Like any other In & out, it's tight parking lot but you can park next door in the shopping center. Drive thru is a usual 20 minute wait. Food is made to order. The burgers are good, fries are also.

Always busy, like 20 cars deep in the drive thru busy but they're very efficient, insanely friendly, almost flawless at their jobs, and that's each position. The Pico location is an amazingly well oiled machine. I have never once come across an employee here that doesn't make you happy you chose In n Out for dinner.
My daughter loves the plain cheeseburgers and the overall smell of the restaurant and friendliness of their staff. Thanks In N Out! Great experience overall, see ya real soon.
There are only 3 menus to choose from but they are delicious
In-N-Out is by far my favorite burger spot of all time and this spot doesn’t disappoint. I had the double double combo, animal and protein style with a lemonade. Same great taste and quality as the other In-N-Outs I’ve been to and it was delicious. Overall an excellent lunch and customer service was excellent as usual with the drive thru being smooth and easy. I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items.
I love their simple menu .. not too many choices.. whenever I visit California, I have to stop at one of their locations.. also, they keep the restaurant area clean, as well as the bathroom
The food is always bomb but you guys already know the drive thru is mostly super packed! If you order inside usually the wait isn’t really long so I definitely will recommend that. The associates there are always super nice and friendly which is also a plus
This In-N-Out has been here as long as I can remember great quality food, fast service and employees are friendly. The restrooms are clean, tables are clean and their definitely being safe when it comes to this pandemic. I will definitely be back of course. 🍔🖖🥰
Always so grateful to have an in n out burger close to where we live. The taste is superb, the prices you can’t complain about, only flaw I could think about is it gets very crowded! My fav is a 4x1 protein style animal style with chopped chili’s and extra grilled onion lol

All I ever want from here is well done fries and I NEVER get well done fries from this location!
The burger was good. It was my first time trying this restaurant chain and I thought it was an average burger for a fast food. I did really appreciate it being wrapped very well though. One thing I absolutely did not like was the very think fries as they were not warm but also very dry.
They messed up on my order on back to back visits. The first time it was just a burger for myself, I asked for no lettuce but it was included in my burger. The second time I asked for raw onion and none were placed in my burger. My friend asked for grilled onions and he was given none in his. We both commented to each other how it was surprising for In-N-Out to mess up on orders. Yes first world problems, I know. But people go to In-N-Out because they expect quality. And having three incorrect orders in back to back visits is quite telling. I just really hope this isn’t the new norm for them and quality is starting to drop.
I love In-N-Out, but this location is not very good, it’s one of sketchier location and kinda lowers the standard for In-N-Out, but still the food is amazing 10/10 So I would suggest just going through the drive through and eating in your cat instead of dining in

Visit today 10:30 am First time having a bad experience due to the employee 🙃 😕 I waited in drive through 12 minutes because someone had a big order infront of me, when I get my order, hamburguer was cold, the coffe was room temperature, I asked kindly to please touch it, she will.give a new one...there is no more coffe, she is gonna make a fresh...ask me to move and wait for it ( they did not ask the other big order to move and wait so the rest of the ppl waiting can get their 1 burger) I didn't have time, I ask for the refund, she comes give me the money...No apologies, no sorries, just actitud. They used to be good... Even Great, but lately the Burgers are served on hard buns. I always ask for Animal Style and it seems like they dont add that touch anymore, the burger just seems very plain. We were almost done eating when the table next to me let me know there was a roach crawling towards me. It crawled to the next table over and then back into its home in the baseboard. We lost our appetite, won’t be coming again.
To be honest was called out for coming in through the plaza to get into the drive in. I believe it was the manager who gave me attitude because I did so yet no sign is put there to inform customers. Yet other cars did the exact same thing , yet she only gave me remark and attitude . She also Rudely talked to the young lady taken the orders as if it is her fault . Next time have signs or some sort of message directing cars and employees to come in the right way .
