The cashier angel was great! He is one of the reasons I will be back for sure.. the food is always good but the customer service from him was the best I have seen there in so long. If you go in and see angel you are going to have the best experience.

First time having a problem at this location, food is always good. I wanted to order just four chicken legs original and apparently I can’t order just4 and said I had to order an eight piece original with an additional eight of extra crispy !! ?? anybody else get more than what they want!!?? and overcharging.!!?

Me and my wife ordered tonight and the staff were using chemicals. Had bathroom cleaner on the counter. Didn't think anything but food all tastes like bleach or chlorine. Unsafe!

Some of the Employees are rude . The Inside of the Building is DIRTY A lot of people plus Me said that the WRONG KFC Closed Down. Atascadero KFC Is the One that should NOT have CLOSED.

They had signs up saying no fair parking but in reality they were allowing people to park even in front of the doors. It was hard to get in to the restaurant. Restaurant was very dirty inside even the restrooms were nasty. Will definitely never go to this location again. We told the staff they did not seem to care

I got the one breast meal. The chicken was about half missing, dried out and tough. Worst experience ever at KFC!

We arrived around 4pm and not many guest in their lobby. Notice a big puddle of water in their kitchen and staff walking through it. 13 tables and 4 are clean the rest are dirty. Ordered a original 2 piece and Chicken was tough and extra crispy.

Worst KFC ever! We are here from out of town and figured it would be a decent and fast meal …. NOT!!!! Ordered a 2 pc white meat extra crispy was like eating rubber… so over cooked and probably cooked in the morning (for dinner). Also ordered a famous bowl my husband had to remove the chicken nuggets same issue. Never go to that location again!

Reading all the reviews and noting that here is a food place that serves CHICKEN....So many NEGATIVE reviews! Well I have been here to. Always check your order before leaving....Forget the drive-thru, what a waste of time, have to sit and wait for your order....some times 20-30 mins' before it arrives...@ remember check the bag before you leave....Went there a week later, went in side ordered same thing and left w/order in less than 5 mins'. No more drive-thru for me. If CHICKEN is what your after, and you want a good deal, try Albertsons deli, or Smart-Final whole roasted for a really good deal. My only reason for going to KFC any more would be to get the coleslaw. The folk's that own this store don't give a damn about their customer base, all they care about is the almighty dollar....so I say to all of you folk's out there, go get your CHICKEN some where else.

The worst KFC ever. Missing items as usual. Always “we’re out of _____”. My meal was supposed to come with biscuit and coleslaw. Missing. Husbands chicken tenders looked like fish sticks.. they were also rubbery. Also forgot his biscuit…..

Worst KFC Chicken I have ever tasted. 16 piece family meal, extra crispy. Got home and the chicken was old and dry. Seemed overcooked and old. Went back for 16 different pieces of chicken. Manager on duty didn't seem to care much about the issue. Told him I just want fresh chicken. He said he has original recipe that came out 4 minutes ago. Gave me another 16 pieces. Got home and found 6 wings, 5 legs, 2 breasts and 3 thighs. And, the chicken again was nasty. Was not fresh and my one piece I ate was cold inside. Was overcooked and the skin was separated from the meat and was so tough we couldn't eat the skin. Very disappointed. We ended up giving up. I plan on contacting the franchise owner if they will give me their number. Wife just threw it all away. It was $65 worth of garbage. Well, the sides were hot and fresh. Still, we go there for the chicken. Yuck!

Chicken was over cooked. Service was terrible. We have come here to get service over the years (+20) and we are Done! No of the chicken we ordered was worth eating. This is my second post. Had to stop by for a couple of simple Orders. Nothing fresh or palatable. ! Staff is rude and not clean. The last three weeks we went to get food and every order was missing something. The past year has been the worst. Best to close it down. Most people in town feel the same way Don’t waste your money here.

Ordered an 8 piece and all I got was 5 legs and 3 thighs. No single thing of white meat. No breasts or wings! They said they don’t do it that way but how come I got it that way? This IS the Worst KFC.do not waste your time or money getting anything from this KFC. Old food rewarmed. Hasn't changed since we came last time. We live here. It has consistently gone down hill.
