Had a quick date with my husband at this lovely spot in Addison. I had the nutcracker latte and my husband had a chai latte. Both were excellently prepared by the team. Great flavor, and customized it with oat milk. Wonderful spot with a view of trees and leaves... transports you to a postcard memory. Will definitely return soon.

I love places that are quaint and cozy with a candle lit ambience or soft lighting. So to visit this place during my favorite time of the year, made it even more wonderful. It has an intimate vibe with the smaller tables for two, and there was seating both inside and out. I simply googled “spiked hot chocolate” to be led to this gem, and the menu did not disappoint nor did the staff. I wasn’t able to get the young lady’s name who waited on us, but she had a bubbly disposition, and a very friendly demeanor. I’m always careful to ask for permission to take photos in any establishment, and Teddy (manager - I pray I’m spelling her name right), did not hesitate to give me permission, which I was very grateful for. The Christmas decor was everywhere, and totally fit the mood I was in, after gift shopping in Addison.

I come for a cup of expresso pretty often at this coffee shop. I’ve probably been coming here for the past 7 years now. The staff is normally pretty slow.. so if you are in a rush I wouldn’t stop by unless you just order at the bar to go. The staff is all foreign though which I love and they are friendly! I normally hang out with my lap top and if it’s a nice day I really enjoy sitting out on the patio. Their food is just alright so when I eat here I have to be pretty hungry. But overall I love dining here! It’s a very chill spot that I attend regularly :)

Mr Blue

This place is a favorite in the area and is always busy with people coming and going. Although it can be a bit pricey, their menu items are still of great quality. My favorite part about this place is their desserts, my personal favorite of mine is their recesses cheese cake which is a mix of peanut butter and chocolate. I just stopped by for happy hour for a glass of red wine. I enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the weather. The chairs are small and the tables are very low. This location is in a very nice part of town . Very clean establishment and the restrooms are well maintained. Parking is available on the front and side streets. Service was middle of the road,nothing special stood out.

Astoria is a slice of European culinary delicacy. The freshness of both the atmosphere and ingredients brings the dishes to life. I recommend the breakfast and brunch experience, and perhaps swing by for dessert and coffee after a meal and walk through Addison circle. Pros: - fresh ingredients - comfortable seating - inviting atmosphere - accommodating and friendly staff - involved and considerate management - indoor and outdoor seating options Cons: - limited indoor seating for adverse weather - slow turnover rate for waiting on tables - forgetful with orders and drinks Overall I highly recommend this place.

Service was abysmal. Food was delicious. Location is very convenient. Forced 20% tip or more, no option was provided for a different tip amount, as the server was holding the machine and would not let me touch it...

Went there for the first time and the service was really slow, unfortunately. My oatmeal was never brought out so I just went inside to pay and they apologized and, of course, didn’t charge me for it. But the food my partner got and our coffees were really good! Definitely want to give it a second chance in the near future!

If this place weren’t close to my home and if I didn’t love the street, I wouldn’t come here at all anymore. I admired the place in the beginning but the server doesn’t greet you, and when I say thank you, they don’t even respond. It makes you feel almost guilty for being here. I’ve brought so many friends and new customers to this place, and now I regret it. I also think they should remove the ‘please wait’ signs on the tables. You just stand there waiting and no one comes. In the end, you end up finding and choosing your own table anyway. As a business, they really need to improve. If they were in a different location instead of this one, they would probably go bankrupt.

Sadly, I just had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The server seemed nice enough seating us and taking our orders. But after I had the first sip of my drink, and honestly it was terrible, I asked to switch it for something else. The server said “I can make you a different drink, but I will be charging you for both - you’re paying for that drink either way.” with a very rude attitude. I said no thank you, didn’t take another drink, and he charged us for the drink anyway.

decide came here cuz of atmosphere but disappointed about server. don’t mind to pay overpriced but not deserved. 2 drinks $28+ + tipped. but server sucks they has Europeans style service here but isn’t in a good way. careless, rude, discrimination . If you’re asian. do not visit here. they won’t treat you equally. the server told me table under the umbrella for party of four, but there were party of two sitting there too. We are also party of two. there were a lot of available tables. Also, after served our drinks, he asked if anything else that we needed, I asked for the napkins he said sure, and ignored even walk back and forth in front of our the table. it’s slow at 2:30pm when we visited but service was awful. I rarely put a star on any reviews, but i don’t want other get an experience as me. Never come back even good drinks. DFW is big and we can find another better place.
