One of my favorite fast food spots. The chicken tenders are super crispy and juicy, and the Cane’s Sauce is easily A++. I always get the Box Combo—everything is hot, fresh, and tastes amazing. Definitely recommend swapping the coleslaw for extra toast or fries. 10/10.

Stopped by Raising Cane’s in Prosper and had a great experience! The service was fast and the ordering process was super easy, which I really appreciated. My food came out hot and fresh—the chicken fingers were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the Cane’s sauce was as good as always. I ordered the 3 Finger Combo and everything was great, but I was a little surprised it didn’t come with coleslaw. Maybe it’s only included with the larger combos? Just curious! Overall, it’s a clean location with friendly staff and quick service. Perfect spot when you’re craving some good fried chicken!

It was all great,the service was VERY attentive and the inside of the store is rlly nice it feels like a luxury place and then the food,I haven’t ate canes in 2 years but this was my “first time” and it was amazing it was enjoyable,the food is BIG so I left with a full stomach And the employees seemed to like their job there,they were smiling and stuff,they were also so kind and polite! Perfect 5 star no question ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do one thing, do it well. This definitely applies to the folks at Cane’s. They have mastered the chicken strip formula. Nice upscale fast food restaurant with first class service. Below are the highlights 1. Perfect chicken tenders 2. Addictive Cane’s sauce. Be sure to ask for extra 3. Crispy crinkle cut fries 4. Love the Texas toast, coleslaw, and lemonade I am from Louisiana where I believe Cane’s started. Very happy to have this location so close to home. Do yourself a favor and give this place try, you won’t regret it.

Normally it’s a 5 star experience but I’m bumping it down to 4 because they always give me unsweet even though I always ask for sweet, it’s a petty thing to complain about but if I’m paying for it I want to enjoy what I asked for. Other than that every thing else is good.

The chicken gingers are good but WAYYYY OVERPRICED definitely not worth the price but if you get them don't forget the cane's saice..also don't get fries they're soggy!

Food tasted great but the chicken fingers were only about 3/8ths to 1/2 the size I used to get. If they are coming that small they should give you double.

I ordered an extra canes sauce for my sandwich combo, and I was charged for it, but they did not give it to me. When I showed them receipt that clearly says "$10.88" which would be the total of the combo: $10.49 and the sauce: 0.39, they argued with me and said that there was already sauce on the sandwich. The point is though, that I PAID for that extra side of canes sauce, and they told me I had to buy it again. Needless to say, poor service and staff attitude.

Fed up that my order is messed up from the drive thru at this location again! It's right less than half the time. Today I ordered, and paid for, a box combo with extra sauce. Received a 3 finger combo and no toast. My advice, always check your order, even if there's a line, or try somewhere else. With all the choices now, I'm going somewhere else from now on. Plus, the chicken and coleslaw is hit or miss - chicken was a miss this time too.

I'm at a point that its not worth talking to a manager at this point. It's bad enough I'm paying $20 for the Caniac Combo, but when I sub my coleslaw for extra fries it does not mean giving me the same amount minimal fries…Don’t let the pictures fool you even I gave extra photos on this post 😒 Again.. lsh is expensive and not getting cheaper so when extra is expected for a $20 6 piece meal with small fingers, which is another story for a different day…👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I just moved to Prosper, and this was my very first visit to this location — unfortunately, it will also be my last. After working a 16-hour shift at the hospital, I came in at 9/30/2025 at 8:03 PM simply to order dinner for myself and my husband. I was tired but still in a great mood, until the woman at the front completely ruined my evening with her rude, dismissive attitude. Her tone was unprofessional from the start, and when I became visibly upset by her behavior, she became even more petty and condescending. That level of customer service is unacceptable anywhere, especially from a business that depends on local, loyal customers. I asked for my receipt specifically so I could leave this feedback — no one should be treated that way for simply placing an order. I hope management takes this seriously, because experiences like this push good customers away. I’ll be taking my business to restaurants that actually value their guests, like Chick-fil-A, where kindness and respect are part of the service.

I work across the street from this canes, we’ve been coming for 1.5 years. we’ve NEVER had an issue with separate orders here but today seems EXTREMELY SKETCHY. we got 3 separate orders 1.) 3 finger 2.) kids meal with a side of toast 3.) 3 finger. we explained that it would be separate orders ahead of time. we get to the window the first 3 finger I was told was $9 and some change but got charged $10 and some change? and then the second 3 finger was $15. when I asked the guy said it was bc there was an extra toast (extra toast shouldn’t be $5-6) then when we asked to get a itemized receipt there was a new lady who just gave us a receipt with the total and nothing else on it. when we asked to get an itemized the second time she said she would have to re ring up the orders and give it to us. which makes absolutely no sense, how are you able to charge me for all three orders but not produce the receipt? not only was she rude when they messed up the order but was absolutely no help at all and looked like a manager. ALSO, one of their staff members was straight up making out with her boyfriend right in front of canes with her shirt on. like girl please get a room. please find staff who actually know what they’re doing and train on customer service because you won’t be seeing us again that was straight up trashy, even for a fast food place😭

Came to canes last night at 12. Me and my friend both ordered a box combo with extra toast and got 3 finger combos instead. This was a huge problem because me and another one of my friends were planning to split the food. Didnt take a picture of the food before considering we literally just left the drive thru and immediately came back in once we saw we didnt get what we ordered. We went back through the drive thru and instead of apologizing for messing up our orders they all started blaming eachother. Then they said theyd give us the chicken fingers, but when I said I barely got any fries they said they couldnt do anything because they already gave me the box? So why are they giving me the tenders that they forgot if they cant do anything because they already gave me the food? Closed the window immediately after. Asian (?) man with a hat and mustache had a terrible attitude considering they messed up my food. Seems like no one in there wants to work. Also found a hair in my food and couldnt have been mine since my hair is short and my friends are both blonde so it wasnt their hair either. Disgusting food and disgusting service. Will be calling corporate considering this is my 4th time coming here and also my 4th time having a problem. Been going to canes for 8 years and never had so many consistently terrible experiences like I've had at this location.

Go to Chick Fil A!! I had a very disappointing experience at Raising Cane’s. Not only was I subjected to what felt like racial profiling by the manager or shift leader, but my order was also messed up. Despite providing photo evidence, they continued to doubt me and did not offer an apology. Instead, I was given wings as a seemingly superficial gesture. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident. It seemed like the place was run by rookies who lack proper training in customer service and respect. I strongly advise others, especially those from minority communities, to avoid this establishment at any cost.
