Went to Fazoli's yesterday. The food was yummy and the service was exceptional! Jaden was friendly polite and helpful. Great asset to Fozoli's.

Just passing through town and was very impressed with the fast service, ordered ahead to be picked up in drive through and they were handing it out as I was pulling up. Awesome!

Drive through for lunch. Very affordable! I got 2 lunch specials for $6.99 ea. and added 2slices pepperoni pizza for $4.99. Lunch for 2 at $20. Hard to beat! And service was prompt...not a long wait. And the complimentary breadsticks!! O.M.G.!! SOOO GOOD, I ate 2 on the way home!!

The staff here is always very helpful, nice, and accommodating. Larger To-Go orders are ready quickly and accurately. The environment is great, and the tables and children's seats are always clean. A great place to grab some quick carbs. My only complaint is that the toppings on my Ultimate Fettuccine were too salty for me to eat; but I know a lot of people disagree with me there. I just feel like you can always add salt, but you can't remove it.

This was my first time at this location, but I had been craving it for some time now. That being said Fazoli's you did not disappoint! Couldn't have asked for anything better than this. It was exactly what I had been craving. Didn't cure it yet cause I think I could eat there everyday for a week and still not be sick of it. And on top of great hot fresh food that taste soooo good, the lobby and dining room were clean and well kept. Staff was also clean and well kept.I was greeted with a genuine smile. My order was ready upon my arrival as I had ordered online. Much love and thanks to you Fazoli's. You can bet that I will be seeing you sooner rather than later. P.S. Let's just say what a transformation! The service was out of this world! Staff was very accommodating and amazing. Food was perfect and fresh. Highly recommend and will say this is one of the top 3 restraunts in abilene.

I think that this is a highly underrated restaurant in Abilene. When you order, you get the feeling of ordering at a fast food joint. The fact that the food comes out super fast is another plus. The drinks are also self served, but honestly, the food is quite good, and they have a gluten-free option for my wife (which is hard for any type of restaurant. Imagine being an Italian food restaurant). Overall, it was a great choice. we went once after being in the area over 17 years and not ever stopping, and now it is twice a month for us. It is also surprisingly affordable. Their bread sticks also give Olive Garden a run for its money, possibly even better, and if you dine in, they are also unlimited.

I went to Fazoli’s for many years moving down south I never got the opportunity to see one until now… it brung back so many memories for me as I am a northerner… But I went on 03/14 and my God such an amazing experience I loved the food - and TX was in the middle of a dust storm and it was high high winds whomever the woman was that helped me order my food thank you! She was so kind although we had just tiny interactions she was still sweet and didn’t let the wind blow away my food I will be back once I’m moved into Abilene

Good value, tasty Italian food. Restaurant was clean, service fast. Fairly large Fazolis with table & booth seating. Newer soda machines for self service drinks. Only minor negative were the breadsticks which were fresh but a little bland. Well run location.

Fazoli's is always a great spot to eat with the family. My kids always enjoy their food and eat all of it. Had take out the other day, and it was hot when I got home about 30 minutes later to eat it. Garlic bread wasn't the best I've ever had from them, but it was still pretty good. ***Wanted to change my review to five stars. Fazoli's has become one of our go-to restaurants, because of how affordable it is and the serving sizes fill us up. It's always clean, and the staff has always been great. I appreciate the clean atmosphere and the great food at a decent price.

Eric the manager is an awesome employee. He made our visit and was exceptionally kind and attentive. The Alfredo was good and always the breadsticks! The baked spaghetti was good that my son got. Trans fats I discovered are in the Alfredo at 2g so I didn’t like this and won’t order it again. Healthier options appreciated it was tough to find those.

Eric definitely works his butt off. He had exceptional service. Especially for working on the 4th of July, had nothing but a great attitude and deserves some notice!

Fazoli’s is an okay option for a quick Italian meal. The food is decent, but nothing spectacular. However, their breadsticks are the real highlight—they’re absolutely amazing! Soft, buttery, and perfectly seasoned, I could eat them all day. The drive-thru service is convenient, but the wait can sometimes be a bit long. Overall, it’s worth a visit just for those incredible breadsticks!

Always have good service at this location. Never any issues. Today my partner and I went in. He had the Ultimate Sampler, I had the Three Meat Tortellini with a side salad. Both plates very fresh and hot, the portions are generous. My salad was okay the lettuce was slightly browning but still alright. The person named Jill who took my order was wonderful. She came over checked on us often, brought bread to us, and even grated fresh cheese on our plates!!!! I've never had fresh cheese at a store before. Jill was absolutely delightful. Really made the experience awesome.

Horrible service! I ordered the baked pizza pasta and got Cane’s Chicken. How would that happen?!? One server threw breadstick grease at me and now im blind in one eye. Another server with black hair and glasses put yarn and leaves in my cheesecake. The service here is absolutely wicked. Terrible time. Will come here again.

My son accidentally ran into the edge of the table and the entire staff immediately jumped In to check on him brought him ice and everything. They were sooooo friendly! I love Fazolis. I drove in from San Angelo because I haven’t had a Fazolis breadstick in 6 years. As soon as I came into the Abilene restaurant, the manager, Eric, gave me a FREE breadstick while I looked over the menu. Service was excellent. My whole day was made. I had leftovers to take home (with breadsticks) to enjoy again. This was money well spent. Clean establishment and very friendly and attentive staff. Staff interacted well and politely with one another and customers alike. I can tell the employees are treated well by Eric and they enjoy their job. Overall positive interaction and experience! Absolutely will return. NOW BRING FAZOLI’S TO SAN ANGELO! Haha.

Fast service. Clean and easy establishment. I did not expect it to be as good as it was. I ordered pizza with pepperoni on it. It was nice and stretchy cheese with the perfect amount of sauce for only 5.99 (2 slices) my sister got the spaghetti and meatballs. If you like meatballs, I wouldn’t suggest theirs, but I do suggest their Italian sausage. The drink area was spotless and carbonation was good. The staff was friendly and swift with getting our order to our table. And time for the cherry on too!! they serve your items in glass bowls and plates, not cheap plastic!!

10/10. Let me explain myself. This restaurant is quick, fast, cheap, and easy. Their food is delicious and they are very clean. Fazoli's will always be one of my favorite restaurants ever!!

The service was incredible! That was one of the very best drive-thru experiences I've had in years. Clean location and friendly staff. The food was fast food Italian, so it's wasn't awesome, but it wasn't bad. The lunch special was a great price. If they could bring the food quality up to their customer service standard, you'd never be able to get in to eat here, because it would always be packed.

Wow! I was not expecting much but their food was fantastic!! It's hard finding good fast food when you are a vegetarian. I had also tried Fazoli's in other places and they were mediocre at best. This one is fantastic. The food was tasty and stayed hot on the ride home. They packed the salad separately so it would stay cold. We are adding this place to our favorite fast food list.

Decently priced Italian food. Our order usually comes pretty quickly. Have had some issues with the food itself, but it was corrected. Pretty easy to rack up points with there reward system through the app as well. They also have pretty good lunch specials.

The food here is decent. The cheaper dishes seem to made very cheap and microwaved. But you get what you pay for. This trip I had the Ultimate Fettuccine. It was very delicious. The chicken was a little salty but it was still good. I would recommend trying the Ultimate Fettuccine for a new flare on an old dish. The price wasn't bad for the amount of food, about $8.50ish.

The tables are sticky from the cleaning solution. Food was pretty good. The lasagna would be great if Alfredo sauce was on it. Portion size is good.

Again, with the first time. The ordering is fairly straightforward, I had the baked zetti with meat sauce. Although very tasty and I will order it again, I would like bigger meat chunks in with the sauce, so next time, I'll be sure to ask for extra besides the meatball I requested. The wife ordered chicken and garlic ravioli, she loved it and it tasted it. It was ok but too rich for my taste, but I prefer a more tomato base than an Alfredo base. Overall experience was very positive. Place was exceptionally clean and smelled as such and a quiet atmosphere. Definitely will be returning.

It's a nice fast casual restaurant. It's great tasting pasta. My only issue was I found the chicken to be Salty, it really doesn't need to be salty because it's being mixed with cheese, seems to be an Abilene trend lol, I don't know if they brine the chicken lol. So if you got high blood pressure becareul of the chicken, I didn't eat all my chicken pieces. The meatballs were perfect, and again, the pasta was really good. I had the baked ziti, pesto, and the flavor was amazing. The breadsticks were ok, again a little salty and a little oily deff not the ehm ehm other famous store kind. The cheesecake was amazing. the service was great if you're dining in, they bring it to the table, but you have to order at the counter. Staff was friendly and patient. All in all, I liked the food, and the prices were great. I just think a little less salt on the chicken, and it would have been perfect. But deff give them a try.

First Let Point out the Good Part About my meal I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with a Caesar Salad and some bread sticks. The bread Sticks Turned Out Great seasoning was well maintained and same with the Chicken. But things that need to be worked on Was the Pasta was OK but the Alfredo Sauce was a little watery not going to lie and didn't make the noodles pop second the Salad Was great and the Cheese was great but tone down the cheese a little cause I felt like I was eating more cheese than the salad greens themselves. decided to give Fazolis another try as they had a nice online coupon. unfortunately a similar result. ordered simple spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce (added extra meat sauce) no meatballs and no extra meat sauce. very disappointed. guess I go elsewhere now ery disappointed with my order. Dried out and crunchy. I got a loaded baked spaghetti. looked great on the menu, not good in at all.

Went to this restaurant drive thru and ordered the classic sampler which is normally my go to.. although the lasagna was a bit over cooked on the edges so much so that I couldn't cut through it with the knife and it was chewy. The Spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo were great! I enjoy coming here hoping for a better food experience next time. Also, when pulling out to turn on Danville dr to get to the highway there are these huge trees that obstruct your vision from being able to see oncoming traffic. I hope they remove them so customers can see because it's dangerous.

This day in time it seems like restaurant service has gotten really shoddy everywhere but we felt that Fazoli's was still offering good service and great food. Until our last visit. We came thru the drive thru and the boy on the window acted like we were messing up his evening by ordering food there. He clearly didn't want to be there. And then the food was not very good. I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was so salty I couldn't eat it. The pasta barely had enough sauce on it to keep the noodles from sticking together. And the bread sticks were even crazy salty. Any is seemed crazy expensive, even in today's economy. I hate that because we were recently discussing how Fazoli's still offered a good thing at a decent price. That no longer seems to be true.

It was so cold inside we were freezing the whole time we were there, my mom was shivering. We asked them to turn the a/c off or down and they said they couldn't because it was locked. It was 70° outside, so probably at least 60° inside. Ridiculous. It took 25 mins to get our food and it was not great, tasted frozen and the lasagna wasn't even done. This is the first & only time we've ever had a bad experience there. We usually stop in when we're there from out of town, but this was enough to keep us from going back.

Unfortunately, the loaded fettuccine had barely any hint of alfredo sauce, and the chicken was very dry and salty. Even one end of both bread sticks was hard enough to be crunchy. I've never gotten food that was this bad at Fazoli's. Hopefully, this is just a one off.

We had not eaten here in years so we decided to give it a try again. The initial greeting was great but it went downhill from there. My ravioli was cold when I got it, we were never offered bread sticks & for some horrible reason they have a booth where the trash from the tables is dumped next to where everyone sits. I got the smallest sliver of a cake slice for 5$ as part of what was otherwise a decent dinner. Still, after the pretty long wait (20 minutes in a 4 car line up), to get ripped off by what is about 1 bite for 5$ is an insult. Unacceptable. Were it not for the 20 minute drive back, i would have returned the entire dinner. Quality check and process clearly not being followed.

I went to Fazoli‘s today, $16 for one person, chicken Alfredo, a salad and a drink. I ask, “does that come with breadsticks?” An AI said yes, As we are important enough to Fazoli‘s for them to have an actual person, take our order. Set order did not in fact come with breadsticks. Or I didn’t get mine. $16 for one person.? Not only should it come with breadsticks, but it should come with a kiss good night. This is why I usually don’t go through the drive-through there because the order has never ever once ever been correct.

I got the ultimate sampler, and a 6 pc bread stick, everything was so salty and every bread stick was smashed. I literally got home across town and this went directly into the trash so disappointed.
