Always a good time at Hudson House. Shrimp dynamite is a MUST 👍 My boyfriend and I love the French Chicken and the burger! So delicious. We also love the drinks there (fav was the lemon drop). It is a bit pricey but we don’t mind it because of the amazing service and great food.

Hudson House is the quintessential bougie seafood restaurant you find in any more well-off part of a city. The food was great, very much in line with the prices. I went for an early dinner and got to experience both the sunlit lunch ambience and the dimmer dinner ambience. It’s very pretty inside and the service is fantastic as you’d expect from a restaurant at this price point. The oysters in the seafood bouquet are only a single variety, but the ones I got were great.

Five-Star Dining Experience at Hudson House – Dallas, TX From the moment we walked in, Hudson House delivered an outstanding experience. We were seated promptly, and the service throughout the evening was attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was exceptional—the taste of high-quality ingredients was unmistakable in every bite. Each dish was well-prepared, arrived in a timely manner, and exceeded expectations. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance of upscale sophistication and comfort. While the prices are on the higher end, they match the quality of the food, service, and ambiance, making it well worth it. All around, a five-star experience. Hudson House has earned a top spot on our list of favorite Dallas restaurants.

This was my first time here and the service was AMAZING! Nate was the bartender that served me and he was so good. Even though it eas pack during happy hour Nate had everything under control. I had the $10 happy hour burger, truffle fries and side salad and everything was delicious! The burger was a bit salty but i would def get it again.

Tonight, before Kaboom Town, I stopped in again. My server Ruth was warm and welcoming, and then came the showstopper: the chocolate French silk pie. I forgot to take a picture—that’s how good it was. It came with a huge mound of fresh whipped cream, and the crust had espresso in it. Rich, creamy, and a generous portion. Honestly, it was life-changing. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu either—their French fries are awesome, the double cheeseburger is amazing, and my buddy had the redfish and loved it. If you’re visiting Addison, do yourself a favor and go to Hudson House. Even if it’s just for the pie. Trust me.

Tried to make it to Hudson House's happy hour deals, but it was very packed with no openings available. Nevertheless, we waited for a table to open. I ordered the oysters, lobster mac and cheese, and cheeseburger. Oysters were on the skinnier side but tasted fresh. Lobster mac and cheese was phenomenal!! super cheesy, thick, and gooey. Only thing is the lobster itself could've had a little more flavor and seemed just a tad bit overcooked, but nothing egregious. The burger was really solid too. Great bun-to-meat ratio, cooked well. The large pickle on the side was... interesting. The seasonings on top were great. However, the texture of the pickle was just okay. It was a soggy pickle instead of crunchy one. Overall, great vibes. Busy spot, good energy, and there's actually a decent amount of parking available. There is also a bench in front for waiting or chatting afterwards. I’d recommend going again!

I came here on a Thursday at 5pm and the place was packed! Highly recommend a reservation. The outside patio was completely shaded and had fans going but was still on the hot side. 3 stars for atmosphere because something inside smelled and I couldn't ignore it. The food was delicious and the portions were spot on! They out so much thought into their dishes to the point of putting covers on the lemons so seeds don't get in your food. All in all, very good and I would go again.

I went to happy hour with a friend and tried this place for the first time, so I’m reviewing it today. The vibe was really nice. It is such a beautiful restaurant. The drink was excellent, especially the peach bellini. The food, however, I didn’t care for, and I’m not an oyster fan, so that didn’t help. O got something else and didn’t like it as well. It Nothing bad happened, the bartender was nice, and overall I would give it a 3.5/4 based on food. I would definitely go again and try other food items/drinks and update my review if I do.

Drinks and oysters? Fantastic. Atmosphere? Great. But the chicken parm really missed the mark. You advertise it with vodka sauce — which is phenomenal — yet it comes smothered in a pretty mediocre marinara, with vodka sauce just on the side. Two sauces don’t make sense, and the better one is barely used. If the chicken parm came fully in vodka sauce, this would be an easy 5-star spot for me. Until then, it’s a 3/5.
