Phenomenal experience overall. By far the best diner experience! The way they run the entire system is beyond efficient. The owner mentioned that she was short staffed and not once would I have picked up on that if she hadn’t mentioned. Absolutely incredible. The staff is trained to check every table every time they walk the floor. This leads to zero wait time for drink refills, orders, removal of plates after finishing, receiving your check. Here’s the best part, they run this so efficiently, that not once did I feel rushed. The level of comfort inside of this restaurant is exceeding all restaurant expectations by far. If you own a restaurant and want to know how to run it… go grab a bite to eat here. Onto food! We ordered the stuffed french toast, the grilled cheese burger, and a half order frittata. Delicious, all the way around. The frittata’s flavor beats any of the well known places to get a frittata! (Yes, I have tasted most of them.) Before anything else, I loved this place for the name! It sounds like the finale of someone's incredible story, and that alone gave me the warm fuzzies 🥰 The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The food came quickly, in huge portions and for a cheap price. I did not notice a changing table in the woman's bathroom, however; which is worth noting for families with smaller children. They do have high chairs, however. Looking forward to returning our next time through!

Our family ate breakfast here for the first time this morning. In short, we all agreed this was our favorite diner in the area - and there is plenty of competition. I ordered the special "lobster and Utica greens omelet" which stands as the best omelet I've ever had....anywhere. My wife had a made to order omelet and our son had fresh fruit. Everything was excellent. Most notable was the service. The service we received was at a level on par with high class bigger city restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this diner, and greatly appreciated the service we received.

I've lived in CNY for almost 20 yrs, came from a small town where everyone (parents) worked at the GM plant and we had tons of great local dinners. In the city of Syracuse and surrounding area iv never been able to find a good local dinner until now. The food if great, very very clean and the staff is very friendly. Even in a busy morning you don't have the wait for someone to come back to your table. #1

Lovely little diner on the outskirts of Syracuse! Ann and I had BLTs which were perfect after moving day! Last time I was there with my son and best friend for a farewell Blueberry pancake breakfast! Both visits were welcoming and provided delicious comfort food!

Great food, huge portions, and they get you in and out. What Finally Ours has done is a pretty amazing thing, they have perfected the “diner" experience. When you get there, odds are, you will be greeted with a big line. The lines move quick then you'll be seated. You don't have one person waiting on you either, the staff works as a team so you don't wait long for anything. The food comes, it's amazing so you devour it. Get your check, pay, and you're out the door shortly after you got there.

Let's start with the fact that we will be returning! I cannot give anything leas than a 5 star review as i really feel like they should get a 10! The food was amazing! My husband rends to add salt and pepper to everything but not here. They seasoned the food perfectly! He is already planning our next trip. I love everything that i ordered. The coffee was a perfect cup! Most restaurants I always have to ask for extra napkins. Here they had a nice stack of extra napkins waiting! The staff was amazing! The only way to explain it is that they work like a well oiled machine! each person helped and they seemed to work flawlessly with each other! The portions are very generous too!

I didn't take a picture of my food because I ate it too quick, but first time here and not the last time. Servers are on point, always asking if you have coffee or making sure you got your drink order in.All of them work together well. I think the server was the owner which was pretty cool. They did put cheese on my eggs which I asked for it to be on my home fries but it was quickly fixed. The atmosphere is great and food is yummy. Hard to find a great breakfast diner around NY. I lived in FL for 9 years and Maggie maes in Largo is hard to beat but this place is pretty close. Only.......issue is the parking because obviously this place is amazing but I think you can park in the parking area across the way.

The parking lot was packed when we pulled in, so we thought we’d be waiting forever — but nope, we were seated immediately! Our drinks were ordered in under a minute and arrived in no time. Food hit the table in less than 15 minutes, which is almost unheard of. The speed and efficiency here are absolutely unmatched. The omelet was stuffed with ham, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese, served with perfectly crispy home fries and toast. The biscuits and gravy were smothered in rich, creamy sausage gravy over fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns and country fried steak— pure comfort food. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. Portions are huge, prices are fair, and service is top-notch. Definitely one of the best diner experiences we’ve had!

My girlfriend found this unassuming outpost, and I immediately fell in love with their menu options upon first glance! They have daily specials that I've seen few other diners offer, and serve hearty meals that will make you want to become a regular! I recommend their delicious French toast and chopped burger bowls (it was called something else on their menu, but you'll definitely recognize the item when you see the description). We had a party of 31 women and they did an awesome job bringing drinks, taking orders, fast and hot delivery of food and did all individual bills for us ! It was wonderful! And they were packed in the room where they have bigger parties! Food is fantastic !

First time visitor. Busy Saturday morning. Wait was still only 15 minutes. Got seated server came over fast. Got our beverages and ordered food. A couple other servers came over and asked if we got our food ordered too. Nice touch. Food came quick. The garbage plate was a challenge but i got through it all. The turkey and gravy was great too. Many times the servers came over and asked if we were good and if we wanted refills on our beverages. Place was spotless also. 10/10 will go again sometime.

Wow! What a well run diner! When we got there, the parking lot was full, a good first sign. Most impressive was the staff; they were the most hardworking group of people I have ever seen. Everyone was scurrying about and seemed to really care about their customers and providing great service. The food was great too. I spoke to the owner Lisa, who was interacting with her employees and customers the entire time we were there. What a terrific lady she is. Everyone worked as a team, a well oiled machine. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a very good, big food diner. We went with a party of 11 for Sunday brunch and after about a 20 minute wait they had no problem seating us or separating our bill (we were told there was also a party of 30 there at the same time). I had a lobster/crab omelette with hash browns and toast for $15. The omelette was loaded, full of flavor and very good. My wife had eggs Benedict with crab cakes and hollandaise which she very much enjoyed. It was a pleasant drive through the countryside to get there and I’m pretty sure we will return on our next visit to Central, NY.

It's amazing. Every time we come here they are incredibly busy yet they're able to seat you and serve your food quickly. Also their portions of food are huge! Your coffee cups never run dry. Almost didn't go because there were so many cars in the parking lot but sure glad we did! Got seated immediately and our food was out in 5 minutes which was unreal. Portions we're great, quality ingredients and very fast paced staff who is extremely attentive. Very modern interior with PLENTY of space.

My cousin's had a baby shower there. The servers were spot on, they didn't confuse orders, you didn't have to ask for refills and they we're friendly as well. The frittata I ordered was delicious.. I got the small and I was able to have 2 more breakfasts with my leftovers!

5 out of 5 as far as diners go! Great food and great service! It seems like they have a group approach so your coffee is refreshed every few minutes and someone is always checking in on you. (maybe too often if you're looking for a quiet breakfast!) Lots of options but all the standards.

Finally went. I’ve heard so many wonderful things about Finally Ours. Well, all my friends were right. I loved it! The staff was friendly, we were seated and waited on very quickly even though they were super mobbed. The food was very good and the price point was perfect for the ample size portions we received. I hate to say it, I probably won’t get the Reuben anytime soon though. It was absolutely delicious but now I must try other items on the menu. Thanks again for the friendly conversation and a wonderful dining experience. Update 8/14/24. Got one the best salads I’ve had in a long time here. Look at the size of this monster. The chicken souvlaki salad was just awesome. Couldn’t finish it and took half home. Another fine meal !

Awesome service. Super efficient. Got quoted 15 mins for a table and was sat in about 5 mins. The country fried steak was flavorful and filling. Coffee is pretty average but they kept topping up when it got low. Staff seems a bit rushed but that's understandable due to how quickly they turn tables over and bring food out. I went there today to have breakfast with a friend of mine. The service was really fast, we got seated as so as we got through the doors. The food was even really good and was delivered to our table even faster. We both ordered 2 eggs over easy with toast and bacon. It was perfect. The server was very attentive and polite. I used their bathroom and the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. You don't find bathrooms very clean anymore. Nowadays, nobody wants to clean them. I rate this restaurant 5 star. All the way across the board, I recommend it for anyone with a large family to call ahead. Service with a smile is what really stood out.

This diner is absolutely fantastic! Every time I passed by, there was always a crowd waiting outside, so I knew it had to be good. I finally got the chance to visit with my family last week, and it did not disappoint. We went on a Sunday afternoon and only waited about 20 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. Once we were seated, the service was impressively quick and super friendly. The staff was attentive, constantly checking in and making sure everything was just right. The food was absolutely delicious! I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

WOW. What a gem of a place. The menus on the TV screen don't tell half the story. We came per recommendation of a friend and I ordered a stuffed French toast (savory with sausage and cheese). Friend ordered frittata with sausage and my dad ordered some Mano Loco egg dish with hash browns. The coffee refills were free and much needed. We left so stuffed. We all agreed the service was top notch. The staff was very attentive and actively looking to see if anyone needed more coffee or water. We arrived at 9am and were seated in the overflow room which was empty. By 10am the entire place was full, so go early! FIVE STARS 🤩

We are not from the area and drove out here on a recommendation. It did not disappoint. This is probably one of the best brunches we’ve ever had! Everything was excellent: the food, the service, the cleanliness of the restaurant. I had the pork belly omelette with Utica greens and hash browns and my wife ordered the mandarin berry cheesecake French toast. They were both divine!

There’s nothing like a Saturday brunch with your friends and this place was the perfect fit for us! There was plenty of people waiting to be seated when we arrived, but they sat us in less than 10 minutes, which shows how much they care to offer great service. I've been wanting to stop in here and try the food. A little out of my way to work but when I got out of bed I was craving some breakfast food. Having been told recently how good this place was I had to stop by and try it for myself. After looking at the menu I decided to try the homemade hash with an order of eggs and side of Bacon. The portion size was unreal the hash was amazing. I ate what I could of it and was forced to box up the rest. With large parking there's plenty of room to pack people in. Walking inside the decor is clean and fresh with plenty of seats to accommodate a large number of guests. The price was fair considering you get what you pay for. Large portions. Good food. Good service. I'm looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu.

What a fantastic place! It was our first time eating here and we were blown away. The owner (Lisa) waited on us and she was tremendous. The staff were great and the food was amazing. We'll definitely be back. We tried the stuffed french toast, biscuits with sausage gravy, a meat frittata, and a Utica greens & pork belly omelette; all were great. Heck, even the toast was done perfectly.

This is the best diner I've been to. Service is ridiculously exceptional. Food is always fresh, and hot food is served hot. Lisa the owner served us with such a pleasant smile and demeanor as usual. The food is so great and the whole menu is amazing really! The staff is so attentive it’s unbelievable. Gets a little loud in the restaurant at times when it’s very very busy, but to me that just means that the restaurant is the best place to be. 😃 I ordered the Whole Grain Cranberry pancakes 🥞 and they were perfectly tasty. I come here pretty regularly. Betty is the best waitress. Super kind and down to earth while being efficient with a smile on her face. I have to say that Finally Ours is my favorite diner in the Syracuse area. I’m lucky that it is right by my house. Ever since their opening, the food has been a consistent steady improvement. Their sandwiches particularly the club are wonderful. I recommend the delicious hearty corned beef hash plate and the warm crispy Frosted Flakes French toast for breakfast. For lunch I recommend the garbage plate with macaroni salad, French fries, spicy meat sauce, and two cheeseburgers. Their desserts are incredible. When I order one, I always get the carrot cake which is out of this world. Recently I have been delving into their growing specials board. The stuffed French toast has been divine. I believe the two pictured are the cinnamon swirl and the eclair with dark chocolate and tart raspberries and blackberries. Thank you Finally Ours staff for all that you do to serve the community!

Excellent food - seriously the best Benny I’ve had in a very long time! Service was great, but I think our order got lost as several tables that were seated after us received their food before us, but hey, mistakes happen 🤷‍♀️! The place was sparkling clean, table turnover was amazingly fast and with the exception of it being so loud (it was busy!!!), the atmosphere was very nice! This will definitely be one of our go to places - just not on the weekends, it was super busy!

Good way to start your morning off with a big breakfast from here. The staff was okay; depending on how busy they are you may have to flag ya waiter/waitress down. The food was great. They have tons of options and the portions are huge. I will be surprised if anyone leaves here hungry. Also the prices were very affordable.

In my experience, this is not only the best diner in Syracuse, it's also one of the best casual restaurants in town. As with other diners, portions are large and prices are reasonable. What sets this place apart from the rest is the high quality of the food. The menu offers a wide selection for breakfast and lunch, and check out the specials listed on a new video screen straight ahead of you as you enter. For breakfast, try the Baby Jack which includes 2 eggs, meat of choice, and one of their delicious dinner-plate-size pancakes with butter and real maple syrup (upon request, with an upcharge). For lunch you can't go wrong with the Philly cheesesteak or grilled cheese bacon burger combination with Boom-Boom sauce. The club sandwiches are also very good. From Labor Day through Memorial Day, they're open for dinner on Fridays (with an emphasis on seafood). Service is friendly and fast even when they're busy, which is most of the time. UPDATE-1: I tried their breakfast sandwich for the first time. It comes on a large toasted English muffin with egg, meat and cheese and a side of potatoes. I chose a fried egg over medium with bacon, and a side of home fries. Excellent! UPDATE-2: The last two times I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich it was so greasy I couldn't eat it. They need to drain the oil they use to cook the steak on a flat-top grill before constructing the sandwich. I've decreased my rating of the diner from five stars down to four stars. UPDATE-3: I tried the new "start the fire" burger and really enjoyed it. For a $2 up charge, I substituted a side salad with thousand Island dressing for the French fries. Also very good. UPDATE-4: My wife very much enjoyed a vegetable omelette with a side of cinnamon toast. I did not fear as well with the fried clams. In the future I'll order fried shrimp.

Awesome food, great prices and delicious desserts! One of my definite go to places. Depending on the day of the week they might be a little busy however you are never left waiting long for your food.

Everything was delicious and portion sizes were great! Only complaints I have were the oj was almost 4 bucks for a small glass. And the sausage gravy was a little disappointing. It tasted like they made the gravy, then added pizza sausage to it.

This is a go to breakfast/brunch option for my group of friends. With the exception of the sausage gravy, which may be the worst I’ve found anywhere, I’ve never had a bad dish here. The staff is fantastic as well.

Pancakes were battery tasting, not fully cooked. My dad said eggs tasted like rubber. However, service was excellent and fast.

This is a great breakfast place! The owners have been in the restaurant industry for years and opened this spot after years of working for other restaurants. I love coming here for breakfast. The portions are huge and there menu has a lot of options for breakfast. It's always very busy here, but you'll be seated very quickly. They have a large seating area. I love their coffee, fresh OJ, omelettes and hash browns. Their food is freshly made and is always delicious. I can't wait to come back here for breakfast again soon.

Great service and amazing atmosphere! Finally Ours is a wonderful little diner with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Your cup will never go empty with this kind of service. The food was good and reasonably priced. I would recommend their pancakes and garbage plate. If you're looking for a friendly, comfortable place for breakfast or lunch, this is a great choice. I’d definitely come back!

Another GREAT DINER ADDITION to the Syracuse area. Located on a back road in Onondaga, it's a quick car ride. Plenty of parking in front and across a little side street. The inside is half DINER and half thrown together extra seating 😀😀 It works. The service staff are great! Never went without coffee or water or needs met. The food is fabulous👌 Everything you'd need in a DINER! Everything we ordered was great! Omellettes, eggs, French toast, and a bowl of chili! I mean the TOAST was even buttered properly!

I have read fantastic reviews and love traveling around trying new restaurants. This place is always packed, which is a good sign. We were sat and given drinks immediately. The waiter was kind and the food came out rather quick. It is very loud in there, so put your hearing aids on prior to visiting as you will get questions from random staff if you want your drink refilled or if you are done eating because you are sitting taking a break. If you hear them wrong and say yes, as one does when you have no idea what someone is saying, there goes your food. All jokes aside. My husband loved his breakfast garbage plate and the home fries were seasoned well. My go to is stuffed french toast, not all diners have it, so when they do I order it. They had sweet and savory choices. I chose sweet. The stuffed french toast here was way different than how it is normally made. I have no idea what bread they used, but it had a hard crust and was stuffed with plain cream cheese. Normally it is made sweetened; powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese paired with fruit. The bread was not even breaded in an egg, cinnamon, milk coating, it looked like and tasted like just egg. I ate it, I don’t waste food. However, a description of what the dish really was, from what bread they used, to what they stuff it with would have helped me make a better decision when it came to ordering. I will definitely go back and try something different. Anyway, I hate to bash restaurants, clearly this place is amazing, I just ordered the wrong thing for my taste buds.

I returned to this spot after seeing it highlighted on two different influencers I follow on TikTok raving about their breakfast burrito. I however did not care for it. With pork belly as my protein I found it to be way too greasy and it ended up falling apart almost immediately. It was so hot off the grill, the meat, cheese and veggies melded together a bit too much for my liking muting the flavor into a hot, greasy casserole. I also purchased a cinnamon roll that I didn't find could rival a Cinnamon. As I was leaving I caught a glimpse of their breakfast quesadilla which looked really good so next time I will try that.

I stopped her today to get a quick snack after my natures walk. My wife and I sat at the counter. After waiting for about 10-12 minutes the waitress came. I asked if they have hotdogs and fries. The waitress pointed at the menu where it stated hog and fries for $7.00. I asked if she could put chili on my hotdog. The waitress said yes, no problem. My wife order just a simple chili cheese fries. The we ordered a drink each. After the order was placed and the drinks came. My wife and I decided to go out side for a sit until the order was completed. We told then the waitress what we were doing and she said no problem. When we came back to the seat, my drink and silverware was missing. I asked for the drink and silverware to be returned. It took more the 10 minutes to Have my drink and even the silverware to Be returned. While the food Is getting cold. Now we are ready to pay and I had to wait nearly 15 minutes until I get the check, Now I look at the check and I see that I was charged $16.00 for my 7.00 hotdog and fries. When I was to see if there is some Kind of mistake. I was told that the item the waitress pointed to me and was very clearly priced $7.00. The waitress decided to charge me 16.00. And then told me that on their menu it stated that prices can vary. As an excuse for the price. Then she asked the owner. The owner stated take two dollars off the price. So my wife ordered chili cheese fries only and was charged 12.99. Just for the fries. There was barely any parking and even less tables for service. This is why we decided to sit at the counter. Guys and gals to top it off at the end after I payed the waitress came over and look up ( in front of me how much I gave for a tip. ) I just had to leave that this point. It’s not the prices that I have a real problem with , it’s the change in prices with my knowledge and overall experience of the waitress. As most people that know me, know I eat out a lot. A reasonable example would be like out of a week I eat out 5 days out of 7. In many restaurants. I would normally leave a photo or maybe comment about the portions or taste of the food. This way you would have a good idea of the many great places to eat. But here I will not promote this restaurant because of the treatment and even lack of care I witnessed for the people who are ordering. Customers should be treated with respect and the price for any item should be clearly stated and visible or at the very least clearly agreed a pound if it is going to be different then stated on the menu. Not just made up on the go and expected to be payed. In closing thoughts: This restaurant at frist glance seemed to be promising. With the lack of parking in the main restaurant. I thought , well perhaps this is a good place. After parking and approaching the restaurant, it seemed atmospheric and even with a Halloween theme I thought it was pleasant entering the restaurant seemed extremely busy, which furthered my thoughts. It must be a good restaurant after experiencing what I have experienced. I will state that a restaurant should be paying attention to each and every customer in what their employees are doing, or lack of doing to present one thing to a customer and then give them another to take away their items and being forced to wait 15 minutes to even get back my drink and silverware while I wait for my food cooling in front of me that was not exactly pleasant. but after the pricing issue and the issue to even get a resolved which, by the way, the only resolution I received was that the owner knocked two dollars off of my meal. I would suggest if going to this place you will receive tasty food from what I’ve seen and tasted at least my meal, but you have no idea what you’ll be charged or even if you’ll get your meal or the way it’s supposed to be done or if even if it’s hot, I think this restaurant needs to rethink customer service. My first time trying this place out I called in a takeout. A whole Frittata it was huge totally filled a large container. Very impressive. My problem was 1/4 way through it I pulled someone’s long dark hair out of my mouth it was cooked right in the egg. Totally disgusting! Lost my appetite and through out the $23.00 Frittata. Please start wearing hair nets or caps!
