My first time here I got a simple medium iced sweet tea and it was great! They were really quick with the drive thru time and I'm excited to try more on the menu. They also offer coffee selections along with tea. Definitely recommend trying out this place!

I love Hteao. There are so many good flavored teas, it's hard to choose just one. The employees are super nice and friendly.

I had such a great experience at HTeaO yesterday ! The staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. One of the employees (I feel so bad that I don’t remember her name!) was incredibly sweet — she even wished me a happy birthday, which completely made my day. 💙 The service was super fast and friendly, and she didn’t hesitate when I asked for a cup of water, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find people who are genuinely that nice and cheerful while working, and it honestly made my visit so much better. I hope she knows how much that small act of kindness meant, and I hope she has the most wonderful day ever!

Hubby and I stopped by on our way home from Lakepointe Church. Decided we needed a drink. I ordered the Ryan Palmer. Hubby got a Caramel Macchiato (hot). We ordered on the APP. Easy Peasy. Caramel Macchiato was perfect and tasted better than SB according to hubby. My Ryan Palmer needed a little more TEA than lemonade. But it was good. Will stop by again!!

Had my doubts because I thought it was just another random shop. But I was wrong. This place has a great selection of teas that are sweetened or unsweetened. My go to is the Georgia peach / mint mixed together. Such a great spot and they serve Free Rein coffee !

I was going to the Plano location way back, but since moving to this side of the world it felt like I was in drought. Then one day H-Tea-O graced us its presence in the area and my life has been rehydrate again. I love H-Tea-O, and I'm happy to see this so close to home. Try all the teas, literally feels like endless possibilities. Probably one of the most genius places to have in Texas.

Super friendly staff today at my first visit! My tea was not on point but I’m willing to give it another try for sure. Fast service in the drive thru and easy to use app for ordering ahead.

I know some locations give you the fruit in tiny cups instead of placing it directly in the drink, which is fine. But every time I've come here, they only give one piece of orange or 2 cherries, etc. I've never been so begrudgingly shorted on fruit pieces at any other location I've visited. The fruit and serving area when I've gone in didn't look like it'd gotten wiped down in awhile. And then the 3 employees there didn't seem to have much business because they were all silently watching me & waiting for me to come up to the counter to pay, while I was trying to go at my own pace figuring out what drinks I was going to get- it made me feel so uneasy & uncomfortable. I'll stick to the drive-thru.

So you can’t use your points during happy hour and you don’t any discounts on the order? So what’s the point ! Should call it full price hours from 2 to 4 pm ….

My mom had ordered a drink for me, which is the Iced Blueberry Tea Latte. They got my order wrong the first time by giving it to my mom hot when she expressed clearly she wanted it iced. She had gone back in, and they still got my drink wrong. They just gave her a regular blueberry iced tea, without the milk which makes it a latte. The first time I went, I had gone through the drive thru, and the experience was a bit awkward. Kind of hesitating going back with problems already occurring. Added pictures for reference on what I wanted and what I got.

When I finally got served, it was clear they didn’t even pay attention to their mobile orders and had to make my drink on the spot. It was supposed to be ready at 3:51 and it wasn’t ready until 3:59. Painfully awkward and I would probably never go back, because it doesn’t even taste like my add ins were placed in the drink. I ordered a combo and it looks like just the first flavor tea was added. I can’t even taste the syrup I asked for. The only reason I came is because it was free through the app. This is probably the first and the last time.

I love HteaO and all the options!! But every time I visit this store, the employees are NOT friendly or accommodating. It’s as if they could care less they have customers. I have been through the drive thru on multiple occasions, they’re not helpful and it always seems as if I’m bothering them. No thank you or any interaction at all. Very unfortunate! I keep thinking it’s a one off, but after this many times I don’t believe it is.

They NEVER EVER have any cherries out in the lobby for the customers to get. They REALLY NEED to DO BETTER keeping the cherries stocked for customers! ESPECIALLY during the 2-4pm happy hour! I’m so disappointed with this location!!
