Kelvin was an amazing customer service. He had a smile when I walked in and was very polite and nice.
Coming into the establishment my family and I were greeted with a happy welcome and we where just planning on grabbing our online order and going home to eat but thought to just eat in because it’s my daughter birthday so we proceeded to order some drinks to eat in store but the manger was so kind and payed it forward on our drinks due to it being my daughter birthday and I thought that was so kind of him . So thanks from my family and we will be coming back soon 💚

We avoid eating in restraint all the time due to poor service and lack of cleanliness. Today we needed to eat inside and the service, food and atmoshphere of the restraint was amazing! We were greeted with a smile,kindness. The food came out quick! Such a good experience leaving us wanting to come inside at this location more often.
Service and atmosphere was wonderful and just coming from a different restaurant that gave me the worse service ever and to walk-in being greeted and everyone was attentive and friendly I definitely appreciated it and it really made me feel so much better and the food was great.
Calvin customer service was too notch, staring with the big smile when me and my family walk in, until ge gave us our food. The fries were FRESH not like before that was always burn and old. Plus it was FAST, only 15 mins instated of the usual 45min. Also I need to add that Calvin was chearing the team up, and that's a must for great leaders. We will be coming back!
Really good location! We visited on a Tuesday evening at dinner time. The restaurant itself was not busy but they had a good amount of orders in before mine. We ordered the meal deal for 2 (20 piece boneless w/ L fries) as well as the corn. Our order was made quickly and everything was perfect! All the employees worked together like a well oiled machine getting a bunch of orders made and out. I would definitely stop at this location again.
Shoutout to Ms April !! Every time I go in there I’m greeted w great hospitality and a genuine welcome. On my recent pickup order I couldn’t make it in and wasnt seeing a cancellation on my end for it so I called up there and she GOT IT DONE. very much appreciated give this girl a raise fr !!!
Ok, this was a last minute choice. People wanted the super hot wings and some wanted buffalo. Apparently both were good but da hot couldn't b finished in one sitting. The star for me was the ranch...5 star alone!!! Service was actually nice, friendly and helpful. Store a lil iffy but a rather busy nite, customers everywhere. Eatin and havin a nice time.
Made an online order at 11:15 am. Set the online time to pick it up at 12:15 p.m. Got there at 12:10 p.m. Waited, waited, waited, waited, & waited some more. Finally got my order at 12:35 p.m. I have a 1 hr lunch. So I had only 20 minutes to try to eat before clocking back in at work. Plus when I got to work to eat my food, opened up my container, started eating my food, only to find out they gave me the wrong flavor... By that time I couldn't go back to the place, or I would have been late back to work. If I place an order an hour before, & still couldn't get the food over an hour later is such a shame. I love this place, but have had too many bad experiences. There were 3 cooks, & a cashier who literally just stood there watching them. They should train cashiers to cook too. Don't know if I will be going back to them. Other ppl were waiting a long time as well for their orders. It wasn't even busy in there.
I place 2 orders a minimum of once a month from this same location. The orders are well over $300. I normally don’t have issues except today! I walk in for 11:45 order, around 11:35. And the RUDE lady at the front wants to get mad at me because i placed 2 big orders. In her words “ they are no where near to be done” i said for a 11:45 pick up time? I placed the order before yall even opened today! She says “that’s not my problem. You should have called and told us you placed the order. We don’t know till 15 minutes before your pick up time.” I stated i didn’t know that and no one ever told me. And she just starred at me. So i sat down and I’m waiting patiently from our order, but there was no need for her to be so rude to me.
My wife, daughter, and I visited this Wingstop today around 4:00 PM. We placed our order online, arrived, and the food was ready on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor and overshadowed the entire experience. The lady at the counter appeared as if she did not want to be there. She read the order very quietly, to the point where it was difficult to hear her, and she asked for my first and last name with very little effort or engagement. There was no eye contact while she was reading the order or throughout the interaction, which made the experience feel cold and unwelcoming. One of our orders came with a drink, while the other two did not because we planned to drink water. When I asked for a water cup, I was told they “don’t sell water,” which honestly didn’t make sense. Because of that, we ended up purchasing two drink cups even though we didn’t want soda. At the very least, water cups or bottled water should be available. As we were finishing our meal, I asked where to put our trash since everything was in one large bag. I was told I could walk around and put it in the large trash can. I had no issue doing so, but it would have been a great opportunity for basic customer service, such as offering to take it for us. The food itself was good, and the bathrooms were clean. However, the dining area looked dirty and not well maintained. That said, the biggest issue by far is the customer service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience is part of a repeating pattern that seems to be getting worse each time we visit. It often feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff just by being there. This was our sixth visit to this location, and because the customer service continues to decline, this will be our last time coming here. Wingstop isn’t cheap, and I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
If I could I would give it a 0. They are always taking long with orders. I understand it gets busy sometimes, but we put an order an advance. As you can guess it was still late.
Horrible experience, will NEVER returned, EVER. Order was wrong and chicken had a freezer burn taste & smell. Mgmt was toxic and wouldn't make it right, basically called us liars even though we returned the food to show them. Told us it wouldn't matter if we took it to corporate because all complaints come back to the management of the store. Did research and that was found to be true. Even the toll free number to corporate didn't work. Store smelled like roach spray and sour when we walked in to pick up order, that should've been a HUGE red flag.
If I could not leave a star and just leave review I would. Order should have been ready prior to arriving. Over an hour wait while employees are in the restaurant talking about life and bsn instead of paying attention to orders. Then my order was given to someone else and more time to wait. Eventually asked for a refund.
This is the worst Wingstop experience I have ever had in my life. I placed my order at 8:40 and didn’t receive it until 10:01!! My husband waited in the store for an hour and half!! I am so disappointed it is an understatement, they did not offer any kind of refund extra, drink or anything for the prolonged wait. Plus when we received our food the Louisiana rub wings were burnt and not seasoned!! My disappointment in this location is on a whole different level. Don’t come here on the weekends if you want your food at a decent time.
Ordered 10 bone in wings and they must have been out of chicken and fried up some pigeon wings. They were pitifully small and over cooked. My husband got boneless and they were good.
Today on the 15th of July I was met with hostility, threats and insults from their Female GM at 4:40PM. They tried to serve me 30min old chicken and stated it was a DoorDash fault for the collapse in time. I was told as a personal order I have to stand and confirm my order before it is released because people steal and lie. How do you confirm a personal DoorDash order? I offered to show my Identification and the manager became irate, aggressive towards me and started hurling insults. I just came from Chemotherapy today to witness a lack of humanity, compassion towards people absolutely disgust me. These types of behaviours must stop.
Just awful; whoever made this order knew when making order the wings were unacceptable. So bad not even a 5 yr old & 2 yr old would eat them. Order was repeated back, carrots were called off and yet no carrots upon arrival in McGregor, TX. Will def be utilizing diff locations when picking up dinner after a long day of work. I do not understand why you would be okay with boxing these sad fried hard as a rock wings up.
Not sure what the issue is with this place but they can NEVER get our order right. I’m just going to stop going. Ordered Hot Lemon flavor received absolutely no lemon pepper seasoning. I know I should check but when ordering on my lunch break I don’t have much time to wait for them to correct their mistake.
