This location is convenient and great for the hotels nearby. The staff is friendly and professional too. They actually forgot to add a topping to my three-topping pizza but I called them and he sent another pizza. The manager was very nice.

Had previously given a 5 star. Changed it to 2 star after getting delivery today. Pizza looks like the driver threw it out the car window as they drove by.

I actually ordered this online. It was the big New Yorker, it had no taste to it it was cold and rubbery. It is not sitting well in my stomach.

I’ve never been given a raw personal pan pizza in an aluminum pan before, and this experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I did not order a take-and-bake pizza, yet that’s essentially what I was handed. When I questioned it, the manager stated that this is “how they do things,” which made the situation even more alarming. A personal pan pizza should be fully cooked and ready to eat, not raw dough in a pan given to a guest. There was no explanation, no acknowledgment that this was unusual, and no effort to correct it. What makes this worse is that I went to another Pizza Hut location afterward and received a pizza that looked exactly like the advertised photos—fully cooked and clearly prepared the proper way. That confirms this is a location-specific issue, not a Pizza Hut standard. Between the lack of food quality, questionable food safety, and poor management response, I won’t be returning to this location. Very concerning experience.

I recently visited this branch at Sunday noon to order to large chicken bacon pizza. I'm usually fixed customer of pizza hut, but this branch made me very uncomfortable and I doubt visit it again.. staff (a Asian gentleman) was very rude and impatience with us ..when we tried clearfy our toppings, he shouted on my wife. Please reconsider in your management Pizza Hut. Thanks

The pizzas are very good, but the staff who attends is very bad, they do not help you at all, you ask them something, and they do not say that they do not know, they should see that, since customer service is very important.

app sucks!!! Clearly I selected delivery, and it switched to carry out, it also went to the wrong store, so I called the store and cancelled, but it was a stupid virtual assistant then tried to connect me to a nationwide call center. so I put the order in and screenshotted, it still went to the wrong store. QA and Devs need to be canned, as a software dev, this is no acceptable especially with an app that's been around as long as Pizza Huts.

Ordered pizza for dinner. One pizza was a large with half chicken sausage . The other larger pizza was a grilled chicken with extra cheese. Delivered and fast time. Upon opening the boxes was upsetting the first large pizza the topping were basically in the middle and few a the top. Second pizza the put the chicken on one side nothing on the other side just cheese

Unfortunately, at this location, I placed an order online, and after submitting it, I noticed there was no option to select a pickup time. I quickly called the store and had to go through a very long automated phone process. After that, I was transferred to someone at a different location, and finally—after about 10 minutes—I was connected to the actual store. They told me that my food was almost ready and that there was nothing they could do. What I find strange is why there was no time selection available in the online system. Also, when I spoke with someone, they said they deleted my order and then hung up on me very quickly—without even asking if I wanted to reschedule for a specific time! I will not return to this location again. I’m not happy with their long phone system or their online service.
