Great selection of seafood, steamed in a tasty sauce. I also enjoyed the various flavors of the Korean alcoholic beverage called Soju... I was pretty buzzed at the end of it all. My server did an excellent job of making sure that I enjoyed my time at this establishment as well.

My boyfriend and i love this place. We go every time we get payed as a treat! We order the family bucket with shrimps, green mussels, potatoes, corn, sausage, and white rice. The BOMB! chill atmosphere 😎👌

Man was this a treat. We ordered the small bucket of shrimp, oysters, and muscles. Nothing small about this. It was enough to feed five. A whole pound of very large shrimp was used. The sauce had me licking my fingers. I recommend that you not request above 3 on the heat scale as this can be very hot, it was so good though, that we scarfed the sauce down even though we were crying as we were doing so. We left with a full stomach, a big smile and cash in my wallet as the price was moderate. In my opinion this is the best restaurant in all of San Bernardino

The wait time was worth the food! I tried the spiciest sauce and couldnt handle it, but the waitress saved my life by giving me butter and I was able to enjoy it all thankfully! I loved my visit and so did my mom and 2 year old. Will definitely go back one day~

Great experience! We were going to turn back because the outside does not give you a inviting feeling. We had a big group and were well taken care of. We had to wait a little bit longer to get our food. But overall it was a good experience.

I ate there twice since they been open for about 3 weeks now. I enjoyed that there wasn't a crazy line like a lot of other places. It is a pretty decent size and there is adequate amount of parking. Better try it now before this place gets crazy lines. No beer being served, but that's thanks to our great city.

Food is delicious and fresh. Shrimp and crawfish boil bags were very tasty and a good size. We added corn, sausage and potatoes to our bag. The seasoning and flavor choices are great. We also ordered garlic bread, rice and sweet potato fries a separate time and everything was good. Service was great as well.

First time trying there food , ordering by phone was quick and the worker was happy to help me with what flavor to choose for the butter. Upon picking up the inside was very clean, sanitized the workers had their masks on. My food was hot , fresh and so good. They do not skimp on anything. The portions were pretty big. Definitely will be ordering here more often now .

Visiting from out of state, and the food was incredible. Our server was not bad and even when she wasn’t there, someone else was always checking in. All in all do you have earned you’re five stars. I would definitely recommend and will definitely return given the opportunity.

Food was delicious and the service was great. Several people asked if we needed refills or anything else. The signs say to please be patient, as they are experiencing staffing shortage. However, once we were seated, the service was prompt and the food was hot and served in a reasonable time. They are only seating the number of tables that they can manage. Will definitely go back!

The service and food were really good. The prices are fair. I just ordered the shrimp in the jambalaya sauce with a side of rice and it knocked my socks off. Super flavorful, and perfect spiciness. If you are going to have a group eat here then I suggest you get a little of everything because it is going to taste amazing. And it's not very expensive. 4.5 stars. My only complaint is that it's a little too dark in the restaurant so it feels a little depressing, but other than that the food and service were top-notch. Would totally recommend to my loved ones.

We really enjoyed it here. Not as loud as some other seafood boil spots so we could actually have conversation without yelling. Our server was attentive so that's always great. We ordered crawfish, shrimp with heads, mussels, corn, sausage, egg, and potatoes. In the house sauce, mild. It was great! Not spicy at all and could have selected medium spice. My husband and I came here after a long day at work. The catfish was perfect! Sweet potato fries awesome! He had the shrimp basket, I tried a few they were good but shrimp 's not my fav. We shared some onion rings, they were the best, nice and crispy didn't fall apart good w/BBQ sauce. To drink we had some Soju, apple and peach, pls try them you'll love it. Blue star package for $59 dollars it came with soft shell crab, shrimp, clam, blue mussels, craw fish, sausage sliced, potatoes, and corn on the cob. The seafood was cooked great with a good a mount of sauce! The sauce is seasoned well and complimented all the items in the package. Blue star should be shared with at least 4 people to finish it, and it's well worth it! Definitely one of my favorite restaurant to eat with family or friends.

I really enjoyed my visit here. However, it is a bit pricey for a seafood restaurant. Not super overly priced but for them on my order my crabs were over cooked and I had also ordered them to be dry with the sauce on the side which the kitchen decided to disregard. I brought it to my server's attention and to their credit-he tried to make it right but the wait time for them to repreparemy food was 40+ min so I just decided to keep the crabs as I didn't have another 40 min to just sit and wait. My server was absolutely fantastic tho so I wouldn't mind coming back for that reason. Side note- they sell crab legs by the cluster not by the pound like most other places-which I didn't care for. Other than all that the staff was friendly and accommodating, restaurant was well maintained and clean and sake selections were awesome.

This place is usually fast but my recent visit had me waiting over 30 minutes. It's quite funny because I did a delivery earlier that day bringing someone food here and they said to each other that that took a long time... I guess now they understand as they also took long for someone else I was delivering for.

Fun ambiance and the music choice was great, brought me back to the 90s. I ordered the chicken strips as an appetizer, the chicken was moist and tasty. Come prepared to get messy! The crab was well cooked and we did the full house sauce, it was tasty, garlic and just the right amount of spice, if you like seafood and Cajun flavors I would recommend this place.

The food was amazing. The service sucks. I liked that it was not too packed but it seemed like the workers were more in the back having fun, not really paying attention to the customers. We had to go to the register to ask for basic things like gloves and straws. Its pretty lowkey so its nice. It had tvs that were all playing sports. Cool music playing in the background

VERY friendly service. The food was just OK. We ordered the calamari, shrimp, lobster, corn and sausage. The calamari and corn were excellent. The lobster had good flavor, but was a bit overcooked. The shrimp was bland even though it was in a bag of sauce (the sauce was good though). The sausage didn't look appetizing, so I don't know if it was good or not. Overall, it wasn't a huge disappointment, but we will probably just stick with The Boiling Crab.

Not too crowded, service was fast. They did not have the market prices posted anywhere that I saw, even though I could have just asked I ordered the king crab anyway along with a pound of shrimp. I believe I had the Cajun sauce which was not bad. For the shrimp, their garlic butter barely has flavor. Overall, not bad. I think that I need one more trip to decide.

We used to love going here for our occasional seafood feast. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our recent visit. Don't get me wrong, the staff were nice and friendly to us and very accommodating to our needs. Alas, the food wasn't up to par on that particular day. We ordered the blue star combo and it came with 2 blue crabs as well as the usual clams, mussels etc with a side of corn. The corn weren't sweet and tasty at all and were rather bland. The crabs didn't taste as good and fresh and feels like it was kept frozen for months. The crab meat wasn't as sweet as it should. We would like to give you guys another chance as we are huge fans of your seafood so hopefully you guys improve on the quality of the crabs that you serve.

This has to be the most expensive and yet below mid grade seafood experience I've ever had. One person with NO alcohol, couple clusters (half a crab is a cluster)) of snow crab, potato, sausage, and a corn on the cobb at almost $90 for a single person. Talk about leaving feeling empty.

Had to wait to be seated when there was no one there. Took a long time to ask for our drink order and by that time we already had decided on an appetizer and entrée. Brought the food within mins of ordering but it was for the wrong table, worried me that we had to ensure the waitress that wasn’t our order. When we were about to receive our appetizer the waitress plopped her tray and our shrimp cocktail lost shrimps and the plate was a mess. Waitress did not offer to get a new cocktail like any other establishment would. Price was ok, food was good, but service was horrendous. There was nothing but teenagers working, where were the adults?

Blunt and honest review: The prices are fair for seafood. If you're okay with a bubble gut then by all means, go ahead and eat here. The server was nice but not very attentive, even with a small amount of people. Sauce is mid. Its an ok place.

I used to love going here but lately the COSTUMER SERVICE is under the trash can. I go here alot sadly. My recent visit the Hostess/Waitress was just rude. She didn't greet us. She basically argued with me about clusters and pounds. She says they never go by the pound, clusters ONLY. I basically said I never had this issue with saying 1 pound of crab legs. Even if they only go by clusters the cooks know that 2 clusters is about one pound. She demanded me to say how many clusters I wanted but as I'm trying to drop the conversation. She continues to speak over me. Even when I'm trying to tell her 2 clusters. After that debacle, she brings out 2 waters and slammed them on the table as if she was bothered by something. Miscommunication happens but sheeeesh why carry negative energy after it. Long story short I left lol. Eat here if you want. All experiences aren't the same. 😏

Food was bland,chicken basket chicken was mushy and had a weird freezer taste,not the highest quality,not quite sure what the cleanliness of the kitchen is like since they do take food back to the back after it had been handle at the table, you can possibly be eatting someone's wrong order, was charged 3xs for a party of 12 gratuity if 16%, on 3 separate receipts in total 40+25+35=100.00 for a waiter that didn't even wait,food took approximately a hour and half to come out and 3of the 9 orders were wrong. When confronting front desk about issue I had with my order, she simply refused to help me or make the situation better, no fresh order or take the items off the tab, over the years as quality of the food has diminished I have noticed the quality of customer service aswell, if you want good seafood bags my suggestion would be the place in Redlands blazin krab, everything about that place is amazing surprisingly much cheaper and higher quality food and customer service, it can get busy but they are worth the wait ...skip this place

Made us drive there from an hr away on Christmas eve only to tell us owner said we can go...sorry but you can order to go. When I asked for compensation like even just a scoop of rice, lady had attitude and laughed and said hahaha, oh no. Well I ordered Gumbo with seafood for 10 something and honestly I know chicken noodle and rice when I see it!! The 1 crawfish i got has NO MEAT and i 2 oysters with very little meat. I had high Hope's but got totally disappointed.

The hostess was being sexist towards me . I was picking up an order from ubereats and two girls were taking pictures of me which made me feel uncomfortable and violated. When I reported it to the hostess, I felt dismissed after repeatedly explaining the situation. It took several attempts to convey the seriousness of my discomfort because she was being sexist. I guarantee if I were a woman in this same situation she wouldn’t even doubt me and take me serious right away. Ultimately I was told to confront the individuals myself, which is not something I should have to do. I call the manager and explain the situation and she is siding with the hostess of course you would think the staff would prioritize customer service but they don’t care.

Went there for dinner tonight and my worst nightmare happened. While eating our shrimp star bag we found a ROACH ! They tried telling me it was from cooked mussels but CLEARLY it had legs 😤 Before I could snap a photo the waiter took it away . The flavor was not spicy at all either. Dont know what happened to this place it was my favorite

Went here last night, I haven’t been here in a while in which before I LOVED their food. Last night I HATED it. The cajun fries had no flavor and were burnt, the lemon pepper fries had no flavor, the shrimp was falling apart and no flavor. I will not be returning, their service went down a lot and it is not as good as it used to be when they only had Riverside.

We are regular customers here for the past two years and come here 3-4 times a month. Our last visit on 8/5/24 me, my wife and kids one of our orders was a pound and a half of shrimp and only received 8 pieces of shrimp not even close to a pound. We were put in the back of the restaurant when it was completely empty and was a slow day and we were never check on until we got our check. We even had to go to the front to get refills on our drinks twice. When we received the check I advised the waitresses that looks like I only received half a pound and if she could charge me what I got. She advised me that “oh your waiter is on break” and there’s nothing I can do about it and that one pound usually comes with 16 shrimp and told here exactly on only got 8 pieces. I then advised her well I’m not paying for something that I didn’t get. She then threatened us then I will have to call the police on me if I didn’t want to pay. My wife and I were outraged on her response as she thought we were trying to dine and dash and wanted to pay for what we got. We then asked to speak to the manager and she stated that the manager was on her break and that she will not come out for this which is not acceptable if that was true and continued to say we will have to call the police. We then told her you are better off on walking away because she was just making it worse in front of our kids. We then asked the host if we can speak with the manager and she came to our table right away and advised her about the situation with her employee on everything she said to us about her calling the cops on us and that the manager wasn’t going to come out for this. We advised her we aren’t trying not to pay but pay what we were given. She apologized to us and took off a whole order and then some. We told her she didn’t have to do that we just wanted to pay on what we received. We paid our bill and still gave the manager a tip as our attention wasn’t to get a free meal we want to make it right and pay what we got. Me and my wife will definitely not be returning her since their employee threatened us to call the police on us for something they are doing in fact they were trying to steal from us if anything.

If your thinking about going here don’t !! Worst place ever to be at first we had to wait to be seated and there’s was seats open everywhere but okay that’s cool we’re patient we ordered to micheladas that was good . We ordered soft crab and it came out burnt and then when I lifted it it had hair fried in it .. then the gumbo was from a can straight nasty . Those kids don’t know what they are doing shut this place down now.after that we paid and left smh I also have pictures as soon as I figure out how to upload them I will
