Check your order. Despite having friendly staff the error rate for this McDonald's is very high. Ask for napkins if you want any.

The food here seems to have changed some, and not for the good. Fries tasted stale, burger seemed smaller and pounded with salt. Service was still decent, although cashier wasn't overly friendly. Just business like. Atmosphere is atmosphere. This is the one part I feel the customer has a better influence on. If you're like me it's the people you're eating with and occasion that makes it a great atmosphere. Surroundings were clean and modern.

I got a $5. Meal i go to open up my burger my cheese and buns are just basically off of the bun like if u needed more time i aint in a hurry but i dont wanna assemble a burger

Food was nasty. Got it home eggs were burned I guess. They had brown something on them. Some didn't but were ice cold. Hass brown was hard all around the outside but center was ok. Sausage patty was very cold. Pancakes were good and hot but only one syrup for 2 separate big breakfasts.

They messed up OUR payment at the window. And then when we got to the window we tried explaining that and this huge girl yells so loud. “This huge order messed up the payment I don’t know how” giving us dirty looks the whole and then she told us The rest of our payment that we had to make so we gave her our card and she threw a fit because we didn’t have any cash and she yelled once again” they only have card apparently.” Bad customer service. Nasty rude giant woman running the window. Disgusting service and I won’t be back. We asked for a water and they gave us a cup with a giant crack in it. Leaked everywhere in our truck. Do better

Went through drive thru, placed an order at 8:20, had 20 pc tenders, small fry, and Dr Pepper. 2 Mcchickens, double cheese grill and hamburger grill, large fry. 2/21/25. Received 2 mcchickens with cheese, spicy mcchicken, 20 pc McNuggets, large fry and Dr Pepper. Went back to get correct order, ran into attitude by the girl leading the group and she was upset I didn’t bring the food back. Then proceeded to tell me I said the bag was correct. In what world have you ever needed to check 100% what was in bag, I guess if I come back which is not likely. I will wait in the line and check every item in the bag delaying the line. Why do the people handing food out go by the order number? There was a car ahead of me who sped off not paying and I am sure that was the mistake. They gave me their order which was 9 and mine was 10. I granted would say ok but the attitude to get it corrected was uncalled for. So people sometimes good food, but check bag 100% before leaving. If we took food and didn’t pay, we would be arrested. They screw up and it is our fault

The staff were fooling around in the kitchen while every table in the dining room was dirty. There were no lids for the large cups. It was ridiculous. One of the ones fooling around was a manager. Does not make me confident in the quality of my food.

When ordering, our past three visits, our order had been incorrect each time . We ordered a burger no pickle extra onion and the burger had two pickles and a few slivers of onions. One time we were missing a hashbrown from the order. And this time we did not get any of our condiments. It seems to be happening more and more lately.

It's not a bad place when you're in a hurry! Yeah I revoked my last remark about this place but at one time it wasn't a bad place to go, but now most of those kids love being lazy puffing on their vipe and then keep getting rude with you just because they gotta get up and do there job, but for some reason they hate it when you treat them the same

Wish I could add zero stars, now I have been double charged. Charged through the app and then again at the window when they tell me my card has not gone through, even though it clearly did. I contacted corporate and apparently they sent the info to this Mcdonalds who did absolutely nothing in return. I have never been more annoyed with a restaurant. I go through drive thru and they get it wrong so I correct them and they send me to the waiting spot and then forget about me. I waited 20 minutes to just have to go in and check myself. Nobody was making my food and refused to refund all the cold food I was now stuck bringing home. Mind you like almost 40 dollars worth. Worst experience yet!
