I love this place... the food is very delicious, we ordered a home delivery via Uber and something went wrong... but we spoke directly to the store and they resolved it in our favor... The manager is very friendly. I recommend this place 100%.

I love the wings but the new watery blue cheese dipping sauce is horrible. That has to change!!!!

they forgot part of my order and when i brought it to their attention, two employees started going through my food WITHOUT GLOVES. i kept telling them to stop touching the food without gloves, they just nodded and continued fiddling with the chicken and no gloves. i will admit the chicken tasted good, even with the additional finger seasoning. check your bags before leaving!

The food is straight up bad. Chicken is soggy. Fries are soggy. Also, they’re stingy with the ranch. The customer service wasn’t great either. Employees were talking to each other behind the registers while customers were waiting for their order to be taken. There are better places to eat on the same street. Look somewhere else for higher quality food at the same price.

By far the greasiest thing I ever eaten. Wings had more oil than the seasoning itself. Fries had no flavor because they were all saturated in oil. Not worth 15.00. Mad for chicken way better

Your female employees were eating chips with her mouth open over the counters were the food is packed and prepped. And the girl who takes orders always has an unwelcoming attitude and energy you can tell they are not nice girls

Placed an order that was never delivered and they don’t answer the phone so there is no way to have them fix the problem except walking to the restaurant.

I made an online order, got almost all of my items wrong and some of them were missing, that’s almost like stealing right ? I tried to call to the store to solve this issue and nobody answered the phone

The order took ages to be prepared and delivered and on top of that it arrived cold, too much money for something this mediocre.

Flavorless!!! I ordered the garlic parmigian, Hawaiian, and Korean. They were ALL FLAVORLESS and lacked sauce. The fact that they now charge for sauce is ridiculous on top of that.

So disappointed. I ordered at the restaurant and the fries and chicken were both soggy. The fries were almost raw and inedible. They need to teach their employees how to cook food properly and if not, I look forward to them shutting down.

I had to wait an excessive amount of time to receive my food. The owner should hire more competent individuals to work here and prevent employees from disparaging their customers. If you are seeking a better dining experience, I recommend visiting the Wing Stop location in Steinway. Unless you desire to feel unwelcome, it is advisable to avoid this establishment. I am more then like going to revise this establishment to the Better Business Bureau

My partner made a $100 order just for them to forget all the sauces and still expect the customer to go all the way over there to retrieve the missing items after paying for delivery rather then providing good customer service they chose to hang up and deny accountability or even offer anything honestly disappointing!

MANAGEMENT SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO ADDRESS QUALITY ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION!! This was my first time trying Wingstop at this location, and unfortunately, it was a TERRIBLE experience. The fries were not only soggy but also burnt, which was utterly disappointing. As for the bone-in wings, they were completely overcooked. The outer layer was so hard that it was nearly impossible to bite into. The seasoning was indistinguishable because the wings were cooked to such an extreme. That said, the chicken tenders were surprisingly good. I would definitely recommend those. However, for a place called “WINGSTOP”, the wings really missed the mark.

We got less than what we ordered and the food tasted funny. We also asked for utensils and didn't get any. The food quantity was also very little. I love wingstop but this location is a no go. Never order from this location ever again.
