The staff here is phenomenal. Crystal took my order and she welcomed me like this was my hometown. Such a warm and positive attitude! The two employees that prepared my order were very kind and swift. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, even at a very busy lunchtime everyone had a smile!

First, thank you for the service and meals you provide. The burgers and salds are scrumptious. Just be mindful folks when ya bit into their burgers. They are arlready juicy and will spill out of the buns unto your clothing. Just a heads up if you choose to request more condiments, cheese, onions unto the burger. The salads are the best for the type of service establishment. The ladies and the drive theu are always a pleasure to see and are very curtious and helpful. The lines tend to be long with the waits on fridays, weekends, and lait afternoon; therefore ñ, be prepaired, stay calm, be patient and always be gracious for their service. This is an old style, what-a-burger. It is well cared for. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the food was hot and fast as expected. A good location right off the highway.

Great, friendly folks working there. The gal at the register was very nice and the crew was helpful to bring us our food. We were on a road trip, so the extra kindness with knowing we had two kids under 4yrs was helpful and extremely appreciated. The food was all to be expected. Normally good for a whataburger, but not exceptional. And the atmosphere was nominal as well.

It’s Whataburger. Plain and simple. You’re not getting this kind of good stuff at In-N-Out Burger. The burgers are bigger, juicier, and actually taste like a real meal. The menu’s got options too — spicy ketchup, patty melts, breakfast at 2 a.m., all of it. Every time I go, it’s hot, fresh, and made the way I order it. Texas just does burgers different. Sorry, but this ain’t even a fair fight. 🍔

10/10 recommend! Food was great! But also want to let it be known. I spent my lunch break here eating in and watched the lady named Heavenly help in anyway she could. She was making drinks, helping with door dash orders, helping get food cooking and bagged, she help get customers who was dinning in their food to them along with paper towels and sauces and also helped us put our food tray away when we was ready to leave. Im not sure what her job title is but she definitely deserves a raise. I understand this is their job to do those things but she was going above and beyond to help the customers and the employees she works with!

We stopped here at midnight. Traveling on our way up to The Crater of Diamonds in Arkansas. We got it togo. I forgot to mention that we were the only customers there. I wanted a Dr. Pepper shake with my food, but the ice cream machine was not frozen all the way so they subbed my shake for a large drink cup instead. We got.our food back to the hotel and my friends burger was all wrong. He had asked for no onions and the cashier even repeated that back to us. They ended up putting only onions on the burger. He doesn't like onions at all on his burger so yeah that was kind of messed up. The staff was friendly, just need to pay attention to what they are putting on the orders I guess. Other than that. The restrooms were very clean and the whole place was very clean.

We got here at around midnight, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The tables were pretty dirty (we had to wipe one off to sit down--it had ketchup smeared on it). We went to order, and it took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order--the staff were standing in the drive-thru area talking with each other. The lady who came to take our order was nice but just walked off in the middle of my order (not a word from her was said, and she was gone for about 2 minutes; long enough that another worker stepped in and started to finish our order until she returned). After we ordered, a large group of people arrived, so the place got busy fast. It took 28 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries, and when our food was ready, they stood at the front and called our number instead of bringing it to the table. The food was hot and fresh, and it had the same great flavor I expected from Whataburger. Overall, the food filled us up and made us happy!

Wow this place is hoping at 1pm on a Sunday! Overall a good experience. Our food was good but my chicken sandwich was like warm. My husbands burger was hot and yummy. Women’s bathroom was very smelly and a slight mess. However, with the amount of traffic in that place it could happen with just a couple rude people not throwing their towels away. The gentleman bring out the food was very polite and upbeat! I can’t believe how busy they were and we didn’t have to wait very long.

The place was clean. The workers were very polite and courteous. I wasn't that impressed with their pattie melt, but mom liked their chicken strips.

Had placed an online order and was asked to park in a certain spot. Waited 15 minutes and an employee had to come back out and ask me who the order was for. She brought it out to the car in another five minutes and didn't say a word. I said thank you and she just walked away. Terrible customer service. But decent - JUST DECENT - food. A bit slow for the service , slower than most locations I have been to .Food came out cold. Order was also wrong , gave them 2 chances and now the 3rd time , it’s a trend for this location. Check your meal before you drive off ! It’s probably incorrect

First off, Google took us the wrong way to enter the parking lot so that was annoying. Once we parked and got inside, flies were flying around the restaurant and the location had a meh vibe. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but seemed low energy. The bathroom was decent. The food was okay. Whataburger just isn’t what it used to be.

Waited 30 minutes for food while watching other customers receive their food who ordered after us. When asked about what was going on with our order the staff behind the counter responded with a attitude.

Don’t stop here if you’re on a trip and want to make a quick stop. I was in there waiting for one Junior meal and waited 26 min. The staff was friendly enough, but not in a hurry. The food I finally got was hot and the fries were fresh. So it’s just not a quick stop if you’re in a hurry.

Has to be the World's Slowest Whataburger. I spent 30 mins in the drive thru lane (truth, not joking). When I finally made it to the window, I was given my food but had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my soda and shake. Drove 1 block down the street where I began to eat my meal. There was no ketchup nor straws. The burger and fries were good but a little cold. The worker in the window was kind but definitely needed some help or additional training. 10 mins for 2 drinks is a little long.

I waited 30 minutes for two burgers and one fry just to receive a cold burger and fry, and that was after being brought the wrong order the first time. They were also out of large buns and had to issue toast instead.

This store just keeps getting worse. Today will be my last visit Today was the first real day that I've had a genuinely terrible experience at a Whataburger. And this gets being overcooked to the gravy being basically soup that had no flavor to it. And then we got to listen to the staff complain about how management's enforcing rules the entire time we ate. Good job Whataburger, good job. And for the record, it was the manager of the store that initiated the complaints.

I place curbside orders frequently in the mornings as I don’t have a whole lot of time to wait in the drive thru before I have to be at work. And here recently, I’ve been there within the time frame of my food being done, and I wait and wait and wait at the curbside pickup, and still have to go in and get my order. The food is usually cold. And the drink is never correct. I order unsweet tea. And every single time, it’s always sweet. I don’t know what is going on with that location here lately. They used to be awesome. Not so much anymore.

Come here a lot at night since I live down the road. Employees are always rude, food is never nice and hot. Half the time they mess your order up and one of the worst is being pulled after sitting in their drive thru for 30 mins then having to wait another 25 after pulling forwards. This store and management is the worst. Drive thru girls to worried about smoking their vapes and taking to guys in the cars. This is the last time I spend my money and time here.

Food was okay but took 20 minutes to get it. It is not very professional for the manager to be approaching customers as soon as they set down and get them to give a 5 star review. We weren’t seated at our table for even two minutes when we got approached for reviews.

Me and my family just went through drive though and it took 15 minutes before someone finally took our money at the window. Then we got pulled up and we waited 35 minutes on our food to be brought out to us then when we checked it the lady told us they were waiting on fresh fries and brought us half a fry carton full of cold fries!! First bad experience I've had there and I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

This place actually deserves Zero stars. Worst customers service anyway where in Paris rexas. I waited at the order stand in the drive thru about ten to 12 minutes waiting to order. Then after ordering was told when I got to the windows I would need to wait for it to be cooked fresh. There was enough time to cook my order while I waited if they would take more than one order at a time.

I come to Paris about twice per month. I stopped inside this morning to get my usual breakfast, biscuit and gravy and hash browns. They were out of biscuits and hash browns! This place has gone seriously down hill lately.

I ordered online and checked in for curbside pick up at the exact time my food was estimated to be ready. After waiting 11 minutes I finally walked inside to ask about my food. I'm pretty sure this totally defeats the purpose of having curbside pick up. Waited inside another 10 minutes at least. Food was warm and not EXACTLY what was ordered but close enough to not chance waiting another 20 minutes. If they can't handle online orders they need to not offer it to begin with and just offer dine in and drive thru. Others were also waiting. Including a customer waiting 15 minutes on an apple pie that had been ready since she ordered. She was also curbside. Ridiculous.

Worst whataburger we have ever been to. Manager is yelling at all the employees while customers in the store. Watched them salt the same batch of fries three times. They are wearing gloves but also wiping their face and noses with the same gloves they’re touching food with. Would not recommend this place.

Absolutely slowest service we have experienced in a very long time. Fries were not fully cooked. Burgers were not made correctly even though it was correct on the receipt and half the meat was off the bun. Approach to detail needs to be addressed.

I came through the drive thru this afternoon and ordered a double meat cheeseburger meal. After sitting in the drive thru for a whole 25 minutes with only one car ahead of me, I finally received my order. Not only did I not receive the large Powerade and large fries I had ordered AND payed for, but I had zero ketchup (that I had requested.) Will NOT be wasting my time or money here again. Do better.

Terrible service. It took 20+ minutes. Everything in our order was wrong in some way and a sandwich was missing from the order. This was a pickup order, no straws or napkins given. When we went in to get the missing item, we told an employee what we were missing and they ignored us and walked away so we had to wait in line to get our missing item. The way they so amazingly do their jobs so poorly makes it seem that it's intentional.

Sat in drive thru for 42 minutes to get a cold burger, old fries, funky tasting "freshly made" tea. Won't be back.

Ordered through the drive thru, waited 15 minutes in line behind two other vehicles that was waiting. Luckily the drive thru has an out to be able to exit. Sorry to the person behind us, but the two cars in front of us was still waiting as well. Lesson learned.

I tried to use the drive thru. Placed my order and was told to use the outside lane. A bit odd, but I pulled up as instructed. 20 minutes later the girl comes out asking the name on my order, and if it was an online order. I told her my order, and she said they were waiting for the meat. I left without waiting any more. The drive to a different restaurant and wait for that food was less time than my entire time at this Whataburger drive thru.

If anyone in charge actually cares to read these reviews I would like to say that I was at this Whataburger Tuesday September 2nd between 3 PM and 330 I had an order to go for my wife and myself she had a number one medium I had a number 2 medium when we drove away and stopped in the parking lot and opened up our bag to eat them the meat was cold and old and it tasted terrible!!! You people should be ashamed of yourself charging $23 for garbage the service was fair and the atmosphere was fair what a burger has gone down hill over all I won't be eating here

The food from here is disgusting. Every time I get food from here it is thrown together and I can’t even eat it. I got 2 burgers (pictures below) and they look and taste disgusting. They were loaded in sauce and my buns were completely soggy. All of my fries were cold. 🤦🏻‍♀️
