Lobby was open so that was a plus, the gentleman who helped us was super friendly, the food was delicious. Another lady came out with refills for our waters. Just a lovely experience and the staff was so nice. Made our night so much better. Thank you!

Hispanic lady at drive-thru Rude & Overcharges but manager fixed employee mistakes so 5 star teaching moment. I initially went through the drive-thru to order a 3 piece (crispy breast, wings, coleslaw & mashed potato) for my grandpa. The Hispanic lady told me the order was going to be almost $19. I left the drive-thru to go inside KFC & look at their menu. I called my grandparents to let them know so my grandma asked to let her know the cost of a 2 piece & extra side since the 3 piece was costly. The 2 piece & extra side was $19.06. I immediately got frustrated so it took the manager, Ms. Terri to get involved & correct the issues of the employee. The correct price for a 3 piece was $16.45 not $19. The Hispanic lady was OVERCHARGING for some chicken. Then had the audacity to argue with the manager when the manager was teaching her how to properly input a 3 piece order. Smh THANK YOU, MS. TERRI. 5 stars ⭐️
In comparison to the other fast foods around, this KFC had the best customer service this Easter. We had to stop at 3 other fast foods that were either closed or “their systems were down” before trying this KFC for the first time & the lady who took our order was super kind & quick. Definitely coming back again.
Had a late lunch (2:30 pm); the place was empty, but of fair size. Only inside seating and a drive thru. Parking is part of the larger shopping center. Easy on/off the freeway. Order was quick. Got chicken tenders and they were hot and good. Liked that the biscuits were soft and warm.
Restroom is out of service. I ordered fries but, they didn’t give it to me. When I asked the cashier said, she didn’t charge for that and I have to go back end of the line and order again. When I was standing in line, I saw more than 10 flies in the store, flying in dining area.
The food at KFC is usually pretty good, but the prices are just so high. Nice location with plenty of parking. Service was fast.
I like KFC in general. When it comes to fast food, its important to have a fast friendly service and a clean places. Many fast foods lacking all of those components. This KFc was oK. 3 out 5. Next time I come if it becomes better I will change. But for now its 3 stars. Honestly, I understand that employees don’t care working minimum wage but, sorry. It is what it is. We cant give 5 stars for being sorry about employees. Please, work on that! Thank you!
They’re the worst! Took too long to get order and they didn’t get it right. Have gone here several times for convenience only to get disappointed with lack of proper service. Have opted several times to get my fried chicken at Lucky’s Supermarket because of poor service and expected improvement but no go. It’s Lucky’s Supermarket going forward.
I come to this KFC quite a lot, however, here lately at the drive thru, the order has been wrong consistently. It is like they don't even care weather or not they listen and attempt to put the correct food in the bag. The service very very slow!! I do believe I will go to another KFC due to the lack of concern for accuracy.
They stole my money, or messed up my order, depending on how you look at it. I drove through and ordered 5 piece tender with 2 mashed potatoes. He asked if j wanted fries. I said no two mashed potatoes. I paid TWENTY dollars for this. When I get home there are NO mashed potatoes. Just the fries i said no i dont want. I have nothing to dip the tenders in. It's like a 10 minute drive back, so of course everything will be cold. Basically never going here again.
Went through driv-thru today, asked for the 20 dollar meal box....repeat: we do not do that no more.....looking at the app you have 2, a honey one and the original one....do better
First and fore most I left one one start because it is necessary for a review but I would do NO STARS if possible. Eta: If you decide to be a patron of this establishment don’t say you weren’t warned. The evening manager I’m not sure how to spell her name “Yolan” perhaps that calls herself the owner/manager and albeit or not she is rude and condescending towards her employees she yells at them and treats them like garbage as if they are her (and I’m sorry for the lack of a better word) slaves. This is very unfortunate to witness, as she calls her employees stupid and talks down to them when it not the employee’s fault for having extremely poor management and or training. She shouldn’t be a manager much less should she be a proprietor of such an establishment that serves the public. CORPORATE…. Should IMMEDIATELY review any and all videos of the managers treatment of these employees.
Had a terrible experience on Memorial Day. Why is the drive-thru staff so rude and why do they throw sauce when someone is polite?
The drive-through service staff was unclear in receiving and explaining the order. He didn’t have the courtesy to explain what he meant when I ordered the chicken pieces. All he repeated was if I wanted meal or separate and because of the way he spoke I couldn’t understand. Glad that another server intervened and took my order. It really spoiled my day and the meal that I was going to enjoy. I don’t eat much at KFC, this was maybe my second drive- through order so yes I needed clarity in if the fried chicken was to be bought sperate or as a meal. I’m never coming back to KFC, Pinole ever again because servers aren’t trained to explain clearly or help people like me. Just repeating ‘separate’ or ‘meal’ doesn’t help. Sadly, with the high prices of kfc food, the service is crashing down.
I order number 14 and the Woman asks me if I want fries or other options, after she mentions the option I decided to get fries with my order! She was very disrespectful and she said why I ask for opinions and I decided fries! I told her you’re here to help Customers! In the window to pay she told me if I don’t like I have to go and she said bad words! I don’t think I get fast food on any KFC! Thankfully the Customers have many others options!
Unfortunately the woman taking orders has a bad attitude, to which I’m seeing is a regular occurrence from comments on here and Yelp. Very displeasing and uncomfortable to be yelled at through the intercom after asking a simple question about our meal. I understand now that this is the price we have to pay for fast food lol
Literally been waiting for my food for 30 minutes on my own Doordash order when my food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. They told me it was a 15-20 minute wait. What's the point of them accepting Doordash orders when they can't even be on time? Horrible staff. Fire them all and replace them with competent decent people who knows who m good to go their jobs.
