Food and service tonight was 🔥 and fast Keep up good work. Only thing I wish y'all had was the blackened chicken. But that's ok, it is almost close to closing. I enjoyed my meal very much I work graveyard so most times I just have to grab something quick. Most definitely will be back everything was hot and fresh

I stopped in to pick up a very large order. I ordered at the counter and waited approx 15 min for my items to be prepared. For what I ordered the wait was not a problem. I probably could have called it in or ordered online. The place was pleasant and clean and busy. The manager and employees were very accommodating during my wait.

This restaurant is a regular stop for me when I travel through the Nut Tree area. They remained open throughout most of the pandemic, I think once they were drive though only. When I travel, a meal stop for me requires a working restroom. For obvious reasons. Especially since I'll be eating with my hands. This Popeyes has always had great service and hot fresh food when I have visited, for about 10 years or so now. It's a reliable food and rest stop for my travels. Unfortunately they choose to park a large dirty pallet covered with a filthy plastic covering on my last visit in the middle of the dining room. I hope it doesn't stay there long. It's really quite disgusting. That's the reason for the 3 stars for atmosphere. I don't visit my "local" Popeyes, I had several bad experiences with the 3 stores owned by the franchises where I live. Nice to get my Popeyes "fix" when I travel.

I'm a Popeyes fan but this review is on the staff. At this particular location the staff was real nice and friendly. I forgot an order and they were so kind in fixing it at the window. The young lady at the window today was very nice. I didn't catch her name but she was a real professional. It was about 12:40pm today. Thank you. I will be back for more chicken sandwiches. 😁

When they’re on Friday night before the game at Will C wood to grab barbecue and lemon pepper wings and it was awesome the bathrooms are 88 compliant there’s plenty of handicap parking right by the front door the line wasn’t that long but we were afraid to try to take the sprinter van height through the drive-through for fear of not clearing the overhead service window

A great place to grab crispy chicken. Their recipe is very unique. Breaded chicken might be a good comparison. They have a variety of chicken flavors to choose from. I ordered the chicken tender meal and it was delicious. Staff provide excellent customer service.

I’ve eaten at this Popeye’s location an about a dozen times. I’ve rarely had any issues with service or the food. I get the chicken sandwich when I am tired of going to the other chicken sandwich joints in town and haven’t been disappointed yet. The sandwich has always been hot and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. Mashed potatoes are a staple side for me, and is a nice alternative to the usual side of fries. The staff has always been helpful and polite at this location and is a big reason I come back.

The food is always tasty, especially the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The employees are polite and very helpful. You may have to wait a little because they seem to be very popular with the locals and tourists but it is well worth it.

LOVE their food! And their $5 daily specials are just the right size to fill you up. This location was severely understaffed to the point that it looked like the employees were having to choose between filling orders quickly (which they weren't, even though the employees were clearly scrambling to fill them) and cleaning tables/maintaining the place. Because of this, they were out of lids at the drink area (which wasn't filled even after we told them within the 45 minutes or so we were there) and there was a huge package of napkins on the front counter that guests were expected to help themselves to. No tables were cleaned during our visit, even though they were used many times. Despite all this, over all the appearance of the restaurant was good compared to many fast food places in the area.

I didn't eat here, but I picked up an order for someone else and they seemed satisfied. The environment was nice and calm, but the service was the standout. The people behind the counter were acknowledging to incoming customers and cordial to everyone. They even offered me a drink while I waited to pick up the order. When the order was ready they came from behind the counter when I was distracted and hand-delivered it to me out on the floor. Excellent!

I got the spicey chicken sandwich, that's my jam. It's hit and miss but I guess it's time of the day related cause it seems like it's a bit soggy later in the day. When it hits though, ohhh snap! Pro tip: I usually get the spicey sauce on the side because it's hecka salty. If you have time, eat in as soggyness don't wait for nobody.

Quiet. Workers didn't seem to care if they took our order or not. The food was fresh tasting- oil was clean. I can't believe the cost of a biscuit, 3 chicken tenders, and some coleslaw. I could have bought a nice petit filet for the cost of the meal. Portion was large enough for me but it wouldn't feed a growing boy or adult male.

I placed an online order and when I picked it up I was missing my extra biscuit and they gave me tartar sauce for my shrimp instead of cocktail even though it was listed on the online order AND they asked me again at the window. Just didn't pay any attention to the order

Disappointed that a few items were not in our bags and I had to go back to get our items. You go thru the drive-thru so you don't have to go in. Ugh!!! My grandson really wanted Popeyes Chicken Sandwich with lots of pickles and thy drained fries. We had to go back for a while meal. It was terrible.

Service is off. Ordered the $5 box as it states on the website and store but they don't have or honor it and $4.49 for Mac n Cheese no thanks crazy. The food is good though. 3 stars.

Our chicken was very small drumstick and thigh food was hot and tasty fries good biscuit good the counter person was very friendly and I asked her how spicy the shrimp was and she did say it is flavored with spices and may be hot she offered a piece of shrimp and It was too spicy for me so I got the 6 dollar 2 piece meal I have always been satisfied with my chicken 🐔 so if I had dined in I probably would have said something right then but I took it home so not much could be done I know this restaurant us very busy and always friendly and courtesy a plus I will next time ask for bigger pieces

Food was good, place looked clean. I just didn't like that I ordered a 2 piece meal, and luckily I checked before I left, because the heavy set girl, think she was the manager...had put just two tiny wings in the box. I brought it to her attention and she did add a breast. Had I wanted two wings I would have bought two at like $1.78 each. But I was paying over $8.00... I am unsure as to if it was done on purpose or if it was a genuine mistake. The rice and beans I took as my side dish, I had to dump it because it smelled funky, like it was left over from the day before and was not refrigerated properly, it even looked funky. The biscuits were nice and warm and tasty.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I waited 17 minutes for my meal and got nipped on chicken size. My boyfriend waited even longer and after 19 mins they told us they ran out of fries. And his favorite dipping sauces. It would have been nice to know earlier. But the chicken is still great!

Food was ready before I even finished putting the cap on my drink. Mac and cheese was a solid glob of...mass? Probably sat under the heat lamp too long. Shout out to Jaime for spending more time flirting with his coworker rather than taking orders. He is oblivious to you staring right at him at the counter even though you're 3 feet from him. He's more interested in his coworker than performing his job. If it wasn't for the girl telling him, he probably would have ignored his line forever. Service is a 1 star as expected from most Popeyes locations.

I went to get the new hushpuppy shrimp combo. I asked for the cajun rice as the side. When he repeated it back, he had the order wrong. So I repeated it & I asked him to repeat back to me. He still had it wrong so I told him a third time. I get to the window, paid & he handed me the bag & the receipt. I asked for honey mustard. I ALWAYS ck the bag briefly to make sure. There were fries instead of the rice & no cocktail sauce that it states it comes with. Now a woman came to the window & I told her it was wrong. She said they would just make a new order. I see SO many reviews saying this or that was wrong. If they took a couple of seconds to make sure it's correct, there wouldn't be a problem & they wouldn't leave a negative review. No offense, but I get so tired of these young, inexperienced employees, from anywhere, not paying attention, getting things wrong and/or not knowing the menu. The manager should not have them be on their own til they know the menu. When I got home, I realized he had given me the spicy honey mustard. When he gave me the mustard, I saw it was the yellow container but didn't read it to be the spicy one. In the end, the shrimp & rice were good. I guess they hadn't had the rice for awhile. 🍤 *** Don't forget your senior d/c !

Tried the sandwich everyone's been talking about and it was very good. The line inside and outside was outrageous so I do believe they could work on being efficient with their service in that regard. We opted to eat inside thinking it may be quicker but it did take about 30 mins to finally order. Chicken tenders didnt have taste and the shrimp was delicious as usual. Family tried mac and cheese for first time and enjoyed it. Overall decent experience due to most food ordered but the waste of time and other meals purchased gives them an okay rating overall.

I was maybe one of the last drive through customers for the night. I ordered my food, staff prepared it, and the person who appeared to look like the shift manager brought my food to the window and turned around to do something else. As I waited for another 5 mins, the person who appeared to be the shift mgr told the person who took my order to give me my food. I don't understand why she couldn't have just open the dang window and gave it to me?!?! Other then that, we still enjoyed our meal. I knew I should have taken a picture.

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but this place is slacking. The last 4 times I have bought food here, the order has been messed up. Usually minor things like terrible drive thru service attitude, a missing item, "a three piece instead of a five" or "mild when it was supposed to be spicy". But the visit prior to today the food was cold, chewy, and obviously old. This current visit today has managed to top that. Beyond the fact that the cooking area of the restaurant was visibly dirty from the drive thru window, we had multiple missing side dishes, meals that don't even have fries in the box, and on top of that, 3 separate "creole cocktail" sauce packets that have obvious stab marks thru the top and tossed into the bag. Effectively coating everything in the bag as all items were somehow smashed. We had to request our drinks after waiting for our food in the parking lot as I cleaned the sauce up as well as possible. Meal boxes smashed to the point the tops were ripping off. Alot of this seemed intentional, However I would have no explanation why. Would just like to see them step up their game as the Popeyes brand food is typically great as far as fast food goes IMO. Would be nice to get that here at our Vacaville location. Would give this 0 stars. 30Days later: Returned to the location yet again, mostly because I refuse to give up on the food. And I can't say enough good things about my experience. Food was hot, fresh, and very fast. Kitchen area appeared clean. My order was spot on, and the service was courteous. Visits like this one keep me coming back. Will be returning again soon. Rate today 5 stars.

This location was very busy at the dinner rush. It took close to 30-45 minutes for us to get our dinner here. We just ordered 3 single serve combos. There was also no ice in the soda machine. There wasn't that many utensils left & we couldn't find ketchup for my fries. The food was good & cashier was nice though.

This Popeyes location is never know for its service, but known to get your order wrong or have missing items. Well this visit was no different than my previous visits. I have not been to this Popeyes for quite some time because I can’t stand the bad, slow service or having to come back to the restaurant because I am missing something on my takeout order. I came here to grab some dinner since I was in the area and since I haven’t been here in a while, I was hopeful things would be different. The ordering on the App was easy. The order was completed on time. I arrived a few minutes before the complete time and checked in with a cashier and was told that they are working on my order. I can here someone say to make sure there are 2 coleslaws for my order. When I got my order I was just going to drive home, but remembered the last time I got takeout here, I drove home without checking my order and ended up having to drive all the way back to get my missing item. I told my wife to check the order and lo and behold we were missing the 2nd coleslaw even those someone had mentioned to make sure there was 2 coleslaws. They were not busy that day and had plenty of workers, so I am not sure how they can screw up my order. When I walked back in, I stood at the counter waiting for a couple minutes before someone finally noticed there was a customer standing at the counter (someone was on their cell phone, lots of chit chat conversations, but no one manning the counter. I was given the missing coleslaw right away when I mentioned the missing item. I have never “not” had a problem at this location. I am not sure what the deal is here, I guess they just need better management and training of staff. They didn’t have the AC on or maybe it was broken, so they had the door propped open. I have never had an issue at other Popeyes locations.

Unfortunately, this was the overcrispiest shrimp ever and wat too, too hard.l, close to tooth cracking. Super friendly drive through staff, especially after driving pass the pay window thinking there was a second pick up window. Powdered dipping sauce not a great option.

Luv that chicken from Popeye's! ...that was four years ago. I still love it when I GET it; usually spicy thighs for lunch, but the last two times my son went to punch up tenders, they were missing from the order. Twice, pieces, each time we paid $12.39. Each time the most expensive item in our order! Is someone on the staff eating them? Can they be sold twice? Third time's the charm! We got tenders.

The Popeye drive thru is right next to Interstate 80. As I was ordering, it was super difficult to hear what the person on the speaker was saying. The volume of the person speaking was a near whisper. Not sure if it was a technical issue or intentional. She didn’t ask me to repeat myself. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. But for sure the freeway noise didn’t help. I ordered a (6) piece wing combo and wanted the wings not tossed in a sauce. I just wanted it original, unsauced. She said that they don’t sell it unsauced and I must pick a flavor. Hmm. This didn’t seem right. So I just picked the garlic parmesan to end the standoff and go on with my life. I ate in the car. The wings were tossed in a wet sticky sauce, it tasted awful. Tasted nothing like garlic or parmesan. Didn’t look that great either. I did my best to wipe the sauce off. The mashed potato was tasty though. I ate my meal and lived to tell about it.

At least 4 of the workers behind the counter were wearing masks below their noses, which really defeats the whole purpose of mask wearing. In addition, we had to wait 30 minutes for our order, which judging by other reviews seems to be a regular occurrence here.

Some days/nights are good, others are problematic. Incorrect orders, overcooked food, overcharged & rude employees. If you ever come across a problem, don't call them... They won't answer regardless of how many times you call. And after waiting in a long line again, they lie to you about why they didn't answer & why your order was incorrect. I've come to the conclusion things have gone downhill here & it starts with Management.

I drove up to see the menu and chose my meal based on price and quantity of chicken; drove up to the window and was charged almost $10 more than what I read! I was like "Why does the sign give pricing if they are adjusted and not honored when you pay? and they told me it was because the sign is outdated. HOW Is that MY fault? I didn't want to be a KAREN but I did tell him to tell his manager that they need to adjust the sign outside! and they need to quit catfishing (no pun intended) the customers! I wonder how many customers drive off!

Customer service is not a concept well understood by the workers at this establishment, especially the drive thru. They also don't know the difference between chicken tenders and chicken wings/thighs. If you decide to test your luck here, I recommend triple checking your order to make sure you actually get what you ordered/paid for.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. Fries were so so. Wait was understandable because it was the beginning of the lunch rush and the drive thru line was long. The kitchen looked decent but the huge problem was the dining room. It was a pig sty. Literally disgusting. The tables were filthy and regardless of where you walked the floor was sticky. There was no ice in the machine. No lids for the drinks. No napkins. Nobody made an effort to clean anything in the dining room and for that reason alone I won't be going back.

The food was good. However, the chicken sandwiches are premade, which made the mayo hot and in the process of getting crudely. The service wasn't great; they kept cutting me off and not letting me finish my order. They had a rude tone when I asked for a chicken sandwich without mayo. They're just not respectful to the customer.

Service was Ok! Food was cold and Dry. They are now charging 20 cents for condiments. They have went up in price recently. $24 for a #6 and a #7... Manager was trying her best to be on top of things, but I saw a few people walk out. I feel maybe new management has taken over and have no idea on how to run a business. I will not come back. Sorry!

First their system doesn't want to process a perfectly good card. I return with cash letting them know before hand that I will get cash and to have my order ready please. I have to wait in line twice and when it's my time again turns out the order wasn't made. Why not help out the situation by at least keeping the order ready. Usually really good but my visit tonight, we got cold hard fries 1/8 pound of shrimp when we ordered 1/4 pound (we weighed it because it looked small) And got the wrong drink given to us. The employee watched me take a sip and asked for it back and put it on the counter like she was gonna give it to the next car. And my dads "chicken strips" are more nugget sized. (Picture attached) All this after waiting for like 20 minutes after paying for the food. Sending this review to the restaurant as well.

I only glanced in the taped closed bag, I saw plastic forks and napkins. My mistake for assuming that there would be at least butter for the biscuits. This was a mobile order to go! My free 6 piece sweet and smokey chicken wings were not in the bag either. What happened to at least good customer service?

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve sat in line for 30 minutes or more . I ordered chicken sandwiches and they said I was a 20 minute wait for it I said ok that’s fine. Butttt I didn’t know they would have people wait in the line for the 20 minutes. I think it’s better if the customers pull around and park and the staff bring the food out when it’s done. Also there’s a lot of standing around of them doing nothing.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally got to the box to order and we were told they were out of chicken sandwiches and it would be 30 minutes. Bad enough to happen once but unfortunately the only consistent thing about this restaurant is their terrible customer service and inability to accurately and timely provide food.

Poor service, cold food, served with a big side attitude. Manager in charge when I visited had one of those kind of attitudes where u order and she is all teeth clenched "yes ma'am", super tension induced interaction mixed with negative vibes all the way. She got half my food ready, and stopped, (assuming the busy team would handle the rest, I guess) and then went on talking ish about customers wanting dipping sauce. Which she ended up just GIVING THEM after all of her drama. Yet, easily charged me 2 seconds after... Not that I mind paying for it. Its just the principle of the matter.

Horrible. Waited 25 minutes in front of Popeyes. Went inside another 5 minutes. Finally got to the front and asked for my money back. Manager never tried to offer a remorseful apology. Never offered a discount or comp part of the launch. Bratty girl from drive thru then had the nerve to say our order just came out. Regular chicken while countless others were served. Sorry. Had to go to chic filet. Never any drama there. Vacaville Popeyes is off limits.

Went through the drive thru last night and got piss poor service. I ordered the $10 meal they told me they only had spicy chicken and I would have to wait ten minutes. I pulled around and waited. The girl that took the order was high as a kite was the same young lady that brought my order it to me. The order was wrong and she brought out three thighs three drumsticks and a wing (Spicy). I ordered a 5 piece meal (mild) not 7 piece spicy. Ask for the manager to come out and talk with me, she came out with a wing and biscuit and said she gave you more than what you ask for and put her hands all over the chicken!!! Then went back in and got me a breast. Not knowing that the chicken in the first box was Spicy till I got home after waiting ten minutes for them to cook the mild ones, very disappointed. Called the manager there next day and all she said was what's your address and I'll send you a card to use the next time I come in. I want my 💰 back and I won't ever eat at this establishment again

I'm very disappointed in this particular Popeyes. The service at this place is terrible. They are very slow and the chicken is not being served to the standards that I know Popeyes to be. I was born and raised in NOLA and am very familiar with the brand. You take your chances going through the drive thru. I don't know if it's because they're understaffed or not. I was in there the other day and the only one waiting to order. The staff (and someone who appeared to be the mgr) just looked at me as they put other orders together for drive thru and perhaps others. I didn't get a, "We'll be right with you sir," or nothing. One who seemed to be a cashier just looked at me and didn't say a word. After approx 10 min I just left. Maybe because they don't have a financial stake in the business they don't care about customer service. If I buy the place, I'll start off with a whole new crew.

I just stood in line for 30 minutes so my family to try this chicken sandwich. Then I was rudely told but I'm only allowed 2 sandwiches.. I got 6 to feed. Both as a cashier and manager were extremely rude. I asked why they didn't notify everybody in line that there is a limit. I realized there's a lot of people wanting these sandwiches. But this has been going on for WEEKS there's no reason that people are standing in line for that long and not being notified that there's NEW RULES a as to ensure that you're not wasting customer time. There should be a big sign out front that says only two sandwiches per order. Both the cashier and the manager were extremely rude about the situation. Not to mention the staff behind the counter were extremely slow. Putting around and had absolutely no concern that there was a huge line. Not to mention they have the drive-thru closed. And just closed it by putting a car in the drive thru so everybody's pulling in thinking it's a line. The manager clearly has no business managing anything to do with customer service..

Absolutely awful service. Ordered 20-25 minutes ahead of time with the mobile app for drive-thru pickup. After speaking to the order box, I went to the window and was told to pull up to the front of the building because the order wasn't ready yet. Waited 15 minutes there and nobody brought the food out. Went to the door (locked since the lobby is closed) and knocked several times but nobody responded or even looked up even though one employee was sitting at a table presumably on a break. Had to wait through an additional 30 minutes in the drive thru line again to get my food. Was told by another employee that I should have pulled up to the window instead of the front of the building?! Oh, and once I got my food, my receipt clearly had the description of my vehicle written at the top but nobody could've brought out my food after telling me to wait at the front? Never coming back again.

The service was terrible! I went through the drive through...ordered and paid for my food then I was directed to wait out front for 3 to 5 minutes so they could cook me fresh chicken tenders but after waiting 15 minutes I had to walk inside just to see employee's playing around as I hear them talking about my order but still not making it!! I had to get loud with the employee's after waiting another 15 minutes inside just so they would make my order!! An to top it off it was 14$ for a 5 piece chicken strip meal that only came with s handful of COLD fries!!

Ordered via the Popeye's mobile app, guy to the restaurant and the drive thru line was very long. Tried to go inside to pick up and the doors were locked (it was only 7pm). Got in the drive thru line and waited 20 mins to get to the speaker to order. The employee said that they can't fill our order because they were out of chicken sandwiches and kids chicken nuggets, which were the only items we ordered. We asked how to cancel our order and they said we need to cancel it thru the app because they have no control over that. Asked the manager specifically how to cancel it on the app because there is no option to cancel our order, and he asked us to park in the lot where he met us to call their support center since there was no number to call in the app or on the receipt that was emailed to us to confirm the order. After another 10 mins the customer support person on the phone collected our information and said we would receive our refund on 5-7 business days. A very frustrating experience for something that should've been so simple. If they were out of their most popular and common did offerings, why did they allow us to order it and why weren't they letting people in their long drive thru line know?!?!?! Popeye's just lost my family's business for the rest of our lives!

This used to be a good store but tonight was horrible. They were out of stock on a bunch of things we agreed for. When we finally found food and drinks that they had and we wanted then we get home only to find out they left food out and got orders wrong. Also the food want fresh. The Cajun fries were old and cold. The staff were kinda of rude talked rudely about the company too.

Bring your own sauce and order 1 hour early. We decided to have dinner and we repented. We had to wait 55 minutes for chicken order and when we asked for sauce, we are told, sorry pay $0.20 for each packet. For 24 piece of chicken gave 4 packets total.

Do not even bother with their delivery services. Ordered a family meal around 5:15pm and it says it'll take about 31 minutes. Checked the status of order around 6:30pm, app says it's being picked up by driver (John R.) with a telephone number (that is not in service). 6:50pm, order says it's in route (but without any estimates given). 6:55pm, the order on the App disappears without a trace or evidence of the order. Tried calling the establishment and nobody picks up. It's my first time ordering using their app. It will also be the last time using their app or their business with this kind of service. Very disappointed in them. They have minors running the facility or something.

Our crispy chicken sandwich didn't have any breading and was soggy. Our fries weren't full and it's bag had a hole in the bottom! My son's kids meal didn't have it's toy in it and missing apple sauce!

Took 20-30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Said meal only comes with one sauce and you have to pay for another one, but on my receipt it says qty 2 no sauce... and I asked for butter and honey and only got honey. Employees are rude also. Won't be back.

I rarely review, if ever. While the employees were pleasant and cordial, the service was very slow, but this was not the real issue at hand. The real issue was the food. It was not good. Actually quite awful. I don't plan to ever eat at a Popeyes again.

We arrived at 7:32 (according to my timeline) and we stood in line inside for no less than 21 minutes before an order (which was massive) even left the kitchen. I’m assuming most people waiting inside were delivery drivers for DoorDash or GrubHub (based on the conversations I overheard) and these people would’ve had to wait to fulfill their orders anyway, but I was appalled that none of the employees acknowledged the wait at all for anyone in the lobby. A simple “sorry, for the wait everyone, it’ll be a few minutes,” or even “we have a few large orders, sorry it’s taking us a bit to get everything ready,” but there was nothing! Employees who walked past us to clean the floor and the restrooms avoided eye contact. The other customers and I kept looking at each other in disbelief of the situation. I finally followed suit of some other customers and abandoned ship. I don’t think I’ll be back this location ever again. The so-called best chicken sandwiches in the world aren’t worth experiencing that again.

The manager on duty was incredibly rude. Didn't even give me a chance to ask for sauces. Cut me off several times. No napkins. No cutlery for the sides. The chicken, if you want to call it that, seemed like it was 2 days old and seemed like they fryed pure batter. Won't ever return to this location again.

The only way that you can purchase an item is to go through the drive-through this establishment. But mind you please enter this drive through with a lot of time to spare. I guarantee you you will not be out of that drive-thru line in under 30 minutes. Yes I am sad to admit that every time I visit this establishment the wait to get to the window is over 30 minutes. Customer service is not something that you will find at this establishment so please do not go there looking for some. This place has a lot of work to do at least the food comes out correctly that's the best thing I can say

Trust the low rated reviews for this particular Popeyes, it's terrible. I work close by at one of the car dealerships down the street and we buy our employees lunch every Saturday, this particular Saturday (10/23/21) we ordered from this Popeyes. It was 5 family meals and I ordered them right when they opened at 10am with a pickup time of 12:30pm. I knew it was a big order so I wanted to give them at least a couple hours to get the order ready. One of our employees went to pickup the food and they greeted him with "oh great, you're the one who placed that big order" and didn't say anything else to him. They gave him the food and he came back. Upon unpacking everything I noticed a whole family meal, sides and all was missing. Along with that a few other sides from the other family meals were missing. This was a $234 order and I wanted to make sure we got everything we paid for. So, I tried calling them to ask if they could put the missing items aside for us to come pick them up or if that wasn't possible, if they could refund us for the missing items. I called about 5 times and the phone just rang, after the 6th time it was a busy tone. Then on the 9th or 10th call they picked up the phone, it sounded like they threw it down and then said word for word "F**k them I don't give a f**k, unplug the f**king phone" and proceeded to unplug the phone. I confirmed this by tried to call back and all I got was a busy tone again. I then called corporate filed a complaint and was told a district or area manager would call me about the refund. It is now 3 weeks later and I never received a call from anyone at Popeyes. We had to dispute the charge with our bank. Needless to say, our dealership will never again be doing business with this Popeyes. So save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else in the area to eat. There are many other great choices around Vacaville.

Great food and I love, but today was a bad evening for the staff and customers. My best feel and vibe on my observation and attentive listening was they are now short staffed. The cashier was overwhelmed inside as the drive thru was maxed out. The manager even locked the door to stop customers from entering the establishment, even though there was only 4 to 5 inside waiting 25 minutes to place an order. The majority of customers where in the drive thru. Unfortunately, I gave up when I noticed the orders/tickets began to hit the floor and it was going to be another half hour wait when another customer ask what the wait time was. I suspect and only assume that the staffing issue is due to the pandemic. I will return again one day, but would recommend call ahead with your order.

You know I use to Love me some Popeyes.. I'm just not Satisfied with the taste the quality of the meat anymore you have chicken legs that are so small, The chicken breast are the sizes of the chicken thighs the pieces of chicken are just too small, it's just not good anymore and to top it off your sides aren't even full. Your biscuits are never fresh, their always hard.You never get the order correct.And finally, you guys has gone up on your prices. I spent $24 for 2 combo meals, for that price I could have went to the store got a pack of chicken and a bag of potatoes and been very happy with change in my pocket, never again will I eat Popeyes again. And that makes me very sad 😩

The customer service was awful. I expected a long wait, but I wish I would've never visited and don't plan to ever return. It would have been nice if the place was adequately staffed. Also would be nice for the staff to acknowledge the long wait and to inform all customers they made a decision to stop taking orders for 20 minutes so staff could "catch up". The food was good, but you can't treat customers that way. Staff needs customer service training.

Incredibly disappointed and disgusted about the lack of effort. I went tonight 3/29/22 after 9 pm but no later then 9:30. I ordered a 8 pc nugget combo and classic chicken sandwich. When they gave me the food they were nice at the drive thru, however upon getting back and eating...my chicken nugget combo, the chicken was cold and my biscuit was hard and cold. The chicken sandwich was warm but upon taking it apart the chicken looked gross. Food poisoning waiting to happen..

Went through the drive thru and went to order Shrimp and 1 wing. We were told they had no bone in chicken and it would be atleast an hour..... an hour? They are a chicken place? Pulled up to the window and saw 5 employees standing around talking, including the manager. When we asked why it would take an hour the manager said because they were slammed. When we asked how long it took to fry some chicken she told us to “have a great night” We then asked for her name and she covered her badge and walked away..... wow obviously they don’t care about providing customer service nor do they know how to manage a rush hour shift. Your employees are only as great as your manager. This Popeyes definitely needs to look into who they have managing their rush hour shift!

I didn't order food, but my friend on Discord did. He was really excited that he got off the game we were playing just to patiently wait for his food which he was going enjoy. Half way through getting our base raided, you cancelled his order. This caused so much distress between the group that we were not able to defend our base. We had spent 21 hours grinding and building, not had an online raid since 2019 and you ruined it. I can never buy from here because I'm in England but I will make sure my friend doesn't either.

After waiting for 15 or 20 minutes before I was able to place my order, I arrived home to find that my receipt wasn't in the bag, neither was my side item. I called the store to speak with the manager but, after three attempts, no one answered the phone. I live 15 minutes away from this store and only visited it this particular evening because the one closest to me isn't accepting walk-in orders. I'll resume making my own chicken.

Arrived to the drive through at 9 pm. They had no chicken and the fryers were broken. At this point there are other cars behind me so I ordered the fish sandwich, two chicken sandwiches and a tenders meal because "all they had was sandwiches". Get to the window and told there are no chicken sandwiches! I asked for three chocolate beignets, no go, they only had ONE apple pie. So, I was left with half an order. I was so frustrated I left without realizing they didn't give us the drink for the meal! I highly suggest in the future they send someone out to the drive through to advise customers they have NO Food prior to us piling up in the drive through with no way out.

I love Popeye's, but the service at this place was terrible. All the employees looked like they didn't want to be there. I tried to order a special they were supposed to be having, but the cashier said it didn't exist anymore (even though it was posted on the window), and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or anything. None of the employees smiled and when I asked for condiments, they threw them at me across the counter. The tables weren't even clean and they even messed up my friend's order. It was just a flat out disappointing experience.

This is THE WORST Popeyes establishment I have ever been to. LITERALLY EVERY time I come to buy food here my order is wrong in some fashion. I usually overlook it because I work 2 full time jobs and attend school full time so I have very little time to spend correcting something as simple as putting the correct food in a bag. However, I work hard for my money and when I paid $57.30 for a family meal to feed my children, got home and the entire order was wrong I'd had enough! I called and the employee on the phone, Natalie, remembered my order and was very professional about taking my name and telling me she was writing it down so I could come get a full refund within the week. Today I went to get my refund and no one would come to the door to even see why I was knocking as they still have their lobby locked down. So I waited in the ridiculously long drive thru line and when I got to the window and explained why I was there, the man-Gary- proceeded to quiz me excessively about what was wrong with my order and make excuses as to why he could only refund a partial amount of my money! Then he told me to park and come in, but when I had done that in the beginning none of them could be bothered to even acknowledge I was at the door! I WILL DRIVE TO FAIRFIELD OR SUISUN before I EVER spend another dime at this Popeyes. It's obvious the owner of this establishment doesn't really care about having repeat customers!

They got my entire order wrong. It was a large family order. Everything was wrong. The cashier took my order wrong too. They got busy and it was too late to fix it, but what I paid for vs what I actually got when I got home, across town, was completely wrong. I gave them a second chance. Wont ever go back.

It says that they close at 10:30pm but every time I come around 9pm or 9:30pm they are closed. I went to the drive thru one time around 9pm and an employee said they’re closed because they don’t have any more chicken. Why do you always close around 1 hour before closing time? It doesn’t make sense.

I spent 51 dollars on chicken in the drive through just to get home and see that my tenders were not put in the bag. I called the place a few times and Answering service says it’s full and to hang up.

My personal experience, is that always serve the meals cold. The drive through people are super rude. Few times, I ordered from DoorDash and didn’t deliver the whole meal, the sauce and drinks were missing. Please do not waste your money going to this restaurant. I personally like Popeyes but I would say this is one of the worst place I’ve ever been to. They are not advanced.

That had to be the worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. 3 people working behind the counter, at least 8 people in line. Waited 15 min to have my order taken. Then almost 30 min later, they never drop the fish in the fryer. Finally get my food and I'm told the didn't have any tartar sauce. Told the lady, if it wasn't so busy I would demand my money back. Everyone in the restaurant was complaining to each other. I should know better, this location has always had really slow service. Always under manned. Probably be quite a while until I return!

Not once has this location ever gotten my order right! I mean I’ve ordered 7/7 times here and I’m either missing a biscuit, a side, or an entire piece of chicken. This time it was a side and I’m sick of it because I go through the drive thru like most fast food places and don’t eat and find out until I get home.

After waiting 5 minutes to order I was informed they are once again out of the chicken sandwich. So I order the 5 piece chicken strip combo. Then waited another 5-10 minutes to get to the window (one car in front of us) to pay- almost $15 for one meal. So I get home (literally all the way across town) and sit down to eat to find out they have given me the wrong meal. Something I cannot eat because I don't eat meat on the bone. I ended up having to go to McDonald's (another bummer) to get my dinner. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied in this Popeyes. I have yet to have a decent meal from there, between them always being out of what I want, to them only taking cash (for whatever reason), and now them messing up my meal. I never want to go back.

Can't get a freaking order right. Ordered a sandwich combo with extra everything on it. Barely got and sauce (an extra order of) and extra pickles and one got one small pickle. For the amount I spend on the food alone this service is garbage. Do not go to this store unless you like being let down.

Called, they answered by saying, "hello." I had to ask if it was Popeyes and he said "yeah." Asked for an order. Put me on hold. Then said "hello" again and hung up on me. Total lack of the most basic customer service. No professionalism.

How a person gets paid 20 dollars an hour to get an order completely wrong is iunacceptable. If you go there ask for a receipt because I did not get one and double check your order. Worse service ever!! If I could give zero stars I would.
