This is one of the most incredible places to watch the sunset—looking out over the ocean with the sun setting behind the cliffs. It genuinely feels like a White Lotus experience. I half expected to see Tanya scattering her mother’s ashes into the water. For fans of White Lotus Season 1, Ferraro’s is where many of the restaurant and bar scenes were filmed. The palm fronds were added to enhance the tiki feel, but the cliffs and beach are exactly what you see in the show. We had one of the best tables near the balcony with a direct ocean view. We dined on Saturday, December 13, and both the hostess and our waiter, Nick, wished us a Happy Anniversary several times, which meant a great deal to us—especially since it took 31 years to return to Maui after our honeymoon. I had the Molokai sweet potato gnocchi with scallops, which was excellent. My husband ordered the fish, beautifully prepared. For dessert, we shared the lemon dessert—a lemon shell filled with sorbet and chocolate “dirt.” Nick also brought us a Happy Anniversary cannoli, which was a thoughtful surprise and made us feel genuinely celebrated. We appreciated our waiter, Nick, making us feel like he was celebrating our special time with us, and even the hostess who wished us a happy anniversary on the way out.

Service—10/10. The waitstaff were so attentive and polite. Our server came back multiple times to check on us. Food—9.5/10. We ordered the course meal and it was definitely worth it as we got to sample a variety of different dishes. My favorites of the night were the Wagyu, clam pasta, truffle pasta and the raspberry lemon dessert. Ambiance—10/10. Definitely go during sunset. The views are gorgeous. While we waited for our entrees to come out, we went down to the beach to take pictures

My friends and I came to Ferraro’s for a birthday celebration, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for a special night out. The moment we arrived, the oceanfront setting set the tone—nothing beats enjoying coastal Italian cuisine with the Pacific right in front of you and the stars overhead. We shared several courses (because how could we choose just one?) and worked our way through a few bottles of wine. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the service was both warm and polished—exactly what you’d hope for at the Four Seasons. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit: breezy, open-air, and effortlessly elegant without feeling stuffy. Ferraro’s really nails that mix of upscale dining and relaxed island vibes. If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal in Wailea—especially for a celebration—this is absolutely the place. Highly recommend securing that reservation and treating yourself.

Great views of the water and sunset, depending on time of year (better in summer and fall). Great wine selection, delicious cocktails, excellent service and Italian food for dinner. Get the bread with butter and burrata for starters. The Veal, Rissoto with marrow bone was excellent! Another great option is the Tagliatelle Bolongase, so tasty! Desserts looked great but too full to try. Get that on my next visit.

We dined at Ferraro’s Italian at the Four Seasons Maui, and everything from start to finish was top-notch. We started with the Kula carrots — fresh and flavorful — and the Ahi crudo, which was tender, delicate, and absolutely delicious. For my entrée, I had the panko-breaded ahi tuna steak, and it was simply perfection — one of the best-tasting dishes I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive, and the ocean view made the evening unforgettable. Thank you for an excellent (and yes, expensive!) dinner that was worth every bite.

Upon arrival at Four Seasons Resorts Maui at Wailea, we decided to grab lunch as our room wasn't ready yet. We had the most delicious lunch with fresh poke, ahi tuna, wagyu hamburger, and pasta. Highly recommend! And those stunning ocean views 😍 🌊

Phenomenal food and service! The outside venue can be hit or miss depending on weather and temperature, but we enjoyed the environment. I highly recommend the TONNO ALLA MILANESE (Panko crusted Ahi Tuna Steak) and strawberry pastry dessert

We had an incredible experience at Ferraro’s! We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff made it extra special by giving us a beautiful table with a perfect view of the sunset. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised by a short luau dance during dinner. Truly a memorable experience 😊

My husband and I are quick eaters and normally in-and-out in an hour. We spent almost two hours here. The view is stunning - we were facing the ocean and the sunset view is breathtaking. Food is also delicious, especially the bolognese. Our server was very friendly.

Ferraro’s is amazing, the food and the sunset combine for an amazing experience. We had the course menu with the wine pairing. Evening was excellent and pared well with the wine for an unforgettable experience!

Our family came to this restaurant everyday while in Maui! The service, vibes, food, and drinks were exceptional and easily accessible at any time of the day. Shout out to Joseph, the server assistant, who was friendly and cheerful each time we saw him, always welcoming our family and creating fun conversations! We will be for sure back to this place next time we visit. Mahalo!

We had such a delightful dinner here, and it truly warmed our hearts! The specialty cocktails were outstanding and added a lovely touch to our experience. The service made us feel truly appreciated and cared for. The food was simply incredible! I can't stop thinking about the cavatelli with truffle—it was a memorable dish! While it is on the pricier side, the enchanting atmosphere at The Four Seasons hotel creates such a beautiful experience. This restaurant has definitely become one of our cherished must-visit spots while in Maui!

Had a few great lunches here and one dinner. Lunch pizza and salads were great. For dinner, food was good and service was as expected at a Four Seasons which is to say excellent. A few dinner dishes were standout, such as the squid ink pasta and little gem salad with white anchovies. The house bread with seaweed butter and garlic was also very good. Other dishes, like the meatballs, were bland and forgettable. As far as dinner, I thought it was better than DUO but not as good as Spago.

All the food served was amazing, the polpete and the spaghetti, for me, are the highest point of the Trial menu, we ordered the bread and it’s INCREDIBLE.

Ferraro's was the highlight of our trip to Maui. We enjoyed some amazing food, in a wonderful setting in two separate lunch visits. Our waiter, Jack (i.e., John), was the best! He gets 100 points for his recommendations, providing excellent service, being attentive, and also great fun. Thank you! We will certainly be back!

I couldn’t give this place a better review! I’m very late to posting this, but my family and I had an amazing experience all around. Amazing food, view, and even better service. I forget our servers name but he was from New York ; extremely personable, and kind. We all got different dishes, and tons of apps. Every dish was incredible.

Food and service was excellent! Went for lunch and had spicy ahi, spritz, and a cool lemon desert

I can’t say enough about this amazing restaurant, from the incredible food, to the terrific service, and the jaw dropping views of the Pacific Ocean. In the evening hours, this is a wonderful spot to watch the sun set over the water. They have pasta dishes to die for, wonderful seafood choices, and a pizza oven available at lunch to offer pizzas with that wonderful crunch in the crust. We’ve been coming to Ferraros for nearly 20 years, since our very first dinner out in Maui. Also, many of the servers have worked here for decades, attesting to the great work environment and benefits offered by the Four Seasons.

Absolutely delightful. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant about keeping our reservations here after some of the other reviews I've seen, but I really don't understand. My husband and I originally had 7:30 p.m. reservations, but after messaging the restaurant, I was promptly able to get reservations for 8:15, which worked great for us. Since we came at night we couldn't really see much of the view, but it is a nice outdoor location by the pool at the Four Seasons. My husband and I started with a guava lemonade and a virgin mango mule, both of which were delicious. They gave us a small dish of olive tapenade, which was a great start to our evening. We then ordered the Bruschetta di Gamberetti, al forno "puccia" pane and the Caponata di melanzane. The first two were absolutely delicious, and while the eggplant caponata was good, it leaned a bit on the sweeter side, so it wasn't our favorite, but still good. We shared the cavatelli al tartufo for our main, and they kindly split it into two portions for us. Neither of us was able to finish off the pasta after the appetizers, but the flavor was amazing. Unfortunately, we were too full to even try the dessert, but they gave us some cranberry biscotti that I happily devoured. Both my husband and I agree that this was hands down the best meal we have had our entire time on island, and we are so happy we came here!

We went here for both lunch and dinner on our first day at the Four Seasons on our honeymoon. At lunch time, I got the Ahi Tuna wrap and it’s by far the best wrap I’ve ever had in my life hands down!! I even got it again at another lunch date later during our stay. At dinner, we got the perfect table right at the edge of the patio overlooking the ocean at sunset. The staff was very professional and accommodating. They have an amazing wine selection, the Chianti was perfect and is now my husband’s favorite! My husband got the catch of the day which was a pesto swordfish and I got the squid ink. Both were phenomenal and like nothing we’ve ever tasted, we cleaned our plates! They even gave us a chocolate mousse for dessert to celebrate our honeymoon! Be aware, shrimps here tend to come with the heads still on for flavor, so if you don’t want to do the work to take them apart, you can ask your server to have the chef clean it for you. It doesn’t get much better than this for Italian in Maui!

We were greeted warmly by the host and given a lei each. I think the hotel must have arranged that. We were led to our seats, which had a beautiful view of the sea and the setting sun. The restaurant was very clean and we loved the setting. The food was great, and we really did enjoy our wine. Price was a little on the high side but the overall experience was good.

had a great lunch, food was incredible and service was perfect. Great views of ocean, was the best lunch we had on the island..2 years later and we are back, loved the new menu, new pizza was amazing, pasta was so good and that desert was incredible

Our server was Hope and she treated us like royalty! From the unique entrees to the creative desserts and cocktails, everything was fabulous! We were so surprised when she brought out a special, customized sweet treat to celebrate my son's graduation from medical school. Would highly recommend Ferraro's! Buon appetito!

Tasty italian meal. Limited options for appetizers so consider a pasta to split amongst many for that course. Homemade pasta was certainly the highlight - would never turn down another order of their bolognese or tartufo! Just delicious! Don’t forget the warm “pane” for some scarpetta!

You can’t go wrong with open-air dining with ocean view along the south Maui Shores. Lunch is first come first serve. Dinner reservations are highly recommended. We absolutely loved the spicy ahi on rice cakes pupu 😋 The wagyu burger was delicious and the mahi mahi panini was okay.

I dined here lunch and dinner. Highly recommend booking for early dinner. It has the best seats for sunset and the weekend fire dance show. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive! The dishes were delicious. Portions were also generous. I enjoyed most were the Poke, Grilled Kauai Shrimp, and the Polenta! Do not skip the dessert! They had an amazing Mille Foglie Pistachio Lampone! Kids eat free here if you are staying on property. I really appreciate how fast food was ready; very convenient for a young family.

Wow! The best restaurant at the four seasons in Maui. Food was so incredible. We had the catch of the day, a local swordfish and it was so fresh and delicious. They even have some bread with pork butter, I could eat that butter on anything and it would be memorable. The tiramisu was a modern take on a classic and we are every bite, must try. We had felt a bit like the service at the four seasons was lacking, that is until we met Javier. He was so genuine and gave us 5 star service, from keeping our champagne glasses full, to taking our photo at sunset and even splitting our meals since we were sharing everything. He was so thoughtful and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

The Four Seasons experience is always so amazing. The service, food and ambiance at Ferraro’s was outstanding! It was a business lunch and everyone had a great time. The spicy ahi on crispy rice is a new favorite, the seafood cobb salad, fish over pasta so tasty. And the warm bread just delicious. I’ll be back soon.

AMAZING! While staying at Four Seasons at Maui, we visited here for dinner at night, had Moscato for wine (50% off at night deal was great, and the taste was amazing! It felt like riesling. very sweet), garlic sauce bread for appetizer (THE BEST), seafood linguine, and Ferraro's pizza. They knew we were going to share so brought the seafood linguine in two separated dish, which I thought it was very kind. Pizza was also great! After staying at the hotel for 5 days, we decided to go back once again on the last day for lunch because it was so great! We had garlic sauce bread again (we had to, this is the MUST!), poke and cheese burger for the entree. Poke was great but the amount was a bit disappointing. Cheese burger and the fries was great as well. Only downside of this restaurant would be, servers are pretty slow, and there are so many ants.. ants everywhere including the table. Anyway, I am definitely going to miss this place, and will definitely come back once I revisit Maui!

This restaurant offers an unparalleled dining experience with a spectacular ocean view that takes your breath away. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided immaculate service, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was serene and elegant, making it the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. 🌅🍽️

Dropped in for lunch. We ordered the seafood Cobb salad and the rib eye roast beef sandwich. We had Spritz and Pinot Grigio for drinks. Both dishes were good, my wife could not get enough of her salad it was so good. Service was impeccable and the views are gorgeous. We really enjoyed Ferraro’s. Btw valet parking is complimentary.

We were lucky enough to be here four days after reopening. We’ve also been the past few years. The new decor is beautiful - and doesn’t hold a candle to the incredible view and food. We will remember the lamb ragu until the next time we visit. And bonus - they offer mocktail versions of their popular cocktails, not second rate fruit juice drinks. Arguably the best meal in Maui (food, service and atmosphere - this place could skate by on any of the three, but they nail it!)

Sadly we booked our 25th wedding anniversary dinner at another restaurant and unfortunately had a horrible experience. So my wife and I called Ferraro’s after being on the beach all day and talked to Abeer, what a Rockstar!! Not only did she squeeze us in, but her and the entire staff gave us the white glove treatment. After our meal we were so impressed, we booked reservations for the next night as well. We told Abeer, about what had happened the previous night on our 25th anniversary, so she booked us at the pedestal table for the following night. When we arrived our waiter, Javier, said they had a cancellation and sat us right next to the water! Everyone here was extremely accommodating, and Vegan friendly. Javier even made a few off menus suggestions that were outstanding. My only regret is that I could only give 5 stars! Thank you Abeer and Javier and the entire staff for saving our 25th wedding anniversary!!!

We had a phenomenal experience. The service was above and beyond (i believe our servers name was Maya. She was spectacular). Our water glasses were never empty, and we were consistently checked on and offered additional sides/ utensils as needed. Additionally, the food was spectacular! Coming from the east coast where we have awesome Italian options, this is some of the best Italian we’ve had. The lamb and linguini vongole were perfection. Great way to end our trip!

12/10 experience! The service was unmatched and the food was perfection. Best restaurant in the area. We had the tuna tonnato crudo, the chicken nuggets (for the littles) and the lamb dinner entree. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant and staff are also very kid friendly. They had special kids plates and utensils as well which was a plus when on vacation. I would definitely recommend anyone staying at the four seasons, grand wailea or any close by hotels to check this place out! We went at night but I’m sure the view during daytime hours are stunning.

We were sitting down for a dinner before sunset, the servers were very kind and made the experience fun and special. We ordered dessert first and got the tiramisu which was great! For the main course my husband had the squid ink pasta which I tried and we were not the biggest fan. The tomato sauce was too acidic and could have used more balance. I ordered the truffle pasta and it was amazing! My husband tried my pasta and liked my dish more than his also. Altogether I would definitely come here again and I think we would both order the truffle pasta! After dinner the hotel had a fire show just after sunset which was extremely impressive! It was a real delight to see the fire dancing because we had chosen a luau that didn’t have it, so I’m so glad I still got to see it. The hotel was quite busy at the time we arrived, the valet drivers were very nice as well.

This was our special diner and so happy we ate here. The restaurant had such a great atmosphere. Everyone from hostess to wait staff to bussers you could tell enjoyed working there. Our view would have been amazing if the sun was up. Our food was as good the wine was really good. Brussel sprouts were my favorite. Beet salad not favorite. Ahi tuna dinner was good but just ok. It was crazy expensive but we knew that when we made the reservation. Happy we went but we’ll try other places next time.

The salad and crudo were really good. The scallop on the risotto was cooked to perfection but, the rice was a bit undercooked to my liking. The lobster was chewy.

Ferraro’s has one of the best dinner atmospheres I’ve experienced in Hawaii. The view at sunset is beautiful experience, oceanfront, cozy lighting, and an overall peaceful, upscale vibe. I went for both lunch and dinner, and the Seafood Cobb Salad at lunch was probably the best salad I’ve ever had. Super fresh & flavorful, paired with the view 10/10. For dinner, the drinks were amazing (piña coladas), and the pizza was good as well. I asked for a custom spicy vodka pasta with lobster and chicken, and while they tried to make it work, the sauce didn’t taste like spicy vodka at all just kind of flat. The sea bass and portion is small so I reccomend appetizers . The tiramisu was the best part of dinner. Light, creamy, and a perfect way to end the night. Go for the views, the drinks, and that lunch salad. Would still come back for the experience overall!

Reservation: Saturday @ 5pm for 2 Adults Ordered: 2 Festa Da Ferraro's & 4 Alcoholic beverages Total: $347 Food: 4/5 (I don't like arugula) Server: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 This is our first time dining here, and we were lucky to have this experience from a gift certificate. I wanted to check out the menu before we got there but didn't see any pricing on their website. This made me a little nervous, but I was able to find some google review images of the menu. I also called the restaurant in advance, and they were able to answer any questions I couldn't find the answer to online. Our reservation was originally at 6pm but Rachel (host) was able to move us up to 5pm. We checked in 15 minutes early, and she told us they were still setting up, but we could wait in their lounge area. There was already a big group sitting and waiting, so we decided to walk around the pool. We returned 5 minutes before 5pm and sat in the corner waiting. After 5:10 we still were not called so we moved up closer and sat closer to the host stand. She came up to us to reconfirm she had checked us in. I honestly think she forgot about us because multiple parties that checked in after us were getting seated before us 😅 we got sat around 5:15. Our server Hope was very quick to great us and talk us through the menu. We both ended up going with the "Festa Da Ferraro's" ($130/each) which is a 4 course set menu. It comes with 3 appetizers & 2 pastas that are shared, 1 entrée (+ 2 sides), and 1 dessert. We also ordered 2 cocktails (coco-crush $24 & piemonte sour $25) and 2 beers $12/each. That cocktail had me red after the first couple sips, very strong (for me), you could really taste the tequila. We chose the "Cresta Al Nero Di Seppia" (black squid ink pasta with creme rosa sauce) & "Spaghetti Alle Vongole" (fresh clams in some kinda red sauce). For the entrée we picked the "Wagu Bristecca". For dessert we chose the "Tramisu" & "Panna Cotta Alla Fragole". They brought us fresh utensils and plates between each course, water glass was always filled, and checked on us with each course as well. We were both stuffed halfway through the entrée and couldn't finish our sweet treat. Our server Hope was absolutely amazing, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu & the ingredients in the dishes. It took us about 2.5 hours to get through all the courses. Ended the night with a fire dancer performing off to the side. I think the food was absolutely wonderful, everything was well seasoned and plated very thoughtfully. I would easily come back for the service and the Ahi Tuna appetizer alone. I think $130 for a shared set menu is a little pricey but I'm not a Boujee person.

We loved dining at Ferraros during our stay in Maui. We went for lunch and had the bread, mezze plate, and the fungi pizza. All were delicious. My husband had the ahi tuna wrap which he loved as well. Taking one star off because Yvonne, who was the hostess at the entrance, was so rude during our arrival and it honestly just left a sour note for the beginning few minutes of our lunch. She got ticked off that I mentioned I was vegetarian when she asked about any allergies and proceeded to rudely correct me. I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and no one’s ever felt the need to get teach a lesson on dietary restriction vs allergy ESP as a lot of restaurants ask those in the same question. Since we had only encountered amazing service and people throughout our trip to Hawaii, it really threw us off. Luckily we had the best waiter who turned around the experience!

The location is unbelievable and is what makes this restaurant worth it. We literally saw people purpose to each other over dinner but food wise it was uninspiring Italian. It was good but then again it’s hard to mess up pasta. The meatballs were money and really good but overall felt it was over priced by 30% for the location and venue. One cocktail, one glass of wine, one appetizer, One entrée and one dessert came out to $183 with 15% tip. We left hungry about 90 minutes after dinner. I would come here only for the sunset again but would pass any other time of the day.

Our server was great. We had dinner here 2 years ago and sad to say the restaurant has changed for the worse. We arrived 10min early for 530pm reservations. Many empty tables and we were seated 10min late in one of those tables. Beautiful evening and all the umbrellas were up which made sunset not the experience it should have been for the whole restaurant. Then around 630 or so they dropped them down. Little too late, loud and inconvenient for guests. Seemed like the staff was more concerned about turning on all the table lights while it was still sunny they forgot the lower the umbrellas. 2 years ago there was a alternative vegan menu and we hoped for the same. Unfortunately they didn’t have it anymore. There was a few options on the main menu but not the same. Over all it’s a beautiful atmosphere but it wasn’t the same quality and thoughtfulness as 2 years ago. O well. Hope this helps.

My wife and I came here for dinner last night and had an overall whelming experience. The atmosphere is the highlight, and service was great, but the food really left a lot to be desired. For the cost you are paying for the views, not the food, which is a bummer considering that you’re literally dining at the Four Seasons. I’ve had better Italian at Olive Garden.

Colleen O'Laughlin

We have dined here many times, both when we lived in Makawao, and now as visitors. It is with heavy heart that we detail our disappointing visit for our 15th wedding anniversary last week. The atmosphere is perfect, of course. Our server was kind and attentive. However, our pasta was extremely disappointing. I was brought the wrong dish. They brought me bolognese instead of the cavatappi with truffle. I was glad that I hadn't ordered the bolognese, however, because the pasta was overcooked and all sticking together, like a glob of pasta. And the bolognese was dry. It took them 15 minutes to replace my dinner, while my husband ate his alone. Alas, his pasta was also disappointing. He ordered pasta with clams, and while the flavor was good, again, the pasta was stuck together and overcooked. We didn't want to wait another fifteen minutes, so he ate it as is. When my cavatelli with truffle finally arrived, it was cooked properly and was flavorful. Sadly, Ferraro's did not offer any discount for their obvious mistake that required my husband and I to eat our dinners separately. It was a disappointing anniversary dinner.

Steer clear of Ferraro’s if you're looking for an authentic and enjoyable Italian dining experience in Maui. Our recent visit was a stark disappointment from start to finish, particularly when compared to the truly wonderful Italian food and service we experienced at Olivine in the Grand Wailea. First, let's talk about the pasta. "Bland" is an understatement. It was utterly devoid of flavor, tasting like plain noodles with a sauce that lacked any depth, seasoning, or character. We were truly surprised that an Italian restaurant could serve something so uninspired. I’m not sure how a pasta with so much sauce could taste so bland. Presentation was great but actual taste was bland. The poor quality of the food was unfortunately compounded by the incredibly subpar service. Our server was inattentive and seemed disinterested in our table. We had to flag them down multiple times for basic requests, and there was a general lack of hospitality. If you're seeking delicious Italian food and excellent service in Maui, do yourself a favor and head to Olivine. Save your money and your appetite from the bland offerings and disappointing service at Ferratos.

Our server was very nice and friendly and we had an amazing view of the ocean! However I was thoroughly disappointed in the food. I got the mushroom lasagna. It was mainly just cheese seem like one lasagna noodle and mushrooms. The server did tell me that it was more on the heavy side but I had no idea that it would be just pretty much cheese. Way over priced to be lack so much.

We were so looking forward to this dinner and it was sadly disappointing. The service and ambiance were amazing, but the food fell extremely short. The biggest disappointment was paying an arm and a leg for two little strips of steak that were supposed to be waygu, but was extremely tough. Not worth the cost at all, I wish we would have spent our money somewhere local.

Came for dinner following 30th wedding vow renewal on the beach…disappointing to say the least. Server was scattered and disorganized from start to finish. Following our entree, she brought out our wedding cake and dropped it on the table in front of us. No plates. No cutlery. No cutting knife and just walked away. We kept expecting her to return so we drank our coffee and no we watched her chat with a single diner for a long amusing chat -not giving service-just chatting. Still no plates or cutlery…nothing. My husband finally got up from the table after waiting 30 minutes and asked another server to find her as we just wanted to leave at that point…she arrived about 5 minutes later and picked up our wedding cake and returned later with our bill. Sea bass was over cooked, pork chop okay. We had gone to Spagos 3 nights earlier for my husband’s birthday celebration which was fantastic in every way…and we were made to feel special the entire evening, server took photos of us and manager came over to give birthday wishes and knew about our upcoming wedding anniversary celebration and offered congratulations and well wishes. Our anniversary celebration dinner at Ferraro’s could not have been more disappointing in almost every way and pretty much spoiled our celebration. Cake done by Cake Fanatics…it was the highlight of the evening even though it was never served and just sat on the table in front of us looking beautiful. Flowers by Bella Bloom-we highly recommend for gorgeous wedding flowers. Ferraro’s for dinner and a special evening…not so much!

Disappointing manager decision. Coming to Ferraros for cocktails and light fare had become a regular part of our frequent trips to Wailea, however we won't be coming back. At 4 on a Wednesday we arrived to an empty patio and restaurant. When we we directed to the back corner by the kitchen and restrooms we asked if we could sit anywhere up front towards the view (80% of the restaurant). We were told it was being "set up" for dinner reservations I politely said we would not be more than an hour if we could sit somewhere besides the back service area. I was politely refused by the manager. They don't take reservations prior to 5:15 for dinner. As we left disappointed after a cocktail accompanied by kitchen clanging, we walked through a still empty patio with only two table sat. Four seasons managers can and should do better.
