Mezze Mediterranean, welcome to the neighborhood! We just left, everything was fresh and tasted like a grandmother was in the back making all these delicious dishes. My head is in the direction of Mediterranean, must be Greeks. No! My mom is half Greek but Mezze Mediterranean is not, this is a Turkish restaurant. I am not a Turkish aficionado but after today I can hold my own. First off, what is Pink Sultan? O.M.G. Made with beets and yogurt, this side was deelish! There was a young man behind the counter. He helped us navigate through the menu. We started with a Falafel plate to share as well as Pink Sultan. The falafel, wasn't too strong on the spices (and that's a good thing) they were fried perfectly with a side of Hummus. The Turkish Tzatziki (is it called that?) was a little thin compared to its Greek cousin. However, Pink Sultan rules anything in the Mediterranean! Soooooo good! My Shepherd Salad topped with Kabobs was another dish that is outside of my wheelhouse. The kabobs were seasoned perfectly. My wife's Gyro, again, not Greek. It was steak rather than lamb. Even the pita wrap was something outside the typical Mediterranean dish we’re used to seeing. Mezze, total fan!

Dinner was phenomenonal! Finally some great flavorful Mediterranean food near us! Try the Adana Kebab and the Baba Ganoush. Try something outside the typical Gyro (even though the Gyro was great)!

Entrees were great! Chicken was juicy and the beef was super tender. Definitely try the mixed mezze platter. The different dips were amazing with toasted pita bread!

This is by far the best Turkish food on Long Island. Ingredients are top tier, and preparation is excellent. Note that it’s more for takeout than dining in. There are a few tables inside and out, but food is served in takeout containers. If I had to eat in one place every day, this would be it!

Went there on Sunday. They are very friendly and welcoming there. Very nice decoration in the restaurant and very clean. Food is very good. I ordered a chicken gyro with French fries. Gyro was made to order and it truly delivered. Very well seasoned and flavorful. Fries were nice and crispy. For 18 you definitely get your moneys worth as the portions are a good size. They also gave me a caramel pudding on the house to try and it was honestly so good. Will be back soon. I highly recommend.

Displeased and often disappointed with the selection of Turkish restaurants on Middle Country Road, I decided to search Google for anything new that was relatively close by. Mezze Mediterranean Grill popped up with some excellent reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! The gentleman behind the counter, John, went over the menu with me and answered all my questions regarding meat preparation, drink options, and even gave me a sizable sample of 2 dips I wanted to try. I was impressed not only with the food, but also his professionalism and attention to detail in answering all my questions. I could tell that he wanted to work for my business and keep me coming back. He made me feel valued as a customer. The atmosphere was welcoming and accommodating, and the restaurant was very clean, in fact, spotless. I was impressed. As for the food, it was delicious. I ordered Mix Grill over bulgur with a salad. I was not disappointed! I could tell all the meat was freshly prepared and not previously frozen. The preparation was spot on! All the meats were tender and flavorful! As for the bulgur, I like mine tender with minimal spices and minimal sauce; it worked for me, and the side salad was excellent! I also ended up taking home a hefty portion of the Eggplant Sauce Mezze and the Pink Sultan. They were both freshly made and delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back with my family! 💯

Went here on a whim last Saturday and was not disappointed! Fresh delicious food, huge portions and decided to sit outside in front and brought the food out to us. And all at a great price! This is more of a take-out place in a medical park (which I would imagine is very busy during the week), but I look forward to more from here!

Absolutely blown away by the service and food. Just stopped in on their opening day to grab a few menu's, because I work down the street and we cater often. Well, I left with more than just menus. They gave me and my coworker 2 full meals to leave with free of charge! The food was absolutely fantastic. What a nice gesture and a great atmosphere. Will absolutely be catering from them soon.

Absolutely delicious. You can taste that everything is freshly made. They aren’t serving lamb off a spit, this was freshly carved and the flavors Wow. The phyllo rolls so good and the chicken skewers were flavorful and delicious. If you like bulgar rice it’s a definite must from this place. I need to go back so I can try more stuff. Believe me you won’t be disappointed.

I treated my mother to lunch n we had the lunch special Adana kebob with bulgur rice and their sultan dip. It was delicious the portions was perfect. 100000% I’m coming back for more. My husband and I shared the mixed grill plate, and it was more than enough for both of us — generous portions with 5 or 6 kinds of meat, each one cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. The bulgur, fresh salads, and baklava were just as phenomenal. Prices are very reasonable for the area, and the service was fast and genuinely friendly. It’s mainly a take-out place, but they do have a few tall tables inside and a lovely outdoor seating area. What a hidden gem! We can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.

We went there for lunch today. We don't eat meat, but there were plenty of non-meat choices. We had falafel and a selection of cold mezze. Prices are reasonable, and portions are more than generous. The falafel was made to order, hot and crispy on the outside, green and creamy on the inside, just what a falafel should be. It comes with hummus, red cabbage salad, and warm pita. The mezze were all really delicious. The babaganoush had that authentic hint of smokiness that I look for but seldom find. Muhamara (red pepper and walnut spread) has the slightest hint of heat. Cacik is like the Greek tsatsiki, but thicker. Very yummy. Eggplant salad is like a finely-chopped ratatouille, and is very fresh. This is not a sit-down-for-a-leisurely-dinner restaurant. They are mainly set up for take-out. They have only 3 counter-height tables (my only criticism -- when I sit at a table, I prefer to have my feet reach the floor). Today, all three tables were occupied, and the people at the two tables other than ours were speaking Turkish, so that's a point for authenticity. The service was friendly. Recommended!

The food was delicious. The tables are very uncomfortable. It’s basically a takeout and they had no bathroom and I don’t think I’d go back. I guess the specials and they gave me the full dinners

This place is just OK. Honestly, we’re not gonna go back. They didn’t put a lot of care into the food and $40 to give us one 2 ounce of the white sauce and everything was kind of just OK. Too many other Mediterranean places in the area that are better

I ordered the big platter with the rice in the center and I asked for no nuts and I received nuts. I am allergic and this scared me half to death. I could’ve lost my life and I hope the restaurant will be more careful in the future

Had a very bad experience today! Subjected to discriminatory behavior based on whether you are there to advertize/promote their food or visiting for a meal. Also, the food lacks flavor and was pretty mediocre. Tried their chicken shish kebab. I see no reason why I would come back to this place.

I just ordered a Gyro platter with French fries. It was delivered on time, but it was horrible. The meat was so dry it was shredding. Not your typical Gyro meat it was more the texture of dry pot roast. Not flavor and the french fries were soaked in the red cabbage juice so they were soggy. The tzatziki sauce was watered down. The best part was the chunk of feta I paid for on the side. Very disappointed and out 29 buck for one person. Never again
