fries.
