By far one of my favorite Panda locations! The food here is made with quality and passion 10/10 . I've been to other stores in the Chicagoland area and find myself asking why is the food not as tasty? The secret I found out why the food is amazing. It's because of the man behind the grill. The chef here has been cooking this delicious food for 10+ yrs bravo 👏 🙌 😋 It doesn't just stop there the management and team are on top of their game, good teamwork and hustle. Very satisfied 😌
I came in on a rush on 5/18 around dinner time. It was super busy with online orders and people walking in. Those workers were ROCKSTARS!! They worked so fast and the food is fresh and delicious. Working service is often a thankless job, but every worker deserves a raise for their hard work. Kudos Panda Express employees. They wouldn’t be successful without you. I appreciate you all.

I don't understand the negative complaints. I'm a Chinese food lover and I think Panda Express is excellent. The only thing that there is a little shortage on are the sauces in the meat. But nevertheless, the Beijing beef and the chow mein are just fabulous. Glad we took a chance instead of paying high prices for a regular meal at a restaurant with 1 entree.
I think this is the best Panda Express on the planet because the portions are very fair and the staff is always friendly and that's a definite plus also I really love it that they work hard to make sure all the food items are fresh and it's nice that they keep the dining room very clean so if a friend stops by and asked me if I want to go out to eat then this is definitely my go-to spot✔️🥡🥠❤️👍
I love panda express I try to come as often as possible. One of the main foods that I like is king pao chicken and also Beijing beef. One ball surprise for me cause I’m not a very big person, but sometimes I order the plate. Thank you, panda express for been there for me.

Really impressed! I went there today may 2nd at around 1:25 pm to get lunch for my crew. And the guy and the girl on the line were really fast and professional. They where working really well under pressure, and I know it’s not easy in the food industry.

Pretty good spot to have a quick Chinese bite. The Beijing beef is the best specially when it's fresh it has a nice crisp to it always my go too
4 stars it’s exactly what’s this place is worth. Food is good but not always tastes the same. Some of Panda Express restaurants have always fresh food that taste the same. Here sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s ok. I don’t know why but it is what it is. Service is always nice and friendly.
I came here for lunch between classes and was pleasantly surprised! I only ate at a Panda Express once before, and that had been (at a different location) such a bad experience that I had no desire to come back. My classmate had a taste for Chinese food though, so we decided to come here. The food was really good! I wasn't familiar with the ordering procedure, and the lady behind the counter was very helpful in explaining the different combos. The inside of the restaurant was clean and nice and open. I wish I had registered that there was outside seating because it was such a nice day- next time! I'm sure I'll be back soon!
The honey sesame chicken with white rice was good. A little stingy on the chicken, I feel like she did two small scoops and there was plenty more room left in the bowl. But the food was pretty fresh and the dining area was clean. Overall not bad.
I Love Panda Express and their food, but staff should pay more attention to what they do. I waited 10 minutes for chow main and I was so hungry that when I finally got my order I just grab it and went home to discover that instead delicious chow main I got damn rice!!! I didn’t check my order inside restaurant thinking that I will get the right food. I don’t like rice but going back to get what I ordered was waste of time. In conclusion, just check your order before leaving this place.
I literally eat here all the time, i sometimes eat in or take out and never had an issue. Staff is nice and food is warm. Like every other Panda Express sometimes a certain entree is not available but that's ok there is always so much more to pick from. The only reason i'm giving it a 4 star is because the portions could be bigger
Great food as usual, but wasted effort to order online. I arrived about 4 minutes after estimated ready time. Food was not ready. I waited another 12 minutes to get food. This happened with my previous visit to Panda Express too. They need to fix this or drop the online option!
I was super happy when I stopped in for lunch. So much food it was great! However, opposite when I preordered online. I got back to work to realize it was very lightly put together. It was whatever but I'll be sure to order in person next time.
8 out of 10 times not bad ! This time however not so great ! Came in and there was a little bit of Beijing Beef left. I asked if they could make a fresh batch the clerk said yes. He said it would take 6 minutes. When the food came up the clerk bought the food to us. Sadly enough it wasn't fresh or hot. He simply gave what was sitting there. Dry , hard pieces of beef in little to no sauce. Oh Well maybe next time.......
We were staying close and wanted something quick, which it was. Food was good, choices were not the full spread which it was 8pm, so I could see that. The part that bugged me was the staff had more interest in their conversations with each other than to supply the customer in front of them. Then, we had the opportunity to listen to the cook explain to his coworkers how to cheat in making the chow mein for "instant chownmein" and skip the normal process, so that was informative.
Manny is the MOD today and let me tell you, what a rude young man, we made eye contact I said good morning and was totally ignored….. he kept walking up and down the line checking his inventory while I stood there being ignored. I work in customer service and if a customer comes into my place of work and I’m busy with something, I greet him and let him know tht someone will be with him shortly.

She tried to serve us the lil bit left in the bowl. I had to ask when we're they added a fresh batch, when it was ready, they only gave us 4 pcs of meat with the broccoli. Won't be going to that location again. I had way more meat at the other location earlier.

If you pay for a premium entree you should get a descent portion this is disappointing
I love Panda Express, but this location is always disappointing. I can see the kitchen boys are constantly making dishes, but they only make enough for 2-4 people so I am ALWAYS waiting 5-10 minutes for them to make one or more of the dishes I like. Why can't they make larger portions like other locations? This location is usually busy enough for it, I often am among a group of people waiting for some dish to be cooked. If it wasn't that this happened EVERY SINGLE TIME, I would not be so upset. They need to get a new manager or something. I should not have to wait every time. Not to mention the portions doled on your plate are smaller than other locations, as others have mentioned. Maybe they are trying to stretch the small portions cooked per order to more people. Those poor kitchen boys, they should get paid more, they are always busy!

Not a safe bet for 30-min lunch breaks. This obviously has been instructed by management, as well as the fact that they are serving smaller portions now. Yet the prices just keep going up…Just call in an order to your local small business Chinese restaurant- better value, better quality, and better service.

The staff punched in what is supposed to be a free entree from the app. They are not allowed to refund if there is a mistake with the order. Communication seems poor.
Stay away from the bowls, they’re extremely skimpy considering $8!! Your better off getting a two entree for $1.50 more. Little bit better but overall they’re serving you less n less and more expensive!! Been going here for almost as long as they came around so I can make that claim 💯!! Better off ordering real Chinese instead for these prices and bad quantities …
I went to PE today and they had a run on Orange chicken. Looking to not wait 15 minutes for it to come up I decided on another dish. Ordering a plate to go I asked for steamed rice and black pepper chicken. ( double ) for my plate. Everything went smoothly until I went to eat it. Where is the CHICKEN??????!!!!!?????? I figured since both entrees were the same dish that there would be plenty of Chicken. Counting the chicken pieces as I found them. 7 small pieces. Very small pieces (--------------------------------) that small of the piece. The dish should be named black pepper veggies. That is basically what I had. I would NOT recommend that dish until you are a vegetarian. If I could give zero stars for the food I would. What a waste!
Do not EVER, EVER order food online at this place. They cannot follow instructions and leave out items. I had an experience where they left out the chicken in mine and my co-workers order, THE CHICKEN! We had to drive back from work to get the food we paid for. The second time they forgot to put Teriyaki sauce on the Teriyaki chicken, Luckily I caught it before I left the store but then after getting back to my job I realize they forgot the noodles. (it was half noodles have veggies) Long story short do not ever order online. They will forget things. In my order I have placed while at the restaurant they will not have item you request about 33% of the time. Be ready for the 2-3 minute wait during lunch. If there was another Panda slightly closer, I would abandon this place. I think I might just go to one of the restaurants next door from now on.
Ladies who worked here should have pull theirselves together. Ive waited for my order cause its not available yet. I waited 15 minutes, yes im willing to wait. However, why the people behind me gets the food that ive waited. Entree and side ive been waiting was already in the hot box and given to others yet im still waiting for mine. So here i am ready to eat my order to my surprise NO SAUCE AND NO CHOWMEIN!
Came in at 8pm on my way home from work. I walked in to get my favorite sesame chicken. The rude girl said we don't have any. I said ok ill wait for it to be done, she said we only have what's out, we close at 9:00. I said exactly you close at 9 not 8, so again I'll wait. She said again we aren't making anymore food! Eat what is out here! Aside from being appalled and in awe, I said.. I don't eat spicy chicken or orange chicken. She said we then I can't help you have me a dirty look and walked away! WTH? These are the type of people you are hiring? I think you need to pull an undercover boss and see what's going on in here! You lost long time customers!
The teenager working behind the register had asked me for my ID when I had purchased a soda. you do not ask someone for an ID for purchasing a soda Panda Express does not sell alcohol in any of their restaurants!she then told me that her excuse was that my card was not working when she slid it and then she had me insert it and told me that it had a chip when it did not have a chip I had a debit card I did not have a credit card and when you slide it you're supposed to slide it slowly not fast.My card does not work when you slide it fast because when I slid it in an ATM before, it ripped it. So now you have to slide it slowly otherwise it will not work and you do not insert the chip because it does not have a chip in it! if she does not have the patience to slow down and listen to customers and she has to ask me for my ID when I'm purchasing soda then maybe she shouldn't work there because you don't have to have an ID when you buy soda. I am 30 years old not 14 or 15 she's the one that looks like she's 14 or 15!!!! She should show people her is and that she is old enough to work here.
Don’t do a pickup order when it’s busy here because the associates will pay no attention to you. I stood there over 20 minutes waiting to get my order that was ordered online. They need to realize that we’re all customers to and that we deserve to be acknowledged and handled just like the people in line. The associates acknowledge other people that came in after us as we continue to stand here. Never eating at this location again.
Went in today and per usual not all food was ready. I asked about the mushroom chicken was yold five minutes i declined and left with my plate minus mushroom chicken. I decided to go back in after the five minutes to check and once again no mushroom chicken. I asked the employee about how much longer and they stated five minutes again. I laughed and left. This location never has anything ready. Always leave without what i wanted. I will no longer come to this location and hope that you hire either faster or more competent workers.

She didn't do this to the other customers before me. I felt uncomfortable with even speaking to her. She was showing signs of impatient and being irritated. I asked for the greens and she replied, with such attitude. "We stop making greens at 7 p.m." After, completing my order. I was then treated disrespectful by the cashier (Gio) throwing money in my hand. Once, he gave me my change (I never threw money in his hand). Very unprofessional on both staff members. Being young and employed does carry responsibilities and respect when it was given to you first. I have children their ages, and in no way will they treat anyone like that. But, I am only given my experience with this location and the employees. I overstand their position at work. But, their first impression gave me rude and negative vibes. I won't allow anyone that I know to visit this location! Not an inviting place 0 stars.

This place is ridiculous. They NEVER HAVE FOOD READY. The wait is always “five minutes”. This is beyond ridiculous. I’d avoid this place if you want FAST food.
Mobile order line is deeper than regular customer line, and they keep helping out the 1 or 2 people who keeps walking in. If I knew, I would have just walked in instead of placing a mobile order. On top of that, you got 3 people working the line, not 1 person can pack the mobile orders? I would assume the process has to be better than this and just this store doesnt know what they’re doing. Otherwise Panda needs to rethink their process. Unacceptable.
$16 and this is 3/4 full. Don't waste your time. Go to a real take out place you'll get 5X as much stuffed to the top . Robbery!

Wish I'd read the reviews. I scheduled an order online 2 days in advance for pickup at 7:00 PM. I get there a few minutes before the pickup time and they tell me that it'll be 10 more minutes and that they're waiting on the white rice. Meanwhile, I watch people with walk-in orders get their food before me. I end up not getting my order until around 7:20. What is the point of offering online ordering if it's not going to be ready at the time that you schedule?
Horrible! My first time going to this location I said can I get a 2 entree he automatically starts putting food on my plate that I didn’t say I wanted and then when I spoke he looked at me like he was lost. Yikes. Then I’m asking for super greens and he’s barely putting any on my plate! I said can I get a full serving he takes a deep breath like he’s annoyed like I’m asking for too much haha yikes horrible customer service. Then I get the chicken with pineapple and he’s giving me more pineapple than chicken I told him I might as well go buy a pineapple from the store at this point. Just really really bad experience here. I do not recommend this location. Go somewhere else people please
