P.F. Chang's - Tucson

First time here on 01/30/22 and it was excellent! It was my wife's birthday dinner and we arrived here shortly after 5:00 and had no wait. Karen was our server and she was awesome! By the time we were ready to leave the place was packed. Karen boxed up our leftovers and we had enough for lunch next day. They have a rewards program also, bar area with TV's, and they recommend reservations for busier times. We'll definitely be returning.

12/26/2022. Our long-awaited return to P.F. Chang's! We dined in at lunch on Christmas Eve and ordered heaps of food to take home for Christmas Day. At the restaurant, I went into sushi mode and sampled the Dynamite sushi roll and the Dragon sushi roll. Both were presented beautifully -- the server arrived with the sushi domed in a haze of smoke. The lid was lifted, the smoke dispersed, and there was the sushi! The sushi did have a very slightly smoky flavor, which was great. My favorite was the Dynamite Roll with the tempura shrimp. I also tried the Singapore Street Noodles -- I'm not much into noodle dishes, but this is delicious. I also have to mention the service, which was impeccable. Friendly, unassuming, competent. Finally, we took home Chang's Spicy Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Chicken and Veggie Fried Rice. Yep, it's almost gone already..... Keep up the great work, you're a gem in the Tucson area! ----- P.F. Chang’s is our go-to restaurant for high quality Chinese food. Pictured here is the lobster avocado roll, which is a very satisfying sushi roll, among others. I recommend their spicy chicken, fried rice, and Kung Pao chicken, among other dishes. The staff are also friendly and attentive, and the restaurant sports an attractive design in the dining room.

Alyssa took great care of the 4 of us tonight. Not very busy Tuesday night. Music is loud… Chefs feast for us: lettuce wraps, chicken and shrimp 🦐 Thank you from your Tucson friends 😎😇🙏

Singapore noodles and orange chicken were excellent. Complimentary fortune cookies are given after meals.

This is my first time at this restaurant. I really loved the atmosphere, customer service, and food. Our waitress Brittney was so nice and helpful with the menu. When we sat down, the first waiter gave us a drink menu, and the girl told us to scan the qr code for the online menu. When our new waitress Brittney stepped out, she offered us a paper menu because we were struggling. The food was so good and I was really surprised when we received our food within the 40 min after ordering. Quick service, great food, great atmosphere, and I left satisfied 😌.

Our waiter Kevin was phenomenal! He managed/juggled multiple tables but continued to give us 5 star service!

My first time trying the ribs. I was impressed bc I usually don't eat ribs. Both hosts were nice and kind.

The wife and all my sister and their husbands love this place. Great food and customer service. The waitress Rebecca was outstanding and ensured we were taken care of (ask for her). Plenty to choose from on their menu. Their drink selection is commendable. Good dessert only recommendations is they need alittle more selection on the dessert 🍨 🥧 menu

Our server Hanna was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered thoughtful suggestions. Hanna checked in with our table regularly and always offered friendly/humorous banter. The entire family was laughing and agreed that she is our favorite server ever! We loved her!

Our server was Brittany, she was amazing. From the second we sat down she was very welcoming and friendly. We never had to ask for our waters to be refilled. Brittany was very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious, I ordered the Mongolian Beef along with Pork Dumplings-pan fried as my appetizer, there was so much flavor. Overall a really good dining experience, I will bring my family back.

Great place for an anniversary dinner. Our servers Dawn and Nick absolutely killed it. They gave great recommendations and were so charismatic that it elevated our dining experience. My favorite dish was the Flaming Red Wantons and the Black Pepper Fillet. I can't wait to come back again.

Took the family out for lunch. Had the pepper chicken myself and it was most excellent. Of course the spring rolls and lettuce wraps were great as well. We got there a little after 1 pm so it wasn't too crowded. Our server Adrianna was awesome. She was friendly and helped with menu suggestions. Adrianna made the whole experience even better. Prices are on par with other places like P. F. Chang's.

Cheyenne is the best waitress I have ever witnessed! Her sweet demeanor is unmatched. Her service is above and beyond any expectations. Service was great and food was delicious! I took my daughter and parents as we were passing through to Phoenix. Our server was attentive and very friendly! The music was a little too loud for my elderly parents, but overall good atmosphere. Thank you!

We were there to have a Valentina family event, we did have reservations and was seated right away, our waiter was very friendly and helpful regarding wine recommendations and bringing our food to us when it was still hot even though the place was busy he was there to fill our drinks and ask us if we were doing ok if we needed anything and so kind to us. The place was clean and beautiful, we enjoyed ourselves very much and will return again and recommend it to friends and family.

So glad we found a P. F. Changs in Tucson. It is as much fun and exceptional food as we have come to expect from other locations. Our server Karen was outstanding! Looking forward to seeing her again soon on our next visit.

I love PF Changs. I have celiac so need gluten free food. I get the spicy chicken with fried rice and the yummy chocolate souffle. Soooo delicious! I havent gotten sick and i eat it maybe every couple months. Staff is always so sweet and food fresh and hot 🔥

Rebecca was wonderful! She was very attentive. The gluten-free options here are great. The gf chicken lettuce wraps and gf fried rice are my favorite. We will be back!

Karen was our server, and she was great! The food was so good and filling. The atmosphere was very nice too. Overall, I had a really wonderful experience!

Because ordering the night before Christmas after 4pm is never a good idea. Our order was more than an hour + behind schedule. The front hostesses clueless and the hooe is that they got zero of the tip. The servers and the takeaway staff were phenomenal and working their butts off. Despite, the energy was not eratic and heavy. Everything was delicious. Mind you, I had to leave and come back so when I rolled in again, I was taken care of immediately. I tipped well because the backend folls were truly in Hell's Kitchen.

I had the mongolian lunch special and it was great. Adrianna was the best server I've literally ever had in my life. She was incredibly nice and super attentive. I will be back and will definitely request her. I enjoyed my lunch experience so much.

Brittany was our server. She is an excellent server who really knows the menu options. It's great see P.F. Changs went back to there original sauce recipes. We quit eating here because the the other sauces sucked. We're back now. Thank You!!!

Siempre que voy a Tucson, me reuno con mus hermanas y nos vamos a comer a diferentes Restaurantes. En esra ocacion, fuimos a P.f. Chang, comimos deliciosos camarones, y el Chef nos regalo unos ejotes preparados a su estilo, muy sabrosos. Pasamos una tarde amena y disfrutamos de un ambiente muy agradable.

Excelente lugar y servicio. Vale la pena hacer reservación con anticipación porque por lo general siempre está lleno y podrías esperar tiempos de hasta 1 hora para conseguir mesa. Los mejores platillos gourmet de comida china.

Es un lugar con comida asiática de calidad. Es un lugar muy limpio y elegante, cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. Es algo caro, sus platillos son de buen sabor, excelente presentación y porción suficiente.

Rica los platillos y muy buena atención, y solo les hace falta atención en español porque también vamos mexicanos a consumir y necesitamos atención en español. Gracias

I must say that I really enjoyed my meal tonight. I really wasn't a big fan of P.F. Chang's, it was more my wife's go to place. But Michael our server made the experience. He was on top of it! Granted it was a pretty slow day, but he made it enjoyable. We had the Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lo Mein, and Fried Rice. All dishes were good! Oh.....had the Cheese Cake as well. Walked away paying $59.73 not including tip. Recommend :) Please like the review after viewing! :)

The food is always good. This visit the portions looked as they've been reduced by half. Inside climate was so cold. Server said he had been working since they opened today and was kinda complaining.

We came for an early lunch. There were lots of table available when we arrived. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The food came out promptly. The folks who ordered the crispy honey chicken were very pleased with the entree. It was a very nice lunch and we will be back again. We returned for dinner. The crab wontons were great. Our entrees were very tasty but also very spicy. I asked for light spice on my Chang's Spicy Chicken and it still had quite a a kick. I will be sure we ask about spice level on future visits. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful throughout the meal.

We decided on PF Changs for my birthday 🎂 Our server was Brian. Very nice guy. It was crazy busy because it was also Mothers day & prom groups, so service was a little slow but I watched Brian and other servers go from table to table, they never seemed to lose a beat and kept on smiling. Our food was really good! I had Changs spicy chicken 🐔 it was very delicious but not spicy at all!! In all fairness though I eat super spicy all the time and may have lost a few taste buds! 😛 my Hubby had Tonkotsu Ramen 🥣. He thought it was very Tasty indeed. 😉😁 Our drinks 🍸🍺were also good 👍 👌 We had the Fire & Ice 🔥&🧊 (bread pudding & ice cream wrapped in a ball of chocolate and covered in caramel sauce and then 151 rum poured over top and set on fire 🔥 😋) In all it was a pretty good experience!! A little crowded because rules have been released. There is a notice on the doors that masks are recommended. Personally I loved the feeling of back to normalcy. Still it was very safe and all staff wore masks 😷

P.F. Chang’s is your local franchise chain of average Chinese food. What else can I say? I mean, the waitstaff was on point. There’s that. I guess it’s a fun place to go if you’re younger. Like, 10 years old to 25 … Oh! They do offer Wednesday night for ladies now! Half off bottles of wine and champagne. Don’t ask me about the selection … 😉 PS; spendy for what you get food wise. Only went because my 17 year old daughter wanted to go. And now we both know. PF Chang’s is more for ‘young fun’ or hey, Wednesday Ladies Night …

Good food! the appetizers menu I think it is much better than the entrees. We started with lettuce wraps (delicious) and crab dumplings For main course I got the spicy chicken with fried rice, it was mild spicy and little bit sweet

My parents and I went to celebrate my Birthday a few days early. I ordered the Surf & Turf expecting a piece of lobster a few shrimp and some filet mignon; instead I received a plate of tempura style shrimp with 2 pieces of tempura lobster and a couple of chunks of steak in a greasy metal plate with grease-drenched potatoes, mushrooms and asparagus. Not my idea of a $24 plate. We ate and I thank you for the hospitality.

Not what I expected, especially for the price. Lots of noodles, very little meat. Lots of oil used. Tasted good, but more oily than flavorful. Cheesecake was ok. Costco has better cheesecake. This was the second time I ate here. Won’t try it again. It’s not bad, just not worth the price. Oh, the crab Rangoon’s were made with real crab, they were good but needed more cream cheese! Edit: okay, so I tried it again. Ate inside. The service was too notch. Dumplings amazing. Noodles still the same. Good. Will eat again.

I came here to spend the gift card my Aunt give me as a present for Christmas. The place is very nice and spacious for those who like to come in big groups. I came by myself and took me a good amount of time to make a decision for my order. I scan the code to see the menu on my phone and the thing I noticed that pretty much all the food and drinks don't show pictures. So I have to Google some of the food pictures. The menu doesn't say what kind of sides or how much extra are. Some of the Steaks items don't say how many ounces. I decided to order the Wagyu steak with the fried rice to give it a try. The food was good but the portion was very small that I left still hungry. I doubt I would recommend this meal for the asking price ($36 dlls plus $5 dlls for the fried rice). If you want to have a nice meal in a good place I would recommend it. If you're really hungry, go somewhere else.

I used to really like P F Chang's, this is the first chance that I have had to eat at one of their restaurants in several years. I remember the food being very tasty with some spice. This visit was a bit disappointing. The Lettice Wraps were still pretty good, the Hot and Sour Soup was great, however my main dish, Mongolian Beef was lack luster. The server was friendly but indifferent and not very attentive. If we wanted something we had to flag her down when she came out of hiding. For the price that they charge the meal and service should have been excellent.

Food just average. Not willing to accommodate reasonable requests like soft noodles rather than crispy noodles. Not willing to make a wine spritzer drink . A bit pricey. Glass of plum wine 11.00. Service was good . Not as enjoyable as it used to be.

Don't order from here. The food prices are high and the quantities are low. The kitchen is consistent but the staff that puts it in the plastic containers is not. Sometimes you get a scoop of cole slaw, sometimes a spoonfull. Sometimes all three sauces you order, sometimes three of only one sauce. Sometimes that extra soy sauce packet you didn't ask for and don't need. Sometimes plastic forks. Sometimes chopsticks. Never the two together and certainly not today.

Door dash was great but we are done with PF Changs. Two orders of egg rolls are burnt. Lettuce raps taste burned. And the last two times we’ve ordered chicken fried rice and pad Thai the chicken is substantially over cooked and extremely dry. I think theyre cooking mass quantities of chicken and and re cooking it to throw it in different dishes. Our meal was $130 and it’s inedible for the second time.

What happened to P.F. Chang's? Have been loyal costumers for years but we won't be returning. Although their customer service has always been great the food has been terrible. Edamame was soggy, salmon was very fishy, and my husband's chicken dish tasted like lean cuisine.

I have eaten here 3 or 4 times with a friend. This last visit I tried the Mongolian beef, gluten free option. Told server I have Celiac, can't have cross contamination, gluten ingredients, etc, and she assured me the kitchen will be informed and take precautions. The food was delicious! But within hours of getting home, stomach pain started, then the trouble that comes next, and skin rash, sore joints, etc. I was indeed glutened. I'm so disappointed. I liked having them on my "safe" list. But never again.
