The workers were so accommodating for our large group order; they welcomed us kindly and patiently took our order, which did get a bit confusing because we got 5 bowls and other sides. The food tasted great, like any other chipotle, would come here again if I was a local. I just wish I could submit my points from this order on my Canadian Chipotle app..

Ignore the 1 stars HAHA. This place is fast, gives sufficient on everything I asked for. Smells clean, got free guac from using the app. What more can I ask for? Fast service and great staff! Food was also on point, the dining area was very clean. The only issue I found was with the cheese sauce they sell, very underwhelming or probably an old batch they were selling from. Tasted terrible. Come check it out, might have been a one day thing.

I had never eaten at a Chipotle restaurant until a couple of weeks ago when they offered free burritos due to their "raincheck" promotion. I was pleasantly surprised with their burritos and salads, which were of a good proportion. The meat was well cooked and the salsa was delicious, but I did feel as if they were a bit expensive for what I was getting. Additionally, we bought chips and salsa, but the salsa was just a tiny little container that with only a few chips it was completely gone. Since they do offer carnitas tacos and burritos, I felt that they should also have some lemons for you to add to your meal. They do sell alcohol drinks here, so if you don't want a soda with your meal, then you can have a beer instead. Regardless, the place was very clean and the staff was very helpful so I will definitely try this place out again.

Flavor on most things is just bland. For example, anything al pastor is supposed to have some tanginess and some kick but was just disappointing. People are always good and friendly and can always just get Chips and Guac for a decent snack I guess.

There was a line of people, but it moved pretty quickly. The customer service was okay. I ordered a steak burrito. The burrito was good.

All I could think was guac and chips from chipotle but when I came in 2 and a half hours before closing they were out of chips it was unbelievable.

Love the bowl of rice and steak. Good service.

If you have time, go to another chipotle, I love getting bowls but this restaurant serves really light servings, there was a big gap in both my bowls, instead of a scoop of steak, it felt like a sprinkle of it. Just disappointed. Just to add to things the toilet was covered in urine. Just not a good experience. But food was still good.

The employees were not interested in helping the customers let alone acknowledging them. They acted like uninterested robots.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the toilet would not flush. I ended up not using the bathroom and just ordered my food to go. Felt ignored when I brought up the bathroom issues. The workers would give inadequate portions less than a cup size and would give attitude if you ask for extra portions of cheese and sauces. Try to go to another Chipotle if you can.

I came here today with my parents and we regreted coming here right away. There was food on the ground in the dinning area and lots of it. Same goes for their drink station for it to was littered with food as well. The worse one of all is how they folded my burrito, not even half way through eating my burrito it began to collapse on me. I did my best to maintain the shape but it collapse and I just stared at the remaining of the burrito thinking if it was going to be this bad I would've just went to go eat at the in and out right next door. We bought a bag of chips as well and it was such a bad quality that we didn't even finish them, they tasted like cheap Mexican tortilla chips simply dipped into salt. I gone to many Chipotle locations and it hasn't been this terrible before or even compared to other locations and the seats showed damage.

Walked in around 1130 July 23. Was noticed by three separate employees, I stood patiently for about 5 minutes waiting to order. Decided to leave rather than give them the sale, I would encourage others to do the same if this happens to you.

Never in my life have a been disrespected like I did tonight at this chipotle. I ordered a double serving of steak and the girl proceeds to put 2 clearly half spoons of steak in my bowl. I politely asked for another spoon since they were CLEARLY HALF SCOOPS. She then proceeds to give me ANOTHER half scoop, totaling 1 1/2 scoops and has the audacity to charge me 25 DOLLARS FOR THIS BOWL. Being the nice guy I am, I just took it on the chin and left. But I’d rather step on legos for 24 hours straight than go back to this chipotle.

Placed order online , very expensive and I live 7 miles away . Picked up in the rain and went home after the girl confirmed it was our order . Got home and guess what ? Wasn’t our order . Went back and they gave us a smaller portion ams cold food . No compensation for the drive time and the weather being dangerous. This is not one bad experience. There has been many at this location. Seems like I’m receiving McDonalds quality of service .

Please educate your staff. They are extremely rude. No matter how polite you are they are just down right rude and nasty. The worker at the till on 02/20 at 445 pm short portly girl with red hair please for the love of God learn your manners. I just asked for a receipt you don’t need to show this much attitude. Asking for a receipt is a normal sales thing and you need to learn to have the patience. Please also learn what you gave me is called bill of sales. Receipt is what comes out when you actually make a payment with card or cash: your bill is NOT valid for business purposes or tax returns receipts. I didn’t mention any of the above because you were just rude and I walked off with out my receipt and with out a word Pleased educate yourself

Beware their meats are now super spicy. I have an allergy to spicy food, it will give me the burning shtts with just a bite. I bought a burrito and had to throw it away because it was very spicy and someone else got a chicken burrito and also said it was very spicy, both had no salsa, it was separate. Also the meat was flavorless and so were the beans and rice, just plain bland tasting, I mean common all you have to do is add a little salt and pepper or some regular Mexican style seasoning. I do not recommend this place at all.

Oxnard Location staff's not friendly. Today 5/18/3023 5:45 pm the cashier was very rude and bad attitude. Ask cashier for a to go bag. Before she give me the bag she look at floor and told me don't cross over the line. I looked down there's no line. No please nothing. Don't cross over the line ???????

I arrived at 9:20pm and they didn’t have anything left yet they still had 40 minutes till close , the cook was already cleaning the grill which hinted the obvious that they wouldn’t cook anything fresh. I asked for more rice on my bowl & they were being greedy and gave me nasty looks , if you don’t like closing or working fast-food then simply quit.

Smallest portions EVER!!! Then when it came time to pay...the machine said approved...ok then the lady tells me it didnt go thru??? At that same time another employee had called up someone that was already sitting down starting to eat telling him his transaction did not go thru...??? Well I ended up paying for both transactions...😡😡😡😡 I would not have known ...so glad I checked my bank app then and there!!! On top of that the food was SALTY AF avoid this location at Esplanade.....they are not a well run establishment!!!

I have a bad experience in this place. I placed my order ahead of time.Once I arrived my food was not ready and I had to wait additional 15 minutes.However when I asked to speak with manager he declined to speak with me. I very upset of services long wait time and wrong order was given to me…

Not sure why but the cashier refuse to provide a cup for tap water. I had just paid for a meal, and I don't drink Soda. She hinted that I should buy a cup for soda but would not provide a cup for tap water. The manager was nowhere to be found. She said her name was Mia but the receipt says Elsa. I use to frequent this site often. The lack of adequate customer support left me with a negative feeling.

The young Hispanic worker here gave me half a scoop of carne asada. I asked for more and she said she’d have to charge extra. Usually chipotle workers are super chill and have good customer service; you won’t find that at this location!

The food was alright but the workers were extremely stingy with the portions. Also, when I asked for just a little more protein they charged me double and it wasn’t even a full scoop.

THE WORST Chipotle in the 805. They need to seriously coach that woman Karin who happens to be the manager. The worst customer service ever. If you hate working there or hate your job maybe find another career. Too many egos and chip on their shoulder with these employees.

I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was severely undercooked. It taste like I was eating pebbles. This was awful. Whoever made that rice needs to should be fired.

Filthy food cold looked old food station was disgusting. Floor was sticky tables were dirty low on utensils fountain drink taste weird I have worked at a Chipotle as a teen and know that isn't acceptable to even be open oh and chips were so stale. The atmosphere was calm nice place if it given a deap cleaned and maintained and I had like a $10 Xtra fee don't know the reason it was a miscellaneous charge

I understand that and asked if they could just prepare my food since I had already paid for it but they refused to make my order and said I needed to get in line and order what I wanted and pay for it again. I walked away with no food and my lunch break wasted. So inconvenient

I have bad experience. Need more train for your stuff. I placed order as regular steak and it was busy, when I came home I saw charged me as double steak. When I called them they told me you have to come in store to refund $5. Unbelievable I have to drive 30 minutes

Once we got to checkout, I asked for Italian vinaigrette, and the cashier, again with attitude, “Yeah, we have vinaigrette, we do not have ITALIAN vinaigrette.” Maybe that doesn’t sound bad in writing, but trust me, the way it was said made it very clear that basic customer service is not a priority here. I work in the hospitality industry, so I get it…long shifts, dealing with all types of costumers, wanting to go home. But this level of rudeness? Unacceptable. Do better. The food is great, but the service at this location is straight up awful.
