I have tried this location several times since I moved to this area because it's the closest one to me but I will drive a few miles further to the one on Route 50 because the service here is terrible they seem to have new employees every week and the ones they have seem to be rude or disinterested at best. There's usually a homeless person sitting in the lobby. Yesterday I went inside there were 4 employees i could see and they basically ignored me for about 5 minutes as they served the drive thru. I eventually had to ask for help then some came from the back. If I didn't ask I guess I'd still be standing there😒

The morning kitchen is really understaffed and it took forever to take our order. We had to repeat our order multiple times and our order still came wrong. All of our drinks came like 3/4 full my sister’s drink came almost halfway full. Paid for medium and got a small in a medium cup.

I went to this location For coffee I go there about four or five times a week. Last night I went around 8 PM and I got some lukewarm coffee and the 2nd cup was a pumpkin spice and it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice. So I go back today with 2 cups almost full and I asked for them to replace it. Manager just says she’ll make me a fresh cup that wants to charge me full price. I told the lady at the window I’m not paying to get the manager, The manager says just give them a discount without talking to me. Then the girl at the window trying to charge me the discounted price I told her I’m not Paying call the manager. The manager is upset that I’m still at the window. I say excuse me and she says with an attitude to the lady at the window just give them those coffees and never speaks to me like a manager should. Totally rude and this is the way the a regular customer is treated here. I’m never going back to this location might be the time to try Starbucks I never had a situation at Starbucks. I would give a negative star but it only allows for the 1 star.

This location is horrible, I used to live in the area five years ago and nothing has changed, My mom had her debit card stolen from her from an employee and her years ago, I was back in town visiting and I tried this location on two different dates, The first time they forgot to make my food and had to wait 25 minutes for a sandwich. The second time they overcharged me by about $10 not doing the meal deal. Absolute worst location

This location does not like to add sugar in your coffee even when u ask at the drive thru. taste your coffee before you drive off even if it burns your mouth.because they do not pay attention I stopped coming here in the past because of this problem they were doing good until recently its a problem again also there muffins are stale

Never know if you will get good or bad service. After I had a particularly bad experience where I was given chocolate milk instead of a latte and I was missing food, I contacted DD customer service and was contacted by the owner, I guess, asking if I would return to the location for a refund or remake from the manager. I said no, there shouldn't be stipulations on my refund to just send me a digital giftcard for the latte and missing items would be best and I never heard back from her. So the "owner" doesn't care either. I will go to a different DD from now on. I followed up with DD customer service to get no reply.

Hey Taylor…if you don’t like your job you should quit!!!! I was the only car in the drive thru and I was asked to pull up for my food. After asking for a refund Taylor got pissed. Guess what? I got my food 10 seconds later! Do BETTER!!!

What once used to be a decent morning option has turned out to be one of the worst places to stop in the morning. This has happened a few times but this is the last time I will be here and the sad thing is this is the closest coffee shop to me. Ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 half dozen and 2 munchkins. All through the mobile app. I ordered at 8:35 am. Per the app allow it some time to pick up. I got there at 9:15ish. And had to be at a meeting at 10am. Get there and was told there is no order do you have the right address. Verified address was correct . But still was told no order came through. Showed the app and the order and was told if nothing is printed nothing can be given! Ok so now the manager is involved and blamed the mobile app. Says I have to call customer service. Did not want to help me. This is a large order for a meeting. Ok I said can I just pay for two dozen doughnuts. He said I can but I have to pull around and wait. Absolutely horrible service will never come back here again. This location has gone to ….
