Good place for aperitivo. However, we couldn’t figure out when do they give out snacks to accompany the drinks, and when they don’t do it. We got lucky and we received a small tray of snacks 😁 but we saw that some clients didn’t. Drinks were good, the focaccia was a little dry, and the service could be generally better. 4/5 ⭐️

Didn't eat here intentionally. However, free foccacca is served with drinks and much appreciated. Its a great spot for local wine to watch the world go by next to the sea

Good place, nice prices. The first time we've paid under 10 euro for breakfast in Italy. Two cappuccinos and a delicious custard filled donut for 5 euro! The staff did have a laugh at the customers ordering coffee with alternative milk etc. A bit unprofessional in my opinion but the coffee was decent, it was a nice price and they have a toilet.

Popular spot located close to the beginning of the shopping area of Via Fegina just past the parking lot. Fast friendly service (one member of the waitstaff walked by to visually check more than 10x). Tasty food (calamari was amazing). Bread was ok. Covered bench style seating right along the beach. We came here for dinner and ordered pesto bruschetta, fried calamari and focacci. The fried calamari was rubbery and too salty to eat: we left almost everything on the plate. The rest of food was fine, but expensive for the quality. However, the woman inside (presumably owner) was very pleasant when we went inside to pay and was very hospitable.

Food was good except for the lasagna which needed some work and we ordered sangria for 2 it was for 20euros which we found a bit overpriced in comparison to food and the place overall, so not very recommended but it’s an okay place. You can find better in the Monterosso area for sure

the location was great and the food was good and price was okay, and service was just okay. I would still recommend the place overall.

Travel and enjoy life

Two cappuccinos to go and 1,5L bottled Water 9,5EUR. Compared to what I got at the foccacceria 200meters further down the road it’s expensive. Further down the road I got two large focaccia’s, two croissants with filling AND a large cappuccino to go for 10… So I won’t come back here. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Girl in the bar not so service minded but got me what I wanted. Reflection from my first day here in Monterosso. D I’m startled how the attitude is a bit “diva”- ish here. The older gen is much more service minded then the younger is my experience.

RUDEST WAITER. Yes, the reviews were right. The waitress is extremely rude. She seems to make it as if you are making this place a favor by eating here. We had a small breakfast and it really seemed like they couldnt wait to be over taking our small order as we were annoying her or interrupting her. And they dont have names of sweet bread on the window. So we had to point out which bread we want and that was already "too much" for waitress to figure out. There are a million other places where one can get coffee and pastries, FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. Never again, dont recommend. Go anywhere ahead, other establishments were friendlier. The breads were good, but so are they in the other places here.

Very rude people. I waited for 10 minutes and some italian guy jumped the queue and the waitress just skipped me completely. They also were rude to other customers. Walk a little bit further and you find much better and nicer restaurants or bars.
