We love Whataburger on Palmhurst, everyone is so friendly especially Mr. Martin Gonzalez, he is very nice and courteous keep up the good work Mr. Gonzalez and to all the staff members as well thank you all so much and especially for those 😋 delicious hamburgers 👏👏

I do outside sales and I go all over the Valley and eat out more than I should lol. I been to basically every Whataburger in the Valley from Roma to SPI. This location has the best Customer Service and the most friendly Homey atmosphere. There's an older gentleman walking around asking everyone if everything is OK and if they need anything else. Ever since I walked inside.... it has been Amazing. I usually don't leave comments on my reviews but this location hands down the best Whataburger I have been to. I didn't want to be weird and ask for his name but he was wearing a white Whataburger shirt. Mr Martin Gonzalez. Thank you 🙏🏼 you made my Day.
I made an order online the other day to this whataburger. And some how the order never got created in there system. When I showed up there was a little confusion but with great staff and management everything got taken care of. I'd like to thank David and Julie for a very professional manner they assisted me. They offered me 2 free meals on the next visit for the mishap. Thank you guys. I would definitely come back for more.

Nothing negative to note it should be assumed all criteria have been met clean facility good food etc.. First time diners will be pleasantly surprised. Us old timers say something if something needs to be said.

Great restaurant, facilities were great, food was great. My Buffalo Chicken Strip had a lot of ranch, but was good. Service was friendly and timing was about 5 min. One of my favorite restaurants.
This Whataburger in Particular, the 3 Mile location is always on point. The host always greets us when we arrive, and they hardly ever get our order wrong.

Great customer service, had trouble with online order but gentlemen in curbside (Joey) and the one taking orders through phone went out of there way to help me out! Even a complementary cookie for the trouble. One of the many reason Whataburger has grown in Texans Hearts not to mention the full stomachs, lol.
Fast and easy through drive thru. Ordered a #1 w/ bacon & cheese and medium fries and vanilla shake. I was close to putting a bad review but because when I got home there was barely any fries in my bag but I realized I was drunk so I probably ate them so it wasn't y'all's fault. Thank you 🍔
Ordered a number 2. 12$ whatasized Not bad. Jalapeño is 70¢. Bunch of kids working. Clean place. Food was good. Anybody else notice maybe it’s the bread or meat isn’t as flavorful. Fries are still great. It’s a good place.
They forgot to add my fries to my combo.. I called and mgr oben said to come in asap and he will take care of it. One week later I went up there and another manger have me no issues even though I'm did not return it n 3 days. Great job taking care of f your customers and not making it a big issue.
The customer service given by “Julian” was impeccable. Only problem is that I can only give 5 stars I would give a million if I could!
Was able to email them my large order-40. I got there a little early and they were just finishing it up. Treated me great and helped me out. And they were still taking care of their other customers with ease.
Food came out super quick, the staff was super friendly and made sure everything came out perfect. Place was clean !
They actually messed up on one of my burgers and naturally I would be very upset, but the young man that they have taking care of the curbside orders was so polite, courteous and respectful, that I’m still giving the restaurant a 5 star rating! You don’t see many young ones with good customer service, this young man was a bit shy but full of manners!
Ordered Jr Burger meal and it was delicious!! Burger was just as I ordered and fries were very hot 🔥 just the way I like them. Great customer service and Sam is an excellent employee. We got great service from him. Establishment is kept clean. Highly recommend this location.
Food delivered hot and fast, just like I ordered it. Great customer service. I'm allergic to cheese and I had no cross contamination. The lady even remembered I was allergic when I went back to correct an item. Wonderful place to eat.

Luis OP took care of my order that I placed at the wrong location through my mobile app. I called that restaurant and they had no history of my order. I provided my receipt and Luis did not hesitate to take care of me. I appreciate the customer service, it says so much of this Whataburger. Thank you, Luis!!!

I wanted to leave a review because I want this young man acknowledged. His name is Edgar Bustos, he has great customer service. He was very attentive to our order, had a very positive attitude after working a long shift.
It's a staple of Texas. Great burgers
They, messed up my whole order, it had veggies when I requested them without, the fries where cold on the inside, and got chocolate instead of a strawberry malt. Im guessing they had a new guy or something because it was just bad. However after rectifying those mistakes like always whataburger has great food. Unfortunately this location seems to need to pay better attention. Good customer service though and response time, which bumped this up to 4 stars from 3.
I went here since I didn’t eat all day but what significantly stuck out the most to me was the service. There was a lovely guy there. Very nice. Very attentive. He was doing his job. Meanwhile the other workers were just walking. Not even working. That guy that was behind the counter seemed like he was doing everything. From refilling, attending to customers, serving food and cleaning. The other employees were just walking. Ignoring me. Very rude. total applause to the guy who is actually doing his job. 10/10 service by him . Anywho the food. Very hot, very delicious. I got full so easily that I took the rest home!! Anywho other than the employees… the food was amazing. The atmosphere wasn’t as loud , and it was quick to be delivered

I recently bought just the patty meats from Whataburger, expecting the same great flavor their burgers are known for. While the patties were fresh and well-cooked, the aftertaste was unpleasant—almost bitter or off-putting. I suspect they use too many seed oils in their cooking, which might explain the lingering taste. The quality is still better than most fast-food places, but I’d prefer a cleaner, less processed taste. If they adjusted their cooking oil, this could be an easy five stars.
#5 Toasted Buns and a big ol' long hair I almost chocked on that shiiii.. #BurgerWasGoodThoMinusTheHair Manager gave me another burger sin pelo so yea I couldn't eat it though..I guess I low-key wanted the hair 😅 Nimodoooo.
I ordered pancakes while leaving on a trip. Until I left I realized they gave me no napkins, cutlery or butter, need to work on service, fiid is good.
Been a fan all my life. Recently they've lost a step. Last two visits the burgers have been dry and don't taste the same. Still better than burger king.
Giving a 3 star...food is good but service in dine in not that great we waited 10 minutes before some one told us someone would be out to help, then another worker says they can't help us cause manager is inside counting money. TMI well other than that. remember food is always good at whataburger.
Food is good. 3 stars because multiple times the fries have been barely filled. They have also forgotten a to put avocado that I payed extra for on the burger. The wait time is forever at night.
I just don't care for it. I have gone twice to different ones. I asked for condiments on the side, never got it that way. I have trouble with lettuce, and I don't like mustard on burgers. But y'all have a great strawberry shake.
Waited in line for a long time, lots of customers. However when we got our drinks we tasted them & all were flat. Asked to get them changed. They brought our food & we were still waiting for our drinks. Waited at least 15 minutes for drinks so our food got cold. Was Not a happy customer. And this never happens when we order with you guys.
Drive thru mostly slower than most other fast food restaurants and burgers are not the same quality.

Kitchen always gets my order wrong and tends to not put the extra Patty I pay for. Make sure to check your order when you get it. I usually have to go twice to the counter to get what's missing.
I love whataburger. I miss it everytine we leave Texas. But what is the point of curbside!?!?! This location is the worse. They've done this twice now. I "check in" at my number and I'm given a time of 7:05-7:07 pm. I received my order at 7:43 only to wait another extra 5 minutes because they forgot my sauce and jalapeños. This is ridiculous!

Order have been wrong 4/10 times. Fries are always bad, I thought it was just whataburger fried in general but when I go to other locations they taste great. This past time all drinks were flat. Their policy on wrong orders is they write down your name and then you go back for what they got wrong, which is not the best way to make things correct.
They always get my order wrong, they gave me a whatabite chicken piece instead of an extra chicken tender I paid for and they never understand what 2 pieces of cheese means they'll charge it real quick but never actually put it in the burger. It's extremely irritating at this point
UPDATE: I used the drive through, it is very unfortunate when you get no salt, no napkins and you're on the go. Food os good what you would expect. I ordered and waited for about 20 minutes. Food never came so I asked about it and it had slipped through somehow cause thats when then began to make my order
I went in with a group of friends to eat some whataburger after we watched a movie, i ordered first as a dine in and ended up having my order given to me by another customer who was given MY order for some reason, and it was packaged as a To-go order instead of dine in. The worker who was giving the food to customers never acknowledged this or passed by our table again after she saw the person give me my food and she kept going to another table to talk and giggle with some highschool kids.

I just bought my food and everything was cold not even two minutes ago my fries where not even salted we ask for only normal ketchup and we ended up get most of them spicy. lately this wateraburger has been tasting horrible if i can give 0 stars I would
Not to happy took long through drive thru, didn't give me ketchup, napkins, or salt and pepper. My fries were cold, gravy to my chicken tenders was watery and I was not going back because I live to the south west of expressway 83 and South of inspiration. I ordered 2 #1s and 1#13 and 1#10. I will not go back to this Whataburger ☹

They literally gave me COLD AND HARD fries ..they were awful. They're always messing up orders and they forget to put things I order on the side whether it be a jalapeno or simply adding cheese to my burger. 😑

Since when does Whataburger sell hot salads? I got a Cobb salad with breaded chicken and the cheese on top was melted on my salad. And they didn’t give me my dressing. It wasn’t busy so I don’t see how it wasn’t properly made 🤷🏽♀️ then we got the biscuits and gravy, but the gravy had a large amount of oil or grease floating on top of the gravy.. what’s happening Whataburger??
Very rude. Got order wrong and they gave me same burger, they just took out onions and pickles, second time I went they got order wrong. Told them to make me another burger before I gave them the old one back because of previous incident, they just sent out bacon in a bag. Then manager came out and tried to give me credit in a rude manner just to send me off. Like if I was asking for a lot, just make order right first time to avoid issues
Stopped by the drive thru. Food quality is getting worse. French fries were terrible old fries. Hamburger looked like smashed. Looked like a pancake.
It took 30 mins to get order. Supposively cuz chicken was not thawed. No one bothered to say that. I sure hope I don't get sick.... whataburger needs to take a page fr. Chick - fi- A. They started to get my orders wrong this has never happened until now that it has new owners idk if its because the new owners got new workers or something but they messed up my order even though they asked me if my order was right three times!! I ordered my buffalo ranch sandwich without ranch and also chicken strips and they messed up both my orders they put ranch on my burger and the chicken strips didn’t have bread and just had three chicken strips which looked like if they were chicken nuggets this has never happened to me. Whataburger whats going on?
It took 25 min for them to give me a Milk Shake !! Manager was just walking around ! 1/20/22 Thursday. Up date again 2/2/22 their down to 1 star from original 4 star several months ago. They can't make a hamburger off the order from the counter, it was wrong again so I'll be finding another whatabuger... went in two days in a row noticing that they were making and loading fries thinking those get cold, yes they are serving hardly warm fries. Feed those to the drive through people not inside customs. Burgers just warm and they got the order wrong the second day. So busted down from 4 stars to 2 stars.
The only reason I come here is because it's the only thing open after I leave work. With that being said they always mess up my order one way or another. ALWAYS! It could be as simple as a patty melt and they'll still find a way to ruin it. I never complain because I don't want to channel that Karen energy but I might just have to start because it's seriously ridiculous. Every time...
I have given this whataburger multiple times to redeem itself, this location sucks. They always get the order wrong, it seems they usually have someone upset running the drive thru. Can't have dairy and always ask for no cheese.... always has cheese...which by the way is always so cold it makes the bottom bun cold too. Asked for grilled peppers and onions, said it 3 times. Only got grilled onions on half the burger. Last time I had to throw away my whole order of fries, they were rock solid... really? If you wouldn't eat it why would you think I would want to. Such an inconsistent location, convinced it's the working environment. Hit or miss, mostly miss.
I ordered (2) milkshakes and (2) hot pies, and waited for 20 minutes… then I hear someone in the back saying no more shakes. So I get up and ask, where is my shake? The representative responds ugh idk, walks to the back has me waiting 5 more min, until the supervisor comes, ask me the same question, what did I order. Now that was dumb, she just told you the problem sir. Then he says, can I get you something? Me: no how about my milkshake you all charged me hello… still waiting on my refund for when they charged my card. Puro trash
I’m not the type of person to be a Karen lol; but I was trying to impress my friend that was her first time trying whataburger she’s not from Texas so I wanted her to try the great place I like but I did got upset, about the service, got my order wrong ;cold fries, cold onion rings , cold burgers & no napkins salt or pepper it wasn’t what I expected & got embarrassed for hyping up the restaurant ; me fallaron rasa lol💀😞
°The Salad I got, Buffalo Chicken Salad, had the white cheese soggy as if it was sitting on the salad for a few days. °The chicken that I ordered with it was wet and soggy as well, when I asked for a freshly made one, Why? °The Salad itself smelled bad. I believed it was just the smell of the powdered soggy cheese, So I still proceeded to eat it, That was a mistake. °Aside from the fact that Whataburger doesn't give out croutons with a salad? Who eats a salads with no croutons? °The manager was no where in sight. °Now I remember why I gave up on Whataburger after 8months since my last visit.
I go here since its the closest to my home. They NEVER get your order right. Seems like everytime I order a lemon pie, I end up with apple. Order a burger and it ALWAYS comes out wrong. These types of attention to detail starts from the top.
I appreciate them doing the order fast but I did not want raw fries which was exactly what I got. Been going there for a long time but this has happened on more than one occasion. And it was the manager who prepared my order so that makes it even worse. Very unhappy customer
The food at wataburger is not like it use to be, they keep telling me we be with you, while take food out to people in drive thru, i guess thats their piority, went again on 8-18-25 and now i know why i stpi going they smatch the burgers al the time the give u no napkins even if you request them. I guess they dont care of their customers
This place could not get my order right when the lady repeated the order she got it wrong I attempted to correct her and she could just not get it right soon after I decided to pull up to the window and Order face to face with a higher up which turned out to be the same couldn't get my order right after further frustration he told me to calm down I said better yet I'm going to another Whataburger went to the other one further uptown by 495 and they had my order taken correctly the first time and made excellently without any mistakes I got down went inside and thanked the manager and told him to tell everybody that they're doing an excellent job but it wasn't at this Whataburger this Whataburger lacks proper training.
Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences to date I've ever had at this location. Not only did they have 3-4 cars pass me, give me terrible and unclear instructions of where to wait, had me wait an additional 20 mins when i just ordered 1 snack item, messed up my order size, and forgot my drink. They way they weren't even trying to fix it 100% just desperate to puch the rush at that time, they treated me like i was a hassle instead of just listening to my problems and just helping. I know these teen employees there were having a small smack-talking just around the corner where they thought i could barely hear them. When i went inside to get my food that they needed to correct. I'm gonna need some time to forget this visit ever happened after i had a extended unexpected work shift and was starving in this cold / wet janky weather for food that should've taken no more than a few minutes to make, give or take. 2/10 especially for just on service and excuses from poor management
Ummm..sooo first of all i want to start by saying i placed an order on the moblie app! And they came and asked what i had ordered they took super long and i had to go inside they hadn’t even started on my order! They gave me everything wrong! I am very disappointed.
Go here if you want your order to never be right. I’m convinced they just make the burger the way they want too. I ordered an extra drink and gravy and they didn’t include it. They’re good to charge extra, but never give them. Also waited 10+ minutes for “curbside” LOL
Ok. Did an online order for curb side pickup and they messed up the order. Never again. I did this to save time and didn't want to get down. When i got the order i had to check if everything was there. Sure enough i was missing the condiments, napkins, and straws. So i tried calling them and they never answer the phone. I had to get down and had to wait in line for about 10 min. When i explained what happened they look bothered and didn't even offer an apology. Never again coming to this one. I prefer to drive 5 min more to go to the next one.
Always messing up the order or giving out cold food. They hardly ever get it right. When it happens, it’s a miracle. It’s so bad I now travel to other locations. Gave them a chance again tonight and understood that their ice machine was down. Ok that’s out of their control and I understand BUT they didn’t give me the fries for any of the orders and the burgers were cold and they were made incorrectly. The kid who brought the food out was nice though. I don’t understand how this one stays packed. Avoid this one and spend your money at the one on Griffin and Conway instead.
Order is always wrong when I go. This last time spent $50 for 5 meals and out of those 5 only 2 were correct. Definitely don't recommend if you want to lose money and not get what you pay for.
They took an hour for our curbside order. Then, they forgot to even put the chicken strips in the box and it was a box of fries and toast inside. Now we have to head back to get our meal. 🤦♀️ We are going to have to go to a different Whataburger.
Ordered a patty melt combo, Honey barbeque chicken strip sandwich combo, and a grilled chicken sandwich combo. All the fries were OLD and UNDERCOOKED. Needed extra ketchup to make the fries partially edible, unfortunately the fries were so bad that my family tossed the grotesque things in the trash. Each sandwich/burger was old and disgusting looking. My patty melt looked as though it was smashed then run over by a steam roller then reheated for fun to see who was going to get the trash burger as a prank. The bbq chicken strip sandwich had chewy chicken strips, that seemed to be an old forgotten order they just needed to get rid of with the first person that ordered the sandwich. The grilled chicken sandwich was small which didn't fit the bun, which was disappointing. The overall appeal of this sandwich was disappointing. The sodas lacked gas but luckily my daughter loves flat soda. I recommend if you don't want old forgotten food for dinner or if you enjoy the taste of reheated meals, this whataburger location is the place to go. Palmhurst. Never forget to ask for fresh chicken sandwiches or fresh burger patties or fresh fries that are cooked right.
I keep going back because it is close to my home. By far the worst Waterburger in TX. Long wait and the food is always cold. They have a lot of people, but poor management. I keep promising myself last time, to only hope for a better meal.

Man, this Whataburger’s so bad it makes vending machines look reliable. They mess up orders like it’s a sport—if they get it right, it’s probably by accident. No napkins in the bag, ever; guess wiping your hands is a luxury now. The soda’s either flatter than a tire or fizzing like it’s trying to escape. Feels like the whole place is run by kids who just found out jobs exist.
Every single time I order anything, literally anything at any time at any day of the week my order either takes 20 min (it’s always something small simple) I have some friends that work here and that’s the only reason why I tolerate it. But 20 minutes for a number 1??? There were no people in dine in or drive thru barely like 3 ppl in total. 20 minutes for a burger and fries?????? This might be the worse whata I’ve ever been to. Only come here because it’s right next to where I live, from now on I’m only eating at jack in the box. 20 minutes for a number 1, and in top of that I had to remind them
2nd time I have been shorted on my delivery. I don`t recommend ordering delivery. Im handicapped and cannot go to there myself but if this is the way Whataburger services the elderly and handicapped, I will not spend a penny on Whataburger ever again. I recommend you do the same unless you got money to throw away.
