I love Addison Coffee soooo much! I've been buying their coffee for over 3 years now. I worked at Google and this is where I bought the coffee for the office from. Vincent also came to the office and did a tasting and that was really cool and fun. Every employee there is so nice and helpful and really knows their coffee! I now buy their coffee for my new office and for at home, and have never been disappointed. The coffee is always fresh and delicious!

If you need fresh roasted beans, please don't think twice about coming here to get your beans. I am new to the making espresso at home scene and wanted to stop by, based on seeing great reviews, to start to learn about the beans they carry and get some advice. Ian (I hope that was your name - I'm writing this review a week or so later) very patiently helped me understand more about the process of brewing espresso at home. We spent time going through flavors, roast dates and how it would affect the espresso taste, what type of machine would be best for my needs and SO MUCH MORE. He helped me knowing I wouldn't be purchasing that day. We have a plan in place and he said they would always be available to help us - he mentioned Andrew was also a wealth of knowledge and could help me anytime I needed. Will definitely be back once I buy my espresso machine. Thank you!!!!

I used to spend mornings at various coffee shops such as Parks but my wife came home with a couple bags of Addison coffee a couple years ago. Combined with a halfway decent coffee maker (a Ninja in our case, not a $500 countertop eating monster) and we have not been out since. I've tried many of their roasts but am most partial to the dry-processed Bali Kintamani Natural and their Premium House Blend. Addison Blend Decaf is our nighttime treat. They have many of their roasts in stock for pickup but I occasionally order on-line for pickup. Have also recently frequently brewed their Iced Peach tea which I believe is superior to HTeaO and much better than the Adagio equivalent.

Update - I had asked for some unique coffee and got it. I'll definitely be back I'll preempt what is likely to be a negative review from today from someone else, since they made it a point to ask the cashier's name. Two pretty rude people were very condescending to the cashier. Scolded her for mumbling, said they didn't like her attitude, etc. Cashier was perfectly nice to me and helpful. Bought coffee based on her recommendation. Tried two that were samples. Will update when I actually taste the new one. Store isn't much to look at but that's fine - it's a place to buy fresh roasted bagged coffee.

The best place for fresh coffee beans! The staff is super knowledgeable and can help guide you towards a coffee that you are bound to love. However, over the last year, I've felt like a nuisance every time I come to get some fresh beans. I understand they have wholesale clients and are always busy roasting but it just really makes me feel like I am bothering them by coming to get more coffee beans.

I walked in here by mistake thinking it was a coffee shop - the people were so friendly and they recommended a coffee shop down the street that they supplied. I was able to sample their product through their client and the flavor profile was excellent! I will order coffee directly through them in the future.

I was traveling through Texas when I stumbled on a few of their offerings at Central Market in Houston. Their Yemeni Mokkah is the best coffee I’ve ever had. And all of the other varieties I’ve been lucky enough to try are incredible. I now order direct from the roaster to my home all the way across the country. Highly recommend. ☕️

A really great group of people make delicious coffee here. I really appreciate the variety of beans they have, and it's fun to branch out and try new beans/roasts. I stick to the south American beans usually, but the African and Asian beans have some very distinct flavors that I think are worth a try. The service is excellent as well. One time, I came to pick up my coffee only to find out that they had accidentally given it to someone else. However, they told me they still had some extra of what they ordered. They put it together in maybe 3 minutes, and gave me a pound of their delicious Myanmar coffee for free as an apology, which wasn't even necessary, though much appreciated The only thing I could ask for is the ability to order just a 1/2 pound of coffee on their website, right now it's only in 1 pound increments. Would highly recommend this place if someone is looking for local, high quality coffee.

I’ve never been to the actual store, but I first tried their coffee at an old job, and I knew I found gold when I ENJOYED drinking it black despite never liking black coffee before. The original coffees are wonderful, and the flavored coffees have the perfect amount of flavor that doesn’t kill the coffee taste like most brands. I just bought the toasted almond creme at Central Market and it’s so good I had to come write a review!!

I visited Addison Coffee Roasters, and it was a cool experience. The place smells amazing as soon as you walk in, with the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee filling the air. Huge selection of decaf options. I tried their House Blend Decaf, and it was smooth and flavorful, you’d never guess it didn’t have caffeine! If you’re a coffee lover but want to cut back on caffeine , this is definitely the place to check out. I can’t wait to go back and try even more of their decaf blends !

I usually really enjoy the undertow here — it’s one of my favorite drinks and is normally beautifully layered. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The drink wasn’t layered at all and looked rushed compared to what I’ve received before. I know things can get busy, but part of the appeal is the presentation, and this time it just didn’t meet the usual standard. Hoping this was just an off day.

Been a customer since 2018. They used to go above and beyond — extra green coffee, helpful staff, and great advice on roasting. Lately, the vibe’s changed. Staff seem less friendly, and the new business model doesn’t feel like the local company it once was. The product is still top-notch, but the experience isn’t what it used to be.

It's like they're trying to set a record for how quickly they can go from charming local spot to utter disappointment. The management must have been on an extended vacation, because the decline in service and quality over the past year has been nothing short of spectacular. The staff's enthusiasm for their jobs seems to have vanished faster than the foam on a poorly made latte. And speaking of lattes, don't even get me started on the sad excuse for coffee they're now serving. It's like they've adopted a new motto: "Why make it fresh when we can make it yesterday?" I used to enjoy spending time here, but now I feel like I'm trapped in a time warp where everything was better in the past. Unless management snaps out of their coma and remembers what made this place great, they can count on losing more customers faster than they can say "overpriced disappointment."

Further, the previous invoice had a SKU number for this item 1151 and no weight, and the most recent invoice had no SKU but the weight clearly shown as 12oz. Kind of trying to slide it by - not good business practice. When asked about it at store was told the 2lb bag was cheaper. But make it transparent!
