Amazing. It was close to the hotel so I decided to go. Raine (yesterday) made such a wonderful impact of service that I decided to return tonight, and Haley was just as good. Busy yet attentive took the time to visit without sacrificing time with other guests. The food was perfect and well portioned, especially for shrimp tacos. Can't wait for my next visit when I come back to town.

It has been a rough day. I had Ms. Destiny serving my table. And her great attitude changed mine. Plus the food was good and so we're the drinks, management was amazing. Thank you for the great experience.

Went for lunch with a group of 6. It's wings, so nothing special there. The server was good, and seemed attentive on taking order and drinks. She didn't need to write down our order and got it correct when it came out, she knew all 6 different drinks and gave refills when needed. It did seem like the kitchen was a little slow on getting the food out. Food was hot and didn't feel like it sat in the window waiting. Overall 4 stars on service, but 3 stars on kitchen.

Everything was good over all. Biggest negative was the men’s room. I don’t think it has been cleaned in over a week. The urinals don’t work and it stinks bad. This doesn’t happen in a day or two.

Ridiculously overpriced. Went on Wednesday for the special but it was still way more expensive than expected. My coworker asked for a non alcoholic beer. When he was 3/4 done, I noticed it had 4% alcohol. He hadn't drank in 6 years. There went his sobriety streak. They were apologetic but could have been a costly mistake. Please be more knowledgeable when serving alcohol.

The food was good, quality as to be expected. Truthfully, there were only 2 girls working and pretty steady customers. There wasn’t a bartender. So super under staffed, and I didn’t see any mss add management. However, the kitchen came and helped with serving, they let us know up front what was going on, and why the establishment looked the way it did. Which wasn’t bad considering, just slow to bus tables. Okay so first of all the hostess ended up being our waitress which was fine, she was fine, with the exception of not taking a drink off our bill that she said that she would. I truly think she forgot. Anyway— this location should not be making crab legs, they were dry and over cooked and tasted like they came out of the oven which was just weird! And for $30?!? Just no. The wings are sooo good, highly recommend the Caribbean jerk dry rub! The fries were so dry and had no seasoning. The bartender tonight made some terrible drinks. I got a Tito’s on the beach which should not be grapefruit juice and it was and it was soo strong omg. Then I ordered the hooterade and it was okay, not great, but okay. Manager was weird and definitely not managing anything. It was an alright dinner though. 🥰

Pass this Hooters up. I was so looking forward to visiting this Hooters, but was sadly disappointed. I had a couple beers, 10 wings, and some fries. Beer was the highlight of my visit. I got all flats, and they were so tiny and overcooked. Fries were marginal. For not being busy, it took way too long to get the meal. There was also an annoying beep going off every 10 seconds. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she just blew it off. I should have demanded she get the manager, which I never saw the whole time. This is a fairly new Hooters and it looked nice inside. Service by the waitress was pretty good overall.

I've struggled to receive consistent quality food/service from Hooters (in various cities). For this visit, I ordered the Buffalo Platter, and the food was lukewarm as if it had sat in the window waiting to be picked up. I'm always disappointed at the size of the shrimp, but they're probably my favorite. I don't like boneless wings but I went with the Platter to get shrimp and bone-in wings. The bone-in wings were the best part of the Platter. I ordered a side of fries and they weren't the best-and Hooters fries are good! Now, my LIT was also disappointing. Next time, I'll go with my first mind and just get a beer. Last thing, they have the music turned up way too loud!

Food was about what you expect from a hooters establishment but the service from the kitchen has much to be desired. Waitress was nice but disappeared often leaving empty glasses. If the business was packed I wouldn't place such emphasis on these facts but there were more empty than filled tables. Otherwise, plenty of TV's to watch in the mean time.

We sit at the bar, lady is nice, good service, menu's need to be clean, restrooms smell bad, and is pee everywhere. You need better advertising.

Food and Service from the staff was great. But being a restaurant that primarily serves people that watch sports. Half of the TV's were on channels that were not available. The other half are old and damaged that showed a black shadow where the bulbs were burnt out. And the big tv was not flat. Some panels were crooked.

I understand it's a sports bar, but the music was entirely too loud. The service was really slow, and they were not that busy. We were never offered refills, and my wife didn't get her salad until the end of the meal because they forgot even after we reminded them. The wings were smaller than chicken nuggets and not worth the price I paid, and the curly fries were undercooked. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our food from the time we placed our order.

Apparently, they were short staffed, the TV'S were malfunctioning! I ordered 12 pieces of buffalo shrimp, it was delicious but, they left the cabbage out, which made the paper at the bottom of the appetizer come apart.

Newer facility and well maintained. Arrived about 5:30, on a Friday night, just ahead of the crowd. Within 30 minutes the place filled up and there was a wait. We were seated promptly and our server took our drink order. She brought the ice cold beer and took our food order. We all got different style wings and shared them. The smoked wings in the Carribean Jerk dry rub were amazing. The breaded traditional wings in General Tso sauce were crispy and full of flavor. The breaded traditional wings in hot sauce were just average. The sauce was applied sparingly, which was disappointing since the wings weren't completely covered. Also ordered the beer cheese and pretzel bread. The bread was good, but the cheese lacked flavor and was bland. Service was good, but attentiveness declined as business picked up. Very lacking in shirt selection and sizes.

Lilly must have a rough week. Service was less than par. I know she can't control what's in the kitchen ( they ran out of fish), but she can better serve. We waited for our check for about 15 minutes till we started to walk to the door, and there she was closing out checks. I get it but finish working your table.

Two stars because of the sliders were fantastic. The hostess (which ended up being my server) was dreadful. The burger I ordered was good. 2 stars due to service and it's not necessarily the wait staffs fault. It looked like there were only 2 ladies working the entire dining room. We have been to this location several times and today will probably be the last. Ambria was our server today. I ordered a small queso not realizing I meant cheese sauce- but when my food came out the sauce was missing so I asked her for the side of cheese sauce- she clarified the difference for me and then SCREAMED loud to the kitchen staff asking for a Cheese sauce. They yelled back "queso" she said "NO! SHE WANTS CHEESE SAUCE" then proceeded to be annoyed and talk poorly. After she brought it out, the cheese had black stuff in it. A customer mentioned to her what she said in the kitchen - she apologized and he said its okay it was funny. - You would think someone working for tips for a living would have a little more decency and respect for their customers. Especially after paying a $95 bill. Perhaps thats why this place is often empty? She got $5 tip and I think that was too much for that experience.

I’ve been to 33 different Hooters across the United States due to the nature of my work and a couple family friends that are in significant higher tier management in the company. The experience I had at the Abilene location was roughly the most unforgiving one I’ve had. In fact, it was the first Hooters I’ve been to where I sat at the bar for a considerable amount of time and actually had to approach a staff member and actually ask if I may order a drink and some food. It was as if I was invisible. There were only 3 other customers at the bar, and 1 in the general seating area- so not busy at all. The location didn’t close for another 3 hours. When the food arrived, I asked if I may have some ketchup, and the bottle I was given was empty, the fries were cold, I was never given the Dr. Pepper that came with the Mac-n-cheese side I ordered..and to top it off, the burger had 1 single pickle slice and 1 single lettuce slice- and that was the final slap in the face for me. I started sending some messages to said family friends and a college colleague and hopefully the circus of customer service at this location can get sorted out- best I can do beyond sending a review to the Hooters.lovesfeedback customer service link. To the servers credit, she was apologetic of the pickle issue (hence 2 star instead of 1). I didn’t bother her about the missing Dr. Pepper. There is an obvious lack of communication between management and employees here, or there’s not much emphasis on customer service and employee/customer relatability for this Hooters location. Apparently, the Abilene location is seeking a new general manager, which I confirmed when I looked at new job postings and the position was posted 4 days ago. Maybe that is the missing link, I don’t know what’s going on- but my goodness, something needs to be fixed here.

I did not receive all of our order. The breaded medium wings had to be taken back and the seasoning or sauce was still off. The buttery sauce that comes with the steamed shrimp order was not the original yummy mouth watering sauce. It was bland and didn’t do any justice with the shrimp combined. The tables were not cleaned thoroughly. The old fashioned tasted like whiskey, water and orange peel. And since when do we have to ask for a kids menu???! Also, how many times do I have to say I want a bottle, not a draft or tall. The waitress did not understand.

It's units like this that have caused Hooters to file bankruptcy. I came in on a Thursday night - waited 12 minutes before I finally got a menu - after asking for it. Just ridiculously bad service. And since when does EVERY single tv in the restaurant have to be on ONE channel. Not everybody likes the NBA. The food was good but I just wanted to get out of there.

Ok I'm being generous to give a 2 star rating across the board. This establishment is lame, overpriced, and the he atmosphere sucks. Went with my son and grandson and to be honest we waited for a hostess to notice 5 people standing at the station to be seated on a Sunday evening about 7:30 and the place was not busy at all and the waitress we got acted like she was put out because we were there and then we ordered drinks and appetizers took forever to get drinks but they were good. As for the appetizers, the shrimp was good.. But the Lots of Tots was about 10 tater tots with cheese and bacon bits thrown haphazardly into a small bowl. So there were not LOTS of Tots. Grandson ordered snow crab and and it was awful, he ate it but I tasted it and found it to taste like nothing, absolutely nothing, bland and gross. My son ordered 50 wings to share at the table. We were told that we could only have 2 sauces on 50 wings although our purpose was to try several flavors . But we decided on 2 and went on with it. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and it was nothingb to write home about at all. The wings came borderline under cooked and once again FLAVORLESS. HONESTLY the whole experience was a bust. There were NO HOOTERS at Hooters which disappointed my grandson and my son as well. And with no HOOTERS at Hooters you would think. There would be some personality or at least a smile, but there was none of that either. I forgot that they brought out plastic utensils as well because there were no clean forks in the place the get were kid sized and flimsy. It was an all around bsd experience and to top it off they added drinks to the check that weren't ours and wanted to argue about it. SAVE YOUR MONEY! It's not the experience you expect and the food and atmosphere do NOT make to where the food lacks

I can see why the franchise is struggling. The restaurant itself is in good shape. It had nice tables and such. Several of the TVs weren't working and half of them weren't playing sports or anything, but were on random soap opera channels, which makes no sense. The service was ok. Not great, just ok. The food was not good. The wings had no flavor. None. I got medium naked wings and they had zero heat or flavor. A buddy got medium original and they also sucked. Two others got various original wings in several different flavors and the only one with any flavor was the BBQ and it was ok at best. The fries were just mediocre. There's nothing special or good about it. If they can fix their menu and get good food back, it'll be a decent place. I just don't see that happening.

This is not your daddy's Hooters. We've been to this restaurant about 6 times. We were served at the bar, like the other times. For some reason, it took us forever to be asked we wanted food. The food was fast food, at best. We ordered a bacon cheese burger and a buffalo chicken sandwich, both with fries. Both proteins were CLEARLY frozen. The chicken had no buffalo sauce, I don't care what the bartender said. They put what looked like cole slaw pudding as the condiment on his sandwich. My burger was frozen, so it was charred on the outside, barely cooked on the inside. It had no seasoning.The shredded cheese wasn't melted. There were no pickles on my burger and the fries had no seasoning. They did tell us that their menu had changed, but I wasn't prepared for the the service and food to have fallen so much, in a short time. Also, at least half the TV's were off and the rest were going out. In food service, no standards = no business, eventually. At least the beer was cold. But, Chili's also has cold beer. We won't go back.

“Hooters makes you happy”? No Hooters brings me Great Depression. Used to be the best place in Abilene to get beers, wings, and watch sports. Every visit for the past two years or so have been awful, the food is always cold and gross, beers hit or miss, may be skunked, this is after giving them another try time and time again. If you like warm beer, cold food, broken a/c, and listening to Bon Jovi instead hearing the game you came to watch that may play on one of their working tv’s this is the place for you!

Welp we tried it again, maybe it was a bad night on a football night….nope still bad. Slow service, food came out sporadically, tots came about 15 minutes after we’ve done our main course. Waitress disappears for 10-15 minutes. Buffalo chicken sandwich came plain with no buffalo sauce. Bunch of the TVs are off, others have burn in. Some screens are glitching and freezing.

Service is terrible they seem like they really don’t care their phones and lounging the priority like they get automatic tips. Hd some Dayton boneless they were medium great flavor and warm, queso warm but good, garlic Parmesan was almost literally cold and was decent. The bathrooms looked worse on the floor than any nasty side of the road gas station. Attitude of the workers very very casually we don’t want to be here I can’t speak for ll of the service personal but from their expressions and crying themselves it was nothing bout environment. The place itself is nice just typical hooters probably fairly new didn’t look run down.

Let me start this off with I am not one to complain, I would rather eat a completely wrong order than to say something, but this was ridiculous. We ordered the 3 tender/5 boneless wing plate Togo and it was $40 for barely any food. The boneless wings and the tenders were small and looked unappetizing and the fries were ice cold. They couldn’t even bother to put silverware or napkins in the bag. I, myself, work in the food industry and I could never serve this to a paying customer. We will not be ordering from here again.

The staff was like the ‘meh’ emoji… manager had a very dry personality and it reflects on his crew… no one that I saw had a smile on their face… no soap or anything to dry my hands in the men’s or the women’s restroom. I waited 15 min. for the manager to input the soap. Meanwhile, I counted 3 staff members from the kitchen go into the restroom and leave, obviously without washing their hands. My wife overheard a conversation next to us where the server had asked someone if they wanted another beer and the guy answered, “I never received the last one I ordered”. I had to ask my server twice for ranch and felt ignored the whole time I was there. All of the hooters girls except for the one behind the bar had pantyhose’s that were ripped. My wings were also overcooked and dry, I didn’t wanna get the issue resolved because I was running out of time to eat and needed to leave so I over drenched my food in ranch to help make them softer. I will say, the cheese sticks were the best part of my visit! This location was not busy at all… I don’t understand why owners of these types of places fail to keep a closer eye on their investments, I don’t see this place staying open much longer.

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes. Was not acknowledged at all. One of the bar tenders looked right me and never said a word. Apparently it was time for her to leave. The other was to busy with the regulars at the other end of the bar. I will not be back to this Hooters. It can burn to the ground for all I care.

Order was wrong! Ordered boneless spicy garlic and received honey sircha! Order was taken back to supposibly correct! Wings came back with spicy garlic covered over the previous wings. This well known place has gone about as far south as I can stand. Every once in a while I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try to see if they have improved. But for the passed year now and 4 trips, I have been extremely disappointed with their service. Every visit I have made, they have sections closed due to lack of waitresses to work them. They have been short staffed for over a year. I normally order my favorite, which is the smoked wings with garlic habanero seasoning. For the last several visits, they have cut way back on their flavorings and you hardly get any flavor at all. Therefore, I have to ask for additional, which is a teaspoon amount and is plenty. Again, there was hardly any flavor and I had to ask for more. After I ate over half if my order, the waitress finally comes running with it. I also order fries with my wings, and I received a large bowl with only 9 fries. The wings, minus the lack of seasoning, are always great. The service and the price your charged for each individual item is poor. 10 smoked wings with no flavor, $14.99 Teaspoon of seasoning to add your own, $2.68 Fries, 9 total in a bowl, $5.99 Tea, $3.99 Total for 1 person, $27.65 for a meal of wings and fries.

Tried to grab a bite at Hooters over the weekend, and honestly, it was a mess. The place was almost empty—maybe six or seven other customers were already seated and eating—but we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table. In an empty restaurant. They had only one server working, but there was a manager just standing around and a bartender who easily could’ve stepped in to help. Instead, we all just sat there waiting. When we finally got seated, we waited another 20 minutes and not a single person came by—not even for a drink order. At that point, we gave up and left. It’s honestly no surprise Hooters locations are shutting down left and right. If this is the kind of service they’re offering, it’s only a matter of time before more follow. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

She stated she did not have time to clear our table that we would have to just live with the dirty dishes on our table while watching football. The restaurant wasn’t very busy. If she would have come around more often we would have had more to drink. When our ticket arrived and paying our bill our server was rude. I have been a Hooters customer for 30 years but after multiple similar experiences I will not be returning.

Sever displayed poor service and despite having a few patrons, the food took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. When it finally came out, some of the dishes were incomplete and the chicken was undercooked. Appetizers arrived a few minutes prior to the main course. We informed them that no apology or attempt to rectify the situation would be accepted. At that point, I stated that we would be leaving.... I have the pictures of the raw food. Could someone please advise where to post them?

Not a good experience whatsoever. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated and then were finally told the food was taking 1 1/2 to 2 hours to come out and they weren’t going to be able to serve us. We came from out of town just to see the girls and eat some good food. The girl who did wait on us was fully clothed which was a let down to say the least. This location needs to get it together. Service was very slow. They apparently don't understand the concept of boneless wings even though it is an option on their menu. Ordered lemon pepper wings and shrimp and both were so over seasoned as to be inedible. would not recommend.

We were passing by coming home from visiting family we were tired, hungry so we decided to stop.! Let me tell you the worse experience ever! My husband asked for French fries with a side of cheese it was COLD, my husband told the waitress she took them came back with the same ones , and still COLD. My daughter asked for fried pickles as she’s eating them she notices the end of a shrimp is in it which my daughter is allergic to shrimp.! We told the waitress at this point I’m thinking she probably thinks we’re being picky but we weren’t we just wanted to eat fresh food not cold food.! My husbands wings were the same cold, so was his shrimp he didn’t even eat at this point we were regretting going. Not cool having to pay for cold food.

Don’t come here it’s a lousy service. The food taste like crap in the drink. We ordered tasted like cold medicine and chemicals.

One of the nicest Hooters I've been to. To bad the Hooter girls didn't match. What I mean by that is none of the girls were that friendly. From host, to my waitress, to the girl that brought the food out. I travel all across the country and I know if I'm looking for a good vibe environment Hooters is always a good place to go. This bybfar was the worst one ever, will be in Abilene for 9 months of work and I know the first place that made my list where not to waste my money, and it's this Hooters in particular.

Our server was great. My fish and chips came out like 30 minutes later after it was ordered. I had no problem with that, but cooked on way to low a fryer temp. The waffles fries overcooked and the fish loaded with grease. Utterly disgusting. Then order a keylime pie to go. Who puts raspberry sauce on a keylime pie. What a disaster and disappointment this location was. No wonder it was dead at this location.

Food was absolute garbage for the ridiculous price I paid. Buffalo chicken sandwich was like chewing on rubber, Buffalo shrimp barely had a hint of sauce on it, and the cheese curds taste like they were fried in really old oil. I’m pretty ashamed of the food quality that they delivered after paying a hefty bill. Like the rest of the reviews… avoid this location.

Horrible service. Stood there to be seated for 7 min and nobody came to the front then sat at the bar for 15 min and they didn’t even for my drink order. The bartender had her attention towards one group only. I wasn’t the only one that walked out. Management should start doing their job and learn how to run a business.

Honestly the worst experience ever walked in no one in the front hostess stand. I finally got seated and a waitress didn’t even make contact until after 10 plus minutes of us sitting there and with a very rude attitude approached us and took our drink order and literally never came back after waiting 10 more minutes my family and I got up and left the place. I don’t normally leave reviews but I hope to save you a waste of your time and money. I have been to over 10 different Hooters locations and this one is absolutely trash and wouldn’t surprise me a bit if that place doesn’t close its doors soon!

It would be great not to see another brand fold. The food is atrocious, and I can’t return. Raw French fries and salads with nothing but chunks of onion!!! WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS FRANCHISE? PLEASE TRY.

Did a DoorDash to this place. Took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me and it was a manager. Let him know that I was picking up a delivery and he went to check on it. About 20 minutes later a girl came to see what I was waiting on and let me know that someone had picked up the order hours ago. The manager apparently didn't know this and didn't care to inform me once he went to check on it. I realize this was a pick up for delivery, but it cost me potential offers because the manager couldn't be bothered.

On june 28 We dine in. Took our order for 40 mins we got our food. Then before we go we order chicken to take home. Took 45.mins . But we keep aaking 5 tomea where is the order finally when we aak can we apeak with the manager the bar tender Seems ignore us and after 10 nins they bring out chicken to go. I NEVER give negative reviews. I wholeheartedly believe that if one has nothing nice to say then nothing should be said, but tonight was way to much for me to NOT say some thing. First, I completed my online order st 7:48pm. Upon paying in advance online, I was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. Food was not ready until 8:50. An hour? The location was not even busy! Brandon, the host, was a complete and total smart-mouth. The purpose of a host is to greet guests. I did not get a Hi. How are you? I apologize for the wait. Have a good night. Thank you for visiting. I only got a snarky attitude telling me it will be 20 more minutes 2 different times. NO WAY DOES IT TAKE AN HOUR TO FRY CHICKEN PIECES OR LEGS. On top of the terrible service & attitude and inordinate wait for food, our order was totally WRONG! I ordered a shrimp and spinach salad. NO SHRIMP! We ordered 20 wings with 2 flavors. Only 1 flavor. We ordered 8 boneless wings with 2 flavors. Only 1 flavor. We ordered & paid for extra ranch and blue cheese. Nope. We didnt get that either. This visit was completely unacceptable. I was part of the local media pre-opening dinner. Things were great. I have visited several times since and each time is a little worse than the last. Terrible service and management.Great food! This was my initial review 2 months ago: Great experience! We will definitely go back again & again!

Hooter’s Was terrible! We the 5 went at about 10:15 Our table did not come with a waitress until 20 minutes later. Took our drink order and I should have gotten them myself. Food order was taken, three chicken with Parmesan cheese, one plain and one with Tia flavored wings. One Salad was order with oil and vinegar but came out with ranch. Husband was lucky he got the grilled cheese sandwich. It took a total of 15 minutes to get all plates on table. Luckily I was so pissed I didn’t eat mine. 2 of 5 people had massive diarrhea eating the boneless wings, during the backlash this morning. First Time , Last Time At Hooter’s! Don’t waist your money! By the way , a person who had Gotten off from Kitchen sat at the Bar in a blue shirt vaping away. I almost pulled my cigarette out to see who would get in trouble first! Worst experience in Abilene so far!!

Worst experience ever, the bartender was focused on her friends, clearly having relationships with everyone. Other servers were not engaging with anyone. Had to grab my own menu for food. Observed several workers "vaping' in the restaurant. Would not recommend, where is the management? Kegs where out, service was trash. I will never come back.

Everything was great about our experience except the food. Apparently the recipe that the wings are tossed has been changed. I ordered the original hot and my wife had the garlic parm. Neither of them had any flavor. I even asked if the wings had been tossed at all since the only flavor was butter and there was no sauce in the bottom of the basket. Note, Hooters has been my favorite wing place for almost 30 years so I am VERY familiar with how these are supposed to taste and look. I was informed that that restaurant had been purchased by a group out of Chicago and they changed the recipe. Needless to say, we will not be back to this store if this is the quality of food that they serve now. There is another wing establishment just up the road and they still have a very good flavor of wings. This is quite sad for me personally but I'm not going to be giving my hard earned money to a company that can't deliver a good product. DON'T CHICAGO MY TEXAS HOOTERS!!!!!!!!!

Lol, I would not recommend this place for anybody. I struggled to get someone to take my order. Most of the servants were standing around talking and looking at their phones. One was talking about her breast pumps that she was walking around using. Another waitress for just sitting at a table with her boyfriend. When I got my food it was lukewarm and it did not taste very good. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else for chicken wings and good service

Went in around 7pm on Saturday evening. I sat at the bar though the place was not at all busy. Asked if they could check if a certain game was available to watch that started at 8pm. Ordered a couple of tall beers while waiting and ordered food at around 7:30 (10 wings and fries). 8pm rolls around and no one had checked to see if the game I wanted to watch was available. Reminded the bartender and told her it was on an ESPN package channel. Was told not sure if they have ESPN though the college basketball game that was on virtually every TV in the place was on ESPN (UK vs Indiana). Same game on every screen except 1 other screen and 1 screen with "The Matrix". Not much of a sports bar with only 1 option of sports to watch. Food was subpar. Wings tasted ok but not much better than frozen wings from the grocery store and were very small. Fries were cold when brought out to me and seemed like they were the crumbs left when the bag is almost empty. Not 1 decent sized fry in the basket, they were curly fries I think but it was hard to tell since they were all less than 1 1/2" in length (basically crumbs). Not hard to understand why the place wasn't crowded. Really got the vibe they didn't want to be there. Asking for a specific game to be put on felt like I was asking for them to loan me money. No one there really wanted to be bothered. Wish there was a Twin Peaks in town, far better wings and they'll actually put your game on. Won't waste my money there again.

Went there a week ago, paid for meal with my debit card, paid the server $20 cash. The server said she was unable to print a receipt for me. When the charge on my debit card went thru my bank…….it was for $30 MORE than it should have been!! I’ve called the manager who told me I have to email corporate, haven’t heard a word back from them yet. MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT AND LOOK AT IT CAREFULLY! I had even marked out the tip section when I signed for my card!

Very bad if you get a to go order check it before you leave one order half the wings wasn't cooked all the way the the other was burnt and the extra cup of ranch i paid for wasn't in the bag first time at this location and probably the last unless I have time to go and sit there to eat. And lesson learned don't tip when you get to go orders

The inability to watch sports or any cfb game today was really a let down. A long wait for service, not the waitress’s fault, but seriously understaffed for a Saturday. And its the 3rd time that the daytona wings have severely disappointed.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Waited 10 minutes to order a drink. Waited another 10 minutes before I flagged down a different waitress to actually get the drink. Buffalo shrimp came out cold. Never got a chance to order another drink. Was there around an hour.
