We had our 50th wedding anniversary here with 20 people. Service was excellent. We had pictures taken and many laughs. Had the Tilapia with spinach stuffed with crab and shrimp. Husband had spaghetti with sausage crumbles mushrooms and marinara sauce. Others had lasagna, chicken marsala. Everyone raved how great the food was. Also had wine and beers. Wine was good pour. Would recommend this place for dinner.

I loved it! The best food and service you need to try it the prices are reasonable too. My husband and I both loved the food lasagna with meatballs that were perfectly cooked and I tried something new Gamberi Broccoli Fettuccine with Shrimp I was so impressed it was a great dish. We have found a new date night spot when going Italian.

Had my daughters first birthday party here this past weekend and the day couldn't have gone better- the staff was so amazing and accommodating to our needs, got us extra tables last minute and did whatever we needed to make the day special. The guests all loved the food! Would definitely host here again.

Great place to host a rehearsal dinner in the private party room on the 2nd floor. The staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious. They even provided a microphone.

Attended a great birthday party, the food was on point and delicious. The service was great and timely.

I recently organized our end of year tennis banquet for Courts Plus. We had 65 players and coaches in attendance. I worked with Josh to set everything up. The event was perfect! The food was delicious and we felt it was very reasonably priced. Josh set up our tables exactly as we requested them. The server Bridgette was wonderful. I would recommend Angelo’s for dinner or a special event. We would love to have our banquet next year at Angelo’s again.

Had a great meal for a special occasion tonight. Bridget our server was outstanding. We all loved our food. The other staff was very friendly too. We have lived in the area for years. This was our first time in the restaurant but love the deli next door. We will be happy to return for dinner again.

My family has had numerous events at Angelo's. From business events to Weddings and everything in between. We love the food, the service and how accommodating they are. Dining here never disappoints either. Josh and his family work hard and it shows, they do an exceptional job! Thank you Josh for the many years of memories you've helped us create.

Love Angelo's!!! Have been a satisfied customer for years. Great service, food and atmosphere. My favorite dish is the Veal Francese, so tender with the most delicious sauce!

Excellent seafood salad and unique variety of tasty seafood pasta, risotto, and other dishes.

I had the veal parmesan. It's hard to find lately. It was amazing and it wasn't that expensive

A well deserved 5 star review. I attended a Banquet today, the restaurant was awesome. We had a 40 plus size group. It was served family style. We had plenty of space to roam from table to table and visit. The service was stellar, and the food was top notch. I would highly recommend hosting an event or dining at Angelo's

We had our Son's wedding rehearsal dinner here last night. Everything was great. The food was exceptional and the wait staff was outstanding, very attentive and quick to respond to our needs and requests. We highly recommend Angelo's! John and Tina

This place has become my favorite spot in Elmhurst. Amazing food and service. My fiancée and I came for our anniversary two weeks ago and loved it. I brought my mom and sister back tonight and they loved it as well. The Venetian chicken and Italian ice are delicious! Absolutely recommend this restaurant!

The food here is amazing! I've been here a few times now and have not had a problem. Waiter is always friendly and helpful. I personally don't eat vegetarian or gluten free but they do have commendations if you happen to be. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for good Italian food. Have not had a chance to try out their weekday lunch but my mother says it is worth a visit.

We had a really great time here for a friends birthday. There were 7 of us with a reservation at 5 on a Saturday and they were more than happy to give us a table that was big enough for us to spread out a bit more than normal. The food was very good and the carrot cake was so so good. They took great care of us, really great service.

Been going to Angelo’s for years love the service . Bridget you’re an asset to this Italian restaurant. If you want great service ask for Bridget she is always so kind and helpful. And very friendly 😊 Food is fabulous. And the atmosphere is very relaxing. If you love Italian food this is the place for you 👍

Wow! What a great place. Huge menu. Big portions of delicious, well-prepared food. The best part are the servers, who are kind and offer guidance on what's good. Several of the servers have been there for decades. They really made us (visitors from NC) feel like home. Go!

Loved their dishes, chicken picatta was so good! Great warm bread with oil and I would go back just for the house salad it had a delicious house made dressing that I am still thinking about days later. Friendly service, can’t wait to go back and try the attached deli as well!

We hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Angelo's about 2 weeks ago. We reserved the single banquet room upstairs and ordered the buffet. Our servers were Dennis and his daughter Nicole. Everything was outstanding! The service was great. We were trying to stay within a budget and Nicole worked with me on how to achieve that. The food was really good and the buffet offered a nice selection of items. Hosting this type of dinner was stressful but Josh and the staff at Angelo's exceeded our expectations! Everyone had a great meal and a wonderful time!

Angelo's is the best. I grew up in the area and I always enjoy coming home to the best Italian food, made by people who care. I try something new every time and every time I think it's the best dish I've ever had. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Wines are great too. Thank you for being a staple of and a warm welcome home when I come back.

Best pasta I had!! Employees were attentive, owner was always checking, pasta and soup were very good! Enviorment is very calm, and all the food is definitely made with care and love. If you want to go on a date night or night out with friends come here! Pastas are around 22-28 average!

Went to a Christmas party in the upstairs room and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and you could have a conversation without having to raise your voice. Also had a dance floor so we could dance.

We love going to the deli on the weekends. we gave the bar a try and seemed lacking in atmosphere and flavor. We have solid choices in Elmhurst, if you're going to standout...gonna have to try a little harder than this. Spend less time saying hello to those you know and perhaps welcome some new face and learn a thing or two.

We came here after the funeral services. They had the place set up for us. The food service was good, the food itself was good, soup, salad, chicken lemon, sausage and peppers, mostaccioli, fresh bread. Thank you for serving our family.

Food is good. I was yelled at because I accidentally walked into the wrong “banquet” room which was just ridiculous. Wait staff upstairs was not friendly or helpful. Bartender was very nice. I don’t know about the regular seating service… but don’t yell at high rollers for the tiniest thing because they won’t ever go back… sorry. I am honest always 100%. The service downstairs could be great. I’m just saying the service upstairs was not.

Been here 4-5 times, group dinner, buffet, and parties. Food has been delicious and great portions. However, friday night not so for me. Had a special breaded white fish and shrimp in butter sauce. Way, way, way too salty and very mushy. Disappointed. I'm one not to put up a fuss and no need to send it back. Friday night seafood should have been delicious! My wife and other couple said their meals were very good.

Weird place decorated with a Western, Southern, Italian motif. Staff ok not very welcoming or accommodating. Food was ok, was hoping to find a good Italian place. Will keep looking...

My wife loves Italian food, so we decided to check out this place. Place was busy, so we waited 15 minutes. Not a big deal. I ordered lamb chops and my wife ordered some kind of pasta. She loved her dish. My lamb was OK, the side of pasta that it came with was absolutely inedible. Prices were on a higher side. Not sure if we will be back. Maybe during warmer weather. Wife wants to check out their patio..

Arrived at 515 on a Saturday for reservations for an 8 person dinner, we all arrived at the same time and ordered quickly. Nice selection of dishes. The restaurant was empty. Within an hour it had filled up and we had our soup and hot bread, (we didn't order drinks) very good but was still waiting on dinner. Other tables had their dinner and were finishing when ours arrived a full hour after we ordered. The food was very good, hot and large amount. I had calimari stuffed with crab (like crab cake consistency) and broccoli. Would order again. Others ordered lasagna or gnocchi and shrimp and enjoyed their meals. I would give the food 4 stars and the service 3.5 stars. Although the servers were polite, there was no explanation as to why our food was late. No manager arrived after we asked several times about the food being delayed. We had to leave for a party at 645 so our meals were hurried.

It saddens me to write this review but unfortunately I will share my experience. I will start off by staying 5 stars for the food. It is apparent that excellent ingredients are used, portion sizes are ample and it's simply delicious. The two stars are solely based on service or lack there of. My family dined in at Angelo's about a week ago and we loved it and our waitess was kind and courteous. I really thought this would become our go to Italian having just moved to the area. However I went back to pick up dinner to go and the vibe was totally different I was not even greeted with a hello when I entered or acknowledged for 7 min as I waited I thought in this day and age we were passed some of the cold shoulder treatment based on race but clearly not. So this is a great restaurant if you fit the picture of who they want to serve.

Actually sitting here right now. I was surprised to see how empty it is but now I'm starting to understand. We have a party of 10, the restaurant might have 20 diner's excluding us and we have now waited over 45 minutes for our appetizers. It's quiet as a library here on black Friday evening and now I understand why. Service is seriously lacking; we even had to ask to have the candles lighted on our table! I came here for a banquet over the weekend and came through the restaurant side. I asked a young lady that was working the front and she just pointed at a door and told me it’s upstairs. Oh okay. When the banquet started we asked for drinks and the guy acted like I was such an inconvenience. The sprite tasted horrible and had a nasty aftertaste. The place is old outdated and filled with workers with nasty attitudes. Won’t be back.

I was there with my family we sat for 25 minutes. The HISPANIC water boy took us bread didn't speak to us didn't give us water. The waitresses didn't even acknowledge us. Another NON HISPANIC family came in they where taken care of fast. By the waterboy and by the waitress. We are HISPANIC by the way. So we got up and left paid for the bread We got We left $50 that they took right away. Iwas so disappointed cant believe racism is back.

All I can say is not worth it, is to expensive for what you received! Just go to olive garden you will have more food, and you'll pay les money! The place is so old I came at night, it was creepy being honest but what it ever!!!! people was kind of nice, and the food it wasn't bad it all, is just too expensive! Because is not something that you can say omg this is so yummy! So in resume just go to a different place!!! And for the restaurant: be more consider for what you charge, to what the customer received! I don't mind to pay if something is expensive but I expect top Notch!!
